Wonderful stay in a 3 bed apartment. Clean, dark and soundproof for ease of sleeping and all we needed. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is great in a fairly quiet area but close enough to walk to a pub or shops.

Excellent hotel, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge. Great kitchen, even a washer and dryer! Would definitely stay again

Upon check in we realised that the apartment was configured with 3 kings beds instead of 2 king and one twin room as booked on Wotif. When I went to reception I was advised that we had booked as 3 kings so I showed my wotif booking, the receptionist also claimed that a phone call had been made to confirm but I hadn’t answered. I showed her the call history on my phone which clearly showed I hadn’t received a phone call. The receptionist was great with handling the issue and offered to come and fix the bedding configuration but as she was the only one on reception I requested linen and we changed the configuration and made the beds. As an apology we were given some complimentary wine. As we set the room up on a 35 degree day it was apparent there was only aircon in the master bedroom, the other 2 rooms had pedestal fans in the wardrobes to be used. The fan in one room stopped working so I had to go back to reception to get a replacement fan. The fan in the 3rd bedroom was also broken at the back of the fan. When it came to showering there was no hot water both in the morning and evening. For the money spent for the apartment overall we were left with a sour taste in our mouths.

The apartment was fresh and modern and perfectly comfortable for our 2 night stay. The staff were helpful and the surrounding area is pretty. It was great being across the road from the aquatic centre - a fab pool for lap swimming.

Very convenient for our recent visit to catch up with friends.

The Quest Singleton Apartment was spacious, clean and everything we needed. Nice touch was the Netflix on the TV.

Nice place however tv remote was missing. Stains in furniture and mould on the ceiling above TV. For the price improvements could be done

No running water or communication

Had a one night stay, unfortunately for us there was no running water that evening which was an awful way of ending our long day of wine tastings and exploring hunter valley. We couldnt have shower which made sleep very comfortable and we were also unable to flush our toilet.Tried calling after hours manager multiple times to find out what was the issue but couldnt get through im assuming others guest were experiencing the same problem so eventually we just gave up trying. Upon checking out the next morning the reception told us there was an issue with the council and that they themselves werent notified so terrible communication overall but the room was clean and the bed itself was comfortable

The property was immaculate. Everything was perfect and our special requests were met and organised. All the staff we spoke with were lovely. Very hassle free stay. Thank you.

Overpriced. We had a few lights that weren’t working but no maintenance occurs over the weekend so we just had to put up with a dark bathroom. No external windows for any of the bedrooms. Gym was not in use due to Covid. Accor have some work to do to bring the service standards up. Otherwise, well appointed and new.

We stayed at Singleton Quest after performing at a wedding in the hunter valley. We arrived quite late at night so had to do a self check in and it was super easy! Prepaying also meant that all we had to do in the morning was hand back the keys. The apartment itself was so lovely - clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. Thanks again Quest, we’ll be back again!

Huge rooms and very clean, worth every penny.close to all amenities

Apartment block was neat and tidy, overall the property appears very new and in very good condition. Well maintained and our apartment was well equipped.

Apartment clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms has kitchen and utensils handy to cook quick breakfast, toast or cook eggs etc. Wish wifi is free just to catchup on emails etc. Overall happy with stay.

Best accommodation in Singleton by far . Make sure you ask for a reduced price gym pass for $10 and you can use the YMCA pool and gym across the road .

Check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and made my day by upgrading my room, and letting me store my motorcycle in a more secure area. Really appreciated the great service, thank you!

Great modern hotel away but close to Hunter Valley

We loved the hotel. The 3 bedroom suite was perfect for the family with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space in the living/lounge area. Air con was absolutely necessary and worked very well. Most of the hallway was a kitchenette with all you need. Main bathroom had washing machine and drier. The only thing missing was free wi-fi ($10 per day) and no restaurant. Area was very quiet. Only 10 minutes walk to the main road and about 20 minutes to the shops. There isn't much to do in Singleton but that was what we were after. It is an easy 30 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley gardens and main wineries. It is worth a stay as it is more economical.

Great friendly service made you feel welcomed. Appartments have everything you need.

Great apartment, except aircon

Great apartment, very clean. 3 bedroom apartment comes with 2 bathrooms and washing machine and dryer. Plenty of parking space when we were there (not alot of people). Checkin staff very friendly. One unfortunate thing is there is only one room with aircon, and the only other aircon is in living room. Therefore the other two rooms can be a little bit warm during summer.

Staff were very friendly and it was in a quirt section of town. Very clean and well laid out apartment. Will stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable and centrally located for business purposes.

Large clean and tidy rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet. Had to pay for WiFi and couldn’t connect considering the high cost of the room I feel they could provide this free. No staff on desk before 9am on Sunday so if leaving early there is no one to check out with. Have to drive to cafe/ restaurants if eating out.

They charge for wifi but dam poor network All sheets were idioticly dirty...every gadget was sticky..drayer n machine were dirty..I will never recommend quest singletons to anyone.

Good quality hotel

The motel was good quality, staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a late checkout but was surprised at the $40 charge. I don't know if you give more notice this charge isn't added? Overall enjoyed the stay.

Good little find

Nice new accommodation a little out of town. Great sized room and perfect for a trip to the Hunter.

Check in receptionist was lovely. Very bright and bubbly and friendly. As 3 adults travelling together the complimentary upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment was very much appreciated! The apartment was spacious and well equipped and the bus stop at the end of the drive way was a bonus! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My friends and I recently stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment. We all enjoyed our stay until I was charged $89 for missing linen - 4 x bath towel, 2 x face washers, 2 x hand towel, 1 x bath mat. I contacted the property manager Jessica Paget and am absolutely appalled with how she spoke to me. She advised that the missing linen was reported to her by housekeeping. When I suggested that she investigate them she insulted me by saying quote: "I have worked here for 8 years and I KNOW they didn't take anything. I am not going to investigate them". I also advised her that I will be posting this on all hotel review websites and social media in which she replied with "well ok". I will ensure that this be reported to Fair Trading NSW and other appropriate departments and agencies. My friends and I are all hard working professionals and only carried small duffle bags for a 1 night stay. To accuse us of stealing 2 bathroom sets from the hotel is beyond disrespectful! ABSOLUTE SCAM. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT stay here.

Great family apartment in Singleton

We stayed one night but would have been happy for longer. My spouse and I and my daughter shared a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable.

Happy but they need some tlc

Had a very comfortable stay, although when we arrived in the room it had a strange stale smell in the bathrooms like the drains where blocked also when we tried to use the cooktop it was hard to understand the dials as they were worn out and it took forever for it to heat to cook bacon.

Pleasantly surprised

After being a little scepticle of the cheap price we payed for a 2 bedroom apartment we we're blown away by the modern facilities and comfort we received by the staff. Great place to stay would recommend it to anyone that stays up that way.

Very comfortable large apartments. Great for an overnight stopover when travelling. Bathrooms are clean and well thought out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ground floor apartments have nice terraces. Very quiet location away from town centre. Couldn't really find fault with anything. byo food as you're driving distance away from shops and takeaway and delivery options in town aren't that great.

Stay one night on Saturday. Booking through wotif. Getting key and access to the building was easy. Like the room size and the kitchen facilities. Rooms 101 came with big balcony. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Like the dvd collection from the reception for free. Get some cartoon for the little one to get busy :) . Very happy with the service and location.

Weekend Getaway

Very roomy, clean apartment with plenty of parking. Great for an overnight stay after being in the Hunter Valley for the day, suited multiple adults as it had two king beds and two bathrooms. Very reasonable rate.

Everything is in good condition and feels like it's brand new. It isn't in the centre of Singleton, but it's close enough.

We were visiting friends not far away and we had booked into a restaurant close by as well as a visit to TUFF TRUCK . Rooms were clean , a nice size, particularly with 3 children and good amenities

Nice, clean hotel

Stayed for one night for business. Hotel was clean, rooms were massive. It doesn't have a restaurant - so you need to go into Singelton for breakfast & dinner. They have kitchens in the rooms - so you can cook your own food if you wish. I think it's probably as good as you'll get in Singleton. Note: we got dinner in a Thai restaurant in the middle of singleton. I don't remember the full name but it did have the word "lime" in it. The food was very good and staff were really friendly.

Excellent Surprise in Singleton

It was clean, fresh and roomy with all you could expect from a hotel. Definitely the best one i have stayed in at Singleton so far.

We couldn't find anything at Pokolbin so we stayed there and had a good time.

Good venue for business trip

Plenty of room in the unit with all facilities for a short or longer stay. Only slight negative was the air-conditioner which was unable to deal with the heat wave conditions and left the room a bit too warm at the end of the day.

Too far away from everything, no great dining places in town

Spacious hideaway

Great surprise at the size of the suite/ apartment

Pros: clean and cosy. Nice kitchen with sufficient utensils. Cons: The fly screen was broken. Fell on my daughter and she got a scratch. Seens like mit was broken in the apartment next door as well. We booked for a one-bedder but they didnt have one vacant so they gave us a two-bedroom but locked one bedroom which made the whole setting of the apartment very congested. Wifi was not free which is usually free almost everywhere.
