Convient location

Room itself was nice, the bathroom had hair and mould in the shower though and was extremely gross. The towels had stains on them too. The beds were comfy though and the room quiet. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. Oh and the scent in reception is far too strong.

If I had to find something the pillows are not that good but really the place is great

Clean Comfortable room and helpful staff.

The receptionist could not have been more helpful allowing us to check in early after our early morning flight. Our room air conditioner was making a loud dripping noise, after attempting to resolve it, we were offered another room and happily moved. The ice creams were appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked in. Very helpful staff, great under building parking, and modern well set up room was superb. Large room with kitchen, lounge, washing machine, seperate bathroom, bedroom and deck with great outlook over shopping area. Very quiet, great location short walk to shopping and dining.

It was a very clean place with good facility and room space. But it's not near any places to eat or other places to visit.

Quest is a fine short stay property on limited notice however the lack of secure parking isn’t ideal.

Great stay

The room was amazing, large king bed for one was just what I needed… taking food with me was a good idea as there is a small stove top, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking equipment all supplied. Plenty of room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay at Quest Nowra, great staff and rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

The noise from the room next door was overwhelming and didn't have any help from reception

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Quest with our extended family. Great location and walking distance to main shopping centre and eateries. Parking area was secure although limited spaces available.

My stay was comfortable. A close walk to town, restaurants no far. It was reasonably quiet and could sleep with window open. Very clean.

Great rooms and room facilities

We loved our free ice creams in the freezer, it was a lovely surprise. The whole experience was great.

so frustrated that WOTIF and QUEST could not process the 1 room and not 2 rooms. Also nobody replied to messages from SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY I had to call Ziad the night manager about the 2 twin beds and NOT 2 rooms. NO REPLIES on wotif messages again and then after Ziad confirmed 1 room only at checkin they asked AGAIN about the second room. but wait - after she canceled the second room and we got a text about credit card and 1 room canceled - THEY TRIED IT ON AGAIN AT CHECKOUT about the second room. How many people do we have to talk to to get the right hand to talk to the left - NO help from WOTIF MESSAGE SYSTEM they just assured us only 1 room was booked! Had to ring Ziad again Sunday night to complain - not a good experience

Will definitely stay again.

Five star property in Nowra!

Im so glad we chose to stay at Quest Nowra. The facilities were immaculate, the rooms were superb and staff were some of the most helpful and friendly I've ever experienced. Parking was undercover and secure and shopping/restaurants all within walking distance. Do not hesitate to pay the little bit extra and stay here

It wasn’t clear that parking would be an issue and it’s necessary to get a parking spot. It wasn’t clear that you could not get twin beds in one room and I only found out when I arrived and was given a double bed. Disappointing and at the price paid very underwhelming

It is very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and professional. Parking is very secure

Although the staff was very helpful and friendly, location is convenient, I will not return because it was too noisy and I could not sleep at all. We could hear the sound of the shower and tap from next door all night and a knocking noise whenever the tap is turned off, it was so loud and frequent it was unbearable. Even wearing earplugs didn’t help. The walls are paper thin.

The room was excelllent. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom & had all the facilities in the kitchen that you could want.

The Quest in Nowra was lovely and may become our main stay when visiting our son. The apartment was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet.

Short stay but very comfortable

No block out curtains, bright light shining through all night and very noisy. We could hear people slamming doors, walking in hallways and being noisy until 3:30. Not much sleep. Had to pay extra fees to be changed to a different room for the remaining nights.

The property was nice and clean and amenities was quite impressive in our 1 bedroom unit. Staff was nice and charming but I am afraid for busiest period of year it was under staffed. A few things happened after 2 pm and only person who could help us was a lady at front desk which was quite busy with almost full hotel. for instance, we found a cockroach stuck between photo and its frame and there was no way I could remove it and had to ask front desk lady for help and understandingly she was quite busy to help us immediately. since our room was spotless I am willing to give it benefit of a doubt and assume that the cockroach flew in from window and will not call this hygiene problem. But I was expecting rather quick attention that waiting 30 mins. I would recommend this place if do not expect quick services.

Having the availability of a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer throughout our stay made life much easier with two teenagers.

I booked for twin beds and even rang Quest Nowra and they confirmed it was for twin beds. However on arrival it was made up as a king bed. My brother ended up sleeping on the couch.

Through Wotif I didn’t see that you also had to reserve parking as an extra. Vary frustrating to find out I had no parking. It was also a bit expensive for what I chose.

Good service but old

Room is spacious but a bit dated…some areas were dusty. The washer and dryer were a little dirty. Staff are friendly and prompt!

Great location, decent accommodation but was displeased to discover that the gym was not available. The on-site gym was a primary reason for my booking this establishment. I would also have liked an itemised receipt upon payment.

Parking is an issue

Be warned there aren’t enough parking spaces in the hotel and there’s only 2hr parking on-street. You might not get a parking space when you check-in. Overall the rooms are fine. Nothing special. The bed, pillows and linen are basic mid range hotel standard. Honestly, this place is not value for money. It’s just the only reputable hotel brand name in town. The reception staff are a mixed lot. Some are competent and others are not. Location is great.

No one told me I’d need to pre book a car park for the night (thanks Expedia for the heads up when booking!) so I didn’t have a car park. And then I found out there is absolutely no food at all at the hotel. The guy on reception was a pretentious asshat so the whole thing sucked.

Didn’t end staying as the parking arrangements were disgraceful. Staff told us to park in an abandoned retail car park in an unsafe area. As we have a brand new car we decided that this was not good enough and decided to seek alternative accommodation. Didn’t help that 3 drug addicts were camped at the front door. Front desk staff rude

Great property with good amenities

A great well presented property with good amenities. The only complaint we had was that we booked the stay because we felt unsafe at the property we'd originally booked. Quest advertised parking however on checking in we were told there was none.

Very Comfortable Stay

Our experience was nice. The reception team that we interacted with were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was bright and spacious. Everything appeared to be clean and fresh though I did notice a few stray hairs on the bathroom shower area presumably from the previous guests. Being on the top floor meant it was reasonably quiet. Overall, a nice place to stay if you have to be in the Nowra area.

Very modern, well designed and appointed luxurious apartment.. Pleasant staff and loved the little touch of magnum ice creams for guests in the freezer!

Comfortable, modern and well set out apartment. Ensure you book secure parking in peak periods as it gets booked out.

Rooms and comfort was as expected from a premium property. I didn't think that the expectation to park on site should come with a fee for a non capital city property. The offer to street park was an unreasonable option if I chose not to pay. My objections were obviously considered reasonable and my parking fee was waived. I thank management for this.

Booking and checking in was easy and quick. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit strange that there was only one elevator for guest use. Overall, it was a positive experience and would recommend the hotel.

Th Quest is definitely the best value for money hotel/self-serviced apartment in Nowra. We only stayed one night before moving in to new accommodation but it was well-appointed, clean and very comfortable.

Pricey Budget Hotel

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment. Had the basic facilities, but that was it. Everything was rather cheaply built or furnished. Would consider again, but only if prices drop. Staff were great!
