TV did not work all the time. ...a Rogers issue.

The staff were friendly. The room was old and worn. Torn fabric on chairs no end tables. Tiny bed we think was a double but we paid for a queen. No toiletries, just soap. No sound barrier could hear talking, every thump and step above you.

Absolutely horrible that this hotel is living under the "since covid" thing. How do you run out of fresh towels? How do you tell your customers to put a mattress on the floor for a better sleep? What the actual? Not enough hot breakfast? We were given a plate out of the microwave with a bit of potatoes and scrambled egg that was left over? I seriously demand a credit for this poor quality of stay and by credit I don't mean credit to stay there again! I am appauled! At almost $700 for a weekend, for this hotel? It should more be $300!

Give this one a pass. First and only time we will stay at a Quality Inn. Rooms are clean, but with dated furniture and old smell, cheap sheets and duvet (one bed had a decent duvet, other was polyester, hot and flimsy). “Deluxe” breakfast is mediocre at best with limited variety. Signs everywhere reminding you what you can’t do, and employees strictly enforcing. This is not the hotel for gatherings, team meets, or having any sort of fun. The conference room was double booked and we were given the lobby (also shushed at 7:30pm in our meeting). NO drinks, not even water in the pool area if you’re supervising your children on a hard, plastic bench. Our room was noisy. We heard people in the halls and the lobby doors opening and closing constantly. Our biggest issue was the chlorine rash both of our children received after using the pool. After making the front desk aware, I was told it is a known problem of too many chemicals being released when some people don’t shower first. We felt very uncomfortable for our entire stay. Rather than welcomed guests, we felt belittled and treated like children for doing basic things like visiting in the lobby or asking for towels. We have 2 well-behaved children and a dog, and we travel a lot. I will say this property was accommodating to our pet (which is why we stayed here in the first place), but it ended up being a huge disappointment to us, and others we travelled with.

Unauthorized charging my cc saying ir was a prepay

I contacted rhem early morning of to let them know i had a sudden death of a friend and was unable to travel. I tried to reach out multiple times on the app and email to see if the could cancel without charge. I got no response Then a message saying no cancelling it was prepaid. It was not prepaid. They canceled my reservation and them unauthorized a charge for two nights on my credit card (after they said no it was prepaid) When i replied no it was not a prepay - they ended the chat and my ability to message or repsond

We have stayed there a few times. Nice place.

Let’s break it down to: 1. Room, 2. Hotel & Amenities, and 3. Location 1. Room: The room and carpet are old but that’s not a problem. Lack of proper cleaning IS. There was dried pee on the toilet seat that’s been there a while and the light fixture on the ceiling was full of dead bugs. Since we’re staying in late November, I know they’ve been there a while. The tissue box was also empty. Microwave and fridge in room good. Small TV, bad. 2. Facility: People were friendly except for the lady trying to shut off the waterslide when she was looking right at our 8yr old child at the pool. Why do you think we picked this hotel in the first place lady? He used it once and she asked if we were done now… NO, we’re done when we leave (7:00pm ish, not very late) and she should not feel put out because we want to use a main attraction of this hotel! The railings getting in to the pool and hot tub are all loose and need service. The ‘exercise’ room is tiny and inside the pool area with a decent treadmill and a rickety elliptical trainer that rocks back and forth if you use it. No floor space. Breakfast is sausage, scrambled eggs, and hash brown potatoes. With waffles. No bacon. Location: There is a train nearby that toots its horn frequently. Not good if you are a light sleeper.

My overall experience was a great one. The staff that I did interact with were pleasant and professional. My only complaint was of the fitness area, and how limited it was, but a very minor inconvenience. Was missing cleaning spray for after my use.

This is a nice little hotel, it is close to restaurants, liquor store, gas and coffee. Plenty of parking. Their breakfast is pretty good. Many choices.

Came with my child for a tournament. Staff were meh. One lady in particular was very rude when it came to the kids in the pool. Rooms are dated. As is the lobby. Great restaurant across the street.

Really loud. Not sure why sound carried so much (maybe just our room location) but you could hear everything. I could hear the TV program from both adjoining rooms as well as conversations in the lobby. The room was fine staff was friendly. It was just a very difficult sleep as it was incredibly loud.

The receptionist at check in was very nice and informative. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Great location and we will definitely stay there again.

On again a team was in the building. Playing hockey up and down the stairs they were laughing but were very loud and you couldn't use the stairs.

The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, very warm and inviting. The room was very clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is the mattress was very uncomfortable to the point that it hurt to lay on it, I had to put the extra blankets that were in the room on the mattress to make it bearable to sleep on. The bed’s definitely need new mattresses. The reason I won’t stay there again is because of the mattress, other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating with our requests. Greeting hotel guests in the morning at the breakfast and offering to assist in making waffles or checking on food items making sure that there was always hot food available. Front desk clerk was friendly at check in and advised us of a problem with the hot water when we arrived. The issue was quickly resolved within an hour.

I stayed at the quality Inn & Suites for one night on Sept 2 to the 3rd. The Air Condition in the room was not working. The morning of Sept 3rd, the hot water tank was not working in the whole hotel and was forced to shower cold water for church. My whole family of 8 had a terrible experience, and you think they could have offered some type of a discount due to this but nothing was done. we paid $169 per night and it was definitely not worth the money. Will not recommend this place.

No hot water in the morning so very uncomfortable shower. The breakfast lounge is very small for the size of the hotel - they maybe had 6 tables. Had to take our breakfast back to the room. will not be staying here again.

We checked in on Friday and then went to visit some friends. We were so tired when we got back that we dint notice that there was blood on the pillows and sheets where I was sleeping. We then let the front desk know that the sheets were bloody and they tried to say it was me. I wasn't bleeding from anywhere. We asked them to change all of the bedding. We were out again on Saturday and then when we got back, the sheets were not changed and the bedding was just as we left it. I went to the front desk and the lady there was trying to make it seem like it was our fault for booking on Expedia rather than through them. We got in to a bit of an argument before she put us in another room. We have been staying there for about 10 years now along with some of our friends. After this, we will never stay there again and neither will our friends
