Check in the front desk clerk was rude and unwelcoming, truly dislikes his job. The carpet was nasty and dirty, the bed felt uncomfortable.

Building and facilities are worn down but clean. Some noise from the interstate. Staff was professional. The bed really sucked. Price was decent.

Stayed 1 night passing thru. Nice hotel.

Came in and signed for room. Went to room to find it wide open, some sort of painting going down the hall. Ask the person working if was OK to go into my room and was told should be. Finally settled in for a three night stay. Next day, no room service provided. Had to ask for and pick up toilet paper and towels. For my entire stay, no room service was provided. I have never stayed in a hotel under these conditions. Some of the staff seemed to doing a great job but it takes a team.

Breakfast does not get refreshed and not a lot of choice for food. Beds are very comfortable.

I will only like to pay for one room not two rooms I only need one. It was a mistake I didn’t even know how that happened. Sorry

Ok place to stay, needs a little maintenance help

Tile floor in bathroom was loose, ants in room mainly by window some on desk

We weren’t even in the room five minutes and discovered bed bugs. They had no other rooms to offer and now they refuse to refund our money. We had to drive another half an hour to find a hotel that had a room available. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to lose money and take bugs home with you!

In the Bristol Area there is not much better in this price point. This hotel has breakfast and is clean with no druggies or weirdos hanging out in the parking lot like so many other do.

I thank guests should be told that there is a city/county tax and a surcharge if you use a credit card, I did not know until I got my paper statement when leaving

Well situated, not far to Bristol nascar race night, and friendly staff.

The motel is really showing its age. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Cracked caulk in multiple places. Brackets for what used to hold something hanging on the wall in two places. Very small room. About 2 feet on all three sides of the bed. Noisy location near interstate. Breakfast was pretty much useless. Mini waffles, plain cereal, nasty looking biscuits, gravy and sausage. That's pretty much it. Basically just good for coffee or tea. But the place is super clean. The owners are clearly trying. They could use a good infusion of capital for renovations.

Rooms were comfortable and clean but very dated carpet had a musty odor toilet seat needs to be replaced breakfast choice was scarce okay for price and one night stay no longer term outside pool was good and only 4ft grandkids loved it, and the location was great very easy to get to right off the highway!!!!

Cheap but Good

Tucked behind Perkins Restaurant, safe, quiet area, but a bit plane. Room was a bit small, and bed was a bit hard, but worth the low price. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, but biscuit was hard like a hockey puck. Not much for exercise room.

It was easy to get to on and off the highway, but it was pretty run down needs to be updated, breakfast was decent, but the eggs just tasted like filler

About 10pm the electricity went out in the building and was still not back on when we checked out at 10am. We were outside when the transformer exploded. No one seemed to know what to do. We had food in the fridge that had to be thrown away. Good stay other than having no electricity

Country Thunder Bristol Stay

We went for the Country Thunder Bristol festival at the BMS. Rate was very affordable. About 10 miles from the speedway. Mr Patel was very nice at check in and during the stay. Always smiling. Breakfast was just ok. But free is free. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfy. Pool looked really nice but we did not use it. Only negative was the maintenance guy that was there was loudly complaining to Mr Patel about issues both times we saw him. He did not seem very friendly. Besides that, it was great and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

This is the best Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. What really put it over the top was the level of service from everyone we encountered as well as the truly excellent coffee.

The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs.

Could use some updates. Getting extra linen was a chore for me. Smells. Breakfast was not appetizing at all.

Although updated on the outside, the inside is not! It’s outdated, musty, and the room had an oder in the carpet. The breakfast was minimal, no decaf coffee or hospitality. The only perc’s were the shower pressure and the Perkins across the street.

First room given was not clean and bed not made. Second room appeared to be "cleaned" found foot under the bed edges. AC didnt cool properly. Good water pressure. Property said it had a gym. One cable machine with no weight, junk treadmill and sit down bike. Staff friendly. Breakfast provided was ok. No eggs on second day of stay.

Front desk guy was nice

The room was very clean and the Hotel staff are very nice. The beds are comfortable. Location is easy access to highway. Great 4 night stay.

Quick in and out

Breakfast offered was powdered eggs, some kind of wierd sausage, biscuits, gravy, white bread (no bagels), Frosted Flakes, cheerios, and make-your-own waffles. I just wanted half a bagel.

I dined at Perkins next door but was unaware of a discount because I stay here until after 4 meals at Perkins. Staff at the Inn should let guest know they are entitled to a discount.

Complaint

My 85 year old mother fell while she was in the shower, out onto the floor landing on her back due to the tub being slippery. She sustained an injury/laceration to her leg. The next morning she had back pain from landing on her back. I contacted the front desk after the incident asking to file a complaint. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was not the least concerned of what had just occurred. The next morning, I informed Mr. Patel who was working behind the desk of the incident and once again, no one seemed concerned about my mothers well being or nor did they ask if any injuries occurred. No one asked how they could get in contact with me to follow up. I was highly disappointed with the total lack of concern. I, myself, almost fell due to the slippery tub but was able to catch myself. I am asking room 321 be serviced. It needs serious repair of the bathtub/shower area so no one else will have to go endure this experience. This incident could have resulted in serious bodily injury or death. I will be expecting resolution to this matter in an appropriate amount of time. I am sadly disappointed that no one from your establishment has called to check on my mother. You have my contact information in the system. In the future, if this unfortunate incident occurs again, please contact the customer to at least check on there well being.

Highly recommended

Front desk welcome was prompt and friendly. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast with the waffle maker was especially enjoyed by our teen boys! Highly recommended.

The best Bristol place

This is our 3rd time here. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The check in staff is even friendly after midnight! The breakfast was missing a few beats.

Narrow hallways meant you couldn't get passed the cleaning cart, which was in the hallway by our room when we checked in and out. Also,our room wasn't ready even though the front desk let us check in after normal check-in time.

Lovely desk clerk

For the price, it was a good deal. Room, linen, etc., very clean - most comfortable bed and pillows than pricier chains! Think a little sprucing up of lobby, cleaning of elevator, etc., would make this an excellent property. Staff was really excellent. Adjoining empty lot had a bunch of trash - not this property's problem, but cleaning out would really help.

You get what you pay for.

Service was great, breakfast was good, but the bed was lumpy and had a few stink bugs in the room. Sheets had black hairs on them and i am a blonde.

Comfortable stay

Our overnight stay was very comfortable. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items.
