Its a fantastic complex for all. Have to give credit to their staff, genuinely couldnt be any more polite & helpful...highly recommended

Nice beach and the facilities are great

Amazing stay

We've stayed at Pyramisa many times and we've always been very satisfied. The service is still very good and all the staff do their best to meet expectations of their customers. Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks. Guest relation lady was very helpful and efficient with booking Ala carte restaurants. Food was good and variable, with lots of fruits and tasty seafood every day. They've put new sunbeds on the beach, which is nice improvement. The Christmas dinner was amazing but it was badly organised. People didn't have any program of that evening and weren't aware that there was a life performance after dinner. It resulted in many people leaving the conference room after dinner, without having a chance to watch the performance. There was also a plan for the disco after the performance but only few people stayed after show and the disco was cancelled. The biggest issue that puts us off Pyramisa and may result that we won't return is the restricted access to the footpath between hotels. Two month ago we were able to walk in every direction and suddenly they say we can't walk past Pyramisa on the path next to the V. That's utterly stupid idea. That was one of the biggest advantages of Pyramisa that we could go for a long walk to watch the sunrise. Also the Aquapark is strictly for use of the V guests which is pointles

Booked the hotel because of the water park it advertised, when we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use it ???? False advertisement , im still waiting for a reply to my email which i sent about 6 days ago ? Room had a leak in ceiling , terrible sunbeds , beer & spirits were disgusting, wouldn't touch this hotel with a bargepole.

There is No Shuttle for airport.and Not Clean enough for 5 Star hotel

Awful property. Very rude staff. Rooms stink of smoke. Sales people around the pool are extremely aggressive. Food is abysmal. Drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic were not good. The two good things are the pool and the snorkeling!

I was at this property two years ago and I was blown away and that’s what brought me back this year. However, I was taken aback and not happy. Everything seemed to have gotten worse; quality, service and overall experience. The hotel was one and now it divided into 3, there used to be 5 slides only 2 now and it just seems that they aren’t maintaining the resort like they did. There also used to be a theater which was in good condition now it’s just run down only a few members of animation do the show and it’s just not very appealing. Definitely not 5 star rating. No effort or money is being put into the facility and it’s lacking everywhere.Food is good, beach is good but this specific hotel is not good. I will definitely not revisit.

In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve.

The beach and facilities were nice. The room was also nice. One critique would be the food.

It's a lovely place and the staff are wonderful. Our hostess "Nisreen" was so helpful and accommodating. The beach is absolutely amazing with so much wildlife.

My family and I enjoyed the modern rooms and the beautiful beach of the hotel. The reception were really friendly and kind. The food, however, needs major improvement. They had the same foods everyday and most did not taste good, which is a shame for a nice hotel. My family and I also did not appreciate when one of the security (I think he is the night security in the hotel who was wearing glasses) came to ask/ check my family and I for our hotel ‘bracelets’ whilst we were eating our dinner at the hotel restaurant. This was very unprofessional, rude and embarrassing in front of other guests. The next day, the same person stopped me and asked for my bracelet.

Excellent hotel, amazingly big staff

The room we’re staying is not satisfied to be a five star hotel, everything is old and broken, bathroom is very smelly and the wash basin is blocked. If you don’t give a tips to your cleaner, then you will be without a water

Very nice stay

very good. Pros : staff is friendly (especially Omar from Dinning room and Elsayed from room service), sandy beach, perfect food with variety, nice aqua park. Cons: most swimming pools are not heated in winter.

Food was not good at all. Room needs renovation. Linens are worn out. Rocky beach that causes cuts and bruises. Staff are not professional, they need more training. Property does not deserve 5 star. Not recommended at all.

Pyramids is NOT a 5 Stars resort! I don’t know why or how they’ve been rated so but they aren’t 5 stars at all - I’d rate them 3 to be honest. The place needs updating - we were in a renovated room and our fridge was tiny and dirty, didn’t keep drinks cold, no remote for the AC, tiny TV. Food is not very good in terms of taste and quality, though quantity wise there is a lot to eat - we ended up eating out at least once per day, which is not pleasing at all when you’ve paid for all inclusive and considering the closest places are 20 minutes away. Pools have green mold around edges and floors are slimy in parts - told a lifeguard but they said ‘that’s normal’. Beach was closed our entire visit due to a shark attack so not their fault but disappointing to not be able to enjoy the sea. It looked beautiful and would have been the best part of the trip. Honestly, if I had paid 3 star resort prices I would have been happy with the resort. However, I paid 5 star rates and didn’t stay in a 5 star resort, so we aren’t very happy.

Fabulous location on a beautiful sandy beach and corals accessible within a short snorkel. Very convenient for kids and snorkling beginners. Next to the marina and shopping center. Very friendly staff with various linguistic skills, tourists from different countries and variety of dinning options. The rooms are clean but in need for renovations as aging is very obvious in several of them. TV channels are very very limited. Wifi ONLY avilable at Lobby. I would recommend and would go there again and again to enjoy such location, friendliness, and amenities at a competitive price.

Me and my wife really enjoyed the time we spent in this hotel , we liked how there is a big variety of the food and how they keeping the place clean and the staff were amazing , very nice , and the beach was very easy to access , over all the place was amazing.

Beach area/greenery nice but actual building is very tired, tatty and desperate need of a refurbishment including the leaking roof flooding the lobby area?! No Welcome pack/hotel information in room. Electricity went out on the entire resort a few times a day?? No telephones working nor shower hot water in our double connecting room, had to walk 5min each way to reception every time needed speak to staff which was ridiculous - Issues reported but staff were blatantly not interested on rectifying consequently we did not have these essential throughout our stay. Hotel food was excellent, restaurant staff very helpful and prompt but staff on entire resort spoke broken English which created communication difficulties for even the simplest requests. Heated outdoor pool/slides fab for families, not much to do around the hotel but location is good

I did not want to write this but the property disappointed from check in to check out. At check in, they could not find my already paid for reservation and made me wait with my family for one hour while they called some mysterious sales office in Cairo. I showed them my confirmation number and payment receipt via the app to no avail. Finally I contacted Expedia to intervene and the hotel staff checked me in but offered no apology or further explanation on the hour we waited. We got to the room and wanting to freshen up from our travel tried the shower but no hot water. I tried to call the front desk but the hotel phone in our room did not work. No wi-fi either but when I did talk to the front desk later they told me "for wi-fi just come to the reception area" and a service tech told me they were having trouble installing an access point on our wing of the hotel. When another technician came to look at the room phone that did not work, he removed the connector from the wall, sucked on it with his mouth as if his salvia would create connectivity then plugged it back in but still no dial tone. He promised to come back the next day but did not. I asked the front desk three times total about the phone and hot water and each time they promised to send someone to fix and we checked out two days later with nothing fixed. At check out, I asked to speak to a manager and the staff said no managers were onsite (on a Saturday at 9:30am). The entire stay was a disappointment.

Amazing location for snorkeling

Firstly thanks to have a time for relax. The hotel have amazing location which have a super beach and super two pools, one of them separate from aqua park so nice for relax. The room good but the bathroom design so stupid. No enough COVID-19 precautions, The food so repeated not have creativity but its tast accepted. The complete team not friendly and this is the first time to face this situation that 90% from the team is aggressive but I think there are a problem from top management where this appear in middle management team where they transfer instructions in tough way and can blame them colleagues in attendance of guests. This hotel design with this location worth some changes to be from the best in Hurghada. In total 7/10

Don't , I know it's cheap. But they will get u in the hotel with any hidden fees even if you paid for the stay online but they will find anything to charge u for ,if u looking for a nice place with cheap money go to labranda. 3 corner

beautiful beach, amazing grounds and swimming pools, courteous staff, this may be the best resort in Sahl Hasheesh except for the food quality and the many stairs to get to the reception and restaurant. The pool is beautiful but not heated

Everything was great except that there are no Ala Carte restaurants. No special treatment for Honeymooners like breakfast in the room or romantic dinner except the free upgrade to a premium room.

Worst experience ever

It was the worst experience ever... My reservation was confirmed and paid but the reception told me that my reservation cancled becuase i am egyptian and they can reactivate my reservation but i have to pay more than double amount i paid or go away without my rights i called hotels.com and after 3 hours of negotiation they make another reservation in another hotel... I have a baby and drove 6 hours from cairo and 4 hours in pyramisa without rest or food or room or any interest i checked in 7 PM at another hotel... Of course without any Compensation.. Please No one deal with them

I liked the beach, the location of the hotel was great. What I didn’t like was the food. It can be improved.

The food was excellent .... and helpful friendly staff The gym could have had earler opening hours, the matress could have been softer and at the time the Wifi was poor (but assures this would be fixed)

Very bad service

The hotel denied an already booked and all paid-for reservation on hotels.com. Hotels.com thankfully relocate me to another hotel and actively helped me to solve this. From the first impression, the service and the cleanliness are horrible.

Good, Not Bad

I had my reservation confirmation 2 weeks before my travel dates and suddenly I found out that the hotel is denying all my reservations as it was 4 rooms for 9 adults. And the hotel said that he couldn't accept it though it was prepaid reservation. And when I asked for the reason they told me because expedia are dealing with sub vendor with which the hotel has special deals that he can't dealt with expedia . Actually this hotel and expedia has ruined all our vacation. The worst hotel.ever and the worst expedia deal I have ever made

Awesome!

What can I say about this beautiful place & its amazing people! This easily was the best place we've stayed & not just because of one or two reasons. This resort, truly believes in "Taking care of its guests" & does so from the moment you step in, till you step out. And will ensure to give you memories that last a lifetime! The property is spread across a large area, houses a lavish pool, an awesome aqua resort, while also having a private beach. The landscaped property also has some really pretty birds, that wake you in the morning for a very pretty view of the sunrise & the sea. The guys at the reception were great & helped us with a full download of the property & its various details. Special mention to Abd El Rahim for always being available to help us. The food is decent & the staff there were really courteous. The days are typically spent doing various activities by the beach or the pool & that's where the AWESOME Animation team comes in. They are a wonderful bunch of people with crazy high energy at all points of time & are always looking for ways to keep the guests busy and entertained - Be it Yoga/stretching/conducting games like volleyball. Special shoutout to Iryna & Mr. Happy, who were so warm & friendly, that we never thought that this was the first time we met them! I have friends for a lifetime in them! Lastly, special shoutout to the guys at the bar, Sayed & Mohammed, who made us the best drinks & gave us great company! Suggestion: Need WIFI in room

Good for familied with kids

Probably the biggest plus was the hotel design and landscaping specially the reception, beach area and the pools (weren't heated though). Rooms are big but can use some maintenance, specially in the bathrooms. Staff was eager to help but lacked training and professionalism. Food quality was acceptable but lacked variety. Dinning areas were nice. The thing I enjoyed the most snorkling just off the hotel beach with multiple amaizing snorkling spots with big colorful fish and corals.

Great view, very helpful staff. I enjoyed my time there and planning to visit again.

The hotel is a good building but the room was not in a good condition. My room reservation was a sea view room but in reality I didn’t find a sea view room available and I was obligated to stay in a pool view room and they refused to refund the price difference between the sea view and pool view room.

if you plan to stay in the hotel and enjoy the beach, swimming pools and facilities then this is your hotel. other than that it’s far and needs transportation. internet available only at reception area. with all inclusive enjoy food and drinks every where. restrooms need some renovations.

+ reception employees very kind specially Mr. Hamed he does his best to make you satisfied + pool is very big and aqua park is good also and there is another big pool but calm for those who want to relax + very kind pizza woman at beach from 1 to 5 pm - restaurant have 2 types one yellow Paraclete ( very crowded ) and other grey for Hotels.com reservation and other net reservation ( calm , clean , but don`t have all items you have to go the other restaurant to get what you need )

Very Impressive

I've never stayed in an all inclusive resort before so LTI Pyramisa was beyond my expectations. A beautiful, well maintained resort on a gorgeous beach. Ammenities were fabulous, staff is wonderful. Downside: the resort is a long, 45 min ride into Hurgadah. This is really a resort for those who don't care about leaving the facility. Also, anything sold from the shops is 3 times more expensive than anywhere else. The food (buffet style) is good, but massed produced for hundreds. I found my favorite dishes to eat and stuck with them. Taxi rides, shuttle, etc from the resort is very expensive compared to the local taxi's in town. The expense of that made me feel captive. Found some great little coral heads to snorkel right off the beach. No pressure from anyone. A beautiful new promenade along the beach will take you to a couple of small restaurants and shops where you can get supplies (suntan lotion, postcards, etc) MUCH less inexpensively than at the resort. Beach is clean except where there is construction nearby, but it didn't affect my stay. I stayed there for a few days in June and it was not crowded. A great place for families, lots of entertainment for the children. A very impressive resort. I would definately stay there again as I thought it was a great value as well.

We had a really bad start with the hotel because we had a power outage. The staff couldn’t answer us properly what the problem. They also didn’t say which advantages we had with the golden bracelet. We had to discover ourselves. The staff was friendly and kind and helped us if we needed. The hotel room had some problems like the shower door was broken. the door scraped the floor and was difficult to open. Food was sometimes okay sometimes bad. It varies day for day.

Die gesamte Einrichtung entspricht einer Maroden und extrem ungepflegten Unterkunft die man in Europa bisher noch nicht so angetroffen hat. Haare, eingetrocknetes Duschgel, Speisereste und weiteres warten als kleine Überraschung gefehlt auf jedem Zimmer...von Renoviert war nichts zu sehen...demoliert trifft zu.

J’ai réservé 7 jrs en arrivant je demande un lit supplémentaire chose et une chambre communicante vu notre conception familial 5 ont me répond ok et au moment de l’installation il y’a une chambre avec deux lits je redescends et je demande 5 lits ont me répond pas possible alors que j’ai payer 5 personnes ont de dit qu’il y’a pas de chambre communicante et que mes enfants de 5 et 6 devront dormir seul dans le couloir en face aucune solution trouver j’écourte mon voyage d’autant plus que c’est un hôtel où il y’a des bus entier de touristes russe qui arrive tt les jours une usine à touriste pas propre photo à l’appuie dommage d’avoir été énervée pendant deux jours je suis partie au final au mercure qui était top

L'hôtel est bien placé en bord de mer mais ne correspond pas ou plus au descriptif et photos diffusés sur le site : salles de bains datées, état général en dégradation et nous n'avons pas obtenu les chambres supérieur vue mer comme réservées, malgré notre réclamation et notre tentative de négociation...la piscine extérieure est par contre très agréable, très pratique pour les enfants en bas âge et l'équipe d'animation est super.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 10 Tage im Pyramisa Hotel und muss sagen es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und ein großes danke an Hassan El Tabakh wenn man was brauchte hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert war ein wirlklich toller Urlaub das Essen war sehr gut es gab auch viele A la Cart Restaurants die sehr zum empfehlen sind. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher also im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Schön

Das Hotel war schön, aber etwas veraltet. Es wurden Reparaturen durchgeführt, die nicht fachmännisch durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal war erstklassig. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Die Neujahrsfeier war erstklassig. könnte etwas sauberer sein. Besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Crowded hotel. Drinks have way too much alcohol. But otherwise, beautiful rooms and snorkeling spot. Great staff. I recommand it.

The volume of the music in the areal and the animation is deafening, making conversation impossible. Even at children's disco which is certainly harmful for the children.

Super

Le Personnel est super gentille est très aimable est à l'écoute. La plage de l'hôtel est magnifique la piscine très très bien les chambres sont confortable. Nivaux restauration y'à du choix mais l'Égypte n'ai pas connu pour leurs nourriture du coup faudras s'adapter et surtout venir avec du goûter pour les enfants . La bas c'est très cher !! Et venez avec des médicaments pour les crampes à l'estomac pour enfants ou adulte !!! Voir le médecin avant de venir en Égypte , le problème n'ai pas l'hôtel cest l'Égypte entière il fait très chaud la nourriture tourne vite . Sinon les escursions et la mer Rouge excellent et j'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel. Merci Pyramisa. Acheter vos goûter car la bas c'est des V...
