Prime location for staying with great views of the pyramids. We got the roof top (VIP) room and were taken very well care of by the staff, especially by Kamal. We needed currency exchange and some change back in USD and Kamal quickly made it happen. He is wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. The price is very affordable for the proximity of the pyramids. Breakfast is included as well and the chef does make hot and tasty falafel that they bring to your table. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs especially if you pick roof top room. For luggage, the staff does arrange to have it delivered to the room and back down. We also were picked up from the airport to hotel for free. We had a carryon bag that never made it to cairo airport and we were struggling to have it delivered by the airport staff but one of the hotel staff member (don't know his name) was amazing who kept calling the airport staff and finally our bag made it to us on our last day of our trip. Every time we would wait in the lobby for uber, the staff would offer to call the drivers to explain directions of the hotel in Arabic in case there were any confusions. We ended up doing a 1hr late check out and Kamal did not let us paying extra. These people go above and beyond for their guest and treat you like family. Please be mindful and tip everyone, it is highly appreciated. Thank you Pyramids View Inn Bed & Breakfast for hosting us!
We stayed here the first few days we were in Cairo, went to Luxor and Aswan for eight days, then returned to Cairo for two more days before heading home. Our last two nights we stayed at the sister property, Pyramids View Inn, two doors down. While this one is older and a little more worn, we liked it better. It has more rooms with balcony views, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggage before heading to the airport on our last day, even though we were staying next door. We felt that our luggage was safer here and the prices for tours, car to the airport, etc were much better. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great value and waking up to see the pyramids and Sphinx from our balcony every day was very special.
Great for the view!
Local area isn’t great, but that’s Cairo in general. Hotel was clean, breakfast was Tasty and the view of the Pyramids was amazing.
Did not like the location, But hotel and staff were good.
Service exceptionnel
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Very clean, comfy bed, and great staff that were kind and helpful. They upgraded my room to one with an amazing view of the Pyramids and helped me with transportation to the airport. However, it’s located in a very busy area that has a lot of noise and traffic during that day. Once 6 PM hit, it was quiet, but if you like afternoon naps or just general quiet during the day, you won’t get it here.
The view is fantastic and it as close to the pyramids entry as you can get. The room is fine but the air conditioner smells of mold. The front reception attempted to get me a taxi for 50usd to get to the grand egyptian museum. Which is about 12 times what a taxi driver outside will charge.
The staff were definitely lifesavers. After having some trouble with our luggage at the airport, they solved many of our problems, thus making the trip to Giza more enjoyable. The view is a 10/10. I highly recommend booking the tours they offer as they are very convenient and fun!
Accross the street from the pyramids amazing views
整体感觉不错,看金字塔位置很好~就是房间里面的卫生间浴室比较小 设施简陋
This hotel must have the absolute best view of the Sphinx and Pyramids in the area. Fabulous! The hotel itself is rather dated but had a homely feel and felt authentic. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable and clean and it was nice that a fridge was also provided in the rooms. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure all your needs were met. They were friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed to care that you enjoyed your stay which we certainly did. We would return to this property if we came back to Giza in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends.
Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay when visiting Cairo this is the place. The view is insane- we spent most of our time drinking coffee or tea that the hotel provides for free 24/7 on upstairs patio. The people are SO helpful and kind. They want you to feel like family and we definitely did. Very safe. Highly recommend
This property is close to the Sphinx gate leading to the Giza Plateau. As such, the area around the hotel at street level can be a bit chaotic from sunrise to sunset. The hotel itself is comfortable though, and I enjoyed the rooftop breakfast. For the price, it’s the best combination of comfort and convenience in the area.
Our stay at the hotel was okay, but it did not match the description provided. When we arrived at 3 AM, we were informed that we had been upgraded to the hotel’s nicest room. However, upon entering, we noticed a strong smell of cat urine, and the carpet and sofa bed were visibly dusty, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Additionally, we heard noises from the roof, which the staff attributed to cats living there. After raising our concerns with the staff, they quickly accommodated us in a standard room, which, while outdated, was relatively clean. Pros: Beautiful view, close proximity to the Pyramids. Cons: Noisy surroundings, basic breakfast, subpar cleanliness, and an overall unsafe and unkempt area.
Made the mistake of ordering from the “hotel menu” only to discover they went and got it from a takeaway shop. Charged us$15.00 for the privilege. Felt ripped off But The view comes as the photo in the booklet fantastic.
The view of pyramids is great. Areas around hotel not too clean.
Very basic but does the job
My stay here was great. No complaints at all! While staying here the initial room I was placed in, the water was not getting hot. The hotel staff immediately accommodated me, moving me in another room with no problem. A lot of reviews complained about construction but I didnt not hear or see any during my stay. It was slightly noisy in the morning hours but that was mainly due to Ramadan, and the people being up early. Overall my stay was great & I would recommend!
The view from our room was just like on the advertising. We could see 5 of the pyramids and the sphinx in front of them. We watched the sound and light show of the pyramids from the rooftop deck. I’m sure we missed some things, but still really neat. The entrance for that is directly across the street. Access to the pyramids is from the other side of the pyramids. Breakfast was adequate. Assorted breads, cheeses, eggs, some type of meat, fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea. We were furnished with a new bottle of water every morning. AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice and fluffy. Bathroom is very small but that is fine. Location outside around the hotel is not great, but pretty standard for a lot of places. We were picked up and dropped off right at the door. No issues at all. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Giza.
We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025. The view of the Giza pyramids from the hotel’s terrace is priceless. The pyramids evening light and sound show entrance is just across the street, steps from the hotel. Night life isn’t very lively around this area however, the view of the pyramids was the main reason for our stay here. If that’s what you look for then this is the best place around Giza, highly recommended!
Great hotel
Very helpful staff members Friendly staff and residents Bed very comfortable Shower amazing
A very beautiful hotel right in front of the Great Sphinx. Amazing breakfast and the chief was the sweetest and kind. Front desk staff was very nice and let me borrow their phone charger. I had to go to the airport early at 2:30AM and they packed me breakfast. So kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend it if you want to be near the pyramid. The only drawback is the noise. So loud all night from outside until 1:30AM.
Incredible. The staff was exceptional and the proximity to the Sphinx and Pyramids cannot be beat. The views are jaw-dropping. The front desk arranged several excellent tours for us. Exceptional experience, I will be back.
Yes its in a noisy area (throughout the night). Other than that, its an amazing hotel. Fantastic views of pyramid, the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is great too (the guy in the restaurant was super friendly). Despite an incident with staff when we departed, we had a great time. Would definately recommend and re-visit.
Loved this hotel , first time in Egypt . Very convenient & friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food!! Would recommend from Canada!
Do not book if you have children
Room did not look at all like on the pictures. We were given the rooftop room which is basically the worst room of the hotel. The room is an extension of the terrace where everyone enjoy the view of the pyramids, no privacy at all as the curtains do not close and everyone can see you. Room smell of a very strong cat pee and impossible to breath. Linen were not changed and the 2 double beds are just large single beds. Room was not cleaned with hairs on the floor and dust everywhere. We asked to move to another room and they did not have any other rooms available, they tried putting us in the hotel next door but it was a very tiny room with no windows and only 3 small single beds so we could not fit. We did not get our money back and we paid for another hotel room somewhere else as we could not handle the dirt and smell. They have lot of good reviews so I can only guess the other rooms are okay.
Excelent location staff very friendly and helpful. i will definitely stay and visit again
A very nice stay for the visit to Pyramids. A bit tricky to get driving to it, but there's parking for the visitors. The whole area around is very busy, but this is understandable.
My husband and I stayed at the Pyramid View Inn for a week during our trip to Giza/ Cairo and we give them 5 stars based on the staff alone. The hotel is older, not as high quality, and the area is loud, crowded, and dirty which is a bit overwhelming and uncomfortable. The view of the Pyramids and Sphinx from the rooftop terrace is just breathtaking and it does help you forget about what is down below. Our trip began with a bit of a bumpy start for we had arranged with the hotel a pick-up from the airport and we could not find our driver after an hour of searching we ended up getting an Uber to the hotel. Once at the hotel the Management immediately apologized and provided discounts on their attractions/ tours, which we did not expect and were very grateful for. Throughout our trip, we were accommodated by Drivers and Tour Guides who were with us our whole trip and were all kind, amazing, and very fun to be around. Those who ran the front desk and Kamal checked on us every day throughout the day and treated us like family rather than guests. We were very thankful for those at the Pyramid View Inn, they helped make our first trip to Egypt smooth and even more unforgettable.
We had a wonderful stay! Our room and the balcony both had amazing views of the Pyramids. Breakfast was delicious and meals are available for lunch and dinner. The hotel staff is warm, welcoming and goes out of their way to ensure guests have a memorable stay. We highly recommend and hope to return!
The staff here went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and accommodated. They truly make you feel like you are part of their family! Sitting on the rooftop watching the sun set behind the pyramids while enjoying a hookah was probably one of the most memorable experiences of my life! If you're on the fence about making this trip, let me be the first to tell you to DO IT!
We had a fantastic stay at Pyramids View inn Bed & Breakfast. The hotels facilities are just average, however, the staff and their ways of looking after their customers are way beyong descriptions. They are all very caring, protective, and all of them from the owner down the line will treat you like their own families. We have been to many places and hotels around the world but Pyramids View Inn hotel is one of the hotels so far we will never forget, the staff and their service was the game changer. Keep up the good work guys. Regards to Samy and team, and to Adel their cheff. Hats off to you guys.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Mohammad is very patient driver. Hotel is convenient , walkable to the pyramid and is nice friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
Staff are approachable and very friendly. Everything is convenient, nice view, hotel is just in front of the pyramid. Highly recommended
The rooms were nice and staff very helpful, really doing their outmost. Breakfast at rooftop in a chilly morning with the pyramids and sphinx right before your eyes was a fine experience. I can highly recommend the guided tours they offered. We had a full day for two with guide and driver both in the pyramid area and Cairo which gave us two amazing days with Amina (fantastic!).
Nice people but everyone is trying to make a buck off youArea is extremely dirty and poor. The view was worth it alone. Waking up to the pyramids was truly once in a lifetime. Other areas might be better but won’t have that view!! The roof was nice, breakfast was actually nice.
The staff at Pyramids View In hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The view of the pyramids/ sphinx from the rooms were immaculate and beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning! The staff even surprised us with a cake for our birthday! loved the convenient location, as for attractions out of walking distance, the hotel staff were able to arrange drivers for activities same day! Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!
Great place.. love the people. Kamal was great and the whole crew !!!
This hotel has an unbeatable view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, and a rooftop where you can see the Pyramid light show for free while you dine or sip a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs were met, that I had transportation, they arranged a tour guide for me, and were always there to help. Kamal and Sherif were excellent!
For visiting the Pyramids this place is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, good shower & amazing balcony views. One minute walk from the entrance to the Pyramids. The highlight is the rooftop terrace for breakfast or sunset drinks - this is a million dollar view!! Thanks to Samy & his crew for the stay.
The hotel location is the best, right next to the entrance to the Pyramids of Giza. It is best to get a pyramid view room with balcony. We were able to see the pyramids and the sphinx while sitting on our bed or at the balcony. The breakfast area is on roof top and has the best views of the pyramids too. The outside area near the hotel is dirty and full of trash. But for the location and pyramids views, i receoomend staying at this hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel twice. Kamal seems to be the local manager. At this time, I am providing information about him only, and not the property. Kamal is a very nice man. His English is very good. He greeted me warmly on both visits. On the latter visit, I arranged for two tours--of the step pyramids, Memphis and the Giza pyramids and of the three major museums. A good guide was provided for the first tour. I liked the driver who picked me up at the airport, so Kamal arranged for that driver for me throughout. Kamal is very detail oriented and seems honest to deal with. He seems to be well-liked by the hotel workers. I respect and like Kamal.
best view from rooftop, outstanding breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent location just outside Sphinx. Highly recommended.
All the staff were excellent, they made us feel really welcome especially Kamal who went above and beyond for us, thank you my friend. The views of the pyramids are the best.
A brilliant place to stay in Giza
Great room, super friendly and attentive staff and an amazing view from the breakfast (and anytime of day) terrace. And best bit is that we were 3 mins walk from the sphinx gate. Would highly recommend
The staff was excellent in helping treat us like family. The location was very convenient to see the pyramids especially at night. Terrace was great to eat at at night. Highly recommend! Price was very good.
The location of the property was great. Directly across the road from the giza plateau entrance which also allows for a good rooftop view. The staff is what made the experience at this property good. Kamal and Gamal were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed such as transport, tickets, tours, etc.. without any worries. They also made sure the correct uber was picking us up as the number plates are in arabic and there are several "ubers" and taxis waiting out front to find customers. The free freshly made falafel every morning for breakfast was also top notch.
Excellent hotel & genius helpful manager
My first wonderful shock came when I opened the curtains in my room, and there right in front of me were the pyramids, all three of them, up close. The Sphinx was even closer. I have been to 60+ countries and I've never had a view this exhilarating. The service was beyond superb. Adel Kamal Haneen went far out of his way to make everything run smoothly. He is the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. I'm not usually as enthusiastic as this, about either hotels or managers. But everything at the Pyramids View Inn was excellent.
People very friendly do anything for you even keeping reception open for my late arrival after midnight excellent customer service ♡♡♡♡♡
Perfect
Molto simpatici e disponibili ci hanno organizzato delle gite e transfert perfetti, colazione ottima e visuale da infarto di fronte i giochi di luce e suoni delle piramidi ( spettacolo gratis uguale a quello a pagamento dentro la spianata)
We enjoyed our stay at Pyramids View inn Bed & Breakfast. The staff were helpful. The hotel's name certainly lived up to billing as rooftop views of the Pyramids and Sphinx were unobstructed. Very handy for the light show, and complimentary water, tea, and coffee were available. Breakfast on the rooftop deck was also available, but we did not get to enjoy it due to our early flight. The location is convenient as well: many restaurants and shops were close by, and the Grand Egyptian Museum is a cheap Uber ride away, or about a 45-minute walk. We would definitely stay again!
.
Location is excellent , very close to the pyramid complex. The view of the pyramid complex from the rooftop is magnificent- this, in my opinion, is the strongest point of the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful
We had a wonderful stay at Pyramid View Inn. Our rooms view of the Pyramids was unbelievable. The staff were so nice, friendly and very helpful if we had any questions. It was our first visit to Egypt and they made it an enjoyable experience.
Excellent staff and team!
I stayed 5 days love the view of the pyramids the staff very friendly and helpful I would stay again the roof top is facilitating to see the sun set ..
I have been to so many places around the world but the hospitality of this place is by far one of the best. When I checked in, they said, this place is like your home, just let us know what you need. They really did mean it. No matter whatever I requested, they really took care of it. They really are focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. It is very difficult to get alcohol!c drinks in Egypt, they made it possible. My checkout was early but the flight was late, they gave me a room for the whole day. I left my luggage with them for my trip to Luxor and they made sure that I got it at the airport 2 days later. I would go to this place whenever I am in Egypt again. The location of the property is just excellent, you literally don't have to move an inch to see the light show or the great pyramids and the Sphinx. Thank you Mr. Samy, your staff and you made my stay memorable.
This place is a hidden gem right next to the pyramids, offering one of the best views I’ve ever experienced. The staff is outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me. They picked me up from the airport after midnight at no extra charge, organized my tour of the Giza area, and arranged my drop-off at the airport. Additionally, they provided me with a room for a few hours for free while I waited for my flight. Overall, this place feels like more than just a hotel. While the area surrounding the hotel can be noisy and dirty due to the horses and carts, I found it to be very affordable given the price I paid. I highly recommend this place.
The people working there were so nice and helpful, the cook went out of his way to serve us and the manager helped us book our local tours.
especially grateful
We are thrilled to be able to see the pyramids from the front row. And thank you for preparing a surprise for our wedding anniversary. At the same time, we are especially grateful to Fouz for her kind support when we suddenly became unwell.
Very very good
Everyone stay here when you’re in Egypt !! The staff were the absolute best and they helped us with everything from a ride in from the airport to dinner on the rooftop when we got in late at night. The room was clean and had a balcony with a view of the pyramids. The rooftop was beautiful and even had some cats roaming around. This was truly our second home while we were traveling and even more so the staff treated us like family. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Thank you to Kamal and everyone else at the inn !!
Very helpful staff.
The staff treats you like family. They help you with everything you need. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. Would highly recommend!
Samy is an amazing host!!
Everybody who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly, especially the front desk receptionist Honey!! Samy sent a complimentary taxi to pick me up from the airport. It really helps the hassle of landing in a new country and having to navigate the area to the hotel. The view from my view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the pyramids every morning was a dream come true Being able to see the light show from the rooftop was an added bonus that I wasn’t expecting either!
Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of
Place and staff. Wonderfull
Wonderful people run this establishment I am very grateful to have stayed here. The views of the pyramids were astounding and the food was very very good. I have a heart condition and unfortunately I gave the staff quite a scare after a fun but exhausting day around the city. While I was recovering from my brief fainting the staff physically helped me to my room and made sure I was safe and were prepared to have a doctor come if needed. Thankfully I did not need one but the amount of care they showed a total stranger from across the world was sincere and very appreciative. I would tell any friends or family coming to Cairo to stay here and when I come back I will be giving them my business again. Thank you so much for everything!!!
Staff in hotel were really good and freindly. Very helpful . We had a pyramid veiw room and view was fab. Room spacious enough but only had a shower in it which was ok for us. Breakfast limited as wasnt much fruits, or croissants as youd expect from continental. But overall its a great hotel in easy location from giza pyramids. Only a 5 mins walk to pyramids. Gave us water as we wanted, and treated is very well. We would stay here again and recommend to people. Only bad side is theres beggars all around area which does detract from area but not in hotels. Also lots of stray dogs and cats but they are all ok and leave people alone. The shop owners feed them and they are mostly well fed .
Perfect pyramid view !! It’s amazing experience to see pyramid and sphinx eating breakfast, changing clothing even brushing teeth… We enjoyed sunset with pyramid and a night show of pyramid in our room. Sweet staffs. They all tried to keep it clean and organized. Breakfast menu is simple, but Fresh taameya served every morning. It shows their sincerity for guests. Very noisy, but it’s not their fault. It’s Pyramid fault… Haha. They provide earplugs in room.
What a view of the pyramids as we stepped out into the balcony from our room! Much more when you are on the rooftop enjoying your meals! A dream come true! Everyone made my mom and I feel like family from the moment we arrived 🙏 Their shuttle service to and from the airport was perfect, making one last thing to worry about. Driver Ahmed met us promptly and shared stories as he drove us to hotel. We were then welcomed by Kamal, Honey, and the whole staff, making sure we were checked in and informed about the vicinity. Pictures were endless once you see the panoramic views. Chef Adel had an incredible spread for breakfast and also packed breakfast bags for us in the early morning before we checked out. The room was huge and comfortable, overlooking the ancient wonder of the world. Within walking distance are places to shop and eat as well. At night, we were able to enjoy the light show from our balcony. Communication whether through email, WhatsApp, or phone was superb. We highly recommend this place!
Old but convenient and excellent view of the pyramids. Great for young adventurers.
Great view, great food, and best of all...amazing staff! Right from the time you walk into this hotel you're treated like a member of the family. The rooms are spacious and clean (and have unbelievable views of the pyramids and sphynx), the food is out of this world (thanks Chef Adel) and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. One morning I had to be picked up an hour before the rooftop restaurant opened, and yet they still had a table waiting for me on the roof filled with delicious food, homemade falafel, and hot coffee so I didn't have to start the morning without breakfast. Such a wonderful way to start a trip to Egypt! Thanks to all of the staff (especially Adel, Honey, and Malid) for exceptional service, and the best holiday in a long time!
The roof top veiw was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful , booked a trip also through hotel very helpful, arrived early so room wasn't ready so put us in a different room , which didn't have a veiw , but helped us get a good night sleep as outside was busy and this room was quiet.
A small hotel right next to the entrance to the pyramids and sounds/lights show. Good value place to stay with clean rooms, small breakfast plus a lovely roof terrace to have breakfast on and watch the sound and light show from. Would stay here again.
thank you
Amazing view, super staff, clean comfortable. Great AC and good beds. Only downside is the Wi-Fi did not work.
We stayed in the rooms with pyramid view- would recommend. Right in front of the sphinx (1 min walk).
We landed in Cairo and stayed at this hotel on our first night. We were then leaving Cairo and returning a few days later and ended up booking the same place as we enjoyed our experience first time around. I recommend this place as it’s conveniently located and staff is friendly. We stayed in the rooms with the pyramid view - would recommend that too.
The staff were extremely helpful
This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff constantly went out of there to help with everything. They arranged tours and drivers for us. They provided complimentary water regularly throughout our stay. You cannot beat location or price. Breathtaking views of the pyramids from the room as well as the amazing rooftop patio where breakfast was included. Amazing view of the sound and lights show and the dinner service was excellent. The room was really nice and included air conditioning. I cannot recommend enough.
What a view
It is a great location with views of the sphinx and the pyramids. I could easily see them all right from my balcony, but the view from the rooftop deck was great and I spent a lot of time up there. Breakfast every morning was simple but good. The chef would make you falafel every morning and it was probably the best I've ever had. Arranging tours, food, and whatever else you wanted was as easy as asking. I had a late flight on my last day and despite my checking out when I returned from a tour they opened up a room for me so I could shower and rest. You couldn't ask for better hospitality.
Pyramids are right in front of the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Moneen, Fouz, Kamel and Mohoumd Four of us had joined the private designated viewing points 2 days tour by the hotel management. Hotel didn't give the itinerary to driver and tour guide, also didn't inform us what do we need when entering some points that needs scarf, take off shoes, no shorts etc. not allowed to enter when we there, very disappointed!
Amazing
Amazing place
Room 107 was modest in size, but very clean. Great for one or two people. Comfortable bed. The food was ok, long wait (over an hour) for dinner, but the view while you're waiting is spectacular. They served beer and wine. 2 minute walk to the pyramid complex. I would give 5 stars except for a problem while waiting for my Uber. The staff person helping me, loaded me into the incorrect car. The plates are in Arabic and the photo looked close. The fare the driver charged me was 4 times what it should have been because his ride was supposed to go further. NOTE: This may have been an app glitch or an honest mistake. Double check if using Uber!
The view of the pyramids from the hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Kamal one of the staff is awesome he was always around to help me out! If you want to wake up every morning to an amazing view I’d recommend staying here.
Great view!
Great view to the Pyramids
Great view
The property personnel is super friendly and accommodating, they will help you and give you all attentions you need, the property location is great because it is right in front of the pyramids, the breakfast options are okay, but if make a request they will try to accommodate you. Overall the best part is the people and their hospitality
CONS: The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. They’ll hook you up with a different Wi-Fi and password each time but kept disconnecting. The night receptionist (young, tall, dark skinned with beard) on our arrival was DISHONEST. Do not ask him for help with any food delivery because he will triple the real price. It left a VERY BAD IMPRESSION. Do not book a room with a view of the pyramid If you can’t handle the daily dose of camel and horse manure wafting into your room specially at night. It was also very noisy. Staff grasped the rims of the plastic cups with their fingers or placed their hands or palm over the opening on the mugs. *Don’t offer to carry our drinks if you can’t do it in a sanitary way.* Dinner/snacks were also served cold thus, we never ordered again. Bathroom badly needed a makeover. The water tap and bowl stench was unbearable. The refrigerator in our room would randomly rattle & made this loud whirring sound disturbing our sleep. The bed was only covered with a thin sheet and some of the linens have stains on them and quite a lot of pilling on the pillows. PROS: FREE pickup / Money exchange at the counter / Rooftop view and location was amazing/ Hot Shower & AC was excellent / Falafels were TASTY! / Their drivers were impeccable. However, the one on arrival had a non functional seatbelt at the back / Some STAFF like Hani, Omar and an older gentlemen with a black waist bag were genuinely good and welcoming.
Everything was good, location, breakfast, pyramids view.
Kamal, Honey, the chef and all the staff made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to buy me a birthday cake on my special day and the Chef even made me breakfast and coffee when I have to leave for my early morning flight. Remarkable and excellent service through and through. I HIGHLY recommend this place to stay.
I wish I could give Pyramids View Inn seven stars. I stayed there for three months eight years ago and for four nights in September 2024. The staff is phenomenal. I have never experienced the level of hospitality received at Pyramids View Inn at any other hotel in my life of traveling through more than 90 countries. If you are able, book a room with a panoramic view. You wont regret it. And even if you are unable to obtain one of those rooms, the view from the rooftop garden will take your breathe away. You will be face to face with the Sphinx and the pyramids. One of the most astounding views, I think, on the planet earth. You will be able to walk from the hotel entrance to the entrance of the archaeological site of the Pyramids and Sphinx in less than a minute. Did I mention it was inexpensive? A truly amazing site, hotel, staff and owner. Thank you Samy, Kamal, Adel, Honey, Mo and everyone else for incredible stays. May your lives be blessed!
AMAZING BALCONY AND VIEWS OF THE PYRAMIDS (walking distance). STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND READY TO ASSIST YOU WITH PLANNING TOURS/DINNER. We stayed in the rooftop room which met our needs but could use some updating. I would recommend if you don't mind 3 flights of stairs to walk up (no lift/elevator) and older room. AMAZING STAY!
Amazing view , very close to the pyramids, ask for Mohamed for your tours
Amazing location, staff and price. Would stay again.
Clean and Safe
Everything was great. All employees are very friendly and nice. Definitely will stay again. It has the best view compare the other view hotels
Perfect location and view but the breakfast upstairs had lots of filthy flies around the food so I wouldn’t even touch it Friendly staff

Great place to stay to visit the Giza Pyramids. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooftop is brilliant for relaxing and for sunset or the Sound & Light Show. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay very comfortable.
