Relaxing stay, great pool!

The Pullman was recommended to us by our work colleagues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, as we wanted to spend the first five nights of our summer holiday relaxing! Most of our time was spent by the pool; we particularly enjoyed relaxing by the "adult" pool, but the general pool was also great with plenty of activities for kids, and a swim-up bar. This is a great choice of hotel for families as there are plenty of amenities for children. There was a very good choice of food at breakfast, including a non-dairy milk alternative, and various western/Chinese options. The one upside of the breakfast being busy was that the food was fresh and regularly replenished. Our room was spacious with a sea view balcony. We upgraded our room when we arrived at the hotel to include the club lounge access. However, we were a little disappointed with the club lounge, as it did not feel particularly "exclusive" compared to other hotels where we have enjoyed similar benefits in a more private and secluded setting. Despite this, we would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a few days where you can chill by a pool (it is also very close to the airport!).

The quality of the hotel is really new and up to date. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are very clean, and the swimming pools are quite nice. I did not pay for the breakfast in advance, but I went down a few mornings and was surprised at the variety and quality of food at the buffet.

3 decadent nights

Unusual for China the service was great and everything was clean and worked. We were there as part of my Birthday and when the hotel found out they decorated my room and brought a cake and candles to eat on the balcony. The beach nearby is good but unnecessary as there are several beautiful pools. The eat as much as you like BBQ and Philipino band were quite good and Halloween themed night produced a really good effort from the staff. Has a great time and would have returned new year but booked out.

fabulous hotel in every way

The hotel is a beautiful and luxurious choice for a peaceful getaway. You get everything you expect from an international high-end hotel. The room is comfortable and modern and nicely designed. The resort site has amazing swimming pools. The kids pools are awesome but there’s a beautiful adults pool that’s long enough to do lengths and surrounded by shaded sunloungers. You can easily spend the whole afternoon there. There is easy walking access to the beach and the resort provides a private area of sunbeds and parasols. The ocean is very nice for cooling off (although the sea is SO warm!) I enjoyed a morning run beside the beach through the trails of the coconut corridor. The food At the hotel is good quality and not a bad price for a high-end hotel, including a decent room service menu with lots of western options. The pizzas are great! The staff are superb and most of them speak English. Cindy and Vincent are especially wonderful. The breakfast was pretty excellent though I didn’t have it every day - it’s about 107 yuan if you pay as you go. Me and my friend had an awesome time. If there is anything to be aware of it is that there is not much going on nearby. The strip down Sanyawan Road here is mainly hotel after hotel, which is perfect for chilling and doing not much. If you want to go to Dadonghai, for example, just take a taxi for about 40 yuan (and I believe regular buses travel the route too). I’ll definitely treat this hotel as my secret China getaway from now on.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

I stayed a week here. It was exactly what I needed for a solo trip to relax. The pools were great and no need to really leave the resort and beach area. It's not close to town where all the restaurants are, but if you enjoy walking or riding a bike, then it's not bad at all. The trade off being away from the crowded city and crowded beaches is worth the 20-30min bike ride to the city area. My only complaint was that my non-smoking room smelled pretty strongly when I first arrived. The smell faded the longer I was there though. Chinese smoke heavily and do not always follow smoking policies, so I'm sure all the rooms are like that.

One of my best holidays ever. Especially the staff always helpful and offer you the best deals. Even staying at the resort was so much fun. I went there with my little one and he was super happy with everything, especially the pools.

Swimming pool was very shaded by the surrounding trees, at times it feels cold.

Service is of high standards. It is easy to get a taxi or the concierge can arrange the hotel driver and car if you intend to take a day tour of around 8 hours around sights. Breakfast is extensive range. Quite a bit of amenities if you have children-playground trampoline some arcade child games feeding fishes and bicycle and pool games for children. There is a big plus point that it has a underpass leading to a private beach overlooking sanya Bay so u need not cross the busy street to get to beach. The only thing it is slightly dated. Probably a bit of sprucing up required. Overall a great hotel.

A truly excellent hotel in a super location. Rooms and breakfast were amazing. I want to go again!

nice time at the beach

I moved from another hotel in Sanya to get improved facilities, including language, food and beachfront position. I wasn't disappointed. The service was excellent, facilities great, including the beach side loungers. The sands restaurant produced sound superb food -local produce. it was a shame that restaurant (sands) wasn't being used by the Hotel residents as it was empty. The guys at the front door were very willing and helpful. I had a great stay there and would go again.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was overall pleasant in the deluxe ocean view room. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early as there was an available empty room which was perfect for us after a red eye flight. Not too sure how true this is, but we also got a free upgrade for the room to a higher level. The view from the room was beautiful - we could see the waves crashing in the day and also get a clear view of the moon at night. The hotel is pretty accessible, with a bus stop within a few minutes walk from the underpass that also leads to the private beach. It can be reached by bus number 8 (approx. 3 RMB per pax) from the airport or a short cab ride (approx. 20 RMB). While the resort staff told us that there aren't any restaurants nearby, we found a few food choices close by - you can walk about 3-5 minutes from the underpass to one of the best ranked seafood restaurant in the Sanya Bay on Baidu (it's called 小海豚 xiao hai tun). The restaurant serves fresh seafood and the prices are pretty affordable. There's also some restaurant selling coconut chicken nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to downtown, but you have to book in advance. Otherwise, you can also take the public bus from the bus stop behind the resort (along the seaside) which only costs 3 RMB. Drinks at the lobby bar sucked though. My mint lemonade cost me 38 RMB and it was merely iced water with mint flavouring/green coloring with 1 slice of lemon. Also, bring insect repellent to avoid mozzie bites.

Good Stay, Could be Great

I was greeted with a glass of delicious coconut milk upon and an English speaker upon check in which made the experience very seamless. The staff and their service is very good offering both English and Mandarin speakers. The room was very nice but could use some TLC. The pool was okay as there aren't many lounge chairs available considering the size of the hotel. The hotel also seems to cater greatly to families with children which can be a little annoying for couples and single travellers as all the activities for kids are done in the main pool. There should be a sectioned off area for the pool activities. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard, nothing exceptional. I would also suggest the staff seating the guests because every day I had to search for 2-4 minutes for a table (I was a solo traveller) and some guests would waste a table for their bags or personal items. The balcony view is great and the private access to the beach is very convenient.

The property is clean and well maintained. The exterior facilities are great.

Helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we tried to arrange for food delivery and courier. Although the apartment is a little worn out, it is rather clean.

Very relaxing stay

Right front beach — cross a tunnel from hotel. Beautiful walking , the hotel was very busy during holiday but we enjoyed the relax environment & energy . The good thing is morning breakfast open till 11am at weekends if you wanna a lazy day .

Family Friendly Sanya

Really enjoyed our few days in Sanya. The resort was very family friendly, with lots of space and direct access to the beach. Great service, and the food in the Asian Restaurant was superb.

Hotel still had a bit that was in progress... I.e. the Beach bar didn't exist, the room walls were a bit thin, etc.

Felt like a king!

I couldn't imagine such a great experience in a chinese beach! Attention for Mr. Luca and Mr. Galvin from the breakfast and Miss Lily from the reception/lobby. The best staff ever!!!! Congratulations!!!

Secluded, if you want to check in and hideout, this is a good choice.

week long stay

As the hotel curved along the beach, only rooms in the middle have "180 degree ocean view" as described, while our "grand ocean view" rooms were on the side and had about 120 degree ocean view plus 60 degrees facing the other side of the hotel. Air condition malfunctioned on a couple of nights, and I woke up feeling hot. We spent more time in the multiple outdoor swimming pools than on the beach. There is a nice small movie theater showing older movies. The underground tunnel with elevators on both sides makes it easy to access the beach. Breakfast was good with many choices. We had dinner a few times at the Chinese restaurant; food was good but pricey. We had buffet dinner at the Western restaurant once; food was not so good but still pricey. The staff were friendly and greeted and smiled when we passed them. Once we called for a fruit knife and a plate; the knife arrived soon but the plate never did. One bad experience involved a woman in charge of an area in the lobby selling cookies and drinks. I sat down waiting for the shuttle, when the woman told me the area was for "paying customers" only. It sounded ridiculous since we were all paying customers at the hotel. The area was completely empty, so she could had used some discretion and left me alone. Someone said the hotel was top among "second-tier" five stars in Sanya. That assessment might be pretty accurate.

A tasty vacation

Stayed in this hotel with family for a night and appreciated the professional service from all the staffs. The restaurant served delicious food and the dishes tasted better then many in town restaurant. We stayed in the 3bedrooms apartment which is at a separate building then the main hotel building. Accessible by free golf kart or through the landscaped garden. Rooms are clean but it seems the apartment does not have enough hot water reserve so hot water ran out soon at night. Staff does not speak much English but still very helpful and kind.

Tropical escape

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and quiet and with a magnificent view of the ocean and very clean too. We stayed there for a week and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or fiendly the whole time we were there. The breakfasts were good with a wide range of foods but very busy. We ate dinner there as well and the food was excellent although a little pricey. This hotel was very popular for families with small children. The grounds and pool are both extensive along with the private beach across the road which you access by a tunnel so you didn't feel as if the children were surrounding you the whole time. There was enough space for everyone.

The hotel is fantastic, with very good scene, friendly staff. The only problem was that the free internet is too slow, even can not check my email. While they charge for a high speed. It is really out of date.

Candy Liu

The hotel environment is good but not many food choice. The concierge service is very bad. They knew nothing about hotel surrounding area such as where to eat, where to go and where to buy. Also refer us to someone not related to hotel which the golf service RMB 300 more than outside.

A wasted vacation!

We have stayed in Sanya before at another resort, but chose here as it had photos that it was more "kid-friendly" and was not so far away from downtown- we were greatly disappointed! CONS: Pools are not kid-friendly. Food is "fair", at best, and very, very expensive Hotel is a little run-down The staff were very poorly trained and not responsive. This also was not do to a language barrier, as my wife is Chinese, and spoke to them perfectly. People that were working around the hotel (normal up-keep), did it in a very unsafe manner- for example changing a paint roller two feet over my 2 year old's head. PROS: The room we had was very large, which was a good things, as we spent more time in the room, as we had no interest in being around this resort. We will not be back!

Beautiful Grounds, but not a 5 star!

The Pullman in Sanya is beautiful. Fantastic swimming pool medley, easy beach access, lovely views, good staff. Still the overall stay was not very satisfying. My first complaint is the nickle and diming of this place. Reasonably fast internet costs extra, no coffee machine in room so brewed coffee costs extra, etc. My strong advice to anyone contemplating staying here is to make sure to have the breakfast included in the package. There is nowhere else to go for breakfast and if not in the package the cost per buffet is 180 cyn. It is a great buffet, but if you are not one to eat like a pig in the morning and fast the rest of the day, overall costs for food really add up. Second, there is a lack of 5 star courtesy, for example, housekeeping knocking on the door at 8 or 9 am to find out if they can start cleaning. One of the worst examples was in the afternoon when the outside restaurant was preparing for the evening meal. Some staff were cleaning the floor with a scrubber and solutions that were splashing around, while at the same time servers were loading plates onto low shelves in the exact area where the floors were being scrubbed. No doubt stray solution was being distributes onto some of the plates. Yuch. I told management, and showed them a photo I had taken, but got no response. What 5-star hotel would permit this kind of health violation? Grout in the showers in the room were filthy, wine in the mini-bar was fouled by overheat and inattention.

Won't stay in this hotel again.

I living in tow bedrooms apartment, left the special conditions for king beds in both rooms. By the time I check-in, it's one king bed and a single bed. Receptionist told us the bed is not swappable without any early notice and solution to fix the problem. They took the money and said we can stay in other hotel but no refund and no apologise.

Breakfast buffet is delicious. Other food expensive but tasty. Cab ride to airport about 20yuan.

Nice stay!

In Sanya I love the yalong bay area, but I like to change hotels to have different view and something different during our holidays, this time we stay again in Pullman because we like it very much! I do recoment as the best place to stay in Sanya bay! Food is great, service, great view from our room! and you always have options on the pools if you want to be away from others.

Fabulous

Beautiful but slightly disappointing

The room and the resort were both extremely beautiful. View was wonderful and seemed first class compared to a few others that I saw. Restaurants were pretty disappointing. Expensive and not that tasty. Massage was heavily over priced and not that great. We had a terrible experience dealing with customer service for a miscommunication over breakfast. When we checked in I swear front desk said there was free breakfast, but then we were charged for it. They refused to give us a refund or compensate. It wasn't until higher management was involved that we got a free breakfast back. Other than that experience overall service was good. Overall the resort was beautiful, but the lacklustre restaurants and the poor customer service experience would make me lean towards never coming back.

Wonderful time!

We decided to spend two days in Pullman Océan view with our two kids and it was a great decision, the hotel has very nice service and the buffet around the pool the best we have ate in Sanya... Just delicious, definitely worth it.

A hotel very well managed

Really nice stay.After travelling through China for 3 weeks , we found a perfect place to recover and relax.The atitude of the employees was the best .The pools to swim and relax at the perfect temperature.The gym very complete.The room very clean and plenty of space with an excellent design.Really a 4,5 star hotel that fulfilled our expectations.

Welcoming

The staff here is more than friendly. Traveling alone as an English speaker here is intimidating, and the staff do everything they can to help you and make sure you are doing well. The dinner buffet is fantastic, but a little expensive. I did not stay long enough to know if it was centrally located, but overall they offered great service at a great value.

Upon check-in to check out, the staffs there was wonderful ! Friendly and Helpful. Room was Great ! Clean and Big ! Stayed for six nights, location was good, pool was nice , five mins walk to Sanya Bay Beach !

Not easy to find good food and wines in Sanya, here is a good place for staying some days and eating and drinking, I loved drinking wines at top floor bar seeing the sunset ... also great BBQ near the pool. Pools are nice

Fantastic service

Fantastic services and lovely hotel facilties. I am very impressed of its swiming pools! My overall stay is just NICE!

The environment of the hotel is excellent! There are many swimming pools, many trees in the hotel. But there are some details in the room not quite fine. Anyway, it didn't affect the overall feeling.

Excellent, Great 'western' style Sanya hotel option

Great Hotel, finished const early 2011, 10min from main airport, cab fare 25rmb on meter, we stayed for a week, super friendly staff, food consistent and quite good (by intl. hotel standards) but local restaurants are better option for the mildly adventurous, pools and grounds large/secure and very very well manicured, entire hotel very clean, all rooms have view of ocean above 3rd floor, room was 'modern' all have balconies, full set of toiletries, quality sheets, good lighting for all moods, ours had large bath tub and separate shower for two, excellent spa gym yoga meeting rooms poker rooms large dining rooms and skybar... Hotel is on Sanya bay (this area is more relaxed/fewer tourists, some friendly locals fishing in the surf with nets...friendly fruit ladies too with very good fresh fruit (mangos are better than any i've had in the USA) and small carts on the beach that take you for a quick ride for 3-5rmb

Nice hotel

This hotel was very nice, and really cheap through hotels.com. The price listed at the hotel was much higher than what we paid online. The hotel has multiple large pools and an underground passageway to the beach. The room was nice with a large TV and comfy bed. We got the deluxe ocean view room, which includes a balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean beyond. The bathroom is kinda weird because it's enclosed in glass on one side. There's an automatic blind that can be lowered to cover the glass, but it's slow and ours was broken, hence the 4/5 maintenance score. The hotel has two restaurants, one serving Chinese cuisine and one serving international fare. We ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, which was not very cheap, but the food was good. The baked rice with seafood served in a coconut was super good, but the serving size for this and all of their dishes was small. The hotel has a free bus service that goes to the main tourist shopping area downtown and another free bus to the airport. The airport bus went at 4pm I think, and our flight was at 9:30, so we took a taxi later instead and had high tea up at the 17th floor bar. This was a great idea because not only was the tea and coffee and appetizer bar good, but the small international airport does not allow you to check in until 90 minutes before the flight. This means you sit in the un-airconditionend area outside of the secure area, which would be very hot in the summer. This was the international terminal to go to Hong Kong, so I'm not sure what the case is for the domestic terminal to elsewhere in China. Overall I'd definitely stay at this hotel again because it was super cheap online and really nice. You'd pay 5x the price for a hotel like this in the US.

staff in the hotel are not ready!

Pullman is a brand which we always trust. However, the service in this Sanya Pullman is a bit disappointing! The hotel and the rooms are superb but the quality of staff is poor. It seems that most of them are dreaming and they are not yet ready for their roles! Nothing is comparable to the Pullman in Bangkok! well, maybe everything in China needs to be improved!

ne of best locations to stay in Sanya

We came already second time to this hotel. We aprecciate the short distance from airport, the huge pool areas, garden and tunnel to the beach. The overall style of the hotel is beautiful, not really so new, but still in very good shape. Noise from airport is almost not noticable, but military helicopters are often crossing in front of the bay. Sometimes during breakfast a little bit noisy, because a lot of families with children around. We booked a room on executive floors with lounge access, with a great variety of food and drinks. The breakfast buffet is very rich, also with some Western style dishes. This "Sands"-Restaurant is in general quite good, we always had been happy with the service offered. Especially we like to thank Cindy, she made our stay there perfect, with her competence and charm, always friendly and with very good English. We will always come back.

가족 휴양하기 좋은 곳입니다.

인천에서 직항으로 가는 항공편이라 새벽도착이었는데요 우선 공항에서 차로 15분이내에 도착해서 좋았습니다. 대동해까지 거리도 멀지 않아서 이동하기 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들과는 영어로 소통하는데 어려움이 없었구요 부모님부터 어린 조카들까지 다 만족스러웠던 리조트였습니다.

인천에서 직항으로 가면 새벽 도착인데 우선 공항에서 차로 15분 이내에 도착해서 좋았습니다. 저희는 가족이 많아서 빌라(3베드룸)랑 트윈룸을 예약했었는데요 빌라도 가족들이 묵기에 너무 좋았습니다. 3개층으로 방이 독립되어 있어서 편했고 수영장도 사이즈가 적당했습니다. 리조트 크기도 돌아다니면서 산책하고 물놀이하기에 좋은 규모였습니다. 대동해쪽 이동도 가까워서 좋았습니다.

整體好好，今次是我第三次入住，設施添加了，尤其是兒童活動，下次仍會繼續入住。

不错的酒店

酒店临近机场，10分钟不到20分钟的车程。设施各方面还可以，服务各方面也不错。离海滩很近，有专门通往沙滩的通道，方便安全。酒店有游泳池，大人小朋友都有的。总体来说各方面还可以。价格我们入住的时候应该属于旺季，有点小贵。周边可吃饭的地方比较少。如果多一点就完美了。总体还不错，很好！

飯店離三亞高鐵站車程約30分鐘 可預約飯店商務車接送 費用約為80元人民幣 地理環境好 惟吃飯較麻煩 我們僅住一晚 故直接享用 BBQ+Buffet 一人約300初頭人民幣 若用微信支付還有優惠 房間大且乾淨舒適 但冷氣弱了些 若想舒適睡眠 因房間較大需先預開至少2~3小時 整間才會涼 因為等小孩洗澡完才開 一直不夠涼且來調整後仍無法達到23~24度 跟飯店反應後直接開另一間同樓層房型給我們 方能安然入睡 算是一點點小扣分 但整體仍相當推薦

Top Hotel mit genialem Frühstück, Service, Strand

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen (ca. 7km) vom Zentrum Sanya, jedoch perfekt gelegen am Strand. Das Frühstück ist kaum noch zu toppen, wirklich für jeden etwas zu finden! Die Pools sind sehr sauber und der Fitnessbereich ist gut. Finde es etwas bedauerlich, dass ab 19.00 Uhr der Strandabschnitt nicht mehr vom hoteleigenen Lifeguard bewacht wird und die Polizei am gesamten Strand die Personen aus dem Wasser kommen lässt...

值得的休閒體驗

位於三亞灣，靠近機場，地點方便，環境不及亞龍灣或海棠灣，但去市中心購物和海鮮市場很方便。 入住時提供冷毛巾和歡迎飲料，服務也周到。 大部分房間都享有池景和海景，且都有露台，獨立淋浴間和浴缸，很好。 房間很大，只是地板抹得不夠乾淨。 泳池有多個，也有滑水梯，喜歡海浴更可通過酒店專用隧道步行前往沙灘，且提供沙灘椅，毛巾和儲物，服務全面。

入住1020三晚。先說不好的：剛入住時．地板沙沙的沒清乾淨，浴室拉門是壞的，浴缸的水放不掉(以上部分後來飯店都一一改善了)。最糟的是：床吱吱響，彈簧的部分也塌陷了，睡起來不舒服，且隨便一翻身床就咿咿歪歪。房間隔音做得不錯，但忽略了大門的部分....外面的人經過聲音特別響亮！小孩子被床跟雜音問題吵醒好幾次。 不過其他的部分真是大大為酒店加分。從大堂接待，房間清掃，客房服務，甚至遊戲室，泳池邊的工作人員，每個人都親切有禮，尤其在門口負責接送車業務的那幾位先生，特別客氣，積極協助我們，讓人很放心，應該要加薪才對XD。 美食也是一大亮點。怎麼說呢，口味就是剛剛好，又道地卻又能吃得習慣，我們每天都點客房服務，雖然價格高，但吃得較安心，又美味，份量也不少，都懶得去外面吃了。早餐buffet樣式非常豐富，每天會有特別菜色，品質在水準之上，好好吃，起床就好期待早餐。 飯店有好幾個泳池，都有專人發放毛巾或泳圈，我們基本上都待在加熱池，大概在30度左右，很適合帶幼兒戲水。一旁有滑水道，但可惜只讓小孩使用(大人也想玩啊～)。 兒童玩樂的地方有三個，一個是戶外的小公園，一間遊戲室，另一間遊戲場須付費進入。 酒店還有另一個優勢是離機場很近，大概15分鐘，計程車只要二三十元，大家別被坑了。如果要叫車的話，自己覺得黃色的車普遍素質ok，跳錶的，比較不會被多收，或是酒店的專車也不錯(推小偉哥)。特定時間酒店也有接駁車去一些定點，像步行街或outlet。 環境優美，讓人滿放鬆的，帶有傳統三亞風情。雖然房間稍有損耗，但應該就是因為服務跟餐飲水準，才能讓這間飯店穩坐第一吧。整體還是很不錯的！

整體不錯，清潔度能加強就更好了

這次在三亞住了兩家飯店，鉑爾曼的房間相對比較小，而且清潔度不夠，入住後又請清潔人員來拖了一次地板，接著發現電視無法開啟，服務人員測試後是電視壞了，處理方式是搬隔壁房的電視過來更換（但是這樣就變成隔壁的電視是壞的……），全程無更換室內鞋，所以地板又髒了。 值得稱讚的是飯店對兒童很貼心，有一些兒童遊樂設施，餐廳也有兒童用餐區。 不得不提的是早餐非常好吃，用餐時間又長（平日到10：45），所以可以睡到自然醒後悠閒的享受早餐。 然後就是有地下通道可以直接走到沙灘，很方便。 床跟枕頭都很好睡。

아파트만큼 2베드룸 4명투숙 시티와 가깝고, 조식 좋고, 비치와 접근성 좋고 리조트 시설 훌륭하고, 직원들 친절하고 100점 만점에 95점

押金退的極慢，催了好幾次才退返！有點小尷尬
