Good location and friendly staff.

Great location for Pinnacles and stromatolites and very handy to have kitchenette with a decent bar fridge. Close walk to shops and meals. Very happy with our stay.

Hassle free

Really good to have own bbq and outside sitting area. Very spacious accommodation. Comfortable bed. Wifi a bit slow.

The rooms are great, updated, clean and the staff were friendly.

Place was pretty decent. Toilet shower was separated only by a curtain so keeping it dry was slightly challenging but I believe that was done for the sake of accessibility (there were grab rails etc installed). AC was kind of faulty and was blasting warm air all night and only started getting cold in the morning.

Good location for Pinnacles, not much going on around hotel, rooms good but broken curtains and intermittent air con and grubby carpet spoilt it.

Good basic room Clean and spacious

Very friendly receptionist. Large with comfortable bed and functioning AC in bedroom. Living room area had stains on carpets and sofa. Has laundry in the large bathroom. No plug for the soaker tub but we used the one from laundry sink.. nice and relaxing. Patio looks onto road and storage units. Quiet overall.

Fine Stay with a Reasonable Price

Overall is fine, it's clean and tidy, but a bit old building.

The room we were allocated stunk and the carpet was all stained and moist. The bathroom had all mold through it and the aircon filters were so built up with dust it’s like they had never been cleaned. Outside our room smelt like sewage as well. The room was in terrible condition and the bed was very uncomfortable. Very unpleasant stay.

Stayed 2 nights; room was neat and clean and very good for a small town, though the amenities were not very new but everything worked fine. Shower and microwave was a bit corroded. Room was very spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Expedia's record of their phone number was incorrect though; it needs updating.

Good room, outdoor area and barbecue not cleaned. Had a good stay but rooms could do with some upgrades.

The 2bed villa was roomy and enjoyed by x4 adults . My biggest complaint was the overall cleanliness,the carpets were filthy and had seen better days,and both villas would benefit from a thorough clean,so very dusty,the curtains and skirting boards especially. The bed was clean,but pillows should have protectors on . A great little resort but definitely the housekeeping needs a boost!

Great location for Pinnacles

Only stayed one night room was comfortable and reception staff very friendly. Didn’t go to pool so can’t comment on that. Food in restaurant was very good, great location to visit the Pinnacles.

Great stay overall!

Great stay overall. Loved the bottom level, easy access to the pool. Very spacious bathroom. The only thing that lowered the rating was the CO2 alarm in the bedroom which was making a low buzzing sound constantly making it hard to sleep at times.

Good short stay but looking a bit tired

Pleasant choice for a short break in Cervantes, although overall impression a bit tired. Apartment was well-equipped although I chose to eat out it was nice to have the space. Bathroom dated - huge spa bath had ill fitting plug. Large size shower cubicle but not very powerful. There was a washing machine but I didn’t need to use it. Small outdoor pool was nice for refreshing dip but most sunbeds in poor repair. Overall place could do with a refurb.

I have been here before. The property is in an excellent location for visiting the Pinnacles

Great overnight stay

We loved this motel- staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful (I’m coeliac and the chef went out of her way to make sure my pizza was gluten free with no cross contamination. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped, private units. The only disappointing part was that the walls are very thin and so there was a lot of noise from the room next door and from the Aircon units and fridge. Perfect place to stay the night after a trip to the pinnacles and before eating lunch the next day at the fantastic lobster shack.

The staff were helpful and lovely

Room was very clean. Bed and bedding comfortable. The flooring is probably due to an upgrade, but otherwise room was really good. Only complaint was the location of microwave shelf, as each time I went to do the dishes I nearly hit my head. Would stay here again.

The room we had was in very poor condition especially the bathroom and the outside area was very dirty. The photos on the web were nothing like the room we had.

Paid extra for larger self-contained room. It was great.

The breakfast buffet was nice but spoiled by being cold. I did mention that food should be kept hot at 60degrees Celsius to be within health regulations.

Apartment was a good size however carpet and rug were quite dirty and lounge chairs as well. Cervantes is close to the Pinnacle desert and the lobster shack but not a lot of other action

A little tired

We had a very enjoyable 5 day stay. All interactions with the staff was excellent and they were so helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Great place, close to all activities in town. Loved our time and will be back!

My wife and I Shared an apartment with my brother and sister in law. Great set up with our own bathrooms/showers and a Spa. Great evening sitting on balcony playing cards looking over pool. Shops next to units . Cooked up great breakfast and even had dishwasher 🙂.

I did not feel like I was at a resort. The carpets needed replacing, the lack of amenities and pleasant, relaxing places to sit around the resort meant I felt stuck in my studio. The experience was not worth the money I paid.

It was lovely, but it was upstairs which is hard getting your luggage up if you’re not too fit!

I like the quietness, private and cleanliness on the property especially with the kitchenette facility. Staffs in reception are friendly. We are coming back but will get more groceries and foods from Perth for barbie. :)

Great location, great price and great facilities. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice enough people but maintenance poor, everything from dirty smeared windows, stained carpet, defective light and a spa bath that refused to produce bubbles. On paper it should be a great venue with a swimming pool, outdoor chess etc. The reality was disappointing although we got a $50 refund for the broken spa. Sorry to be so negative but they really need to tighten up on maintenance.

Staff at reception very friendly. Things were very clean, both within our unit and around the resort. It was walking distance to local shop and eatery which was handy.

Property was local, good spot. However needs a bit of a revamp, carpet was filthy and lifting in the middle of the room and toilet was dirty on arrival. Also the sheets on my son's bed had a coffee stain on it. Great stay otherwise, pool and bbq facility's were good.

We had a wonderful stay at Pinnacles resort. Perfect place for the family. Plenty of room and lovely facilities. Tony from reception was so sweet and helpful! We will definitely be coming again!

Staff member who checked us in was very welcoming. There was a problem with the air con in our room, and this was quickly sorted our by being given another room. Both rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy.

Comfortable place, great service

We arrived at Cervantes just 08pm found everything is closed including restaurants! We realize perhaps not many people are visiting or stay in the resort on Monday but for a resort economy depending vacation visitors could at least make an effort to provide some kind of hospitality service who travelers that drove hundred of kms, booked for the accommodation to get some kind or services even just for one night stay.

It was close to The Pinnacles and other places we wanted to visit. There was Netflix available to watch on the TV

Lovely little resort/holiday village. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Pool was very cold but it wasn't a hot day so that's to be expected. The pool area was nice and tidy. Would recommend for families although there is not a lot to do in the area. The resort restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing but breakfast was good. There's a good tavern next door we'd recommend for dinner and lobster shack is a very short drive away for lunch. We would stay again

Clean, quiet, simple accommodation

It is good value for money. Spent only a night and left in the morning. So! But it was an enjoyable stay.

The property was in a good location and had a decent restaurant, the bed was a little uncomfortable though.

the property was fairly clean & tidy. customer service was great. bath towels need to be renewed as very dry and old. Room upkeep would be a bonus- extra bin bags, dishwasher powder etc.

Great place to stay

The cabin was amazing, it was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. I will recommend this resort to everyone. Our room made sure we had a wonderful weekend getaway. We did have a problems with the bubbles in the spa Whoops!

Property is very central walking distance to everything. Had a issue with powerpoint and hairdyrer in main bathroom and was dealt with after checkout.

This was an amazing little apartment very clean, neat and tidy. Even had milk for coffee . breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Lovely tavern next door for dinner .

Carpets needed a clean. Otherwise comfortable room and nice lounge with TV. Great to have washing machine/dryer and powder and clothes rack provided. For second floor rooms, bear in mind access via stairs only. Manager on site really lovely and helpful. Close proximity to pinnacles and lobster shack. Both worth visiting. Lobster tour interesting and not too long and sunset visit to pinnacles very special.

Beautiful clean and comfortable 1 night stay. Meal at Bistro Tavern next door was superb!

It was good

The evening meal was outstanding ,they obviously had a very accomplished chef. The wine list needs addressing as it is limited in range.

Sensational property - will always recommend

Undoubtedly one of the nicest properties I stayed at along my trip. The customer service is next to none, sensational. The rooms are lovely and spacious and above all else clean. It’s a lovely central spot in a nice little coastal town. We tried both room types, and both were perfect for what we were looking for. Perfect for families looking for interconnected rooms and a little privacy. I work in the tourism industry and it was this stay (under the radar) that has cemented working with the property permanently. I have no doubt when it comes to providing an excellent product for my customers that Tony and the staff here will always go above and beyond. I would recommend Pinnacles Edge 100x over to anyone.

a great stay, been here before and liked it so stayed again as we were passing by. Accommodation is great and facilities are good too.

The property was just what we needed. The manager (I think he was the manager) delivered great service. The only downside for us was the cleaners missed us every day for some reason. All in all a great weekend away !

Great location in town. Freindly check in staff. Veru very spacious apartment with everything you need. It is a huge one bed room apartment with lounge and kitchenette. Clean and comfortable bed.
