Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced.

The place has more of a home-away-from-home vibe, offering a cozy and private stay, which I really enjoyed. It comes with a kitchen and fridge, so you can store food and feel comfortable throughout your visit. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance! Sapporo train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, and the city center is just as manageable on foot. The owner doesn’t speak English. They are strict with the 3 PM check-in time, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you arrive early, there’s no luggage storage at the lobby, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for privacy and convenience in a walkable area.

Nice location

Great location and would stay again. The only bad thing was one of the wooden bed frame being a bit squeaky and dirty vacuum cleaner but we had other cleaning supplies to use for our stay, which was sufficient.

This is a very convenient and nice place to stay. It is near to amenities and transport stations. The place is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

The room was very spacious and neat. However there was a lack of essential amenities including an ironing board and iron (despite there being a washing machine). In addition, the instructions to use the stove and washing machine are in Japanese with no translation, which made it incredibly hard to understand even with Google translate. But, they were quick to help when in need.

Nice clean apartment, very convenient, walking distance to most sightseeing places. Somehow the sofa in the living room is in really bad condition.

Good location small and portable room

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very cosy and clean with seperate sleeping/living spaces. Although it looks quite small - there was more than enough space to be comfortable. PINN-N4E21 were easy to communicate with prior to check in. The online check in system was easy to use when we arrived. We had no personal contact upon arrival - which didn’t seem to be an issue for us. Great location! Close to a big shopping mall. Safe and very secure apartment. Thanks for the great stay.

Excellent Stay

Amazing compact yet fully loaded apartment

More than happy

The room was amazing even its a bit small. Considering its a Japanese standard its more than enough. But the amenities provided is more than sufficient. It provides induction cooker, washing machine, heater, aircond, microwave, refrigerator and some basic kitchen utensils. The room is sparkling clean. Located near to Sapporo station and Odori park area. 7 eleven, family mart and Aeon grocery is in walking distance. There is a lot of shopping mall nearby. Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Arcade are also can be reach by foot. It is in a quiet and safe area. Room have no view. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Self check in was not so bad.

Good value Sapporo apartment near the JR Station

Automated check-in process was a bit frustrating, but otherwise everything was fine and the apartment was conveniently situated for tourists.

衣架要多一點

洗濯をして干しても、乾かない。 浴室の換気扇はほぼ機能していない為、湿気がたまってしまい、臭いが部屋にこもる。 それ以外は特に不満なかったです。

札幌駅からのアクセスも良く近くにコンビニもありとてもいい立地でした。 部屋の中もキレイで快適です。 食器も一通りあり、鍋くらいの簡単な料理ならできたかも。 自分は外で食べてたので使用しませんでした。 唯一の不満は建物の階段がやや臭う。 地下？のバーから？ とりあえずなんか臭くて部屋の玄関からトイレにかけてまでその臭いが充満していたことです。 そこまできつい臭いではないのでリビングからは無臭なので基本的には困りませんでした。

マンション風形態のホテル

暗証番号のみで入り口も部屋も開錠するマンションタイプのホテル。部屋に一口電気式コンロあり。ロングステイにいいと思う

調味料をいくつか置いて欲しかったです。それ以外はとてもよかったです

離札幌駅大約8分鐘，交通十分方便。 自助check in和check平out，指示清晰。 整體乾淨，設施OK。 如果煮食煲大些（28cm或以上）使用時會較方便。

가정집 분위기에 깨끗한 숙소.

メールのやり取りもInstructionもすべて英語なので、基本的に日本人向けの宿ではないのだと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウトはすべて無人フロントのタブレットに入力することで行われます。それ自体は簡単です。日本人は顔写真の撮影不要と事前の説明にありましたが、写真を撮らないと手続きの先に進めませんでした。 事前予約しない限り部屋の清掃、タオル交換はありませんが、掃除機もあるので問題ありませんでした。毎朝ゴミの回収だけはしてくれるのですがらゴミ袋の補充がないのだけが不便でした。1LDKを2人で使用しましたが、全体的にコンパクトで、夫婦カップルではない友達どうしだったら泊まるのはキツイです。冷蔵庫は中サイズ。必要最低限のものは揃っていました。が、あったらいいなあ、というような、コーヒーメーカーやトースター、炊飯器、水切りバット、皿拭き用の布巾などはなかったです。

入居する時は 少し戸惑いましたが 部屋は清潔で静かな場所でした。 また 機会が有りましたら利用したいです。 お世話になりました。

酒店時尚整潔

酒店很時尚, 很整潔, 很舒服, 離札幌站步行大概要十多分鐘, 有點遠 但我們一家租了單車代步, 那就方便得多 下次再來有機會再訂住

일본에서 가격대비 편의시설,청결상태 완벽한 숙소하고 생각됩니다. 만약 다시 삿포로 방문을 한다면 다시 갈 의향이 있고 삿포로 역에서 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 주변 편의점도 여러군데 있어 전혀 불편한점 없이 6일 지내다 왔습니다. 다만 체크인이 오후 3시인데 무인 시스템이다 보니 무조건 시간에 맞추어야 함으로 일찍 도착했을시 조금 불편할수도 있다고 생각되고 수건이 인당 큰거1개,작은거1개가 제공되는데 장기투숙시 조금은 불편할 수도 있습니다. 이점 외 모든것은 완벽했습니다.

4인가족이라 여기 선택했는데 정말 만족했습니다. 무인이라 체크인아웃 걱정했는데 걱정할 필요가 없었어요. 메일로 오는거 잘 확인해서 하면 하기 쉬워용! 수건이 인당 큰거하나 작은거하나로 버텨야하는게 단점이긴하지만 장점이 더 많아요. 삿포로 가면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

不錯的經驗

房間舒適寬敞，設施一應俱全，距離札幌站也不太遠，但沒使用過全自助check in的旅客要適應一下才能成功

廊下やエレベーターがとてもカビ臭かったです。料金を考えると、とても残念でした。

청결한 숙소 너무 좋았습니다

房間乾淨舒適，有廚房真的很方便，只是沒有熱水瓶，只有一般燒開水的茶壺有點麻煩。另外空間不是太大，兩人房若打開29吋行李箱會擋住整條路，枕頭也真的如同網友說得非常薄。有一天半夜樓上還傳來非常巨大的聲響把我們都驚醒了，隔音好像不是太好。

このように、フロントにスタッフ不在のホテルを利用したのは初めてでしたが、事前のメール等で何も困りませんでした。また次回も利用したいです。

無人化管理雖然沒有接待人員，但入住一樣方便，環境整潔、大小合宜，且在外有廚房可以煮飯真的很方便！唯一覺得可惜是入住時間晚退房時間早，若要寄放行李箱要另外收費。

위치는 삿포로역에서 8-10분정도 가면 있어요! 로손, 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트 모두 5분?정도 거리에 있습니다 체크인 어려울까봐 걱정했는데 차근차근 하니 어렵지 않았어요 방과 화장실 모두 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 수건이 숙박일수와 상관없이 인당 큰수건하나, 작은수건 하나로 총 두개밖에 없었던적었던 점이 아쉬웠지만 미리챙겨가서 괜찮았고 욕조가 생각보다 작았어요...그냥 발만 담굴정도? 전 사용하지않았지만 세탁기도 있고 식기도 있어서 필요하신분들은 좋을것같아요 가격대비 일본치고는 작지않은 방이라 좋았습니다! 야식먹을 테이블도 있고 옷 걸어둘 곳도 있어요 옷장 밑에 캐리어 두개 열고 생활했는데 좁지 않았습니다 또 삿포로에 간다면 한번더 이용할 생각이드는 방이었습니다!!

第一次入住無人旅店，就住到這真的很幸運！ 價格很合理，離車站又很近... 房間空間大又乾淨，設施也很完善。若有機會會再來住

역이랑도 걸어서 10분정도 거리에다가 편의점도 주변에 많고 위치는 무조건 최고고요. 실내 시설도 호텔급이라 완전좋아요. 적극추천하는 방입니다.

홋카이도 ~

대체로 숙소 자체는 아기자기하고 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던점은 단열이 잘 안되는거 같고 히터를 틀어도 찬바람이 들어와 추웠습니다.

1. チェックイン時に、玄関ドアが開かずに苦労しました。インターフォンうえには、部屋番号を入力と指示されていますが、実際には全く異なる暗証番号が必要でした。 2. 部屋は快適でしたが、クローゼットが無いのは困りました。オーバーやスーツの置き場がありません。不要な人工観葉植物の置き場にクローゼットがあれば良かったと感じました。
