The service was outstanding, everyone is super nice at the hotel. We enjoyed the boat ride to the hotel and it felt authentic. The downside is that the walls are wodden and not insulated we could clearly hear people in the next room. As the hotel is on the lake there was sounds of scratching on the walls probably from some small mouse outside the room. Overall it was a nice stay but not the comfiest.

Absolutely amazing unique place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Excelent and very friendly services by the staff, the floor could use more moping, food was alright, room was good, view was very nice. Overall we loved our stay at Paramount Inle Lake, got chance to enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset from the hotel. Recommended place to stay.

We had a really great stay!!

It’s a great hotel. We loved playing cards and having a drink on the deck watching the action on the river. It’s a beautiful view. Our room was comfortable and they did turn down service which was really nice. Restaurant food is very good, which we were happy with because you must eat there every night because the boats don’t run after dark. Breakfast was also delicious. Service was fantastic as well! You won’t be disappointed staying here. It’s also very reasonably priced. Thank you for a great visit!

Beware that you need to arrange for a boat on your own to bring you to this hotel located in the middle of the inle lake. Other than that and the spartan facade, i must say that you will not be disappointed. Particularly, rhe sunset view, the service of the staff and food at the hotel are exceptional! Highly recommended to stay more than 1 nights.

Check in very fast, staff are friendly, helpful, bed nets at night. The service is very good, the room has a private balcony, the breakfast is not bad, we chartered to go sightseeing, overall, very satisfied, I will recommend friends and everyone to stay.

Beautiful "floating" hotel on the side of the lake. Can only access by boat which makes it even more peaceful. Could see the sunset from our room balcony.

Beautiful resort with great views. It is located on the lake with no access to a road. The hotel did not advise in advance that a private boat is needed. It’s about 45 mins from Nyaung Shwe, but boats are plentiful and you can combine with a tour. As such, only dinner option is on the resort. The staff was very attentive otherwise and helped with everything else, including transport to Mandalay.

Lovely hotel and stunning location. Staff were excellent and very helpful when I got a food poisoning.

Spectacular lake view and sunset

Excellent breakfast with spectacular lake view in the morning! Impressive to have Gouda and Edam cheese! Good spot for sunset madness, quietly enjoy sunset just at the dock is super fantastic! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Really nice sunset from the lake view room

Great stay in a unique hotel over the water. Recommen to take the room facing the lake, it is a bit noisy but sunset there is really nice, unique experience for a couple of nights.

wonderful base for exploring Inle Lake

Reaching here is an adventure in itself, given that only way in, is by boat! From the airport, one takes a 30-40 min cab ride to the jetty, followed by another 30-40 min ride on the long-tailed motor boat through the lake. the "water bungalows" are super cute; located over the water on stilts, with a small patio and deck chairs facing the lake. The rooms are on the small side, with less than roomy BR/shower: however they are kept clean and they are comfy with mosquito nets over the beds. the decor is all very dated, but has rustic quaint quality to it. there is a small "coffee tea bar" ie hot water kettle in each room, and a mini fridge. At 150$ a night I did expect a bit more luxury in Burma, but eh. the bF buffet is the standard fare of local specialties, coffee/tea/fruit juice, baked goods, breads, eggs station and local fruits. More than adequate. the staff are commendable. the front desk in a ranging touring boats for sunrise/sunsets/local villages: their pricing is very reasonable and competitive for hiring boats and their drivers for half day or full day. I'd recommend staying here for your exploration to Inle Lake.

A hotel on the Inle lake with a very good view. Relaxing. Very helpful staff. Nothing nearby within walking distance. Have to rent a boat to get around. Food is okay but expensive.

Nice relaxing stay on Inle Lake

After spending a few days in Nyaung Shwe, we booked two nights in a standard double bedroom for a day of relaxation on Inle Lake. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a fan, and mosquito nets over the beds. We also had a nice private porch with a beautiful view of the lake. The one downside to the room is that the walls are very thin so we heard the guests staying the rooms on either side of ours. The service at the hotel was excellent as the staff were very friendly and attentive. Because the hotel is located in the middle of the lake (~30 minute boat to Nyaung Shwe), we ate our meals at the hotel restaurant which served a nice selection of food. Although our short stay at Paramount Inle Resort was a great retreat, it is not the most convenient jumping off point for exploring the greater Inle Lake area and we were glad to have spent the first half of our stay in Nyaung Shwe.

Nice hotel/location except for noisy boats,mozzies

Nice hotel on Inle lake for food, drinks & sunset, etc on the balcny. Just a shame about the constant flow of noisy boats up & down river in front of hotel - even at night. Mozzies were v.savage too - needed lots of spray, etc.

Good hotel in the middle of the lake. Good food, and they were able to arrange a boat for us to take us around.

Great staff and hotel has a beautiful view.

The hotel was quite nice but once you get there you are pretty much stuck at the hotel as boat transportation is required to go anywhere. There is a water village not far from the hotel and we did a day tour visiting numerous locations throughout the village. All meals we had were at the hotel and they were quite nice. I would have gotten cabin fever if we stayed longer than the 1.5 days we did. During the day the electricity was off for a few hours while (I believe) the generator gas was being refilled. Of note, KinPo who works the front desk was amazing. She helped us with anything we needed and coordinated our day tour as well as our boat to return to the mainland about an hour away. I recommend this hotel for a short trip out on the lake.

Lovely Character Charming Resort

I was born and bread in Burma but then migrated to Australia and then went back to visit relatives and friends 3 times in the past. On this trip December 2015- January 2016 I did a bit of traveling within Burma and visited Inle and stayed at the "Paramount Inle Resort" for the first time with my teenage daughter. I wanted to be spoiled so we choose to stay on the water which I was very pleased with. This resort stands different from the because the lady that runs the place is extremely friendly and treats everyone as family and charges the bare minimum for anything from sight seeing to restaurant bills. All the staff here treat each other and the guest as family and not like strangers. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Inle Lake and stay in a place where you'll be talking and remembering for a long time even after your holiday. Do not have high hopes of things as you will be disappointed. Burma is similar to Bali & Thailand but this place is on it's own and cannot be compared. There is still a lot to see and do if you want to do things as couples or even singles. The hotels are very helpful with arranging tours and day trips.

O hotel é muito bom. O staff muito amigável, sempre dispostos a resolver tudo que foi preciso, ajudar com os transfers para a cidade e reservar barqueiros (já que o hotel fica no meio do lago). O quarto era bastante limpo e espaçoso. Snacks eram deixados no quarto diariamente como gentileza. Voltarei com certeza.

Placé sur le lac, vous beneficiez ici d'une vue incroyable, notamment le coucher de soleil sur les montagnes. Terrasse agreable. Cependant, l'activité des bateaux demarrent des 4h du matin et cesse vers 21h. Ne comptez pas faire de longues nuits ou vous reposer. Il s'agit de profiter du lac et d'y etre au sud pour limiter les deplacements. Tout est facturé en dollars donc plus cher. Merite que l'on y passe une nuit.

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et convivial

スタッフの方は優しく、部屋もきれいで素敵なホテルです。バルコニーから夕日も見れました。 ただ本当に湖の中なのでボートがないとどこへも行けません。他の方の口コミでホテルにボートを手配してもらったと書いてあったので連絡しましたが、ボートの手配はしていないとの事で自分で旅行会社を通じて手配しました。徒歩でもアクセスできませんので予約の際にご注意下さい。

決定放棄此渡假村, 當日臨時在茵莱湖找另一間酒店

入住當日我們夜車到達凌晨5點多, 下次時候有很多當地問需不需要的去酒店, 此時當地人表示此渡假村需要去碼頭坐船去, 這點我們一早明白所以坐開價$4000KS去碼頭(原來碼頭地點就隔2條街很近), 不妙的事情就此發生了, 原來的士司機亦是船家, 他說此渡假村並沒有免費船接送需自付船費才可到達, 心想這樣的話出入不方便宜! 當時船家開價每人$10000KS (當地貨幣) , 除非我們進了不出, 不然只因船費的話, 消費會比本身酒店價錢貴...(因為我們是旅遊所以少不免都會外出) 總結: 如有心在茵莱湖已渡假形式RELAX可以選擇入住, 因渡假村環境和服務看評論都說不錯!!! 但如像我一樣旅遊的話不建議入住真的不方便,沒有免費船接駁住客上岸服務, 要自行花費隨時隨地總船費貴過住一晚價錢!!

Bel hotel mais bruyant

Bel hotel sur pilotis , mais pas d'accés terrestre , pas de service de transport si ce n'est payant . Trés mauvaise insonrisation des chambres hors lodges , plus passage des pirogues motorisées entre 5H30 et 20H . De ce fait , malgré le payement de nos 5 nuits , nous avons changé l'hotel . A noter tout fois , que la direction était prête à nous changer d'etablissement .

Top Service, gutes Restaurant. Achtung: Nur mit dem Boot erreichbar, aber das macht auch den Charme aus. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beim Buchen eines Wassertaxis oder auch bei der Organisation der Weiterreise

当日に空きがあったのでバンガロータイプの部屋に変更してもらいました。受付のスタッフの方々の対応も良くスムーズに変更をしてもらいました。翌日のボートトリップや夜行バスの手配等もしていただきました。安心していろいろ相談をできるようなスタッフでした。 部屋からの夕日はとてもきれいでした。夕日が見える側に泊まっている人の多くはバルコニーから夕日を見ていました。宿泊者は欧米の方ばかりでした。湖の上ということで蚊の心配をしていましたがほとんどいなかったように感じます。 部屋は清潔でしたが若干古い感じがしました。また、しょうがないことですが水圧が弱かったです。一番気になったことは、朝6時くらいから轟くボートの音で目が覚めてしまいました。基本的には快適に過ごせました。

充実すてい

湖上ホテル。岸に近い分、庭園と展望櫓があり、パラダイス感あり。日中はパワーボートの往来で喧しいが日没とともに静か。ホテルの食事は高いが美味しい。観光スポットが近くにあり便利。インデインは超お勧め。山の頂上のパゴダ群も素晴らしいが、右側の小山にも上ると。サプライズが待ってます。

Hotellet består av kabiner på pålar, uppfyller knappast svenska byggnormer... Det finns inte något närområde. vill man göra något måste man ta båten iväg. En nackdel är att båtarna väsnas MYCKET! Det är intensiv trafik utanför hela dagen och en god bit av natten.

Amazing location in the middle of Inle lake. Great wooden style of rooms. Stunnding views into the lake. Fair prices for boat services with great drivers. Stunning sunsets.

Un excellent choix au Lac Inle

Ce complexe est magnifique et bien situé. La nourriture était excellente et le service impeccable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

All in all a great place to stay

A good 30 mins boatride from Nyaung Shwe at the «end» of Inle Lake, but it’s worth it. Except for the taxiboat highway during the day, it’s really a quiet and relaxing place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s a 20-30mins boatride up the river to Indein Village and all the great sights the village offers. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly, and they serve a decent breakfast with it’s own eggstation. Lunch and dinner is also pretty good. Rooms are a bit dark though, with all the wood, but hey, you’re supposed to be out exploring. Rooms have their own veranda if it gets too crumpy. All in all a great place to stay!

Ehemals erstklassige Unterkunft mitten im Inlesee mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und einem hohen Entspannungsfaktor. Jetzt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aussichtsturm wird leider nicht mehr bespielt. Hervorragend: die Hotelmanagerin, die sich zuverlässig um alles kümmert.

周囲との隔絶という非日常。但し娯楽とも隔絶される。

周囲が完全に隔絶された湖上のホテルなのでもう少しホテル内に楽しめる施設があればと思った。ただ何もせずボーッとバケーションしたい人には何ら不満はないと思われ。ホテル内のレストラン（何せ周囲と隔絶しているので他に選択肢はない）が非常に美味しかった。

호텔이 아름다운 호수위에 지어져서 아름답고 평온하고 깨끗합니다 종업원들 모두 친절하고 요구하는 내용을 들어주려고 노력하였습니다 마사지는 가능하지만 1명의 마사지사가 하기 때문에 커플이 동시에 받기는 어렵습니다 미리 예약을 해야 합니다 고요한데 보트가 많이 지나다녀서 시끄럽습니다 보트가 안다니면 정말 고요합니다 너무 좋습니다 옆방과의 방음이 거의 안됩니다. 다들려요 조심하세요

Très bon séjour !

Un agréable séjour de 3 nuits, personnel aux petits soins, bonne cuisine à prix raisonnable et très bon petit déjeuner. Seul point négatif le bruit incessant des pirogues en journée. Mais quel bonheur de vivre sur le lac ! Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Schön aber laut

Schöne Anlage, die jedoch NUR mit dem Boot erreichbar ist. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel. Ansonsten ist das Personal jedoch sehr zuvorkommen und das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) sehr gut. Wenn nur für ein bis zwei Nächte bleiben.

Très bien situé sur le lac. Seul bémol : bruits matinaux des bateaux rapides qui transportent les colis dicers et denrées sur le lac et les personnes se déplaçant en d'autres points. Personnel charmant et attentionné. Repas excellents. Très très bons souvenirs.

湖上にある、他ではなかなか体験できないホテル

ボートでしか行く事のできないホテルは、他ではなかなか体験できない思い出です。事前に連絡をして、送迎とインレー湖の観光をプランニングしてもらっていたので、ボートで観光をするという貴重な体験ができました。ホテルでは、夕方になるとスタッフの方が部屋の中に蚊対策のスプレーをしてくれて、ベッドには蚊帳もあり、蚊に刺されずにすみました。夕食はホテルの中で食べる事になりますが、味も良く満足しました。2日滞在したうちの1日は夜は満天の星空でした！

Experiencia Inolvidable

Se encuentra 40 min dentro de lago Inle y la gran ventaja es que para conocer los alrededores ya estás en medio del lago y no el pequeño pueblo a las orillas. Una vez en el hotel sólo te puedes mover en lancha y solo hasta que obscurezca ya que una vez de noche no hay servicio de transporte en el lago en general. Las estrellas se ven increíbles. El hotel cuenta con servicio de alimentos y es muy bueno. El personal del hotel nos ayudó a bajar el precio de bote por día y fueron muy amables. Le recomiendo al 100, toda una aventura.
