Love this place

This is a great exclusive, secluded/private beach, private bungalo/room type experience. You will feel like you have the best beach and best amenities just to yourself. everywhere else on the island is packed with people. this place is clean, and i feel was the best beach on Koh Samet. But you pay for it. :)

Feedback

The environment at beach front was great! Beautiful. But the villa is a bit old dated and fairly dark in the unit . With the price of $850 per night we paid, the overall is a bit below our expectation. The breakfast is just OK and restaurant food quality and cooking is just not matched with Luxury resort name.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay, great staff, would highly recommend.

All quit excellent, Staffs very friendly and helpful, Property beautiful as expected, Foods tasty. But we paid for this high prices, We don’t expected to join long journeys on the mini bus included many ppl. That’s the reason why we booked “Private” Thank for all supporting.

one of the best resorts I have stayed at. Customer service is excellent, with the staff and management catering to our daily needs. We felt extremely well taken care of and that our patronage was appreciated. The hotel facilities are modern, clean and in good shape. A great getaway only 2-3 hours from Bangkok.

Fantastic Stay in Paradee

We enjoyed our stay in Paradee very much. The beach is very beautiful and quiet. We stayed in a beachfront private pool villa, which has a fantastic view of ocean. All sport equipments are complimentary to use, like sail boat and kayak. We really enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea. It was so relaxing. The food and restaurant are great with a variety of choices. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Luxurious hotel in Samet

Our stay at Paradee was excellent and did meet our expectations. Considering how much we paid to stay at Paradee i.e. 3-4 times higher than other hotels in Samet, we had a high expectation. It’s a luxurious hotel across the island from the popular and crowded beaches. We enjoyed the private beach at the resort as well as amenities both inside our room and the facilities (including pool and spa). It was a peaceful stay that we had hoped for. All staffs were polite and helpful, from the moment we checked in at the mainland pier to the moment they sent us off, as expected. If there’s one thing we wished for more, we hoped for a more complete gym. It seemed to be lacking of basic equipments (eg exercise balls, resistance bands, etc). Also, adding the second home gym machine would be nice. In all, we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous experience

From start to finish this facility was spectacular. Picked up at Jadet Pier as promised, right on time and taken to the hotel where we were greeted on the beach by a line of multiple hotel staff . Welcome drinks . The facility itself is isolated and very quiet ––exactly what we were looking for. If you were looking for a place with a lot of night life this may not be the place for you. Beach was beautiful and extremely private . We went kayaking twice a day (included). The rooms were incredibly nice and spacious. Dinner was by candlelight on the beach with everyone having their own private small tables ; very romantic. Extremely friendly staff who routinely went out of their way for you to do anything that you would like to make your stay superior.

Would be there again

Everything about Paradee itself was perfect. The only thing is if you want to go to downtown samet, you need to take a taxi, which is not comfortable.

This is really a little private paradise, the employees there are as helpful and nice as it is possible, the villa are amazing! If you have a chance take one with a private pool.

Pure luxury

If you want five star service in 5 star surroundings with 5 star cuisine then go to Paradee. It is fabulous. Four days of being pampered was just what my wife and I needed.loved the sunsets at the sunset bar and the beach meals on hot balmy nights . Cannot wait to go back.

A very pleasant stay

The management and staff at the Paradee are what make this place great. Some teams simply have their stuff together, and it can make or break your holiday experience. It's definitely not near the little town, however there is a reliable taxi service on the island that can get you wherever you need to go.

3 night stay at Paradee

Lovely 3 night stay at Paradee. V relaxing, beautiful beach, gorgeous weather. Exclusive, since only 40 villas beach seemed like it was just for us. Plenty to do other than relaxing: swimming, kayaking, snorkling, wind surfing, sailing. Only negative would be the food, uninspiring, mediocre quality.

Paradee, not quite Paradise

This compact resort of cleverly designed villas and amenity buildings connected by beautifully maintained landscaping is set in a tropical forest reserve with its own private beach. also beautifully maintained . The staff are friendly and helpful enough however it is clearly not a five star facility as they lack the essential skill of 'anticipating' guests requirements particularly in the restaurant and the pool and beach area. The manager would regularly apologise for any inclement weather which suggested that he was very conscious of the high prices charged. A speed-boat trip around the island was arranged for the longer term guests as compensation. I was bemused by the hotel policy of assembling key kitchen staff, chef's hats and all, and other assorted staff to greet guests on the beach as they arrived and when they left. In my view their time would have been better spent concentrating on their respective duties and meeting the guests during their stay as the occasion arose. The spa facility and service was excellent but pricey. F and B was average, no risk of a Michelin Star or half here.

Sixth heaven is an apt translation of paradee One of the rare faultless stays I have encountered anywhere in the world.

Timing is everything

It was the low season so expected it to be quiet, and it was. It was also time to repair the roof on the main restaurant. That was fine, it was closed and they opened a function room of sorts on the Sunset Bar beach. That was excellent. Staff service and food was excellent every meal. Only detractor was my afternoon bottle of wine at the Sunset Bar, first day, excellent, I was the only person there and enjoyed an afternoon with a strong breeze coming from the North-West. Great sunset! Day two, everything as good as could be until I went for another afternoon bottle of wine. My ideal seat from the day before was taken up by some Europeans smoking, all of them except a Thai girl with them smoking! I tried to move upwind in the small Sunset Bar, but the smoke was everywhere! The 1 European girl with the other 3 guys and Thai girl whispered something and they moved outside and as up wind as possible. Made it impossible to sit comfortably without being smoked out, ashes and all. They left after about an hour and within 2 minute, 2 more European mountain bikers arrived, sat down, this time just down wind of me, and first question asked of the staff, "Can we smoke here?" The GM was very apologetic for the re-construction of the restaurant and also apologized for an afternoon storm that came through, but this is to be expected in the down season and my family and I really enjoyed our short stay. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, but showing some age.

Needs some thing

Was a great place to stay and chill out for a day or 2 but after that gets a bit remote no where to walk out but great to read and relax.

An oasis of relaxation

We stayed four nights and had an amazing time, the staff is extremely friendly and well trained. I always felt they paid attention to every detail and English was never an issue. It is a beautiful property with exclusive beach access so it was quite private. Dinner on the beach and poolside were so perfect. While the food and spa is going to be More expensive and close to US resort prices we felt it was well worth the money for the first rate experience and refined atmosphere of the resort. The spa was excellent! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to recharge and relax!

Perfect place to relax!!

I can highly recommend the Paradee Resort!! It's the perfect place to recharge batteries and to fully relax! The staff is friendly, food delicious, massages amazing and the entire resort is well managed and very comfortable!

Spa treatments are too expensive, Restaurant prices and too high and the food is less than average.The hotel does not represent the standarts they want to have. It is tii expansive all in all, but very friendly, english speaking stuff

Great and beautiful beach. Outstanding service

妻と2泊しました。スタッフのおもてなしは最高でした。しかし、宿泊したコテージがVillage Villaだったせいか、蚊の侵入による虫刺され、イモリも部屋の中に入っていました。ゴキブリの死骸も部屋の中に。 シャワールームは解放感があっていいとは思いますが、虫の侵入を防止することを考えていただきたい。

Petit coin de paradis où vous vous sentez comme un invité spécial. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Le cadre est idyllique. L'après-midi est rythmé par pleins de petites attentions. Le seul regret est d'en repartir.

Se você está procurando um lugar romântico e paradisíaco, o Paradee é sua melhor escolha, praia privada, super limpa e muito linda. Os funcionários são um espetáculo à parte, todos muito gentis e cordiais, esse é o lugar perfeito para você se sentir especial. Eu gosto de agradecer a cada funcionário do Paradee que fizeram a nossa estadia extremamente incrível ❤️

Paradee is so good!!

全てのサービス、施設において、大変満足している。ディナーは良心的な価格で美味しい。特筆すべきは、このホテルの雰囲気だと思う。ビーチや客室、レストランなどでの静けさが魅力に感じた。ガヤガヤしてる感じが全くない。しかし、スタッフの数が非常に多いため、きめ細かに対応していただけた。静けさを味わいに、癒されに行きたい人にはとてもおすすめである。 自然豊かであるためか、とても蚊が多いことと日本語が全く通じないことだけ注意してほしい。

Paradies on this island

After a Perfect and quick speedboat Transfer you have a very warm Welcome by the staff. The bungalow (with private pool) is perfect and well equipped. Morning breakfast buffet and complementary icecream and afternoon tea gives you always tastefully surprises by the kitchen chef. Also the sundowners with cocktails are exceptional. All in all - it was a perfect stay. Only the time (we spent 5 nights) was definitely too short. We come again. And longer for sure

All the staff are very helpful and kind. We are enjoyed staying there very much.

Perfekt hotel til par/familieidyl

Restaurantpriser måske en smule i overkanten med 240 baht for en øl, men ok, det er et luksushotel. Fabelagtige bungalows i rolige omgivelser og smuk natur. Kun transport var til irritation. Leje af en scooter er et must medmindre man vælger at blive på hotellet, hvilket man sagtens kan gøre da alt hvad man har brug for er i nærheden eller kan skaffes hvis du vil betale for det.
