Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, palvelu oli hyvää ja ravintoloissa jopa erinomaista. Ilmastointi ei ollut käytössä enää syyskuun lopussa, öisin oli välillä kuuma. Allasvesi kylmää, kuten lähes kaikissa hotelleissa täällä. Ruoka ihan maukasta.

Es la tercera vez que vamos y seguro que no será la última. Lo que hace excepcional este hotel y que te sientes como en casa es el personal que tienen. Asi que si tienes niños y quieres pasar unos días tranquiloy disfrutando, no te lo pienses.

Bien entretenu et propre, la piscine est agréable avec le bar, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de transats disponibles (ou que les gens les réserve depuis le matin). Peu de personnel parle bien francais, privilégier l’espagnol ou l’anglais

TravellerNot a 4 star hotel-expirience
The hotel was previous a 3 star hotel and many of the hotels features still have 3 stars writen on them and only have 3 star quality The restaurant was really below standard - the quality and hygiene was very low in the restaurant and the open kitchen. The rooms was missing some things that you would expect for a 4 star hotel. No holder for the toiletpaper, no handsoup in the bathroom, no bedside tables and plastic chair in the room. As a silver member a bottle of wine was suppose to be included in the room but was not and staff had no idea about this promotion The staff was somewhat friendly and a positive for the stay but still the hotel should be rated at maximum 3 stars - unfortunalty the rating on the restaurant should be even lower

El hotel está muy bien por sus habitaciones, instalaciones y distancia con la estación de tren de Malgrat, pero no recomiendo para nada el buffet de cena, no tiene variedad, soso, seco y sin sabor; realmente es una pena que un hotel tan bonito ofrezca una cena tan deplorable.

Es heißt, dass das Personal, das Aushängeschild und Gesicht ist. Das kann ich hier nur bestätigen. Noch nie hatte ich so unheimlich freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt. Auch das Essen, wirklich super!

TravellerEspecial mención a la atención recibida por el recepcionista que nos atendió a nuestra llegada al hotel después de un viaje con incidentes y que fué de lo más empático y agradable y la verdad que fué de agradecer. Pido perdón ya que no recuerdo su nombre, pero su turno era el de la noche del 09 al 10/09/2022.
TravellerEn el mismo recinto hay un 4 estrellas y un 3. Nosotros pagamos el de 4 y nos pusieron en el de 3. Al ir a reclamar nos dijeron que era el de 4 y como ya habíamos ido anteriormente a este hotel, no nos pudieron engañar, con lo cual la chica dijo que laa habitaciones de 3 y de 4 son iguales, que no es cierto. Hemos ido 3 veces pero con lo comentado anteriormente, no volveremos más.

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble . Chambre assez spacieuse , salle de bains avec douche italienne correcte . Seul petit bémol un drap était taché mais assez rapide pour le changer . Et le parking était complet mais on a trouvé de la place à 50 mètres de l’hôtel .

Primer de tot felicitar el conjunt del personal per la seva atenció, amabilitat, correcció... Potser el més fluix va ser el servei de vigilància (sovint no hi era o estava recollint envasos... ) en relació a l'hotel en sí, tot perfecte llevat que la catarata gran no va funcionar mai (no sé si per les restriccions d'aigua, la qual cosa em sembla perfecte i caldria indicar-ho com a nota positiva per l'estalvi d'aigua tant necessari). Per posar un PERÒ important per a nosaltres: que l'hotel no estigui adaptat al 100% a una nova situació cada cop més creixent: les persones al·lègiques (no només intol·lerants) al GLUTEN. Cal eviatr de totes totes la contaminació greuada. gràcies
