The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. They were also very informative and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good. Nothing fancy, but a broad array of toast, cereal, juices, milk, coffee, and other stuff.

Its in a convenient area due to its proximity to dongdaemun market, insadong, ikseongdong, and cheonggyecheon stream. However, the area around the hostel is quite creepy at night. While korea is generally safe, I felt more uneasy in this area. Otherwise the hostel itself was clean, breakfast was decent and the rooftop is super cute. I stayed in a private room, which had a nice large bathroom, big bed and the AC worked well. However, there wasnt a lot of floor space for my luggages or anywhere else to store my things to organize myself during my stay. Also, the lack of an elevator was quite exhausting being up on the 4th floor, dragging my heavy luggage. Staff were very kind and helpful in getting my luggage up the stairs though!

Upon arrival the staff welcomed us with a local snack. We arrived a couple hours early and they were accommodating and we were able to get to the room super fast. We had two rooms, one on the 2nd and one on the 5th. Despite the walk up, I really enjoyed our 5th floor room. We were only there for one night but it was more accommodating than other places we have been. They even held our luggage after checkout and give us a goodbye treat!

Very affordable. Very close to Jongno 5 ga subway station. Walking distance to Hyundai City outlet Store. With convi stores nearby. The only problem is that we stayed on the 5th floor and if you have heavy luggages they don’t have an elevator. They offer free coffee all day. Breakfast is free.

BHCチキンも、CUも、市場も近くて便利でした！

コスパの良い宿泊施設でした。東大門も近くアクセスは良いですがホテル周辺の環境はあまり良くはありませんのでお子様連れや若い女性のグループにはおすすめしません。価格を抑えて寝るだけとお考えの方には最高です。

スタッフさんは日本語も通じ優しかったです。部屋の中は髪の毛が落ちており歩くのに躊躇しました。

我覺得很棒！

熱水非常燙（太燙）冬天的話不用擔心 雖然是上下舖，但是睡得很好 唯一比較辛苦的是搬行李上下樓，但是staff非常親切友善，幫忙了我們。 另外，5樓的公共空間非常棒 比較可惜的是，居住的地方靠近紅燈區，晚上需要留意下，但是我們沒有遇到什麼危險，不需要太緊張。

スタッフサービスがよく、お菓子のプレゼントも嬉しかったです。また、駅から近いのもとても助かりました。

スタッフの皆さんは、とても優しくて親切でした。部屋の中も清潔でした。ただ、エレベーターがなかったので大変でした。リムジンバスや地下鉄の駅も近くて、便利は良かったです。余談ですが、五階に共有スペースがあるのですが、私たちが泊まった時、夜中の1時過ぎから、十数名が大騒ぎしていて、眠れませんでした。共有スペース内に注意書きなどがあるといいなと思いました。

서울숙박 기준으로 착한가격이나 딱 잠만잘 수 있는 좁은공간 좁은 화장실의 아쉬움..옥상뷰는 좋았습니다.^^

방음 안되고, 협소해요

애들 데리고 가는건 정말 비추 입니다. 옆방 물내리는 소리까지 다 들리고, 침대와 베개는 냄새가 좀 나요. 그리고 조식은 코로나 때문에 제공되지 않으니 조식포함이라고 표기하신건 지워야 할듯요. 그냥 여관입니다.

담에 또 이용할께요~~

The staff very nice, I love welcome snack and good bye note+snack very cute. It's my first time in Korea, this hostel is my first impression in Korea. the room is not large but comfortable and clean. The staff speak English and Chinese very well. I especially love lobby at rooftop.

駅から歩いて5分ほどでした。ホテルまでは少し裏道を通りますが特に問題はありませんでした＾＾ 受付では笑顔で接してくれましたし、また日本語も勉強されているみたいで会話にも困りませんでした。ですが日本語が通じない方もいらっしゃるので英語は多少なりとも必要になると思います！ 部屋はとても綺麗でキャリーケースを２つ広げても全く問題ありませんでした。床暖がとても暖かく寒さに関しては問題ありませんでした。お風呂場はトイレとシャワーが一緒で仕切りなどがないので多少困惑すると思います。シャワーの出について様々な方が口コミを投稿していましたが、確かに出は悪いですがそれほど気にはなりませんでした。アメニティーに関してはバスタオル（そこまで大きくはありません）、シャンプー、ボディジェル備え付けがありました。歯磨きなどはないのでご持参された方が良いと思います。 トイレに関してはトイレットペーパーが流せないので匂いが多少気になると思いますが換気すれば大丈夫だと思います＾＾！！ 共有スペースに冷蔵庫やIHコンロ、電子レンジがあり自由に使えるので食生活に関しての不便はありません！使い方が分からずフロントの方に聞いたら親切に教えて頂いて嬉しかっです！ テラスは写真通りとても可愛くて若い子達にはとてもいい場所になっていると思います！ 観光地の東大門までは歩いて行けますし交通の便も悪くないのでここに決めて良かったと心から思います！帰りの際にはキャリーケースを下まで運んでくれてとても助かりました＾＾ また韓国に来た際にもリピりたいと思います！

謝謝飯店櫃檯員迷路又到外頭找我們很暖心，但是本旅館的熱水忽冷忽熱有點嚴重，住的那間霉味有些重，整理上還可以

地點很便利，旅店裡也很溫馨，該有的都有。早餐可以在樓頂吃，想受韓國的陽光。晚上也可以到樓頂賞月光，很特殊的體驗

シャワーが急に水になったり熱くなったり調整が最後までできなかった。多分仕方がない事だと思う。

Perfect! Best hostel in Seoul!

Staff is really nice and helpful! They keep the room clean and it's actually bigger than it looks on photo. Location is very convenient, close to everything like subway and shopping street and market. I love the pink rooftop. Its so beautiful that i saw many people taking pictures there. Enjoyed my stay here a lot. Looking forward to come back again.

ホテルで寝るだけなら、お安いのでオススメです。部屋もきれいです。 まだ寒い時期でしたが床暖房？があるので、部屋は快適でした。 シャワーは湯量・温度が安定しない時があります。トイレに紙（使用後）は流せません（備え付けのバケツにいれます）。 朝食はセルフです（パン、ヌテラ、ジャム、シリアル＆牛乳、甘いスティックコーヒー、紅茶ティーバッグがあります。食材持込で調理も可。電子レンジあり）。 スタッフさんは普通に親切です（日本語は片言、英語OK）ので、リピーターの方や高級なサービスがいらない人には向いていると思います。

Had an amazing experience from the day I booked this hostel. Helpful and friendly staff always willing to help. Their indebt practical approach to my queries meant I could lay back, rest and enjoy the experience. Which was what happened on my stay. Thank you all for a great time and the additional touch - the welcoming note and snack waiting for us when checking-in and checking out. You all rock!! Keep up the good work guys!

Great location and lots of delicious food nearby

這次的首爾行非常寒冷，民宿地板有地熱覺得很溫暖，且位置很好就在捷運站旁邊，員工也都很樂意為我的問題解答，退房時還有送小餅乾，很多地方都可以看到他們的小用心，下次會再回顧的。

Best place in Seoul! Highly recommended!

Great location, subway is just nearby and dongdaemun is within walkable distance. There are buch of restaurants and gwangjang market in the neighborhood. Room is actually quite spascious, bigger than I thought. Housekeepers clean everyday, so its clean and neat. All their staffs are friendly, even gave me gifts when I came and when i left as well. Recommend to spend some time on the common area to meet new people, as I did. Enjoy my stay and cna't wait to go back again.

可愛いhostel

hostelへの路地は昔の風俗街？のような雰囲気ですが、広蔵市場も東大門市場も徒歩圏内でとても便利ですし、フロントの方も親切。隣の部屋の音も響きませんし、綺麗です。シャワーの水圧は弱いです。テラスは可愛いです。駅からhostelへの道に坂道がないので大きなスーツケースを持っていてもつらくないです。

最差訂房體驗! The worst hostel booking experience ever!

After confirmed the booking and payment through Expedia, Airhostel sent us a private email mentioned that it’s fully booked and wanted us to cancel booking. As we think that’s unfair,so we contacted Expedia and after lots of phone conversations,we first got offered to a hostel nearby provided by Air Hostel,but none of the hostel details can be provided,we tried to google the hostel and couldn’t find any article/website/photo,so we’ve refused this offer.Expedia then offered us another hostel and we’ve confirmed on the morning.We thought that's it, but then Expedia called us again in the afternoon, told us AirHostel suddenly said room is available.Even we don’t trust Air Hostel anymore, we’re not allowed to reject as it's our primary choice. We arrived Seoul in the morning and stored our suitcases at AirHostel and went back to check-in at 15:30,BY THAT TIME the staff said they couldn't provide us a room due to the pipe nonfunctional problem.(WOULD U BELIEVE?)But we're tired to argue again, so we agreed to move to another hostel even no transportation would be provided, as we just wanted to settle asap.But this rubbish hostel requested us to cancel booking with Expedia again, before settle us with the new hostel(they weren’t planning to go to the new hostel with us and not feeling sorry).It's unreasonable!We argued with the staff and finally got a room from AirHostel, after wasted nearly1.5hour.Our joyful mood was destroyed by this stupid hostel.We will NEVER choose Air Hostel!

シャワーだけ難点

シャワーの水圧が全然なくて、チョロチョロのお湯だったのが困りました。それ以外は駅近でアクセスしやすいし、部屋も綺麗だし良かったです。

服務不錯但設施有點舊

工作人員服務態度很好，checkin和out都很花心思送禮物，地方設計也很不錯 可惜hostel沒有電梯，及房間內經常有蚊子

Its mid point of 2 different MRT station very convienient. Many famous spots around and have 24g operation restaurants near. The hostel is very clean and has good smell. The staff can speak in english very well and beey friendly. There is a kitchen so you can cook there, also free breakfast is provided.

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage

Gute Lage, der Flughafenbus 6002 hält in der Umgebung. Subway Station (Dongdaemun)nur wenige Minuten entfernt.Hotel befindet sich in einer kleinen Seitengasse, wo es viele Restaurants und Shops gibt. Personal hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück war nicht aufregend. (Toast,Erdnussmutter,Marmelade,Schokocreme,Müsli sowie Tee). Hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Stockbett und eigenem Badezimmer. In der Gemeinschaftsküche kann gekocht werden und Laundry service wird auch angeboten. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wenn man nach einen Budget Hotel sucht.

以價錢來說還可以

洗烘衣服都是要付錢然後拿給櫃台人員讓他們去清洗，毛巾要付一萬押金才會給，住的雙層床插座只有兩個有需要的可能要另外帶延長線，沒有電梯這次又住四樓所以搬的很累，但房間空間很大行李箱能完全攤開，只有浴室有拖鞋所以也要自備拖鞋。

The hostel is located few mins away from subway station and close to Dondaemun shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants in the alley and a giant traditional market just across the street. The room was comfortable, cozy and well heated when we entered. They emailed us detailed information such as transportation in advance, and then gave us suggestions on where to visit, nice restaurants nearby...etc when we checked in. Really appreciate their hospitality there. Nothing to pick at.

Best budget hostel with high quality in Seoul!

A very quiet, cozy place to spend a night after shopping all day at Dongdaemun. Location is perfect as well, only about 3 minutes walk to subway and bus stop. Staffs were so enthusiastic and friendly, they helped me a lot on planning my trip and gave me some useful tips like you can enter Gyeongbok palace for free if you wear traditional Korean outfit...etc. We love to chill out in the common area, hang out with other guests and watch sunset on the terrace. Room was fully equipped with everything we need and they keep it clean and tidy. All in all, a perfect stay. I'll definitely come back next time!

離地鐵很近 交通很方便 很多地方走路就可以到了 員工都很可愛 人很好 想問什麼事情都可以 下一次還會選擇住在這邊。
