We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them.

One night stay.

Too busy for us. Music blaring everywhere. Huge buffet restaurants. Looked good for children but very much over crowded

Beautiful property and the room upgrade was to a suite which was amazing for us as a family of 3. Very quiet location, close by to coconut beach, 15 min drive, this is a must visit beach during a stay here. Great couple of massage places just outside of the hotel on the beach, and a cute little restaurant.

The hotel is around 20 minutes from Khao Lak busy centre which suited us as we prefer things less hectic, shuttle bus for 200 baht pp each way if you want it. Hotel is on a large very clean expanse of beach with a few beach restaurants and bars very close by. The breakfasts in the hotel were excellent, a good variety of foods to suit all tastes, what I would say is they need to label foods for allergy sufferers. Food in the main restaurants was also of a high standard chef Tao, has taught them well. Rooms were kept very clean, just needed a bit of an update

Lovely stay

Great place, good for families, also decent for couples. Calm and serene, easy to walk around to other restaurants on the beach. In general good rooms and super surroundings!

Myself and my partner with our kids (2 & 11) enjoyed our short stay at Outrigger. The hotel and grounds were immaculate, it’s very well looked after and we appreciated that. Breakfast was good but not the best we’ve experienced in Thailand. There are places to eat on the beach if you want reasonably priced Thai food and the massage on the beach is very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return

Wonderful food, wonderful staff, fantastic facility. The house keeping staff were amazing. The restaurant staff were amazing. The kids club stuff were amazing.

Great hotel with fantastic pool and facilities right on the beach.

Truly stunning resort, beautiful and comfy rooms with everything thought off that you would need. The food was delicious and the picnic on the beach at sundown was truly special and shouldn’t be missed. Facilities were great. The beach was lovely. I cannot praise the staff more, they were so friendly and helpful and made our stay very special.

A lovely start to our Holiday

We stayed at the outrigger for 4 nights at the start of our holiday we’d stayed there 4 years ago when it was the manathai we enjoyed it then and wasn’t disappointed coming back for the second time the staff are really lovely the grounds are very beautiful out room was in a very nice position with a large terrace which looked out onto the gardens. The only thing that I think could have made it even nicer would have been more evening entertainment.

Amazing hotel, very quiet, a lot of trees i feel like in the forest

Amazing place in Khao Lak

It was an amazing stay. staff are great, even the bellboys were on top of everything, remembering our names, room number etc. Cleaners were super nice, great English and willing to assist with any request. Breakfast was amazing !!!!

Great little property with friendly staff. Large rooms, great pool, easily accessible with ramps. Loved it and will definitely return.

The staff made our holiday really enjoyable. We enjoyed how peaceful & calm it was. We especially went during the low season so that we miss the crowds. It was really nice to be welcomed when back from trips. The front staff & cleaners were so polite.

Honeymoon stay.

Stayed for 4 nights on our honeymoon. Nice quiet resort with some places to eat a short stroll ok. Bed was nicely decorated on arrival as part of our honeymoon. We hired a moped locally to access Khao Lak. Nice stay and we would recommend.

Great staff, very quiet area, not much around

The resort was lovely. Beach is really dirty though, not the hotel's fault. There is really nothing nearby and taxis cost a fortune so I would suggest renting a car or motorcycle. If two things could be improved I would suggest the following: 1) mani/pedi services need to be improved. The staff were lovely, but it really wasn't what I was expecting. No water or soaking, just used vaseline and cut my cuticle. 2) Need more spaces to hang out when it rains other than your hotel room. We went during a rainy period and there wasn't much to do other than sit in the room. No spaces to hang out really. However, the hotel staff were all very kind and went above and beyond the minimum level of service so I am grateful for them.

Some initial minor concerns on arrival at the hotel were quickly forgotten. A great hotel for our family holiday. Good service, lovely garden, nice beach and super pool for our little kids. The hotel is a little isolated but overall we would certainly recommend it for a relaxing holiday, especially families.

Awesome hotel

Awesome hotel, great rooms, lovely beach and great pool. Only downside was distance from town.

Nice lay-out. Beach is very near. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Check-in process is way too slow. They can't find a booking and need to ask Reservations to key-in the booking. Also no smiles. I have stayed twice and they just ask for my passport and credit card again. Awful reception services. All ladies on Reception are not willing to assist guest. Except 1 tall guy - his service is from heart. He is very welcoming.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! The beach beautiful. The BBQ was delicious. Wonderful stay. Would definately return.

A great location for a beach escape. There are miles of white sandy beach in each direction, and it's a relatively quiet area. Beautiful sunsets!

Hotel staff were helpful but management was totally lacking. We never saw any managers in the 5 nights we were there. They say they have 2 restaurants but there was the same menu for both with very limited vegetarian options. Food quality was below average. Beautiful pool area and beach.

Beautiful part of the world

Beautiful area, amazing food, friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend this hotel. However, there are a lot of children at the hotel. We were in a ground floor room and there was a family placed above us. Manathai should our families in the ground floor as we could hear the children running across the floor throughout the late hours of the night, midnight most of the time. Besides that I would definitely stay there again (but I’d ask for a room on the upper floor).

Charming resort set in quiet part of Khao Lak

Everything thing went very well at the Manathai for us. We were treated very well & all staff were most helpful. The room was excellent & while there was building going on next door this did not distract from the very attractive resort this is. The breakfasts provided in the room rate were excellent & the only down side was the cost of other meals & drinks which was excessive forcing us & many other guests to eat & drink outside of the resort where the prices & quality was very good

Very nice place on a long beautiful beach. A very corporate style resort though, you could just as easily think you were in Mexico or Hawaii. The staff are all very nice. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on next door that starts at 7:30am with loud hammering about 10 meters from the door to your room and it doesn’t stop till 9:00pm. The resort is very quiet otherwise, not a lot to do though and if you’re not walking on the beach you have to walk on the highway.

A wonderful place!

Check in and check out process were easy. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and beach are great. The kids loved the kids club.

Superb holiday

It was so good we decided to stay there another 5 days. The hotel and grounds were spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was included in the price, this was excellent and had a wide range of food on offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We hired a car for 3 days to explore the local area but for the rest of the time we were very content to stay in the hotel grounds and the beach.

Perfectly cute hotel with best facilities

This hotel was by far the best hotel we have stayed in - huge room and bathroom which were clean. Friendly staff who where very helpful. The pool is big and the beach was only a few meters away which was amazing! Only one thing I would say is that the hotel restaurants were expensive and most people are elsewhere.

Nice hotel close to beach

Very nice hotel with beautiful beach and pool area. Friendly, helpful staff but unfortunately the rooms are very damp. The beds felt damp and within a day or two all our clothes were damp too. We moved to an upstairs room which was better but still damp.

Great find

Splendid location out of town with a nominal fee for the hourly shuttle to Khao Lak. Though we have to say the town's charms were lost on us but for changing money. Hotel, staff and service top-notch but for food outside a great breakfast the beach restaurants esp the COCO BEACH (10 mins walk left on the sand full of hermit crabs pottering round at night) were a fraction of the price and very good quality. Would recommend the area and this out-of-town hotel in a heartbeat. Some great trips too. It sold Thailand to my wife who was less than keen before we went so job done.

Wonderful beachfront resort

Really enjoyed my 6 night stay at Manathai. Nice big room (deluxe balcony), beautiful grounds, nice big pool & amazing beach with clean warm water. Plenty of sun lounges even though the resort was fully booked. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with plenty of selections to choose from. Lovely waitress remembered that I liked a latte & made one especially for me every day. Very relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend.

Short break

Unfortunately only booked this hotel for 3 nights and wished it was longer. Room good, breakfast excellent. Great location, very peaceful but may be too isolated for some with only a couple of beach bars and a small supermarket nearby but perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and return

Very nice Family Hotel

We had a Deluxe, garden view room. Hotel has lobby at the front near the road and the rooms run down in two rows to the pool/beach. Buildings are two or three levels. The stand alone villas are at the end of these buildings closest to the pool/beach. Room was lovely, nice decor, clean and really good air con. Bathroom has a window into the bedroom but has a blind which you can close if that's not your thing. Breakfast was really great - fresh pastries/bread every morning and they had a good choice of Thai food at breakfast. They make up Thai soup for you on the spot - you choose what you want in it. There are plenty of restaurants/massage places along the beach (nothing along the road). There were also heaps of lounges on grass or sand between the pool and the beach, so you never miss out on one. There's plenty of shady trees to put your lounge under if you don't want to be in the sun.

The encounter with this stunning place begins when you get off the taxi and enter the stunning lobby of the resort, a very pleasant reception, a view that overlooks the entire hotel. When we went down to the beach we realized that we were in a stunning place with an extraordinary pool and beach. The owner of this stunning place is an Australian, a very nice man. The man came up to us and started talking to us. highly recommend...

Walking distance to the beach and few restaurants

Great hotel a little further out of central Khao Lak than we expected. Great facilities, we wished our balcony was a little bigger. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommended. Beautiful pool and fantastic beach.

Great hostility, service and surroundings

Plus points + incredible service and super friendly, polite and accommodating staff + hotel decor and surroundings are excellent, not too flashy, appropriate and everything you need is available. Decor also shows hints of Thai influences which is hard to find! + clean pool and beach area + beachside activities caters for most guests + extremely comfortable bed and generous room size for the price we paid downsides - while location is further out which gives a more paradise feel, distance from the local areas is quite far. Hotel does offer shuttle services at 60bht pp each way, but not frequent enough and many other hotels offer them for free - our room showed signs of wear and tear, e.g mouldy silicon in the bathroom, worn shower curtain etc. Nothing unacceptable but does prevent the hotel from a 5 star rating - breakfast is great for the first half of the week, but then got a bit repetitive. I would have also liked to see more Thai / Asian orientated dishes too as they serve many western dishes (ommelates, bacon, sausage, cereal, waffles etc.) All in all, would definitely visit again, but only if the price is right

Beautiful hotel on gorgeous beach

This hotel is a great base in Khao Lak. It is located on a beautiful, quiet beach with little villages of massage parlours, shops and thai restaurants a short walk along the beach to either side. The hotel itself is beautiful and well designed. The staff were friendly. Colours has an excellent breakfast buffet but for lunch and dinner the service is extremely slow. While the Colours restaurant has an excellent and well priced menu of western and international cuisine, if you are looking for Thai food you have to go to Pad Thai on on the beach. While the restaurant has a beautiful setting the menu thinks a little highly of itself, with some very overpriced Thai dishes. The Pad Thai is the most bland I have ever tasted. You are better off (and quite conveniently) going to the local place on the beach next door (Lom Loy?). If you want to go to town there is a very convenient shuttle - we should have used this service more. We stayed in a Pool Villa which we got at an excellent price and it was very nice. The room was quite comfortable and there were lots of perks. I especially enjoyed having our own pool when I didn't feel like the beach and the main pool was full of kids throwing balls around. It was very private and surprisingly large. Overall, I really liked this hotel and it's location and will definitely come back.

Fab location but food terrible. Needs a new chef!

Lovely Hotel with wonderful staff

Very impressed with the hotel. very modern and beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely although there was an awful musty, damp smell that became unbearable. Staff happily changed our room which was much better. The staff are wonderful and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable even though it rained most of the 7 nights of our stay. Pool area was lovely although taken over by lots of kids most of the time which was a bit annoying. Hotel provides a shuttle into Khao Lak town centre for a small fee which is very helpful as there is not much to do especially when raining. The food in the Pad Thai restaurant was exceptional and there are other restaurants up the beach that are also a cheaper option.

Just a short 3 night stay, but very relaxing. Lovely pool and beach, loads of sunbeds. Used the pool bar and restaurant and enjoyed 2 spa massages.

Fabulous Resort Hotel.

It was a great winter get away. Spent 6 days but wished it was longer to really explore the areas around.

Friendly hotel on the beach

There were plenty of beach loungers during our stay in the wet season in September but the pool temperature could have been a touch warmer for us. Facing the sea to the right is a bar, massage hut and a restaurant with good food and prices. Breakfast at the main restaurant was great with a wide selection of European and Chinese/Thai food.

Very good location, beautiful nature, good transfer to a market and city of Khao Lak. Very nice garden view. Wi-Fi connection around all the territory of the hotel. I recommend this hotel for relax vacation. I think will be better if the hotel have their own spa. The hotel has up to date rooms, with modern and comfortable furniture; sanitary engineering also in good conditions. As for me there was not enough wallpaper music around the hotel, mostly in the bar.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and the decor is beautiful. The king sized bed is so comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Upon check in I had a very helpful member of staff show me to my room, helped me connect to the wifi, told me about room service, how to get to the local village via the hotel shuttle and everything else that I needed to know. The staff were so helpful and had very good English so it was much easier to communicate than at some of the other hotels I have stayed at. The grounds are superb. The pool is big and it was virtually empty every day during my stay (August). The hotel is right on the beach. The only downfall about this hotel is that there isn't much to do nearby. The hotel itself has a buffet restaurant (Colours) and the food here isn't great. The dinner buffet was quite poor and overpriced the breakfast buffet slightly better. the other option is the restaurant by the pool (Pad Thai). I ordered a 3 course meal here which had to be cancelled due to a thunderstorm so my only option was to eat at Colours - but that's my fault for coming during the rainy season. It is easy enough to get to the local village as the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the village and back at various times throughout the day and there are plenty of restaurants and shops here - it takes about 15 minutes in the minivan. This hotel is perfect for a short break. I stayed here 3 nights. Bring mosquito repellant!

Beautiful hotel with own beach

We stayed at the Manathai for 10 days. We didn't realise that it was the wet season but it was great just the same. We went for rest and relaxation. The hotel is a bit away from everything but they do have a free shuttle bus running everyday to take you to town. We ended up hiring a motorbike and went sightseeing...we felt safe on the road. There are some amazing waterfalls around. All the staff where very pleasant and helpful. Ta at breakfast was extremely friendly and it was a pleasure talking to him every morning..he recommended going to the hot springs/pool to us. Claudio at the tour booking was excellent she was very informative and a friendly and happy young lady who couldn't do enough for us.

Great hotel

We enjoyed two weeks in this great resort located on amazing beach. Breakfast very good wide selection including Thai food. Hotel / roomis clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly.

We stayed 4 nights in Manathai, beach was really nice full sand the area is so relaxing. We took massages at Be Friend at it was really nice cheaper and better location than hotel. Food was okay when we order a la carte in thai restaurant or room service but we didn't like beach bbq and international restaurant. Breakfasts are also nice. But we awared of mosquitos and some other insects hotel is very close to lake in both sides.

Nice property, but sub-par F&B and slow Internet

Keep in mind I only stayed one night, for a pit stop on a long motorcycle trip. The property seems pretty new and looks nice. The pool and beach area are terrific. The food and drink at the restaurant, including breakfast, were below standard relative to the property and the price, in my opinion. The biggest drawback for me was slow Internet. This was compounded by poor mobile reception (and I carry a SIM card from all 3 major carriers in Thailand), so if you need to keep in touch while relaxing on the beach, plan ahead.

Review

The beach inside the hotel is good, but no fish or reef for snorkeling. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. No bathtub, only with shower. The free breakfast is good. The location is a little far away the town, which should be the biggest shortcoming.

Great location, best beach!

Great staff and the location is one of the best in Thailand. Beautiful white sandy beach. The restaurant on the beach near the hotel (turn right as you look at the ocean) is good but the second restaurant further down (on the right) is even better food and value. Room is kept clean but the buffet breakfast needs some variety.

little disappointment

Staffs are not so trained. We had been rejected to sit outside area while having breakfast because staffs assumed we were coming along with a group of Maninland tourists. We were very unhappy about that!

Our stay was surprisingly great. Had booked 2 rooms. Even my guests were pleasantly surprised of how good this hotel is. Probably stay there again on my next trip.

Nice and reasonably new hotel on the beach.

We had a great experience staying at the Manathai Khao Lak. The staff were very courteous and friendly, going out of their way to please.

Tranquil with beautiful beach and great staff

5 day getaway to somewhere quiet, and this was perfect. Staff was attentive, helpful and always cheerful. Food was very good and fairly priced, we tried the little places 15 minutes down the beach but the food could not compare and we patronized the hotel from then on. There is a little beach bar opening next door for a late night drink which seemed nice. The pool as beautiful and the beach clean and empty. There were plenty of sunbeds available as well as 2 hammocks. In Oct it was mostly a 40s/50s something crowd mixed European and some locals and few kids. It is far the Phuket party spots but this is what we were looking for this trip. There are shuttle into "town", next time we will not bother, if this is your first time in Thailand and this is your only stop you may want to check it out, but really nothing of interest there. For the price this may be the best deal we have found and we will be back when we need some peace and quiet and our own empty beach.

Bizarre place that is not ready for prime time

It is low season in Thailand so many places, including this one, offer deals. However this is no excuse to rip people off. More than 4 dollars for a can of Heineken? At midnight on our first night we wanted a cocktail and none of their workers could find any liquor at all except for 6 warm Heinekens for 900 baht at a supposedly 5 star resort? How is this ranked 5 stars on TA? Room service also stops at 10:30 PM and has a limited menu. Again, not 5 stars. It is good value if you are ignorant but spend a few more bucks and go to the Pullman. Sitter was good for our kids and my wife enjoyed the breakfast but if you have some money then do not stay here as you will be nickel and dimed. Nice pool but red flag at the beach since sewage apparently pours out near their beach area. If you liked being ripped off then stay here.

Excellent Stay

Lovely location away from the crowds, situated on a superb stretch of beach which is very quiet,we had a room upgrade to a pool villa which made our stay.We had a hire car for the week which made getting around very easy,it would have cost quite a lot for taxis if we did not have the car. Mainly German,French and Chinese guests,not many from the UK.

Peaceful retreat 15 mins from Khao Lak town

Manathai is a peaceful & serene retreat 15 mins from Khao Lak centre. My children really loved the pool (very child-friendly) and the beautiful sea with uninterrupted views. The sand was golden and clean, with lots of seashells and opportunities to look for hermit crabs. We stayed in a junior suite and was kindly upgraded to a Deluxe Suite because there was some problem with the shower in our room. Both suites were comfortable and similarly appointed except that the Deluxe Suite was much bigger and spacious. Perhaps the only gripe I have is that we had problems with the shower daily (the shower was too hot during the early afternoon even though we had turned the faucet to "cold"). The hotel engineers explained that it was because the water tank was situated on the roof and the hot sun heated up even the cool water. It was a reasonable explanation but it got kinda irritating that we had to call reception daily when we wanted to shower after our morning swim. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the beach & pool were amazing. Kids club wasn't really ready though. No programmes planned for the children as yet and the staff there were not English-speaking so couldn't communicate much with the kids. Nothing much for the older kids to do there either.

Nice, new hotel at beautiful beach.

Nice buildings with well designed rooms. Nice view from the main restaurant to the beach. Beautiful, large swimming pool. Chairs around the swimming pool, under the pine trees and on the beach. Very quiet beach. A few hundred meters away local restaurants, bars and massage shops on the beach and a few other hotels. Beachbar at the hotel. Good food and great breakfast. The hotel is approx. 12 km north of Khao Lak. Taxi cost 300 Bath one way.

If you want to be isolated, this is the right hotel for you. We booked this hotel because it was near the beach and away from the Khao Lak center. It was the right decision, super clean.

Lækkert hotel på stranden. Vær særlig opmærksom på at ved værelser til 4 er der kun 3 senge. Den sidste seng skal bestilles mod gebyr. Hotellet ligger en 10 min taxi tur fra byen. Dog er der flere restauranter langs stranden.

Paljon lapsiperheitä, uima-altaassa ei päivällä juuri ole tilaa aikuisille. Aurinkotuolit varataan jo aamuvarhaisella, eikä varauksiin puututa. Aurinkovarjoja on rajallisesti, joten varaaminen on välttämätöntä jollei halua olla suorassa auringossa. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Joogaa ja thainyrkkeilyä rannalla, ammattitaitoiset ohjaajat. Be Friend -rantaravintola kävelymatkan päässä, loistavaa ruokaa ja drinkkejä.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß, die Einrichtung neuwertig und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Der Pool war, war gut. Liegen war sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist einfach wunderbar. Störend war für uns allein, dass es sich um ein absolutes Familienhotel handelt. Sehr viele Kinder und Babies und somit keine Ruhe am Pool und im Hotel. Schade, denn so kommt das Hotel für uns nicht noch einmal infrage.

We have been in the outrigger for 7 nights beginning of January. The entire resort is very well maintained and clean, the staff is amazingly nice and friendly, you have the feeling they are always doing an extra effort- would actually deserve 6 stars ! location is fantastic for relaxation, beach walks. swimming and just having a good time.

Leider hatte es nach unserem Geschmack zu viele Gäste im Hotel. für November. Strandabschnitt; Liegen in 1. und 2. Reihe überfüllt. Gäste reservieren früh Morgens schon Liegen und blockieren sie den ganzen Tag, obschon sie weg sind. Leider aufgrund Wellengang selten klares Wasser, da der Sand aufgewirbelt wird. Service im Restaurant, eher massig. Nach unserem Geschmack zu viele Gäste aus dem Ostblock (Polen und Russland). Anlage eher steril. Schlechte Möglichkeiten, die nassen Bade-Klamotten zu trocknen. Da sehr feuchtes Klima und zu kleine Balkons. Nur 1 Restaurant offen. Frühstück, meist ein Gerangel. Kaffe-Maschinen viel zu langsam. Meist lärmig und zu viele Kleinkinder. Zum Glück hat es in Gehweite Strandlokale. SPA im Hotel ist unzureichend. Ambiente, einem 5-Sterne-Haus unwürdig. Wir mussten jeweils in's angrenzende AVANI gehen, um eine annehmbare Massage zu erleben.

Preis Leistung ist sehr gut

Die Zimmer haben mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, haben auch nichts mit Deluxe zu tun, das ist irreführend. Die Möbel sind jahrzehntealt, das Sofa fleckig, das Bett hart und den auf den Werbebildern gezeigten Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und Tischchen hatten wir auch nicht. Stattdessen ein Mini -Balkönchen, auf dem Einer quer sitzen oder Zwei stehen könnten. Zu zweit auf dem Balkon sitzen, während die Kinder schlafen, unmöglich. Das Frühstück ist ok, im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels dieser Klasse eher klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist am A... Der Welt. Es gibt eine Restaurant am Strand, weitere Restaurants 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand , jedoch nur bei Flut nicht erreichbar sowie einen Mini-Supermarkt mit sehr beschränktem Angebot auf der anderen Straßenseite der 4-spurigen Straße. Für alles andere braucht man einen motorisierten Untersatz. Wer das Hotel nicht verlassen möchte, gerne im örtlichen Vergleich teuren Restaurant isst, mag hier gut aufgehoben sein. Der Service war immer sehr gut. Der Pool OK, der Strand sehr schön. Die Massagen waren in einem offenen Pavillon, da könnte jeder zuschauen.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Best staff, great food, big clean rooms and cool activities! We loved yoga and Thai boxing with the amazing Mr. Bao. Definitely not the last time here!

Viihtyisä hotelli upealla rannalla

Uusi ja viihtyisä hotelli Bangsak-rannalla. Poikkeuksellisen ystävällinen ja huomaavainen henkilökunta, monipuolinen aamiainen, ohjattua joogaa ja thainyrkkeilyä. Hotellin omat hierojat ovat ammattilaisia, kuitenkin hiukan kallista ollakseen avoimessa kojussa kävelyreitin varrella. Varsinaista spata hotellissa ei ole. Rannan puolella on halvempi hierontakoju, mihin emme menneet uudestaan. Alustoja ei vaihdettu asiakkaiden välillä, ja kohtelu oli tylyä ja rutiininomaista.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl!

Wunderschöne Anlage, weitläufigen und sehr schöne Zimmer.Das Frühstück war fantastisch.Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich.Und der perfekte Strand rundete alles ab

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamers en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ruim opgezet resort met eigen strand en zwembad. Voldoende ligbedden in tuin en op strand.

Top Anlage. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Hotel ist abseits und weit weg vom Touristentrubel gelegen.

Very nice perfect size of hotel! Fantastic friendly and helpful staff and nice facilities both for kids and adults. And also very great food at the restaurant.

Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable

방도 넓고 깨끗하고 풀과 전용해변이 바로 붙어 있고 조식도 괜찮은 편이고, 아침 6시 반에 시밀란 투어 갈 때 조식 도시락 신청할 수 있고 스텝들은 친절해서 좋았어요. 다만 카오락 자체가 푸켓에서 택시 타고 1시간 이상 가야 해서 접근성은 좀 떨어졌어요. 푸켓 공항에서 리조트까지는 볼트 택시 이용해서 갔고, 리조트에서 푸켓 공항까지는 그랩이나 볼트 택시는 잡히지 않아 호텔에서 제공하는 차량을 미리 신청하여1,600 바트에 이용했습니다. 하여튼 덕분에 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요^^

Fantastisk hotell med underbart personal och magiskt läge! Vi nådde här i 2 veckor och det var helt underbart! Hotellet renoverades i feb 2022 och var tupp tio. Städningen var fantastisk och man kunde via en app chatta med personalen dygnet runt om det var något man behövde! Hotellet ligger i direkt anslutning till beachen och det fanns möjlighet att ligga och sola antingen vid pollen eller under skuggande träd eller på stranden. Maten i resurs gen var väldigt god men lite dyrare än på lokala restauranger på stranden. Personalen.var det som gjorde hela skillnaden alla var så vänliga och helt fantastiska. De gjorde de lilla extra hela tiden och det var ett mkt välskött hotell med bra ledning och de verkade trivas att jobba där! Vill gärna komma tillbaka! Lugnt och skönt familjehotell med en fantastisk kidsklub väldigt professionell!

Es war alles sehr sauber. Frühstück excellent, wer sich da nichts findet den kann man nicht helfen. Personal sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat das die Preise im Hotel sehr teuer sind... sprich ein kleines Bier über €3 und das essen auch sehr teuer.

Perfekt ophold på alle punkter. Værelse dejlig stort med monster stor kingsite seng. Flot strand. Dejlig pool med lun vand og ikke koldt som der tit er andre steder. God restaurant. Super morgenmad og sidst men ikke mindst dejlige, søde og serviceminded personale. Alt i alt....super oplevelse.
