Stayed in April 2025 with our 2 year old. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (my daughter still yells out BULA to us). Food options were great, we loved the pool and not having to leave the accommodation. The drive from Nadi airport is long, especially after a flight but once at the resort you don’t need to leave.

Best staff n services . Josateki the servicer is one of a kind, u need to meet him. I recommend him to people who’s visiting the resort, otherwise the staff was so friendly, food was awesome. Definitely going back. Thank you outrigger, shout out to the resort supervisor. Thank you for looking after us discounting us.

Great resort, on a beautiful coral reef so if you love snorkelling this is for you! Really good food especially at Ivi & Sundowner. The one issue is if you’re travelling as a couple it may not be the best place for you as it’s very family oriented, lots and lots of kids. But other than that it’s a great place on a beautiful beach! Great service too!

Gorgeous property, right on a swim beach. Friendly staff, lots of restaurants. Super family friendly. We had an amazing time.

Rooms weren’t cleaned on time. We had to wait for over an hour whilst house keeping attended. Even after that, it wasn’t cleaned properly. Had to call reception 3 times for someone to bring new towels, etc.

Stayed with family-4 adult and 3 children. Had a great time.

Stunning property and wonderful staff! We stayed in an Ocean Front Bure and absolutely LOVED our front lawn. We rented a car, so no experience booking excursions through the property, but the rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly, and the spa was great! We had great experiences in most of the restaurants, but were highly disappointed in Ivi. The Sundowner's food was our favorite and the kids adored the breakfast buffet. My husband and I enjoyed the adult pool and swim-up bar, as well. We would absolutely return. Wonderful experience!

Fantastic location! The staff was absolutely wonderful!!!! Food options were good but for those who don’t like seafood not many options available.

Loved staying there, will be back

The grounds were beautiful and lush with landscaping. Very well kept. The family pool was great for kids. Chairs around the pool were very hard to sit on for any length of time. Pleased that they had a very nice adult pool with comfortable seating. (A bit of a walk from the main area but quiet and relaxing). A few more shade areas would be nice. Enjoyed the a la carte breakfast there. Limited menus for snacks or light mid day fare. Meal options were limited and we tended to go off site to eat dinner. The coral coast was advertised to have the best beaches, which is why we elected to go there. We found the beach / water very rocky, gravelly and not really swimmable. Quite disappointing.

The staff are super friendly. good gym and adult pool area

The property is older, but my room was very clean and had a washer & dryer! My kitchenette allowed me to cook in the room and stay on my traveling budget. Right out front was entertainment a small Carnival on the weekend and the restaurant that is connected was great! I was able to work and eat there! The people were very kind.

We enjoyed everything at the resort especially the service we received from Eleni at the Ivi seafood restaurant. She went above and beyond her time to make we had a memorable night. Both myself and my daughter loved it. The other one is the service received from all the buggy drivers and thw young man that calls out Bula every time we drove pass 😍😍😍. The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes we could smell the sewage walking towards our room, otherwise we would recommend to all families and friends to visit. It was a great experience.

We very much enjoyed the stay. Perfect for family with children. The water was perfect for snorkel and canoe.

As it was low season the service was terribly slow for the cost. I love this place but sadly think it’s our last stay there after yearly visits for the past 9 years

We had a misfortune when we arrived at the hotel, my wife contracted Dengue fever and she was very ill. We were advised to see Doctor out at Sigatoka and staff were very helpful and wanted to organise transportion to and from, but we told them that we had our own. Our kids were well looked after staff at Kids Club. The duty managers been checked regularly on on my wife and asked how she was feeling and if there was anything they can offer for food . Brought in a fresh coconut to drink . Very grateful for the hospitality, loved to be back here at some stage in the future

Amazing resort! Too standards from all staff and amazing facilities. Entire team from concierge, front desk, restaurants, pool, etc were outstanding. Place to be.

Lovely staff but they seemed overworked. Very expensive food and drinks on site - $105 Fijian dollars for a T-bone. The store below reception was the best place to find bottles of cold water and snacks. The beach was not a swimming beach.

What a wonderful experience. Everything was pretry much perfect. Service at times can be a little slow however the friendliness from the staff towards our children was second to none. The staff here make you feel so welcomed and always happy to help. The talei butler service was a nice touch and Jerry was an absolute Star.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The resort was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the view from our room every morning with coffee on the patio and they have free beer/wine and tappa’s every evening at 5:00 that are brought to your room.The buffet dinner and breakfast looked amazing, but one of our family got food poisoning from the buffet on the first night. The buffet was also pricey- $300 CAD/AUS for a family of four per meal. The next door Crab Shack, the restaurant across from the Crab Shack and the Bederra Inn down the street were where we ate most of our meals for cheaper and the dinners were all fantastic solid 10/10 for every meal. The owner of the crabshack/restaurant across the street used to run the Sundowner bar and grill on the resort. Amazing stay over all. I would recommend this resort to anyone, just maybe be wary of the buffet.

Great location

Great resort for three generation families. Kids, parents and grandparents were all well catered for and everyone had a fabulous time. We stayed in the ocean front Bure’s and they were magnificent. The spa is outstanding. Food was good but service was super slow. The staff were the best, everyone was kind and friendly. We would all definitely go back to this resort again.

Overall a very nice resort. Room was clean and well maintained with a somewhat view of the ocean. Complementary champagne in the evening was definitely appreciated. Dining options were good as well. It would have been nice to have more umbrellas and chairs out. 4/5 stars because although the staff was not rude it appeared they catered to a select demographic ( which was not us). Stayed at many other resorts in Fiji on this trip where staff was just great therefore, although 4 stars, probably won’t return back to this resort.

An absolutely lovely resort. The staff were lovely and helpful (a special mention to our butler Atikini, who was a star). Activites and kids club great. The pool was lovely. Food was awesome. Tourism desk in house to book excursions. You can drink the water there, my 2 kids, wife and I had it all week with no problems. Its rare I go back to the same place twice as I like to explore new things, but my family and I will be going back here.

Overall for the price you pay it was ok. But staffs at buffet and restaurant were not friendly. Their responds to us was not professional or friendly. Asking for drinks with multiple staffs and after a while someone comes back. Chefs were good to respond to our questions. Staffs needs more training to be equally friendly with other nationalities. Not a luxury resort. In need of an upgrade. Okay for families. The adult only area is a dining restaurant and pool area with limited spaces. The food is limited, expensive and not fresh. The front desk manager was appalling. Her approach to a delicate situation that occurred was unacceptable. I’m not sure if it’s lack of understanding or training. An apology would have been really appreciated. The only people I received honest good customer care were the two people (lady and gentlemen) at the departure desk who helped me locate my driver back to the airport.

Food was pretty expensive and no alternative as remote. Feels a little tired and limited beach activities (did not offer snorkel tours outside resort beach, no sailing etc for example). Did have good tennis courts.

Amazing resort, friendly staff

The staff were great and always friendly but the food was overpriced.

We were given an adjoining room, people next door were very loud, 2 pillows were too high or one on its own too small, mattress was not very comfortable. The toilet seat would not stay up.1 1/2 hours to get to the motel from the Airport. Beach is full of broken coral, so wear shoes.I think the money you spend for the stay is not worth the stay, very expensive for what you get, you go to dinner and have to pay for water extra. The people are very friendly, but i will not be returning. Rating 6 out of 10 To sum up i will not be returning,

Other then the fact our room was infested with ants and some sort of tiny little bugs on the wooden drawer, it was a pretty memorable stay on Korotogo! Mocktails we’re delicious and the beach is absolutely ethereal, staff is incredibly helpful and kind!

Resort and amenities are really good, but staff is next level up - really amazing people, always there to help and accommodate, no matter what you throw at them. Really glad we chose Outrigger for our holiday destination and looking forward to visit it again.

All the staff were so hospitable and welcoming, remembering our son’s name and a warm BULA to guest around the resort. The resort was well kept with both rooms, facilities and grounds of a high standard.

We had a 5 night holiday. Super relaxing, good mix of activities.

Great property

Wonderful Resort, 5 stars ….. The only thing to fault is how expensive it is for food and drinks in the resort. Cost is more then in Australia & there is no access to free filtered water during the hot weather.

Property is beautiful and very family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. There is not a lot in the area so be prepared to travel if you are planning on doing day trips. Staff at the resort were lovely and welcoming and food was good but very expensive.

Great vacation spot in Sigatoka

My room was beautiful on the ocean front. The room had Nicely appointed furnishings and an excellent bed. Service was excellent, but not instructive. I will definitely stay at the Outrigger again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Outrigger. The pool area is fantastic for kids. The snorkelling from the beach is really good and great for kids. The food options are good and having the kids eat free was brilliant. The staff are all absolutely wonderful as can always be expected in Fiji.

Nice place , good for kids , we had a good room near the beach. Thought from the website it had a proper beach, but found out not many have a beach on the mainland.Food was OK. Overall enjoyed our stay , the staff we all fantastic.

Lovely resort. It would be great to have a dryer on each balcony for wet swimming clothes.

Lovely resort, beautifully manicured gardens surrounding many walking paths. Highlights - beachside lunches at Sundowner, sizzling chicken at Baravi, happy hour 4-5pm at Baravi and our favourite 9-10pm happy hour at Vakavanua Bar! Kids club has a variety of activities on offer, waterslide in the pool was fantastic, on-site salon as well as the Bebe spa were amazing with the spa located on top of a hill (as well as Kalokalo bar) which looks out to the entire resort! You also get to ride on a buggy to reach the spa and bar!

Everything was excellent except for the fact that there was only a 1 hour or so window for snorkeling at high tide. Did not realise this was the case so very dissatisfied. The resort otherwise was amazing! Great pool, kids slide, food, rooms were all great!

We had a great trip here! The staff were amazing. Good choices for food and always served quickly. Had something for all the family. The pool and beach were realy nice and defenately go up the hill to the spa, its well worth it! Recommend it

Family holiday - heaps for kids to do

Hotel facilities and staff were all fantastic. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. Snorkeling, tennis court/basketball ring, heaps of free activities in the pool, volleyball, kayak, coral planting, etc Room was good. Little dated but comfortable and very clean. Balcony was nice to have a coffee from and look over resort/ocean. Daily free drinks and canapé delivered was nice :) Used the spa service, was good (keep an eye out for specials also). Massage starts when they send you to change room to get changed - as opposed to when they start. Just a little sneaky! Food at hotel was sometimes good sometimes average. We started skipping the buffet breakfast for the cafe. Never had a bad meal or food. As expected food/drinks were not cheap, but expected - prices I found similar to a restaurant in Melbourne ( but quality not as good). Hotel won’t order cabs and will only organise the hotel transport which is 2x price (but is safe, etc). I found at times cabs more convenient when going to non tourist places. Weather was windy so pool was busy (due to people not using beach), which was fine apart from people reserving seats at the pool (putting towels down and not using for hours). Were signs up but staff could when policed it more.

The resort was magnificent! The staff were so friendly and welcoming at all times and work their tails off!!! Everything was clean and well taken care of. We had a premium King room with a view of the ocean and had not complaints. The adult-only pool was a great escape from all the families -- and there were A LOT of families. Prices were very reasonable, food was fantastic, however the cocktails at any bar were all terrible (we tried many and didn't like a signal one, sadly). The only other downside is that it's over an hour away from the airport -- not a bad drive, but just a little out of the way. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful resort with everything you need.

Amazing 5* Family resort

Absolutely loved the outrigger. My Wife and 4 kids under 9 did not have to leave the resort as there were the hourly activities for the family to enjoy. People were amazing, Buttler service was a nice touch and unexpected. Could not fault it

Amazing hotel, amazing staff! Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel. From the facilities to the amenities, restaurants and most of all the staff. Our room was an excellent size and even though we had paid for a resort view, it actually had an ocean view. It was extremely clean, furnished really nicely and was very well maintained. We dined at most of the restaurants at the hotel and found the food to be wonderful at each. We also loved the various activities throughout the day, including coconut cracking, the lighting ceremony and pool aerobics. Our stay was so special because of how wonderful the staff were. I couldn’t fault one. They were all so polite and went out of their way to go above and beyond with every interaction we had. Vinaka Outtigger Fiji, we will definitely be back!

Very nice setting. Beach was pretty good, decent snorkeling. Pools were nice. Food was pretty good quality considering over places around Fiji, a bit pricy for what it was. Felt a little bit nickle and dimed as a whole but I would stay there again.

It was an amazing resort, with lots of options for all ages. You never really have to leave the resort unless you wish too. They had a great information app too for visitors

Run down, expensive for what it is. Some staff pleasant, some really hate tourists. Overpriced for what it was and food is very expensive and not good.

Staff service

The Outrigger Beach Resort is a fantastic vocational place to stay. There is very little to do in the surrounding areas if you want to venture outside the complex. You can venture via public transport which is very cheap and easy to use however I think that the organised trips are vastly overpriced.

So close but undone by high in resort prices

The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. We stayed and visited a few resorts in Fiji and as good as the Outrigger is as a resort it was undone by the extremely high prices of food and drinks. As a comparison we visited a nearby restaurant that had comparable quality food and service but was significantly cheaper than the Outrigger. Unlike other resorts they do not allow to pay for food on your credit card as you go and it is hard to see your charges as your acrue them unless you have your own way of keeping a running total.

Perfectly situated for the airport. But far more than an airport hotel.

The outrigger was wonderful. It was a beautiful place and the staff were outstanding.

Everything about our vacation was amazing. We stayed in a plantation bure which was central to everything. Food options were great, never met nicer locals, and my kids had an amazing time. Will definitely be back in the future !

We stayed in the premium ocean view room which had a lovely view. Room was comfortable enough if a little on the small side. The shower stall though leaked water outside all the time since the screen was not large enough. The staff at this property were outstanding. Just so wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The food and restaurants however were very average in quality and taste and ridiculously expensive for what you got. You are pretty stuck for dining options at the property. This resort primarily caters for families, and if you have small kids, would be the ideal place to visit. A pleasant experience here but would not return.

Overall, it's a beautiful resort. Definitely 4 stars. To make it 5 stars, they need improvement in quality of food and service.

The most amazing service I have ever received in my life! Staff made you feel like royalty. Absolutley stunning gardens in the resort, beautiful pool areas, fabulous entertainment, delicious restaurants, oh and did I mention the outstandong staff?! Definitley will back!

Only negative was some renovations which caused noise in our rooms, which ordinarily wouldn’t have cause issue except the weather wasn’t great and we spent time in our room. We were not notified of possible disturbance on checkin either.

Have everything you need. Just do your own laundry at the machines if you don't want extortionate laundry service fees.

The staff were excellent and friendly. It was not a touristy area so that was a plus.

The beach is not in condition for swimming. You must go an hour and a half by car if you want to find a good beach

Ok, but too difficult to manage and relax

The staff tried, but we were disappointed in all the bureaucracy to do anything. For example, to visit the spa you have to make an appointment and go to one place to pay and then another for service. Also, on the day of checkout you can’t charge anything to the room because all the restaurants etc. are subcontractors. Nice resort, but we won’t be staying at an outriggers again because everything was made too difficult.

You get treated same as other resorts weather is vip or not but more things to see and it’s way to expensive food and beverages I find it .Thank you

Beautiful family resort.

The resort is beautiful. I was upgraded to an ocean view room and at night, I could see the southern cross in all its glory. Kind people. Their Fiji program was lots of fun. My only complaint was the water is not drinkable. We had to buy water. Otherwise it is a great place. It seems like a great place for families, with activities for kids with kind Fijian activity leaders.

Great views, activites like SUP, yoga, meditation, paintball, tennis, swimming , snorkeling , kayaking and so much more. Loved starting out our day with a cheerful Bula from the staff.

Bula. Got upgraded on arrival which was nice. Weather overcast and wet as per bottom end of season. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Sorry to say in house resturants failed to deliver the main reason we came back which was to savour Fiji fish. No matter, we went to a nearby resturant which satisfied us (and other guests) beyond expectations, on our last night. Non the less Outrigger and its activities is still a great place for a relaxing break. Their Meal Vouchers should be an option to consider. Vanaka

We love the swimming area especially the water slide! We could easily spent the whole afternoon in there. The adults only swimming pool is also very beautiful. The Sundowner has the best view of the sunset. It’s just a beautiful luxurious hotel
