Amazing except breakfast.

Super modern and great value. Do not add breakfast, it’s the only downside, terrible quality and service. The rest is great!

can't use the service this time but i will soon, they have free good maintained bikes which are ideal for exploring the pocitos and carrasco areas!

Property was walking distance to Rambla, shopping, and restaurants. Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommended this place.

Will recommend it w my eyes closes! Safe - Quiet - Super Clean- walking distance to the beach!!!!!!! cant wait to go back and stay at this place

For Kids Run by Kids

For kids run by kids. Absent-minded. Maids never shoeed up until the last day. Nonight guard. Homeless sleeping at entrance. Gross

Dorm or hostel vibe

I wanted to enjoy my stay here, but it really is just a glorified hostel, maybe 2 stars. And it seems to cater to younger people staying here long term. Kitchen facilities, pingpong, pool is nice. Room was tired, needed paint, furniture was old. Staff was pleasant enough. But the hotel had a weird, two card entry system to get in the front door, and again at the front desk. Much like a college dorm, which it essentially was. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Café da manhã péssimo.

Café da manhã é enganação. Tem direito a escolher um único acompanhamento ao café. Não tem buffet. Além disso tem uma única assistente para servir o café e leva mais de 20 minutos.

Très satisfaisant malgré quelques problèmes

Concept très interessant de faire cohabiter residents et clients de l'hôtel, très bon emplacement dans quartier chic et sûr près de la Rambla. Installations superbes : cuisine, piscines, billard, ping pong, vélos gratuits...Grandes chambres confortables. En moins bien : demande de chambre en étage élevé non satisfaite, problème électrique dans la chambre non réparé malgré ce qu'on nous avait dit et dernier matin la personne en charge des petits déjeuners nous précise que le petit-déjeuner est pour 1 personne et non 2! Cafouillage réglé rapidement par la réception.

Bom para estadia curta

O Opta não é um hotel, é um condomínio onde há moradores tbm, o café da manhã é apenas 1 de 3 opções, que não mudam, não é ruim, porém para mais de 3 dias de hospedagem, fica repetitivo, está bem próximo a Rambla, do quarto conseguia ver o rio, fica próximo ao terminal de ônibus Punta Carretas e próximo ao Shopping. A limpeza é realizada a cada 3 dias o que me deixa desconfortável, tem aérea comum com microondas e mesas caso você queira comprar comida, tbm há uma piscina no 7° andar, bem bonita, mas parece descuidada, no mais eu recomendo

Hostel elitizado

O quarto é espaçoso. O hotel oferece bicicleta sem limite de tempo para uso, o que achei legal. Lugar com jovens e opções para entretenimento, o que achei uma vibe de hostel elitizado, mas isso não atrapalhou a minha estadia. Perto do local tem restaurantes, bares e shopping e parada de ônibus. Bairro tranquilo e com uma vista para o pôr do sol, sensacional.

Great place to stay

Very cool hotel in a nice location. Beautiful common areas, including roof top pool and fitness with spa. Loved the free bike rental option for a stroll around the area. It has a bit of a “hostel” like feeling to it, because of the many common areas and the age of residents, but elevated to be more “luxurious”, which we really liked. Highly recommend if you’re a young person or feel like one ;)
