Great price and great service by the front desk and cleaning crew. Right in the middle of everything.

The bedrooms are very spacious, and have a great view of the amusement park and Ferris wheel. The breakfast advertisement looks like they serve eggs, but they didn't have eggs. For the price I paid, I expected eggs. It's a great hotel and Sakuragicho is a hidden gem.

Very close to an amusement park and a great view of the Bay. This is my new favorite hotel in Yokohama.

Nearby world Porter mall Parking is convenient and inexpensive

Best value for money EVER!!

Loved it!!! for the price I paid I got a nice sized room a great View and excellent service with cleanliness. I have paid three to four times as much for rooms this size. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Good place to see the Minatomirai night view & to walk around.

One of the best hotels in Minato Mirai

Room was very clean and spacious with really nice view. Breakfast was also very nice with reasonable price. Very nice park with a water way is just next to the hotel. A big shopping mall is also just across a road. Only with 10 minutes walk, you can reach huge shopping district with various kinds of reastaurants. Within the district, there is Pacifico Yokohama.

Would have been better with wifi in the rooms.

Great Location

Short walk to train Station. I asked, and we got a room with a view of Ferris Wheel. Next to mall with lots of food choices. Short walk to several other destinations.

Location with a Great View, Good Deal for Some

This hotel is about 15 minutes away from the JR Sakuragicho station, it felt a little far if you are moving heavy luggage yourself but the great view of the water and ferris wheel made the walk worth it. I found the room with the Semi-double Bed is a bit too small for two so if you have two people get the double or twin room. Other than that this hotel is convenient if you're just hanging out in the local Yokohama city area, perfect for strolling and relaxing by the waterfront. If you are planning to hop in and out of your room a lot, you should know that you need to leave your key at the front desk each time.

Not good

Staff was so bad and rude when I return to room. That was little late night. Front ahold open 24 but there no staff.

Great Yokohama Hotel

Initially I thought there was not much in the area. Well, I was wrong. Each day we discovered food and shopping. China Town a 15 min walk. World Porters is next to the hotel.

Good location, friendly staff and nice clean rooms.

Exellent location for someone going on a cruise from Yokohama. Next to the port, train station, taking you directly to Shibuya st, walking distance from the airport shuttle bus. The rooms very clean, comfy and big enough for crushing after a long travels. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely worth the extra money. The view from our window took our breath away, since we faced the biggest Ferris wheel I have ever seen! The lights were incredible! Made us feel, that we just got to a Fairy land.

Perfect location, modern hotel

Could not have been better. On waterfront, next to shopping center, modern, attractive.

A Great Yokohama Location

I stayed at the Navios for two days prior to a cruise, and truly enjoyed it. It is upscale but not fancy, and is a great value. The location is outstanding for pre or post-cruise travel, and I enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, especially the museum ship Hikawa Maru. The staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the relaxed environment made staying there a pleasure. I will definitely plan on staying at the Navios on my next trip to Yokohama.

Excellent location, small rooms

The best part about this hotel is its location. One minute walk to tons of restaurants and shops, three minute walk to Ferris wheel and amusement area, great area for kids. Only negative was the room we stayed in was small, but also very clean. Try to bring your own pillow because the pillows were horrible. Also, every time you leave the hotel, you have to leave your room keys with the front desk. The room keys have to be placed in this thing on your room wall that powers everything in the room, so I guess it's the hotel's way of making sure you don't lose the key. The hotel staff was very friendly. Not sure if I would shell out the $9 per person for the hotel buffet. I know it's not much, but the food really wasn't that great and there's much better food extremely close by. Overall, a great hotel if only the rooms were a bit larger. Great for a quick one night stop, don't think I would recommend it for families.

Large, comfortable rooms

Reasonable prices, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. Location close to nice walking paths, new shopping areas, and plenty of food choices at nearby restaurants in the malls and other buildings. Not terribly convenient for catching a taxi (a bit off the beaten track for many taxis to pass by, but the hotel will call a taxi on request), and about a 10 minute walk from the subway station. Would stay here again.

Great views, close to attractions, like-new rooms

Amazing hotel with great views. I originally planned on staying at the Intercontennetial but decided on this hotel instead since it was 30% lower priced and had good reviews. Its also really close to the atrractions. Im glad I msde the switch. They gave me a free upgrade to a deluxe room on the top floor! On my side of the hotel, you can see a perfect view of the Ferris wheel and the surrounding area. Hotel condition is excellent. Clean air, clean washrooms, clean carpets, etc. Everything is clean and in new condition. It is close to the amusement park and shopping center so the location is great. 10 min walk to train station. The service is top notch. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent choice!

Navios proved to be exactly what I needed. My room on the 10th floor had a view out to the water, with internet connection. I was given an upgrade without even requesting one! Reception staff were helpful and spoke English. Decent breakfast buffet in lovely restaurant. Great location for my needs, within easy walking distance of Pacifico Yokohama exhibition hall and surrounding parks. Also easily accesible from and to main train station by taxi or subway. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for tourism in Yokohama

Walking distance to everything, a great place

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff who speak enough English to help with directions and tips. The location is great, just across the street from the World Porters shopping complex which has tons of food options and a movie theater. It's walking distance from the metro and in a safe neighborhood. The rooms are larger than average and many have a great view of the city and the bay. I would absolutely stay here again.

close to train station (3 min walk), convention center (5 min walk), the amusement park, and across street from the World Porters shopping center. Rooms are clean and the view is very nice. The price is also ~ 1/2 price compared to similarly located hotels. Overall very satisfied.

夜景も良かったですが、朝焼けの時間帯の景色が特に良かったです。

チェックイン時に機械にてチェックインするのですが、その時にうまくいかずフロントの方の対応があまり良くなかった。

とても景色が綺麗で目の前には観覧車があり、魅力的な部屋です！夜の時が1番きれいです！みなとみらいを絶景スポットです！是非皆様にも泊まって頂きたいと思いました。

景観も素晴らしく駐車場もありとても親切に対応して頂き良かったです。

設備としては普通のビジネスホテルです。 間違えて喫煙室を予約してしまったのですが、禁煙室への変更をすぐに対応していただけました！ありがとうございます！ 清潔さも設備も良かったのですが、1番はアメニティがよかったですね。 驚いたのはボディタオルまであった事です。私的には初めてだったのですが、今のホテルってみんなこうなんですかね？ 欲を言えばバス、トイレ別ならパーフェクトでしたが、それ以外は全てがよかったです！ お世話なりました！

赤れんがに近く良かった

横浜の夜景が見えて立地もよく 良かったです。 トイレの便器に黒いカビなのか 掃除ができてなかったのが残念です。

チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ。 窓は小さいがベイブリッジと海が見えて気持ちがいい。

素泊まり前提の少し古いホテルという感じです。全体的に古さがかんじられアメニティなども最低限という印象、観覧車等景色は絶景でしたのでトータルプラスの評価です。朝食ビュッフェは、美味しかったので、特別食べたいお店がないのであれば利用することをオススメします。ただ、人気なので7時の開店と同時に行っても満席でした。

一見して交通の便が悪いようですが、馬車道駅から 歩いてすぐにあり問題は全くなく、建物と設備はしっかりと設えられていて落ち着いた滞在となりました。

間違えて喫煙の部屋を予約しましたがお部屋は気になる程タバコの匂いはありませんでした。 添い寝の子供用のアメニティまで頂けて嬉しかったです。

観光地へのアクセスが抜群

ホテルから徒歩圏内に、赤レンガ倉庫、山下公園、横浜スタジアム、ワールドポーターなどアクセス抜群です。 チェックアウト後も荷物預けて観光地巡り出来るので便利です。 部屋も広くて夜景も綺麗で快適でした。

馬車道にとみなとみらい両駅に歩いて行け、設備も整っていました。リーゾナブルな価格で利用できたので大変満足しています。

ルームカードキーが一枚のみの発行で残念だった。新たに発行依頼すると追加料金がかかるそうです。

静かな環境

景色は最高でした。またとても静かでゆっくりできました。

滞在自体は快適で行きたかった場所に近くてよかったのですが、今のご時世空気清浄機があって欲しかったです。 あとコンセントが部屋に少なくてベッド近くにもコンセントがなくて大変苦労したので、残念でした。

ちょっと残念

チェックイン時 フロントに誰もいなかったので 呼んでも なかなか出てこず、出てこられた方の対応も 体温の計測で36.8℃で 体調を疑う様な言い方までされました。37℃を越えてるわけでもなく 来られる方の普段の体温も知らないのに、この対応はどうなんでしょうか？ もう１人居られた方の対応は丁寧で良かったので、最初の方の対応が残念でした。

朝食がもう少しヘルシーなものが出たらよかった。野菜が少ししかなかった。

とてもよかったです。

お部屋が広くてベッドが150㎝の10階の部屋でした。みなとみらいの景色が窓いっぱいでした。いつか泊まってみたいホテルでした。ホテルの皆さんも落ち着いた雰囲気でとても重厚でよかった。そのわりに気楽に泊まれてまた泊まりたくなりました。 出掛けるときは鍵を預けます。そこがまたレトロで良かった。夜も良く眠れました。みなとみらい、赤レンガ、ワールドポーターズ、馬車道駅が近く便利ですよ。

非常に親切で良かったです。また利用したいです。

ビンポイントのみなとみらい観光にはもってこい！

施設としては古く、使用感は出ています。でも清潔感はあり、立地的にも穴場です。観光用というより、ビジネスホテルの間取り仕様でしょう。 窓からの景色は、海側・街側ともにイマイチ。窓が小さいうえに、北が海・南が街だとしたら、窓が東か西なので全面的に景色が広がる、まではいきません。 スタッフの方はすごく親切で、World PortersやHammer Head、赤レンガをぶらぶらしてホテルに引っ込む、ぐらいであれば丁度いいです。

県内在住ですが、リゾート気分で一泊 以前から泊まりたかったゲート型のホテル。リクエストで禁煙ルームにしてもらえました。 内部はやや古めですが清潔で、なにより景色(みなとみらい側)が最高でした ただ楽しみにしていたバーが閉まっていたのが残念、まあこんなご時世だから仕方ないですね

事前の対応や当日のフロント対応、部屋の眺望などについては文句のつけようがありません。 同日滞在の別部屋の方が騒がしかったのだけ残念でした。

近隣のビジネスホテルに比べると割高な印象ですが、客室が広いのでゆったり過ごしたい人には良いと思います。

9階の廊下のタバコの臭いが気になったが、それ以外は快適でした。

部屋の中で、Wi-Fiが弱いです。ルーターを個別で貸していただきました。 眺望はすばらしく、部屋も広く、快適でした。

スタッフさんの対応がとても親切で、とても良い旅行になりました。宿泊部屋から見える景色も最高で、とても清潔感のあるお部屋でした。本当にありがとうございました。

일본 호텔 추천이요^^

築年数が古いので、コンセントの少なさ等、部屋の使いやすさは、イマイチだった。しかし掃除は、きちっとしてあり、何より窓から見えるロケーションは、素晴らしかった。

こんにちは。滞在時は、お世話になりました。快適に過ごさせて頂きました。が・・・ コンセント、ベッド足元横の壁のため携帯充電時は不便でした。延長コードが有ると良いなと思いました！ 又、ネット予約時に お部屋の景色をランドマーク側でリクエストしていたのですが ベイブリッジ側でした。チェックイン時に、違う事を前以て伝えて頂けたら 有り難かったなぁ〜と思いました。 でも次の日に、ちょっとのんびりしたくて1時間延長を心良く引き受けて頂けて のんびりと出発でかかました。 ありがとうこざいました！ お世話になりました(^ ^)
