Like: Location is quiet and away from the busy city. Not like: No refrigerator in the room to chill milk or drinks 😏

The property is clean but the room is quite small . The location is very close to Bonifacio Global Center, Shoe Mart and Market Market where you can do your shopping so its a convenient location. The room service menu is affordable and they also offered breakfast buffet with limited selections

I like the ambiance of the hotel and the staff are welcoming. Will surely go back there.

Stephanie at the Front Desk was friendly, helpful and professional in our dealings. The same can be said of the staff members from housekeeping and security. We would return when the opportunity arises.

Refrigerator in the room would be a good additional amenity.

The hotel itself is very good but it’s location is not business friendly. Need bigger signs to direct traffic to location.

Good stay for the price. Though, the location is hard for Grab drivers to get to and out.

Ventilation and Weighing Scale

The Hotel was clean but it was really hot in the hallway, I would suggest to put atleast an electric fan. For a short period of time while waiting for the elevator, was really sweating. And one more thing I would suggest that Hotel must have a weighing scale for the luggages, especially that there are international traveller. I would love to go back to this hotel and will recommend to my friends. Thank you.

Limited space in the room, no bed cover or duvet. Limited breakfast options. Reception was nice and helpful specially when looking for taxi to go out and to the airport. It was nice to stay for 1 night.

The bathroom was nice other than the narrow shower. Free water bottles were advertised when I booked but I was told there is an additional charge if you want bottled water once I arrived. The breakfast they offer is very basic and left outside your door each morning at 6:30. Room is not setup for dinning so I wasn’t impressed there was no restaurant. Room service is available for part of the day. A/C unit looked dirty and didn’t work well. Rooms are not sound proof, you hear street noise and also hallway noise like doors closing. Fire alarm went off 3 different times late at night, likely from people smoking in rooms. No ice or room fridge available, I think these 2 items will stop me from returning.

A safe clean place to stay

It's a clean safe place in Makita. We all slept good. The only thing is, it's a little far from the airport. But, if you want safety for your car, this is a good choice.

Twin Beds Turned One Bed

I have stayed here for several times but I arrived super late this time so I was hoping that everything is as booked but since we're so tired, we just went along with it.

My best friend celebrated her birthday here. The room good for 3 is not that spacious compared to room for 4 so I was a bit surprised. Still the breakfast offered was just for 2 so again, not aligned with the offer from hotels.com.ph.

My favorite so far

My family stayed here the day prior New Year's Eve and this has been the spacious place so far. I love the interior design. Only the heater in one bathroom is not working. Also, there's no refrigerator & microwave. Nevertheless, I recommend going to this hotel for staycation.

Stayed for 2nights, not bad for the price! Close to BGC and market market, but Free Bfast needs improvement though :( no choices for breaky.

I did not like the fact that so many items on the food menu were out of stock many days. For the price the quality and quantity of the meals were very good. The staff was great and very helpful. My a/c went out and in no time they had it up and running again. I will stay there again the next time I am in the area and need a place to stay.

I like the cleanness and all the essential things, and the kindness of the staff. I would have liked to have a fridge.

They don't have hand towels and face clothes. The staff was great.

Stop Over review

I liked the front desk, hotel room small but comfortable. Could do with advertising about penalty charges, and directions for Taxi on main website to assist taxis finding the place. As a stopover amenities not really necessary, but for others maybe useful to find to know nearest pharmacy, restaurant, bar. Also complimentary bottled water would be a good idea.

perfect location , nice and clean

Our stay was very good except the hotel doors was just too loud . I could hear the bang across the hallway whenever someone closes the door . The bathroom floor would be flooded with water so whenever the next person would use the toilet they would complain that the floor is wet. Other than that it's nice and clean .

It is near the proximity where i wanted to go. Nice and clean. Staff friendly.
