A quiet place in Rabat

Lovely hotel. Treats at reception, lovely rooms. Super quiet, 5 minutes walk into Mdina. We love this hotel.

Superb!

Very comfortable and quite, although only two minutes walking distance to restaurants etc. Everything looked like new (and probably was). Very good value for money!!!

Well situated for Mdina

Lovely accommodation on the top floor with external sitting/sun bathing area. Easy access to Mdina and to Rabat cafes and restaurants.

Great service in a great location

The gentleman running the hotel did everything to make us as comfortable as possible. We arrived much later than we said we would and he waited much longer than he needed to. Nonetheless when we arrived we were surprised with an upgrade so that we would be more comfortable. The building is a few hundred years old, but has been updated a bit. Loved having a bidet and a shower with good water pressure. Location was excellent as well. My only complaint would be the moldy / musty smell that my friend said one could expect from such an old building.

Staff were helpful and responded to emails promptly. Only stayed for one night, room was clean and property is well located in Rabat.

We stayed here for 5 nights and greatly enjoyed it. Very close to mdina and the busses to valetta, very quiet at night. Tano is very nice and always available to reach. He provided great information for us about the are and places to see. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Malta that doesn't want to stay in the noise of Valletta

Great place

This is a superb, quite boutique hotel. Lots of character and charm. Close to everything but tucked away on peaceful street. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, bus stops and Mdina.

A real gem in beautiful Rabat.

Super spacious room with terrace. Most helpful host who gave us tips on places to visit and eat. We would recommend this accomodation. It is in the heart of beautiful Rabat yet so peaceful and quiet. Rabat is a true gem on the lovely island of Malta.

Fantastic traditional property very centrally located. The room, en suite and terrace were enormous and bed very comfy. Couldn’t fault our stay here and would definitely return!

The property was very nice and the room was good size and clean. We also had a very nice balcony. The staff was very good but not always on duty. The location is perfect. A very enjoyable stay!

Great place in Rabat

The hotel is very nice and in a quiet place, perfect after a busy day! It's close to restaurants and the bus stop but you can't hear the noise at all. The room was lovely 🌹, it's was clean, it had all the necessities such shampoo and soap built-in in the shower so no small packages 👍and toothbrushes that we actually needed. All the staff we met, especially the hostess were friendly and very helpful. We got great tips for places to go and where to eat. If I would go back to Rabat I would stay here again!

Beautiful !

MYN in Rabat is a beautiful place. Such a privilege to stay in such a traditional building which has been modernised to a very high standard. The location is on a quiet street yet just a short walk from restaurants and bars. I really appreciated the easy check in and check out, as I was only in Malta for 26 hours. I had the cheapest room, which was very large and cleaned to a very high standard. The bathroom was large and had a fab shower - all looks brand new! I appreciated the toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, shower cap. Also there was a separate dressing area, plenty of storage, and everything you could need for a perfect stay including a hairdryer, an iron and a fridge. The bed was very large and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. High quality linen. One negative - not enough tea and coffee. And it would be great if the water cooler in the reception area could be filled. I would stay here again without hesitation. And thank you for the recommendation for Marie’s for brunch: fabulous!

Stayed 2 nights to visit partners family. Love the style and the original features being kept. Quiet at night, AC goes very cold, so will be great for heights of summer. Close to bars and easy walk to Mdina.

Lovely , comfortable room in a lovely old building. Close to restaurants and bars amongst winding alleyways and streets with lots of history and atmosphere.

Beautiful room with a perfect location

We loved our stay at the MYN Rabat. It was the perfect location to explore the Mdina and Rabat with lots of great dining nearby. Highly recommend the room with in room bath tub and rooftop patio. The bed was really comfortable as well. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was stunning and the staff were so lovely, helpful, and great to chat to about anything. We cannot wait to come stay again!

A quiet corner in Rabat

Very cute hotel, lovely accommodation, very friendly reception, quiet location, parking in the streets no problem. We will stay here again.

Nice, quiet surroundings.

Wonderful historic place to stay, very quiet, and incredibly accommodating staff. Tano responded to the strain of numerous power cuts caused by heatwave with grace and hospitality! Great transport links to get across the island by bus or taxi by the Mdina. Local people incredibly friendly. Restaurants within 5/10 min walk of hotel were all excellent especially Bottegin, whose service went above and beyond.

Excellent stay at MYN. A lovely space with all the amenities required. Very friendly staff and a super location, very walkabout to the sights in Rabat and Mdina.

Tano makes a lot of effort to allow his guests to feel comfortable and fulfil any requests. Gives good recommendations for pretty much anything. He arranged for us to be transferred from the airport as well which was really helpful due to logistical uncertainty on our part. Would definitely return to MYN

Short walk from Mdina, nice location, lovely spacious room.

Superb, comfortable and very cozy hotel! The location is perfect, few minutes walk from Mdina and the bus station, as well as restaurants, park, cafes and groceries. The staff is amazing, kind and warm. Their care and hospitability 24/7, makes you feel safe and at home. Rabat is a beautiful city and busses are passing through it all the time, so no problem to travel around in Malta by public transportation. In few words, a highly recommended hotel for an amazing holiday.

Myn was a great place to stay at. Modern and very clean. Staff will go above and beyond to make you sure you have a good stay.

Non Touristy Visit

Great boutique style hotel within short walking distance of everything. Friendly welcome and staff and pleasantly decorated. Rabat itself was perhaps a little too quiet for 3 days, as there was not a huge choice of open cafes or restaurants during our stay.

Exceptional

The guesthouse is a real gem. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean rooms and the location is perfect - on a quiet street but only a couple of minute walk from the centre of Rabat and 10mins to the main gate of Mdina. We stayed in one of the superior rooms on the top floor which has a large terrace with views of town and even a glimpse of the sea. It was fabulous. Rossella is a wonderful host, very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for day trips.

Very pleasing stay

Excellent modern room in a central location.

Very clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained, hotel staffed by charming people, v close to Mdina and Ir Rabat’s sites of interest, yet on a quiet side street. We noticed that people with accessibility issues were well catered for with clever tasteful accommodations to a fully accessible ground floor room and fully accessible ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is 4 mins walk away through winding lanes to a brass band club with continental and maltese breakfast options - providing a fun taste of a local social institution, brass band clubs.

Would definitely recommend MYN!

We absolutely loved our stay at MYN. It was comfortable, clean and the service was very welcoming. We were even able to arrange transportation to our next destination quite easily.

Good location. Quiet. Room was a little odd in that the bathroom was large with a tub and the room itself was cramped.

Absolutely loved this brand new hotel. Manager is the best, super friendly and makes sure we're having a perfect stay. Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended!

Belle chambre et bien situé

Il y a 2 chambres supérieures au dernier étage de l'hôtel. La numéro 7 est particulièrement lumineuse et agréable, avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Rabat et Imdina.

Das MYN in Rabat befindet sich direkt neben der historischen Stadt Mdina im Zentrum von Malta. Man kann alles zu Fuss in 4-5 min. erreichen. Restaurants gibt es viele aber die Qualität variiert sehr also aufgepasst immer zuerst auf Google Maps ein bisschen durchstöbern. Die wunderschöne Kirche St. Paul mit den sehenswerten Katakomben befindet sich auch nur 5-6 min. vom Hotel entfernt. Das MYN ist sehr klein aber fein, die Suite ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Great place for short stay

The host is very nice. Place perfectly located. Clean. Room small enough that it is not easy for two people to move arround in the same time. Breakfasts are not included, however we got information that we may have discounted breakfest in a restaurant nearby. As we understood it should be enough just to mention that we stay in MYN in Rabat, to have discount. Unfortunately they required voucher, which we couldn't find in the room. Nothing big, but unexpected.
