Conveniently located near Chitose Airport and good value for money

Very good and well kept. Only issue was the nearest town for any food was a 30 min walk away. Other than that, very nice property and great room.

Clean, spacious and excellence value; however, transportation to & from hotel can be a bit challenging. No convenient places for shopping or restaurants.

Was good location for the airport but, if you don’t have a car, there’s nothing nearby

It was a peaceful walk. Walkable distance to mrt. Really clean and the place really felt like home. They had such an amazing shampoo too, Provinscia, i really want to know where they buy it from too aaa. but if you do have a car it would be easier to travel but we just used the Metro

Worse experience!!!!

We arrived at the property at 1pm from a long bus ride from Hokkaido. It was shown that the property was 11 minutes walk from the train station but with baggage and snow on the roads, it wasn't a pleasant walk. They also failed to disclose that the property had 3 buildings so we were quite lost. It was also not disclosed that the property utilizes self check in with no step by step instructions at the property. To make things worse, since we came in early for check in time, they do not provide storage areas for luggage. We had to walk back to the station to store luggage and the station only had limited slots for luggage. When we arrived back in the evening to check in after a tiring day of touring the city, it took quite some time to check in with their virtual assistant. I don't recommend staying in this property as they do not provide any services for their guests.

Great location to stay when arriving late to New Chitose. Quiet location. Very clean. Great value for the price. The only inconvenience was we had some difficulty checking because the wifi was weak at reception and our cell service was not strong either. There is no in person reception. Only cloud reception available if necessary.

precheckin instructions was only sent the day before checkin. our room was in building B ground floor. big dustbin. room is clean . able to take the first 6.02am bus to new chitose airport for our 7.30am flight. bus looks like a normal bus with the entrance in the middle. it was crowded. minami chitose station door is opened at 5.45am , so are the luggage storage lockers. bus stop is without shelter. only stairs from station to busstop.

Cozy like home

Absolutely loved Minn Chitose! We booked the deluxe. It accommodated 2 families; total of 7 people: 4 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There were 3 rooms with a total of 6 beds and a living room/kitchen. The place was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed: pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, rice cooker, microwave, full fridge/freezer, vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies, and washer/dryer. We loved that it had two separate showers and toilets to accommodate our two families as well. It’s a little far from restaurants and stores but we had a rental car so it was no issue. They also recommended an app (Wolt) to use for food deliveries since uber eats doesn’t deliver to the hotel. The parking is free. There’s a vending machine in the lobby with drinks and ramen/snacks. Elevator was a plus as we had a lot of luggages and a baby stroller. We stayed under 6 days so there’s no cleaning service according to their policy (7 days has cleaning service on the 4th day) but we were able to contact them on the line app and they delivered fresh towels and trash bags as requested. Will definitely come back again! Thank you so much Minn Chitose for truly being our “second home”! Happy Holidays!

Modern and fuss-free

Close to airport and various car rental companies. Note the there is no one on-site. Check-in is via a tablet on the reception counter and fuss free if you complete the pre-arrival registration. Ample car park. Spacious. However, messages to property via Hotels.com went unanswered. Another minor flaw is the living area needs more lighting as it was quite dark.

Very close to the airport and 30 seconds from the Nissan car hire site. Excellent place for families. You need a car as the place is well away from town.

Great property.

Great property. Location to the Minami-Chitose train station was perfect (15 minute walk), but getting food was tough. Everything around these accommodations has sadly closed. Bring groceries or snacks with you.

Just what we needed to gather families before starting week long trip around Hokkaido. Big room without nonsense, clean and tidy. Automated checkin system worked fine, too.

Super well fitted accommodation. Has everything needed from wet wipes, floor wipes to vacuum cleaner etc. we booked the 2 bedroom, bedroom with 1 double bed does not has aircon nor heater though. However, it is open concept and hence can enjoy the AC in the living room. Check in was simple at the building closest to the road but check in is strictly after 3pm. Not a lot of shopping options or busy town center. Good for overnight stay before going to the airport. It does has food options and drugstore etc nearby. I’ll stay here again for sure if needed! Absolutely recommended.

A good place to stay just outside Sapporo city

I got a 2 bedrooms apartment which is very spacious based on the room rate. The apartment was very well kept. The bathrooms were very clean. I was surprised by the good quality toiletries were provided. Many parking lots were available and free. I’ll definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Sapporo or Chitose again

Stayed in a family apartment. The vibes were overall quite good but there was noticeable dust on the ledge above the futons. The dated 4-seater sofa also takes up a lot of space for a fairly small space. Lastly a generic chef’s knife should have been provided instead of a small fruit knife.

It was a good experience stayed at Minn Chitose. The room was clean and check in was easy and smooth.

Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us.

LOVE IT!

The stay at New Chitose was super comfortable. It was super clean, and the facilities in the room were great. The room size was big. Nice warm bath to enjoy. A short drive away to nearby restaurants and convenience store.

Spacious, immaculate but not super convenient

Stayed here for just 1 night before we flew out of New Chitose Airport with our 2 kids. I was emailed an online check in form beforehand, completed it, and once I got to the unmanned reception, it was an easy process to scan the QR code there and get the door codes to enter the building and our apartment. The apartment itself was way more spacious than I expected, with 2 Queen beds in one room (that had its own ensuite shower) and an additional Queen in a separate room. The main bathroom had a shower and Japanese style tub complete with cover. There was only one toilet in the whole apartment though, probably would've been better to have more toilets and fewer showers? Kitchen seemed extremely well provisioned, not that we cooked here. There was even a rice cooker. Decor was clearly very modern and the whole place was super clean. The main downside of this place is the location if you don't have a car. We found lugging our suitcases from Minami-Chitose Station through the iced over footpaths far and difficult, and the only shops nearby is the outlet mall, which didn't have many food options open when we were there. There wasn't even a convenience store nearby! It really felt like the middle of nowhere compared to everywhere else we'd stayed in Japan. There were some instructions to order food & grocery delivery inside the apartment but we didn't try it. Rate was great given the quality of the apartment htough. Would only recommend people stay here if they have a car.

The room was very clean and orderly. The check in process was straightforward, and the parking lot was right next to the building. This is going to sound strange, but the shower was genuinely hard to find within the room. There was a door hidden behind another door. In the words of the concierge, just keep opening doors.

Cozy stay nearby airport

Very roomy and clean with all amenities needed. Overall a great value and we would stay here again. The only drawback is that there is not much in that location except for the outlet mall.

No hot water

This was a spacious modern apartment and aside from the remote check in being a bit awkward it would have been fine but there was no hot water and an unpleasant smell and the pillow was stiff like a sofa bolster.

Apartment was amazing. Limited insulation so could hear the other tenants. Communication was problematic

This property itself is brand new, however in an area with not a lot of dining options nearby. Walk from the train station is about 11 minutes. Times Car Rental is next door so if you are arriving at Chitose and need to spend the night it is a good option. Apartment itself is clean, though pillows were noticeably hard as rocks. Check-in was advertised as easy, however even though we submitted everything in advance (passports), we had to re-take the pictures in the lobby and get on a video call with someone. Hence combined rating is "average", nothing great, nothing bad.

This hotel is suit for the next early flight. The room is so spacious (a whole apartment) so it’s good especially for family trip. Just find the rental car company near by so can drop off the car and take shuttle bus to the airport. So convenience :)

Good for family stay

Very convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. The laundry facility only has a washer and no drier which makes drying clothes challenging. Also the pillows were not at all comfortable unless you happen to have very broad shoulders!

Places was very spacious and clean. Had everuthing we needed. Not quite walkable to places but very close to chitose airport.

Unpleasant staffing. Inhospitable.

I was not informed to my knowledge that there would be no human there to assist us and that this was self-service. Our first disappointment was not being able to leave our luggage in a storage room as we were too early for check in. I have done this numerous times at regular hotels. Our second disappointment was the struggle to get signed in. Another guest was able to help us. Our biggest disappointment was that we needed to book a taxi to the airport. I'm the whole time in Hokkaido, we never needed a Japan phone #. We were told to download the Japan taxi app and when I did, I couldn't register because a JP phone # was required to register. We again had the good luck to meet another guest - an American - who said he would drive us to the airport. I don't know how we would have gotten to the airport without him. The staff for this company is located in Singapore and doing the business remotely so they were not able to help in the way a normal hotel would. It was unpleasant not having a hospitality professional who could help us. It felt cold and impersonal. This hotel needs to consider this situation to make sure that customers are not stranded.

This is an exceptionally clean property with good and easy to operate equipment inside. Self check in and self check out process is smooth. Highly recommend it.

ホテルのように工夫のない建物の構造のせいか足音、椅子を引く音、声も丸聞こえでした。 周りにコンビニなし、自動販売機のお水と麦茶も完売で補充されず。 ただタオルの量やアメニティは十分でとてもきれいな設備でした。

The only problem is even when all lights are off, the room is bright enough for a shadow puppet show. Don't know why there are some small yellow lights on on the ceiling. Together with the high pillows, difficult to sleep for me.

Check-in was difficult but everything else about the property was amazing. Clean and well-stocked with washing machine, rice cooker, hair dryer etc, and close to airport. Would definitely stay again.

Okay, I promised myself I would leave a review for other travellers for this place so here goes: I touched down at New Chitose Airport at 10 pm local time, and was prepared to take a taxi to Minn Chitose. Upon arrival, I learned there was a last last train and fellow airline passengers ran for it. I had to wait for our checked luggage, so I missed it. It was easy getting a taxi at the airport, they were waiting outside the arrival gates. The fare to Minn Chitose, a 9min ride, amounted to about 2700yen. Reasonable, I guess. I was nervous about the checking in process, given that it was late and there were no staff physically around. But the check in instructions emailed prior was easy enough to follow, and eventually, I was prompted to make a video call (something about them needing my passport number), and the staff on the line was helpful and easy to communicate with. The room was spacious and clean, and stocked with supplies. I found myself hoping all other rooms I encounter in Hokkaido would match up to it.

The hotel is new and everything is new as well. The room is big for 3 pax. and has everything you need.

Clean and fairly new apartment. Good location to go outlet shopping and for rental car return. 1 train stop away from New Chitose Airport. If there's one thing to improve - the pillows are hard and too high for comfort.

Poor check in process without any assistance

The check in process was automated but we needed to do a video call on the tablet provided at the counter for verification before we were given our room number and passcode. We were not able to do so and it took us more than half an hour to check in as there was no staff available to assist. There was a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer.

Great hotel by the airport but nothing is nearby except a mall that doesn't open until 11 (and isn't tourist friendly), and the train to Sapporo.

Clean and Comfortable

The apartment and building were very new and clean. I liked the futons and they were comfortable! As the location is quite out of the way, I highly recommend renting a car as there are no covenience stores or amenities within walking distance. The outlet mall really only sold clothes and shoes. Overall aside from lack of nearby amenities, this was a comfortable and clean place for my family and I to spend the night at before we left Hokkaido for Tokyo with the Airport super nearby.

Nice place to stay, will go again!

Spacious and clean place. There are no locks on bedroom doors though as they are all sliding doors and we went during winter, the accommodation feels cold and probably due to less than ideal insulation. Given the attractive rates, proximity to outlet malls, space and quiet neighbourhood, we will certainly go back again.

공항근처 렌터카 지역에 위치하고 있어 마지막날 숙소로는 최고의 위치입니다. 단점이라면 여러후기에 나와있듯 주변 식당이나 편의점등의 시설이 전혀 없다는 것입니다. 숙소 청결상태 좋고 매우 넓고 쾌적합니다. 다음에 이 지역 여행을 간다면 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다.

新千歳空港から車で数分。近くにアークスもあり、買い物さえしておけば、快適でした。 駐車場も広く、停めるとこに困ることはなかったです。 部屋は、キレイです！ ハンドソープ、お風呂のアメニティの良い香りが最高でした✨ 洗面のハンドソープが垂れた跡、トイレがちょっと洗浄不足、なのが気になりました。 キッチンの食器も、洗った直後？という具合に、ベチャベチャなものもあり。 それ以外は良かったです。 お風呂とトイレが別れていて、ベッドが広ければ満足いくので、良かったです。 空港を使う方は、オススメです。

とても綺麗で素敵な室内空間です。 今回は一泊だけでしたが、連泊したいと感じました。駅からは徒歩なので、雪の時期は大変です。

フロントは無人だが、ネットを通じて対面で話せたのは安心だった。が、ティッシュペーパーが無くなったので補充したかったが、指示された場所にストックは無かった。 ストックの場所も暗証番号で管理すべきだと思った。

清潔感、広さともに良かったです。 また、値段も安く泊まれたので、そこも良かったと思います。

キレイでシンプルな配色と設備で　居心地が良かった。ただ、エアコンがあまりきかず、夜は寒かった。　

非常に快適

2回目の利用です。チェックインに慣れは必要ですが、滞在自体はとても快適です。必要最低限、というか十分なほど揃っており加えて近くにアークスもあるのでそこで食料品を買えば問題無しです。 レンタカーする際にも近くに拠点がいくつもあり、乗り捨てて千歳最後の夜を過ごすにはうってつけだと思います。

一人当たりの単価も安く、施設も新しくて清潔で大満足でした。

南千歳から歩いて10分くらいで着きました。雪道だったので途中からアウトレットを通り、唯一残ってるクリスピークリームドーナツを買いホテルへ。ベッドの高さが低く小さな子連れでも安心です。部屋の大きさや設備も申し分ありません。朝早くのフライトだったのでタクシーを呼ぼうとしましたが、GOは使えませんでした。直接電話をしてタイミングよくすぐ来てもらうことができて助かりました。子供たちは住みたいと言っていたくらい快適でした！

Spacious , enough kitchen utensils. Detergents were provided for dishes as well as clothes. It would be much better to provide more hangers especially during winter since we need to hang down jackets and thick coats.

チェックイン方法などに不安を感じていたものの、スマホで事前チェックインして受付にあるQRコードを読み込めば簡単にチェックインすることができました。 ただルームキーを入力しても部屋のドアが開かず困り、フロントにあるタブレットで聞いてみたら、ただ単にドアを引く力が足りなかっただけでした。 家族４人でベットルーム2つある部屋に泊まりましたが、とても綺麗で快適でした。 近くにコンビニも無いとの事だったので、飲み物だけ買っていって、夕食はWoltで好きなもの頼んで済ませました。

家族が多い場合は金額が安くて部屋も広いので助かります。

2年前に宿泊しましたが、その時にはチェックインに手間取りました。 今回は、事前にチェックインしておくと、QRコードを読み取るだけで、部屋に入れるので便利だし、短時間で入室できるので、とても良かったです。 孫も一緒に泊まったが、広い部屋だったので、とても満足しました。

저녁에 미나미치토세역에서 내렸는데 교통수단이 없어 숙소까지 걸어감. 어렵사리 비대면 체크인을 하고 숙소에 들어가니 생수가 없음. 근처에 마켓도 없는데.ㅠㅠ. 다음날 신치토세 공항을 가기 위해 우버를 불렀으나 도착예정 시간에 택시가 오지 않는 것으로 문자가 떠서 부득이 부슬비를 맞으면서 미나미치토세 역까지 가니 택시가 두어대 있었음.

案内された部屋にカメムシがいすぎて耐えきれず…受付とかも無人なので、夜中でしたが電話してみたら、たまたま空いている部屋があり、そっちに移りますか？と言っていただきました。 そちらには一匹もおらず、安心して過ごすことができました。 時期的なものかと思いますが、ホテルのエントランスもカメムシ臭がしました。 ホテルはきれいなのに。 時期を変えたらいないのかな？

部屋が綺麗だった。無人チェックインに抵抗がなければ快適。

当日夜に新千歳空港着後に利用しました。 チェックインは事前にどの棟か確認しておいた方がベターです。事前チェックインもしておくことをお勧めします。 施設は広く料金も含めて考えるとコスパは非常に良いです。ただ部屋にカメムシが5匹以上いました。私は気になりませんでしたが、妻と子供は嫌がってました。 周りにコンビニや食事するところがないので事前に買って持っていくことをおすすめします。

素敵な宿泊

주변엔 아무것도 없지만, 공항 가깝고 숙소는 넓고 청결한 편이라 좋았습니다 그런데 침대 침구에서 여자 머리카락이 몇 개가 나와서 아쉬웠어요 돌돌이가 구비되어 있어 침구 싹싹 청소하고 잤네요. 그리고 에어컨 리모컨에 끈적거리는 뭔가가 묻어 있었어요 이것만 빼면 다 좋았어요
