Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked although our booking was confirmed and fully paid. They referred us to another hotel and they paid the difference to the other hotel

TravellerNice and friendly staff, the temperature of the room was cold because the heating system was out of order and no heater were available (they said the hotel is fully booked). Breakfast ok, as well as the restaurant.
