Excellent location ! The room was good

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room room located right in front of the market. We travelled with kids so it was great to pick up fruit for them across the street and stop by for an easy, casual breakfast. The owner was so great at communicating, and had very helpful tips, especially about parking. Would stay here again.

Bath towels are not enough, so I have to use laundromat.

Love the tall windows of the room! It’s well equipped with fridge and microwave, coffee machine and hot water kettle. Location is wonderful- literally next door to a food market place and many cafes. We went to an excellent flamenco show that was one minute walk away. The host Rocio was very helpful and responsive, who also gave us the recommendation of the flamenco show. We loved the place.

Quiet, affordable and clean, near Puente Isabel

Very clean, modern, and efficient. Despite the central location it was quiet, possibly with double pane windows. Across the street from the Mercado Arenal, with lots of windows and two small balconies. Responsive staff even though nobody was onsite.

Clean and comfortable facility close to cathedral and historical sites

Property was immaculately clean in a great location close to Triana. Highly recommend.

Overall it was very clean and conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, down town, flamenco show, etc. the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the main door entrance can be heard every time somebody uses it, basically it is slammed to close, even though there is a sign asking to close carefully but people seem to ignore it. Be aware that in order to get to the second floor you need to go 42 steps up in a narrow staircase, there is no elevator so travel light if you can.

Lukanda Arenal has a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We very much enjoyed the dining options near the room and the central location made everywhere walkable.

We stayed in the Green apartment with a large rooftop terrace. Great location, walking distance to the bus station & many cafes, the bullring, downtown shops etc Clean, spacious & comfortable. No china cups, though, only paper cups for tea & coffee-making. Otherwise perfect. Host was rapidly responsive to all our queries, too.

Great Sevilla Experience

The place is absolutely gorgeous and well located. The property management is pretty well done and organized. Everything went really smoothly, I definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect. Room is clean. The automatic checkin was smooth.

Wonderful place to stay!

Hotel was more than we expected. Very beautiful and clean! The only thing missing was a full length mirror. Shower was amazing! Had hair dryer which seems to be rare over here.

Great location and beautiful room

Beautiful room located close to tourist attractions, restaurants and public transportation. It has a fridge, microwave, wine glasses, mugs, and a coffee maker so that you can buy a few groceries if you want.

Very new furnishing, very clean, however it gets quite loud at night. Room service and new hygiene products like shampoo costs extra

Great location

Wonderful property. Very cozy. Liked the convenience of electronic key entry. When I had to contact owners, I was able to get in-touch and resolve without incident. The call was answered immediately. Great location. You can walk to everything there. This was my base while visiting six other countries. Proximity to transportation, restaurants, shopping and historical sites unbeatable. I will definitely stay there again. I stayed in the Blue Room which looked exactly as pictured.

Fantastic!!!

Amazing stay! Cannot recommend enough. The apartment is just fantastic and the owners are really helpful and responsive. We stayed in ‘green’ apartment and the terrace made our holiday! The location is also great - very central and close to the river. We will definitely be staying again!

Nice spacious flat. Comfortable bed. The flat has a fridge, coffee maschine, kettle and a microwave plus glasses/cups but could do with a couple of plates and cutlery. The flat is in a nice area at the edge of the old town, less touristy and with more interesting food places. Easy to walk anywhere.

This place was awesome, they have thought in every single detail, especially for us woman but is for every body, families, you feel that you are in your own apartment here in Seville, love it😍 and they are very kind over the phone.

Loved Our Stay!

Loved our stay at Casa del Arenal! It was in a great location - a short walk to the center of town. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the White Room, which offered a kitchenette as well - a great option if you like to cook! There were very thoughtful details - recipe cards, books, suggestion list - throughout. Check-in was easy - we were met at the front door of the apartments. Just make sure you let them know when you are arriving, as there is no on-site reception. Such a great value! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful Stay

We LOVED this apartment!! We were in the blue room and it was so cute, cozy, clean and in an awesome location. Alice was so helpful with local recommendations and booking us an amazing Flamenco show. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice apartment

Very nice clean apartment. The only thing I would say, is that if you are taking a family it isn't suitable for older children as its a pull out bed. Other than that the position is excellent.

Just Ok. Very good value for money. On deserted side street, literally, so no need to worry about street noise. Be crystal clear with owner on how to get there. Taxi left me at hotel with exact same name. This is not a hotel but a comfy apartment, nonetheless. less than 10 minute walk to cathedral is a huge plus.

Perfect condition, great communication, about as central as you can get and allowing easy access for parking. Marta did everything and more to make us fully aware of our aurroundings, even assiting in getting us to the Sevilla game. Perfect

Perfect!

The people at Come to Sevilla were very easy to communicate with. They were prompt and very helpful. We had the airport transfer which was useful. Can’t say enough about their service. The apartment itself was perfect. Spacious, although a bigger bed might have been nice for my husband and I! Great walking distance to nightlife and the major touristic areas. The one minor setback might have been the shower that didn’t drain fully. Other than that we are extremely pleased with our stay.

Excellent location, and the host was so helpful and treated us as if we were honored guests. The room was also perfectly appointed and very large.

This was one of our favourite spots during our two week trip! Case del Arenal is in the perfect location - just a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown and another 5 across the bridge to Train. It is very comfortable, clean, and spacious! Estefania was very accommodating, friendly and gave us lots of restaurant suggestions and tips for how to have the best time in Seville... and we did! Thank you so much - would highly, highly recommend Case del Arenal!

Lovely little stay

We had a lovely stay at Casa del Arenal; the apartment (we stayed in Coral) was beautifully finished and really clean and modern, in a great area of the city and really comfortable. Marta was lovely and so helpful, she came the morning after we arrived to go through things to do in the city, armed with a detailed map and other info and was easily contactable via What's App if we needed anything. My only 'negative' would be that our towels weren't changed at all during the 3 days we were there- I appreciate it's a self service apartment but in that case I think I expected there to be a washing machine so we could do it ourselves if they weren't to be changed by a cleaner, but unfortunately we had to use the same towels for 3 days running. We did see a cleaner in the apartment building on the first day so assumed she would change them for us. It wasn't a big deal but something worth pointing out. Other than that, a lovely stay and would definitely return!

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. Good location, we were able to walk everywhere.

They wouldnt provide an early check in althought we notified them earlier. Stayed 6 hours in the city to check in after a long flight. And were constantly bothered to checkout 3 hours earlier than the agreed time. By hving cleaners and others knocking on our door!! Other thN that the flat is freat and so is the location.

Amazing apartment complex within walking distance of most Sevilla attractions. Clean appts with everything as described in overview and room description. Definitely added value to our Sevilla visit!

Great location and helpful staff

It was absolutely amazing! Marta was such a help and she arranged everything we wanted to do. She helped us with directions, restaurants, shows etc. The place was so spacious, clean, beautiful decor, perfect location. I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Seville.

Nice Suite

Clean and well located. Seville was extremely hot and the hotel (like most places in Europe) only has independent AC units. Make sure you keep the curtains close so the inclement sun don’t overheat the room especially during siesta time.

The staff receiving us at the house, Estefania, was superb. She was so caring, so warm and so extremely informative and trustworthy. her recommendations for things to do, to see, where to eat and where to see Flamenco show etc were all superb. We had an excellent day and a half in Sevilla thanks to her for all her useful guidance. we stayed in the Green apartment and it was very comfortable and clean.

Exceptional!

Easy check-in with recommendations for every question we asked. Bright, clean, modern space with quiet air conditioner. Although a reception desk is not on the premises, the communication and service is exceptional - even retrieving lost items after your stay.

Perfect location, perfect room, in a perfect city

Our brief stay in Seville was absolutely wonderful thanks to the kindness of Estefania and Anabel and our lovely room at Casa del Arenal. Very clean, very pretty, with everything you might need. It's a quick walk to all the main sights. Do not have enough nice things to say about this place! Thank you!

Outstanding Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment was easy to find and in a lively tourist neighborhood of Arenal, near the Bull Ring and Central Market. The location was right in the middle of everything with no more than a 5 to15 minute walk to most of the main attractions of Seville. There were many tapas restaurants and pubs close by… too many to choose from in our short stay. The apartment was exactly as described and even better... all of the pictures were accurate. Estefania met us at the door of the apartment and took an amazing amount of time to tell us everything about the apartment and Seville. She also provided us with a number of unexpected amenities in the apartment that we did not expect... all a very welcoming touch. She was an excellent host. The apartment itself was very modern, clean and well supplied with all we needed. The bed was a queen and especially comfortable. The shower was a walk-in and very spacious with hot water on demand. The room was bright and quiet at night for sleep. There were no negatives about this apartment and we would stay there again on our next trip to Seville. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to be close to the action, live in comfort and be hosted by a gracious and knowledgeable host.
