My partner and I stayed for two nights and we would rate Lon Y Traeth 11 out of 10 if we could! This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Annie and Gerry were amazing hosts, who genuinely care about their guests. They offered my partner, who requires a gluten free diet, a fantastic choice for breakfast and even provided sweet treats for us in the room. The king site itself was beautifully decorated, with many home comforts. We felt the hosts had thought of everything for their guests and we found the whole experience extremely relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Room (and home) Spotlessly clean and very comfortable- Gorgeous bathroom- probably best room I’ve stayed in! Homemade biscuits when we arrived and coffee machine in room! Lovely friendly Host and the breakfast very very nice - you couldn’t ask for better would highly recommend! Excellent

Excellent Property and Service

Second to none for comfort and cleanliness, will definately recommend to anyone looking for a b&b. Gerry and Annie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we've even booked again for next year xx

There was nothing not to like about this property. We were met at the door by the owners Annie and Gerry who gave us a friendly welcome. Great place to relax or visit the areas of the island that interested us. Annie and Gerry had a good knowledge of the island and helped whenever we asked. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and every day we were arrived back in our room a little treat had been left. Lovely place,lovely couple and will definitely be returning hopefully later in the year.

Recently completed a 3 night stay in the king size room with my partner. The room was absolutely immaculate and spacious with lots of extra touches such as a coffee machine which was absolutely lovely. The hosts were amazing and nothing seemed too much trouble, we were spoilt with lovely Welsh cakes upon arrival back to our room on 2 of the days as well as little chocolates and treats. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and kept us full all day. Can’t recommend highly enough, had a marvellous time and we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much selection. Room was wonderful, everything you needed and more. Very clean. Bed was so comfy. Annie and Gerry were lovely and made us feel at home. Thank you!

Wonder away from home

What a wonderful two night stay. So looked after and cared for during our stay. One of the best.

Fantastic hosts Annie and Gerry made us feel special in the way we were treated from start to finish, lovely accommodation and excellent breakfast, couldn’t of asked for any better, nothing went amiss, would stay again and would highly recommend to anybody.

Absolutely perfect stay. It's a little gem

Lon y Traet is an absolute little gem. Annie and Gerry are the most perfect and attentive hosts, without being obtrusive. Nothing was too much trouble during our 3 night stay and they’d thought of just about everything we could ever want to make for a perfect stay. Our en-suite double room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Lots of little personal touches like Lindt pillow chocolates and daily treats on the tea tray. As well as a great range of tea bags, there was also concentrated squash sachets and a coffee machine with a large choice of coffee and chocolate pods that were re-stocked each day. Fresh milk and ice cold filtered water were provided each day too. The bathroom was very spacious and bright, with quality toiletries, flannels and thick bath robes provided. There was a basket of new items to help ourselves to if we’d forgotten anything - toothbrushes, shaving kit, bath sponge, sewing kit etc. The highlight of our stay had to be the breakfast. The menu choice was substantial and generous. There were choices to suit every taste and appetite, from full (or any part of) English, freshly made waffles and pancakes, warm croissants and Danish pastries, toast, cereal, yoghurt, and the most amazing fresh fruit salad ever. Taste and quality were exceptional. Annie and Gerry should feel immensely proud of the wonderfully perfect experience they provide for their guests and their outstanding reviews are very well deserved

A great location and certainly a place to stay for those wanting a break with peace and tranquility. The personal touches to help with your visit to "Lon Y traeth " are far beyond what you'd expect at a B&B. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, with a beach that doesn't seem to end. We will definitely be back soon. Gerry and Annie 5* place.

Excellent

A superb B&B with exceptional service

My husband, son and I recently spent 7 nights here. It has to be, without a doubt the best B&B we have ever stopped in. Annie and Gerry were incredible hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The room was large with an extremely comfortable bed and additional double sofa bed. The bathroom was large with two sinks, a free standing bath and separate shower. Annie and Gerry have thought of everything - various different types of local shower/ bath products, bath robes, nespresso machine (and a kettle as well!) , fresh milk and a shared fridge. Additional really lovely touches from chocolates our pillows every night and home made cakes to board games for our son. Annie and Gerry made us feel so welcome. One evening all local eateries were fully booked so we had a takeaway and Annie kindly allowed us to eat in the dining room. When we got back the dining room was all set up with plates, cutlery and iced water. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. We ordered via a menu the evening before and the choice was incredible - from full English breakfast to home made waffles and pancakes. We were able to choose a time for breakfast and the service of the breakfast was timed & cooked to perfection. The homemade waffles and pancakes were absolutely delicious. On the final night we asked our young son what he wanted for breakfast the next morning and he replied “everything”, such was the quality of the food. There is absolutely no doubt we will be back !

A superb and faultless stay, just not long enough.

A fabulous stay from start to finish. We were welcomed by Annie and Gerry who both immediately made us feel at home. Our bedroom was large and tastefully furnished, the bathroom was also oversized and like the bedroom everything was of the highest quality. The bathroom had two sinks a stand alone pebble bath and a separate walk in shower. There was no less than 5 different bath oils supplied. Thick towels and bath robes, complete the luxury bathing indulgence. Our first nights arrival meant the local pub was fully booked, as we didn’t want to drive, Annie kindly suggested a take away from the local Chinese, we ate that in the dining room, where they had supplied all cutlery and crockery along with glasses and ice, just one of the helpful, individual touches that made our trip special. Breakfast was ordered from a menu the evening before and was again of the highest quality and cooked to perfection, Gerry gave us tips on places to visit each morning. Sadly all good things must come to an end, and all too soon we had to say farewell, Annie had baked us Welsh cakes for our journey home, they were superb and yet another example of this couple’s wonderful individual and outstanding care for their guests.

A Wonderful Place

Lon Y Traeth is a wonderful place! We had a lovely room with nice views which was extremely clean and comfortable. Annie and Gerry were perfect hosts and thought of everything to ensure you had a perfect stay! Breakfast was cooked to perfection and Annie’s cakes were delicious! We will definitely visit again!

Annie & Gerry have thought of everything a traveler might need at a B&B! Excellent accommodation, breakfasts and local sightseeing advice. Also very strong WiFi. We had an excellent 2 night stay...and would certainly stay again if we return to Anglesey.

My wife and I have been walking the island, staying in a different place every night. Gerry and Annie have the most luxurious, comfortable, contemporary-styled home with every amenity imaginable for the sometime forgetful traveller. We slept on an incredible mattress in a large space room with an equally large bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, and wonderful smelling toiletries. Breakfast was no less beautifully presented and delicious. A truly memorable stay. Lovely friendly hosts. One of the very best places to stay on Anglesey.

The accommodation and breakfast was excellent and better than some 5star hotels

Exceptional Property and Service

This place is AMAZING everything from the correspondence before you arrive to your arrival and stay. The customer service is 2nd to none and nothing is too much trouble. The actual property is perfect and very very well maintained. We will defo be back and hopefully won't have to wait too long. EXCEPTIONAL

We (and our children) felt absolutely spoilt. Our room was so comfy and homely. Nothing was missing. Breakfast was amazing in choice and quality.

Best b&b I’ve stayed at. Everything has been thought of, breakfast was plentiful and delicious and you didn’t want for anything with such great hosts.

We had a magnificent stay in the best B and B ever experienced. Outstanding.

The Lon Y Traeth has been recently renovated. Our room and bathroom were is extremely comfortable. The owners of the B&B are very friendly and helpful. The B&B is well situated, a short walk to a local pub, and also to walking trails. I highly recommend Lon y Traeth for anyone staying in Pentraeth.

The property owner hsd thought of every detail to make our stay fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble.

Couldn't fault it. The facilities are second to none. Everything is provided for and more. Annie and Gerry simply couldn't do enough for you. Very friendly, very clean and extremely stylish. The attention to detail is incredible. Due to the weather we couldn't do all we wanted to do so will be coming back. Welsh cakes were delicious. Thankyou Annie and Gerry.

The best B&B I have ever stayed in. Hope to go back soon. Amazing breakfast, spotless large room, very comfortable and luxurious bed. Lots of little extra touches everywhere. We stayed to walk up snowdon and explore Anglesey and it’s beaches. Highly recommend!

A quality establishment.

We were looking for a nice place to stay on Anglesey and I saw Lon y Traeth was highly rated on a few sites. Rightly so!! We only stayed for one night, due to work commitments, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the location was ideal and the accommodation was modern and spotless. You can tell from the minute you walk through the front door that a lot of work and thought has gone into making this place special. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The local pub is a 5 minute walk away. We will be returning soon. Thank You Annie and Gerry, The Crosby family.

Spotless with large bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable bed, meticulous attention to detail. Excellent breakfast full of home made touches. View down to sea from the bedroom and ideally placed for an evening walk down to the beach.

Lovely people , beautiful room .

I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast . The room was outstanding in both presentation and cleanliness . And the owners couldn't do enough for us. 10/10 .

Nothing too much trouble

What a lovely peaceful place, excellent accommodation, superb breakfasts, Annie and Gerry were wonderful hosts. I just hope there will be vacancies when I want to return.

Lucky find

This is a well run very clean & well organised B&B. The hosts were very keen to ensure a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent from the comfortable bed, & extras provided in the room down to the secure WiFi net work connection. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

Simply Beautiful!

This B&B is beautiful, the rooms are new but looks and feel super cosy and comfortable. You have everything you need in the room and the bathroom. The toiletries are gorgeous and the decor is lovely. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. The grounds are well kept and lovely, the hosts are so friendly and really helpful, they make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious. There is a good choice of pubs which you can drive to nearby (short drive), the overall location was great.

More like a boutique hotel than a b&b.

From underfloor heating in en-suite, to Netflix on tv, to comprehensive information package, to quality of fittings and general attention to detail, this feels more like a boutique hotel than a b&b.

We loved everything about the B&B. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, Annie and Gerry couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.

Exceptional!

We don't usually stay in B&Bs but we very glad we chose this one. Annie and Gerry were excellent hosts. The location is great; a gentle walk down to the Beach and also a short walk to the vibrant Pantin pub. The breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were perfect. We will be going back.

Highly recommended

Great B&B offering excellent standard of accommodation, great breakfast and lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. It's a little more expensive than other places however it's definitely worth it! You can take a peaceful walk for 20 mins to the beach (no facilities there though) and it's a short drive to great restaurants and bars.

This is a lovely B&B run by Annie & Gerry, very friendly nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation has been recently done to a very high standard. The breakfast was the best I have had would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful B & B . The attention to detail was amazing we were so comfortable and relaxed. The hosts were impeccable and the breakfast the best I’ve ever had in any country. We will be coming back as the area is stunning. All in all top notch 100 .

Our stay was short and sweet but wonderful. Annie and Gerry were very welcoming. The room provided all the amenities and more. The breakfast was out of this world, not only was the quality fantastic, the choice from a full English breakfast through to waffles and pancakes, all made to order, was a great start to the day. I booked this for my mum and dad as a surprise get away for my dads birthday - they loved it so much they booked another night while they where there! They had nothing but praise and compliments and are looking to go again.
