Great Winter Activity Holiday

The property is a little out of town so needs an Uber to get there from the Town Centre. All of the tour's we booked had an option to pick up and drop off from the property so we didn't need to stay in the town centre - the Uber ended up being just to get to the train station on our departure. Staying a little out of Town was definitely the right decision for us - the property was very picturesque, looking out onto the frozen lake and had a little snow filled garden out the back. The private sauna was also a welcome benefit after evenings out hiking and cross country skiiing. For a winter holiday, the entire experience was fantastic. Will absolutely return here one day in the future.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment was kept very neat and warm during the cold winter. Had a proper functioning kitchen and a lovely private sauna. It’s also away from the city lights so we got to see the northern lights right outside the apartment. It was magical. Tahir was very responsive and helpful and even left a message when the night sky was clear to hunt for the auroras. Had a great stay. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a quick stop to visit Santa Claus. I ran into an issue with getting a door to open and the owner of the property was there within minutes. Turned out it was user error on my part. The owner was very very nice. The other people that live in the area were nice as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the area. I will be back!

Great spot and they have great transportation rates to get all over the city perfect place to stay if you want to visit the Santa village or city Center; it’s in the middle of both!

Spacious apartment with lots of facilities

It was a nice place to stay. A spacious apartment with everything you need. We just stayed briefly as we needed somewhere to stay before a morning flight, but I am sure it would have been lovely to stay longer.

Lovely cozy self contained apartment with everything you need as a family. Host / owner was amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and highly recommend this accommodation

We loved our stay it was so magical the children played in the snow at the front of the apartment we would very much recommend!

Nice man

The apartment was spotless. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pantry staples - salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, as Ella’s basic kitchen essentials. It is very close to a market where I was able to cook dinners and breakfasts throughout my stay. The private sauna was wonderful. Highly recommended.

The property was nice and big enough to accomodate my family of 5. The onlycomplain i have is their toster and coffee maker do not work. Please replace!!!

The proprietor and his daughter Jilia were excellent hosts and happy to transport us around as needed. I would highly reccommend staying here

Loved our stay. Super cosy, warm and enjoyed a nightly sauna after the cold day out. Excellent location, very close to town, in between two rivers which is lovely in the snow.

Prefect place for driver to stay. You will enjoy a good morning with lake view and nice sunshine.

Great apart hotel

It’s excellent for family. We saw the sunrise at noon.

Not advisable to book this property if you do not plan to hire a car or you don’t mind spending a lot on taxis or don’t mind walking for hours. You won’t find any tea, coffee, milk in the property, plan to get those yourself, but the supermarket is also about 3 kms away. No services are complimentary by the owners, it comes with a huge charge. I booked this property based on the positive reviews, but my experience was different.

The sauna was great. Did not see any staff on arrival or at all. We couldn’t find anyone the first day an out heating was broke. Our phone did not have service to ring the number on the booking an their was no phone inside. It was also advertised with a. Double bed, which we did not have. The fire was a selling point for us so we could make a fire and have coach nights in. Upon arrival we wanted to buy wood an ask how to use the fire... no staff! When we sorted out our phone an was charged a lot to ring their number we was told we can’t use the fire because it smokes.

This property has absolutely everything you could ask for. The owner is very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed every moment here. There are beautiful views frim both decks, perfect amenities, and a wonderful home sauna; everything emaculatly clean as well. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to return. Thank You!!

Ok for the price

It was very quiet and lovely surroundings. This place was clean. However, I had to take allergy medicine to breathe at night, and the place had a weird smell. The garden area was ok, but the upkeep and disused tv on the grass didn't make it appealing to relax.

The location is excellent and the amenitites are good. My only gripe is that the toilet and the bathroom is separated which i find very odd and weird. The company needs to do something about this. This means after i finish my business i need to walk over to the bathroom which is not convenient and uneasy. And the bathroom does not have a lock too! To make matters worse, the bathing section does not have a boundary for the water to hold but it flows out to the floor, no doubt a slope is created for the water to seep through quickly, it makes the floor wet for a significant time. The only TV is so small for a large house and I would have expected an internet TV at least. All equipment are working fine and in good condition. Plenty of car parking space if you are driving. I hope the management work on the above to make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Wonderful little cabin, very clean, had no mod cons, however very well equipped with all the basics that you need. Excellent scenery and surroundings. You will need a car to get to this location and local travel.

Très grand logement, propre, bien équipé parfait pour y passer plusieurs jours... situé a 10mn du village du père noël en voiture et le long d un lac ce qui permet une vue dégagée pour admirer les aurores boreales

Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, avec des alentours paisibles et un lac gelé à proximité. Plusieurs activités et sites sont accessibles à quelques kilomètres, mais une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition anticipée du logement, et celui-ci était propre à notre arrivée. Cependant, le logement est clairement vieillissant : nos portes-fenêtres étaient cassées, les matelas très inconfortables. De plus, bien que réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant, nous n’avions que deux petits lits, deux verres, deux assiettes et deux couverts. C’est dommage de ne pas adapter les équipements au nombre d’occupants, surtout pour un enfant. Cela a terni l’expérience dans un cadre pourtant si agréable.

Nordlichter direkt vor der Haustür

Ein schön gelegenes Haus in der Natur mit eigener Sauna. Wir sahen Nordlichter direkt von der Terrasse, vor der Haustür und über dem Haus. Da das Haus ein bisschen abgelegen ist (was toll ist für Nordlichter) braucht man ein Velo oder Auto. Der Gastgeber fährt einen aber gerne gegen Entgelt. Tahir hat uns zuverlässig und sicher vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. Herzlichen Dank!

Great location, good service

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Unterkunft war sehr sauber Kontaktloser checkin möglich.

Erinomainen paikka mutta liian lämmintä oli

Kaikki oli erinomaisen hyvin yöpymispaikassa muuten, mutta lattialämmitys oli niin kuumalla, että huoneisto oli liian lämmin(28 astetta).

Thank you for letting us stay, especially because we booked everything so late. Nice that we could check-in at 11 p.m. - we had a guided northern lights tour till 10p.m.. Everything was fine and nice and comfortable. We will possibly book again next winter.

Asunto siisti ja ihanan rauhallinen ympäristö.Mutta joitakin puutteita oli esim. Olisi ihan hyvä olla kertakäyttöisiä istuin alustoja saunaan ja patalappuja.

We hebben het fantastisch gehad. De omgeving is echt prachtig!! Bijna elke dag het noorderlicht gezien. Wij hadden geen auto gehuurd maar dat zou ik wel adviseren als je in de sneeuw durft te rijden. Transfer is behoorlijk prijzig maar zeker aanwezig. Inrichting van het huisje is een beetje ouderwets maar zeker charmant. Sauna aanwezig. Dus wat mij betreft zeker een dikke 9.

Excelente experiencia en Laponia, el alojamiento está muy bien aunque falta algo de comunicación con el centro de Rovaniemi, hay que coger todo el rato taxis, Tohir el dueño del establecimiento una persona encantadora, nos facilitó de todo, volveríamos allí sin dudarlo

Flott opphold i en nydelig leilighet. Veldig godt utstyrt. Flotte omgivelser. Så absolutt verdt prisen. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Erittäin siisti ja puhdas huoneisto B10. Kaikki oli kunnossa ja hyväkuntoista. Sohvakalusto oli hieman vaurioitunut, muttei haitannut mitenkään. Myös TV oli minimaalinen, mutta toimi.

整體非常好，有客廳，飯廳，睡房，桑拿房，廚房有煮食爐，焗爐，咖啡壺，多士爐，淋浴間傍有性能良好的洗衣機，廚房櫃內碗碟齊全，各種煲及煎pan，及用具都一一齊備，房間擺設很精緻，唯獨美中不足是，床單及被鋪都感覺很不潔，若穿著衣服睡覺問題不大，但對我們不穿衣服睡覺就影響甚大

Gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Sauna und Terrasse. Sauberkeit war gut, die Betten waren nicht das Highlight aber auch nicht schlecht.

Tolle Hütte direkt am Fluss, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, angenehme Ruhe
