TravellerThe bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing

TravellerJust far too noisy
It was a real shame, because the place was lovely, but our stay was ruined by too much noise. On the first night we were kept awake by people in a restaurant right outside our room (Room 1) who were talking loudly until 12.40. The owners kindly moved us to a quieter room to the rear for our other 3 nights but we were still disturbed by noise from other guests late into the evening beyond 11pm and 11.30. On the last morning we were woken at 7.15 by the noise of workmen hammering, drilling, shouting and their radio. The view of the owners seems to be that all of this should be be expected in an Italian city in the summer. So, if you are prepared to put up with this sort of stuff, don't let this review put you off.

Room with old charm (but modern) in the middle of old town Lecce, close to everything. Lots of tasty breakfast served at the room. Julia was very helpful with everything, we arrived late but no problem after contact. The bed a bit firm for our tast, but we like it soft...

TravellerLe problème principal de cet hébergement est celui de l’absence de lumière et de ventilation appropriée. Le logement est en rdc, la seule porte-fenêtre donne sur une minuscule courette de 1,50 m2. Quelques cafards sont à déplorer. Dommage car la localisation et le service sont parfaits.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville mais accessible en voiture. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Attention cependant, la chambre n°1 qui donne à la fois sur la rue et la petite place est très bruyante, même tard dans la nuit. La jeune femme qui gère l'établissement ainsi que sa famille sont très avenants et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bien servi. Attention, le parking proposé n'est pas à 5€ la journée mais reste raisonnable (24 € pour 2 nuits).

Good location, nice rooms, but as doors face open street difficult to open and get fresh air. In the morning a lot of noice from emptying bottles. Cars with bottles coming all time from 6-7 am.

B&b centralissimo, ottima posizione. Le stanze sono piccole ma c’è un grande armadio aperto e letto e cuscini sono comodi. Il bagno è piccolo con una doccia grande ma non c’è spazio sufficiente per il bidet che è attaccato al lavandino. Ottima la qualità degli asciugamani di spugna con il nome del b&b ricamato davvero carino.

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!
