Wasn’t sure when we first arrived but it was excellent. We returned for two more stays over two weeks.

Good apartment about 25 mins by Uber to downtown. If travelling by metro 2 lines to get there, similar timeframe including the walk. Probably would try to stay closer if you want city action. It’s a long walk uphill from the city take an Uber €5-8

The room met my needs. And management got me a comforter when I wrote that I was cold.

The staff were nice but it was not the cleanest place. There was mold in the showers.

Nice but noisy

The property itself was very good, clean, comfortable and well located. It is however directly in the flight path, so there are landing planes every few minutes roaring over head late into the night and starting again at 5:30 am making good sleep difficult. I was on the top floor making it worse. I was in Lisbon for work for a week, so consistently disrupted sleep was an issue. Otherwise very nice property

Cleaning service was excellent but the parquet floor was covered in really bad scratch marks

Exceptional value for money and highly recommended.

We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work and we emailed them but never received a response. At least we finally figured out how to get it working. There were small bugs on the floor, and it was noisy through the night, it wasn’t soundproofed and we heard a dog barking the entire night, as well as airplanes as we were near the airport. Decent coffee nearby but very little else in terms of groceries or restaurants.

Very good price for the style of apartment. when i return to lisbon i will definitely stay here again

Only issue was not being sent a reservation code so unable to check in online.

Very clean but unfortunately very noisy - aeroplanes starting and landing all the time.

Thin walls - you can ear loud sounds (the people talking and children crying) from the other rooms. Our shower had a broken door and the curtain had a dirty aspect. The room curtains were very dirty as well. Does not have a laundry service. The cleaning lady's are very friendly and helpful.

Like the area and room was very clean. The air conditioning remote and the TV remote had dead batteries. Needless to say i had no TV or air. In addition, i was not able to contact any of the property management. I tried calling the number on my email 4 times and no answer. I also tried the photo on the kiosk and the same, no answer. The God there wasn't an emergency. No good public service. Very disappointed.

The place was clean. The mini-split heating/cooling system did not work. The windows (which we opened as as the apartment was too hot) have no screens, so we were bit by mosquitoes throughout the night.

Great quality and super convenient, especially when traveling with kids

Only complaint is that the walls were kinda thin so it was easy to hear neighbors.

What does one say when the maids try to extort money from you? What does one say when small pieces of jewelry disappear? They were made from surgical steel so they were not expensive but they were mine. The worse was the manager, after knocking and being told I did not need service and I was on the phone; used her pass key to bust in to let me know I had no right to privacy. The person I was on the phone with is providing prof of this happening”. I did not feel safe here and, as a frequent traveler “, this has not happened before. Do not recommend this place and this is the first time I have made this kind of review.

Very comfortable and convenient stay, especially traveling with kids which was our case.

Worst check-in experience

I showed up to the front door, and I typed in the access code 3 times without success. This code was received by email. Then, I tried the intercom button. The front door opened. Using the check-in kiosk, I entered the reservation number with other information asked. I could confirm that the system recognized me because of the information it showed on screen. At the end of the process, I got the red box message that my reservation information was not available at that moment and to try later. Same result after 3 times. I hooked up the phone twice on the kiosk without anybody answering. After a while, a kind customer helped me with this situation. She called the office 3 times with her phone before she got someone answering on the phone. I finally got a code to enter the building and a code to enter the apartment. The code for the building was completely different from the code I got by email. This means I got wrong information by email. That is what made the check-in experience the worst. The next day, I hooked up the kiosk phone to see if it's supposed to work. Someone answered.

Should be better communication. No one around to communicate. Hard to check in. Not enough information about checkout. Sent a few emails never received any answer. Although we checked in online, kiosk for room number didnot work properly.

No one ever sent me the codes to get into the door of the building or inside the apartment. I had to reach out to Expedia at almost midnight because I had no info. Apartment was clean once I got in. Mind you it’s a bit noisy but only because it’s close to the airport which is convinient for me.

All in all happy, just a little reminder that as advertised it’s a double bed and single, of course sofa bed was there but was not set up as bed, and the wood floor is almost worn out need updating

Very practical, especially if you traveling with kids.

The neighborhood has lots of local restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby. It has easy access to the metro and bus stops and Portuguese locals around which is fantastic for an authentic experience and allows for more opportunities to practice your Portuguese. The building has everything you need and isn’t anything special. No amenities like a pool or gym and no where to gather outside of your room other than a shared balcony with no cover from the sun. There are no screens on the windows so a football sized cockroach flew into my room (not their fault) and at check in there were sticky spots on the floor, dirty dishes in the cabinet, a clogged shower, one broken elevator and straight strings of hair all over the room. The staff was responsive and unclogged the shower when asked and turned over the room everyday. I did enjoy my stay overall and felt safe which was the most important thing to me.

Very nice location. Only about 300M from the Entrecampos train/subway station. Apartment was well equipped, clean, and with good security. Communication with the staff was very cordial and prompt. The only issue for light sleepers is on some days it is near the flight path for landing jets. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Apartments were a bit dirty, shower doors with mold and curtains the same. Something good is that they are next to bus stop (731) that takes you to nearest metro station (Jardin zolologico). Several restaurants around and a small convenient store.

Really good, great communication and facilities. Seamless check-in and check out. The only down side is the noise from the landing planes as the airport is near.

Not far from central, clean. Nice and cheerful. Only negative you can hear neighbours through thin walls or layout.

Spacious, well-equipped, off the beaten track

The good. Spacious, well equipped (everything from a potato peeler to an ironing board), reversible air conditioning to heat/cool, double glazing and electric shutters. Very clean. Building has en-suite kebab shop (connecting door). Minipreço supermarket nearby. A bus (731 - roughly every 20 minutes) connects the area with the two nearest metro stations and a roundabout close to the airport. The less good. Area is under the glide path to Lisbon airport so there's quite a lot of (frequent) aircraft noise except between midnight and 5.30am - if that bothers you. If you miss the bus, it's around a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Entre Campos or Cidade Universitária). The doors between the corridors and the staircase were all wedged open.

It was our first time using contactless entry. It worked well and liked the added security. The only problem is not everyone knows how to use the system. When the front door of the building is not secure, it continues to beep waking up the residents. Our room was clean and the friendly cleaners did a great job cleaning it daily. Unfortunately, there were false alarms that rang in the night from other apartment kitchens. We highly recommend that you hire someone to run a front desk. That way, if people have questions or if all the alarms need turning off, we have the help we need.

Kind and helpfull staff, smooth check in

Amazing

The property was large, and the kitchenette had all the appliances required. As for the drawbacks, the cleaning wasn’t performed well, and there are no grocery stores nearby. The nearest one is 12 minutes away downhill.

Okay stay at Lisbon Serviced Apartments Campos

The apartment was great and clean. I received the email from apartment agents on time and everything went smoothly. One thing though, the toilet had a foul odor coming off it most of the days even though it was clean. May be some kind of drainage issue. Luckily we were out all day and only used it on our nightly returns!

Service was single amazing , for me was all good

I stayed in the Campos location. It is quite far from the center and a bit of a walk to metro stops. To get to the Praça de Espanha stop, know that you have to cross the train tracks on a foot bridge that goes over the tracks. I felt very comfortable here by myself during the day, but would not have wanted to do the walk by myself at night. The neighborhood is a typical Portuguese neighborhood. I enjoyed having cheap coffee every morning. The Website says there is laundry service on-site, but there is not, so be aware.

There is no hot water, far away from the metro and every tourist attraction. The walls are so thin you can hear everything

Apartment was spacious and check in was hassle free. The room included a microwave and fridge which was a nice touch. Room was cleaned daily, so overall it was a good experience. And a very comfy bed!

73 years old and left to fend for myself with dog

I did not stay at this apartment but paid for it and I am looking for a refund. I have a little dog, yorkiepoo and saw on the website that they allowed animals, what it said specifically was that "service animals always welcome others there was a fee". Now when I called because I had nowhere to go with dog to try and check in earlier I was told by a lady that no under no circumstances did they take animals. I called Hotels.com and was on the phone for about an hour for them to try and get me something else, but had already been told that I had paid with the option of no refunds. This is totally unacceptable as I WAS MISLEAD, and there I am in the evening having to leave the place I was at and nowhere to go. The girl trying to help me NOT HELPFUL having me go to Setubal which is on the other side of river or taking a hotel upwards of 3,000 euros which I did not have. I have pictures I have taken from Lisbon Serviced Apts. on my phone where animals are welcome, so this is totally bogus and I have been sick over this and awaiting the help of someone else to pursue this matter.

Very nice stay

It was a pleasant stay, very clean. Easy access. They have lockers which are 2 Euros where you can leave your luggage if you check out early.

O apartamento é v vc confortável e muito limpo. Muito bem localizado se você estiver chegando ou saindo do aeroporto de Lisboa. A única coisa negativa foi o sistema de guarda volumes do hotel. Não funciona!

Muito gostoso o lugar, ótimo serviço de recepção e localização boa também.

Check In muy malo

Un problema a la entrada. Hay que meter los datos a mano y no está bien explicado. Escanean tu documento (es ilegal). No lo recomiendo. Por lo demás, aceptable.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de la gare routière. Le quartier n'est pas très intéressant et est plutôt bruyant à cause du passage fréquent des avions à basse altitude. Chambre assez spacieuse avec cuisinette. Avertissement: une étiquette très discrète indique qu'il y a des frais de 50 euros si la vaisselle utilisée n'est pas lavée.

Gostaríamos de expressar nossa mais sincera gratidão pela recepção. Cada detalhe refletiu um cuidado especial e um carinho que tornaram nosso tempo aqui não apenas confortável, mas inesquecível. Nosso muito obrigado por tudo!

Apartamento excelente! Cama confortável! Limpeza diária.Mesmo ficando perto do aeroporto o barulho dos aviões não incomodou pois as janelas são bem vedadas. Quero sugerir que coloquem uma ducha higiênica próximo ao sanitário, e uma cortina com blackout total na janela principal pois a janela externa que cobre a claridade estava emperrada.

Lägenheten var ren och fräsch. Väldigt lyhört. Man hörde grannarna och alla flygplan. Informationen om incheckningen stämde inte. Enligt instruktionerna skulle jag få kod till byggnaden 72 timmar innan. Jag fick ringa lägenhetsservicen flera gånger. Incheckningen göra digitalt via en skärm som är inne i byggnaden. Referensnumret jag fick från Hotels.com var inte detsamma som jag behövde för att checka in. Det gick bra till slut men det var riktigt krångligt.

Excelente ubicación

The sofa bed is not good to sleep on. Completely uneven and like a swing.. Hot water lasts 3 minutes and then you can wait 30 minutes for the next 3 minutes of hot water.

Pratique, 2 ascenseurs disponibles, la borne fonctionnait parfaitement. Tout était expliqué parfaitement dans le mail avant l’arrivée. Le lieu était propre, spacieux, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait pour cuisiner, faire la vaisselle, sans avoir à penser à des détails. Loin des métros mais un bus passe à proximité. Des supérettes à proximité aussi, de toute façon les Uber ne valent rien là bas. Le seul bémol serait le bruit, on entend bcp les autres appartements, certains claquent les portes alors que ce sont des poignées normales qu’ils peuvent utiliser délicatement. Des que c’est bruyant ça peut être perturbant mais sinon c’était parfait. Nous étions 3 avec un enfant de 4 ans. Et j’ai choisi ce coin car on était proche du zoo pour mon fils.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Kiez ,umgeben von Restaurants ,kleinen Geschäften und einem Supermarkt.Die Metro Station ist fussläufig ca.in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.Von dort ist es möglich in das Zentrum von Lissabon zu kommen. Die Einflugschneise zum Flughafen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe,sodass es zu Lärmbeeintächtigungen kommt.

Condiz com as fotos, apenas o sofá cama o espaço e limitado. Boa localização pra quem quer um local para ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Ideal para viagens curtas.

O espaço e bom. As roupas de cama não são tão limpas. A faxina da equipe é ótima. Ponto ruim: o microondas que tem apito sonoro que ninguém consegue desligar. O que faz com que vc seja obrigado a dormir com esse barulho. A região é longe dos pontos turismos, porém, fácil acesso ao metrô .

O apartamento é muito bom, com ótimo espaço, e equipamentos e utensílios necessários para uma estadia. Porém, a localização deixou a desejar. Pois é um pouco distante de metrô e outros locais de interesse.

Très beau appartement, bien équipé et propre. Un peu loin du centre ville mais près des transports autobus et métro. Vie de quartier agréable et bon petit resto à proximité.

Éloignez du centre, mais en même temps pas loin du métro 1,6km à pied, restaurant local, délicieux et pas cher.

Las paredes son de papel; se escucha absolutamente todo. Ni hablar si te toca un grupo de jóvenes gritando en la habitación de al lado. El apartamento es realmente muy pequeño. La cocina no tiene todos los utensillos necesarios para poder cocinar.

Veckoresa till Lissabon

Trevlig liten lägenhet ganska nära centrum, bra kommunikationer. Enda lite negativa är att alla flygplan som landar och startar från Lisboa flygplats, men det drabbar alla lägenheter och hotell i denna delen av Lissabon.

Was not located close to the centre

Está apartado del centro, pero tienes muchas opciones para desplazarte a cualquier lugar. Si prefieres caminar por zonas transitadas no te lo recomiendo, es seguro sin embargo poco gente en los alrededores. Deberían mejorar el aislamiento de sonido porque la puerta hace que pase el ruido y la luz, pese a que hay críticas sobre la limpieza, por mi parte no tengo quejas en este sentido. Check in y check out en la maquina de la entrada súper rápidos.
