Rooms very small

Really enjoyed the stay. Check In is smooth, got the room within few mins. Wifi could have been better

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication was not a problem. Breakfast was satisfying.

Very old lemon tree not upto mark

The rooms weren’t clean. There was a terrible smell in the room as well and we had to request for room fresheners. However, the food was decent.

Decent hotel, staff less knowledgeable

The hotel itself is fine -clean enough, close to Cyber City. There is A/C in the rooms, as well as fans. Bathrooms equipped with toilet paper, soap, hair dryer, etc. It's not a hotel to spend a lot of time in, but if you're looking for somewhere to rest your head, it's not a bad choice. The hotel staff are less knowledgeable than expected. I had called ahead to book a car from the airport, which they forgot about and I ended up spending two hours at the airport waiting for them to come pick me up. On two occasions the car from the hotel took me to the wrong location. Luckily the staff was very accommodating about this and didn't charge me for the wrong drop offs.

Ok room

Everything was fine in the hotel except the exhaust on the terrace, right above our room. It was making lot of sound plus instead of sucking the air from the washroom, it was injecting fuel smell. Had to ask the hotel staff to switch it off and they did it for few hours and switched it on again which I had to bring to their notice again early morning 5am.

Small Lemon Branch not a Tree

The rooms are too small and the locality is a challenge for the property. I couldnt open my window screens, as there was some construction happening behind. Free Wifi speed was pathetic and there were connection issues too. Unfortunately, I booked it for all my colleagues too and had to face the music for all these comments from all of them.

Look for other options.

Good for only those who are looking for a night stay and has work around Cyber hub or cyber city. Property is very old and the infrastructure is not great. Restaurant is good and the food options are great! Service is great too. The rooms though are very small and are not worth the price. Location is the only advantage.

Had a great experience !

The room was fully furnished, neat and tidy and equipped with wif-fi facility. There was proper lighting, the A/C was functioning well, tea/coffee, mineral water, electric kettle were provided for in the room.

Excellent service

Stayed one night. Was booked at another location however they did not receive the confirmation from hotels.com. They promptly offered me a room at a different property nearby and also allowed me to use one of their rooms temporarily for freshening up before my meeting and arranged to send my luggage to the other location while I was attending my meeting.

Tedious approach room too small!

The access to hotel is circuitous and without a navigator would be difficult to reach; area too is congested. Room allotted to me (511) was claustrophobic in size.

Tiny rooms for the price. Food is good. Neighbourhood is kind of industrial. Cybercity is within 10-15 minutes by vehicle. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Annoying limited time (1 hour only!!) free internet. Nothing fancy. Ok place. No severe complaints.

Very limited space.

The hotel is located right in the middle of a row of houses. Very cramped up space for parking and approaching the hotel. I understand it is a budget hotel but it looks terrible in comparison to other budget hotels and also not located at a convenient place. The bathroom is very very small and ugly. one would not like to even use it. The staff was loud so much so that one could easily hear them inside the room and it woke me up from my sleep wondering if there is an emergency situation around.

Decent hotel. Slightly overpriced.

Bit too much of lemony scent all over the premises. But overall good place. Decent breakfast that includes a buffet and separately prepared Dosas and parathas for you at not extra cost. Courteous staff. Decent complementary toiletries.

Good hotel - Relatively close to the airport

Breakfast options were good. Convenient for travellers since it is 15-20 min from the airport. Rooms were clean and the interior design was good. Location was ok since it is not on the mail street.

Old small hotel but close to DLF cybercity

The room feels small and needs renovation but is clean. The food (a-la-carte) is good. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it if you need to go to DLF cybercity area due to the proximity. The down side is there are no restaurant close by if you get bored of eating at the hotel. Overall not a bad experience.

Economical Hotel in Udyog Vihar Phase 5

Made 2 stays at this hotel. Once for 15 days and another for 7 days. This hotel is the most economical in that area. Hotel staff is good. but I had problem with the food. They had very stereotyped breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not much options. salad were not fresh ... I mean the cucumber/tomato/carrot didn't seem fresh. otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Good hotel but Expedia distances are not accurate

Excellent hotel. Expedia claim the hotel is 5.9 kilometers form the airport. The drive to the airport was much longer - the staff said ti was 10 kilometers. Perhaps Expedia measure to the boundary fence of the airport and the actual terminal buildings are not so convienently placed. Any way not an airport hotel.

Bad Experience.

Hotel was horrible. Internet service was VERY SLOW and not up to date. This is MUST for a traveler. Location is in isolated area where there is no restaurant. In-house food quality was poor. Overall I would not recommend to people who needs good internet connectivity and prefer variety food. Room was small. Bathroom sink soap dispenser not working.

Very decepetive

I think its one of the worst hotel stays ever. The hotel charged me for a double room but instead gave only a single room, the manager refused to meet me for over 45 minutes. The free internet as promised was free only for the first 30 minutes!!The staff would not get cabs on time, very poorly trained staff, the front desk would keep checking their facebook accounts rather than attend to the customer. All aside, the hotel is more like a dorm, quite dirty, not worth the price at all. Definitely a rip off.......

First what is right: A clean hotel- good hygiene - Car rates are reasonable - Hotel staff is courteous and well trained - from airport hotel is only 11 KM. What needs correction: A plate of Boiled Vegetables Rs 415!. - On everything taxes add up to 28% - Food rates are unreasonable and high - I understand corporates get fat discount of 50%. Room rents are of course based on demand and supply like air fares - What cannot be cured: outside hotel is a narrow lane where around 40 cars will be parked and whether you move out by walk or by car you feel exhausted. there is no cool area around. Window view is a closed space.

Typical Lemon Tree experience -- very pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, good food, and good value for the money. I will be back. My only complaint is that it is necessary to pay for the Internet, but I find that at a lot of hotels.

Only if you are in business trip

Hotel staff were nice, but this hotel is located in the middle of industrial area, good for business trip near by, but no street lamps outside, don't go out after sunset.

Lemon Tree Hotel - Udyog Vihar

I first asked to see the room before checking into the hotel. So glad I did. I was shown the only room on that floor that was next to the lift shaft. It was small, dingy, and had a very dirty arm chair in the room. The bathroom had a shower (hole in the wall) covered by a shower curtain. I decided not to check into the hotel. The manager then said he had another room to show me that was better. On principal I would not look at the other room, why did they not show me the better room in the first place ?

The Lemon Tree Hotel, great for business

Excellent car service to take me to business meetings in the area. Very dependable, there for the requested pickup. The hotel was far more then I expected. Restaurant food was very good with many choices. They do charge for the internet, about, $16 a day.

Good value hotel

I was very pleased with the staff and service at Lemon Tree. The hotel is conveniently located in Gurgaon and about half an hour from the airport by car (avoiding the traffic problem). The room was clean and comfy, with good air conditioning. I was ill with fever and actually spent a lot of time in the room - overall very happy with the service and room. Staff is always helpful and available. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. In room dining was rapid and up to the standard. Good value hotel. The only negative is the noise from the building next door under renovation/construction.. but noise seems to be a constant in India.

They are not professionals

I had paid the airport pick up and drop off, I gave the flight details to them by telephone, which were correctly repeated after me, but they never showed up at the airport, because "probably the girl at the reception didn't write down the flight details". 2,5 hours waiting at the airport and then we just hired another cab. The room was nice and comfortable.

Nice, modern hotel close to airport. Convenient if you want to avoid going into the city. Only stayed a few hours but had no complaints.

Fantastic stay near Delhi airport

very clean rooms, fantastic food in the hotel's restaurant, very reliable transfer to and from near-by Delhi (international) airport. Surprising modern décor with very good facilities in the room, seeing there price - definitely value for money. But the most outstanding thing was the staff. They went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable and provided excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone and will myself go back next time I have a stop-over in Delhi. Note that this hotel is not near the Delhi sites and there is nothing of interest within walking distance. There is no pool so I'd say this is not a hotel to holiday in for longer or explore Delhi from.

Walking distance to Delhi metro stations and Cyber City which I was interested in. I did some work without specific problems. I enjoyed Cafe inside the hotel(few stores and restaurant near the hotel).

Kind staff

I stayed his hotel for 3days. The receptionists and waiters were kind and very helpful. The room was equipped with air conditioner and fan. Hot shower. A bit noizy at night due to construction work in the neighbouring buildings. You can enjoy Indian breakfast and simple continental breakfast at the restaurant.

Excellent staff

We stayed one night. The hotel is small and personal, everything was clean and beds were great. They have a 24/7 open restaurant with a wide assortment of Indian and other cuisines. What we ate was good stuff. The staff helped us with everything with an honest and personal treatment. We had to stay the entire day to await our flight and they allowed us to use a room to rest and be able to take a shower before taking off. The quickly arranged for car+driver to take us to central Delhi and Delhi Hatt, it took about 40 minutes at a very low expense. They also arranged a quick transport to the nearby international airport.
