There was what appears to be mold in the shower along the soap dish area and tiles could use a good cleaning. Pillow cases also did not smell clean. Certainly was not worth paying $249 for the night!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood

When I checked in the staff wasn’t present and waited 15 minutes…it was 4:45pm…that’s a usually check in time. And when they finally showed up they didn’t program my key…so I came back down…and he was gone again… waited again for them. And a bad attitude when they got there.

We were surprised to find out that the coffee machine was set up in the bathroom one foot away from the toilet. For that reason we canceled our next stay at that specific hotel.

Excellente chambre, tout est parfait, à l'exception de la poignée de porte de la garde-robe qui m'est restée dans les mains. Toutefois, à l'arrivée, la personne à la réception était condescendante lors des réponses à mes questions. J'aurais apprécié au déjeuner des oeufs chauds plutôt que froids, ou bien dans un récipient assez grand pour pouvoir bien les brasser dans le micro-ondes pour éviter la chaleur inégale.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Only issue was that we arrived around 11:30 pm and the hotel doors were locked and there was no one at the desk to let us in.Someone came after 5 minutes or so though, so it all worked out.

A very clean and well-situated Hotel on Horne Avenue in downtown Rouyn-Noranda. Good breakfast and close to many downtown amenities.

Bel hôtel. Par contre, il dit avec restaurant, mais tu dois sortir de l’hôtel pour le restaurant. Déjeuner très basique. Il y avait de la mousse de pourriture sur certains fruits. Sinon, bon emplacement.

No sounf proofing. You'll hear others next door

No sound proofing at all. I heard all night long next door neighboors talking until 6am like they were in my room. Restless night.

Only one comment. The breakfast room tables were all dirty. I had to ask the front person.to please clean them. At 9am it wasnt busy so that should have been taking care. I work in same field and cleanliness is my priority. Everything was perfecr for the stay.

I was very disappointed with the check in and how the front desk staff spoke to me and those with me. When I spoke later that evening with the front desk it was even worse.

I enjoyed my stay for two nights, gym is well equipped. Important to me. Overall experience is great!

J'apprécie mes séjours au Deville. Je dois aller régulièrement à Rouyn pour le travail et c'est toujours mon premier choix. J'apprécie beaucoup le bureau de travail en coin.

The hotel has a convenient location, right downtown and close to the lake and local restaurants. We were fortunate to be on the quiet side of the building, away from the main road; unfortunately, the view was of concrete buildings and parking lots. It was a good-sized room with comfortable queen beds. The room was mostly clean, but lots of long hairs from the previous occupant were left throughout the bathroom. Other than one small piece of soap, there was no shampoo or other convenience products, nor were there amenities such as an alarm clock.

From the time of checkin it was a disappointment check in staff were in their phone and not very helpful, beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible I would not recommend to anyone !!

Nice renovated hotel, friendly staff and very well situated (downtown). However, one of the pillowcase was dirty (not changed after the previous clients) and the mattress was old and not comfortable. You have to ask for the second bedsheet, there is only one one the mattress and none between you and the bedspread.

Overall no concerns, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. Right downtown which allowed us to walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

This hotel exceeded our expectations - clean and updated room, covered parking, decent breakfast, and a surprisingly fun and vibrant location with many great restaurants and pubs nearby.

Really wasn't sure what to expect when i pulled up, the outside looks a little dated. Inside was clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast was good too.

Address is wrong for the hotel, confusing, you have to park and walk to a different building to check in. Was very confusing. Rooms are big but ac super loud and clunky. Overall its an ok hotel. Based on the confusing way to find the actual front desk it may not be worth the hassle. Expedia needs to let customers know that the address given for the hotel is not accurate. Also people with mobility issues avoid this hotel. Only sharp incline stairs

I strongly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean and service was excellent. Staff went out of their way to assist us. They provided us 2 wine glasses at our request. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Hotel is well situated ( heart of Rouyn-Noranda).

Overall the experience was good. Everyone we spoke with at the hotel spoke English and French. Found out upon arrival that they do not accept pets. But they rebooked my second room at a hotel beside them who does accept pets and took care of everything. Kudos for that.

Very clean, rooms no wear on furniture very well maintained, free breakfast included hot items that are cooked not microwaved!

Stay away from this place!

Worst hotel I have ever been. First floor was renovated and looked nice, but as soon as you go on the second floor the smell is terrible. My room was super dirty with bugs and dust almost everywhere. Beds are not comfortable at all. The only positive point I found was the bathroom was decent, but other than that, this was by far my worst experience in a hotel room. The best advice I can give you is try another place. It can’t really be worst than this place.

Old hotel, poorly maintained, uncomfortable beds, old carpets, heat took forever to start, room was 16 degrees most of the night.

i was very mad to find out when i get there i cant rent my room cause i dont have a credit card and im 9h away from home worh a500$ deposit and plus the room it was realy not fun dident even get to sleep my daughter had to sleep in the car cause they dident take my card but yet u guys did was the first time i use your site a d to he honest i loved it but i dont think i ll ise it again it just cost me 171$ pkus tax for me to end up sleeping ij my car with my 5 year old daughter well thanks anyways

steamy stay

My girlfriend and I stayed for only one night. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi tub, tub was nice, shower was even better but the lack of ventilation in the room left the hole room full of steam and wet with condensation on all mirrors and even on the main window across the room. The king size bed was hard it was like sleeping on the floor. For the extra price I expected more.
