Beautiful boutique hotel with great food
Absolutely love Latitude 15 for a stopover Lusaka. We stayed there for one night before heading out to safari and it was fantastic. It is quiet, very clean, the rooms comfortable and spacious. The food is excellent as well, and the bar very relaxing. The service is top notch. We loved the decor and layout, and it has a very boutique feel. We also had one night there at the end of our trip, and we looked forward to coming back. It felt like a little slice of home. They had a band playing on our last night, and it seemed like a lot of locals came there to celebrate (it was a beautiful evening and there was even a wine tasting). They stored some of our luggage in between our trips there and everything worked out great.
Loved the vibe the artwork furnishing pool area … everything ! Will def come back
This property was beautifully decorated with African artwork. The rooms were well laid out and quiet. We had delicious meals at their restaurant. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside is the unlevel floor transitions between rooms. I don't have mobility issues, but tripped several times. The risk for falling is real.
Excellent
Very good food and nice staff. Beautiful space.
Lovely hotel - beautiful decor and nice food!
Latitude 15 is a really beautiful hotel - well furnished, with a nice bar, nice pool area and beautiful spaces. The breakfast was fantastic (although I only got offered the actual menu on the last day and otherwise only got the buffet!). The service was largely very good - although I did wait 1.5hrs for room service in between meetings (as I couldn't get a space in the restaurant) and ended up having to leave before it arrived. On their website it talks about being 'sustainable' - but there is still a fair amount of single use plastic they could phase out. I have been slightly critical here - the overall stay was great and I would definitely recommend.
Number 1 hotel in Lusaka
Absolutely amazing!!! The staff treat you like family and always go above and beyond. Food is great and the place has a lovely vibe. It’s worth every penny. I plan on staying here every time I’m in Lusaka.
Loved the decor, very comfortable room! The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Best breakfast! The best part was the air conditioner because I could keep my room very cool. Highly recommend this hotel.
Nice place to stay.
I love Latitude.
I come to Zambia several times a year for business. I bring several co-workers with me. While there we work 12 hour days. After a busy, stressful day, Latitude is the peaceful, relaxing and beautiful environment I need. Service and the food are good.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, we really loved our room, which was gorgeously decorated. Good food, good drinks, lovely massage, all with reasonable pricing, and generally very friendly and attentive staff. Provision of drinks in the room was our one grumble, especially drinking water! Lovely coffee machine provided in the room, but only two cartridges on day one. Days two and three our room was serviced but no more coffee provided. Drinking water was a real battle to get hold of. One day (after housekeeping did not provide any when servicing the room) we called reception and asked for water. An hour later, nothing. We saw a waitress in the corridor and she said she'd get us some. Another hour, no water! The experience was similar the next day. Drinking water is critical to the health of your guests, especially in Zambia, in October! Everything else was great, and overall we would like to thank everyone at the hotel for our fab stay, it's just a shame that our experience was let down by that one aspect.
Well located and lovely ambience
Latitude is well located - second time I’ve stayed and will be back Staff are all professional and helpful Only complaint would be the breakfast - I think the buffet could be upgraded- it generally looks stale
A unique boutique hotel. It absolutely stands out in comparison to the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at all over the world. A world class hotel. Very relaxing. Open reception area extends to the pool are. Great customer service starting at the reception, room attendants, bar staff, restaurant staff. They serve you with a smile and enthusiasm unique to this hotel. Meals are great and we had live music performance which was very entertaining. One could simply stay around the pool and chill out. We will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Lusaka
very nice design and spacious rooms
Good hotel
The room was good, the gym was nice, the food was excellent. In all, I was very happy - the Internet was also good.
Friendly staff. Nice vibes. I'll stay at Latitude again.
Nice stay
It was nice stay
Great Hotel, specious and unique rooms, great food and service.
Local Getaway
One of the best accommodations in Lusaka. Great facilities and picturesque design. The food was delicious, but had very few veggie options. The rooms was cozy-perfect for a weekend getaway.
Perfect Sunday
It was an amazing stay at Latitude 15, great atmosphere and ambiance!
The environment and atmosphere were good and conducive for a short stay
The Art! I lived in a museum...very beautiful place
Was a very nice stay. Everything about the hotel
We enjoyed our stay very much. All the staff friendly and helpful especially Regan in the tapas bar! We had two excellent dinners and lunches with good presentation We shall certainly return. The Friday music was an added bonus!
The hotel is beautifully decorated. Upon arrival there was a long delay getting to our rooms and this was frustrating after having traveled so far. However the manager cane out and apologized and this made all the difference in the world—handled well .
The hotel is exquisite but we could not check in until 4:30pm
Great Hotel Option in Lusaka!
Great place to stay!
Amazingly appointed hotel with beautiful art and furniture. Staff was attentive and cheerful. Food was great except for a steak ordered medium rare but cooked exceedingly rare. Free laundry and sparkling water were great perks! The bed could have been a bit softer, even speaking as someone that appreciates a firmer bed.
An oasis of calm
Very comfortable accommodation - boutique style. Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Choice of two restaurants with high quality food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
So special. Love it. Great vibe. Cosmopolitan. Totally recommend.
Wonderful hotel
Beautiful hotel, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent food at both restaurants with correspondingly excellent wine choices. Nice neighborhood, close to a shopping mall and other establishments and organizations frequented by visitors. I will definitely be coming back.
Wonderful place, well worth it. Lovely environment and garden, conveniently located and great restaurants.
One of the nicest cities and hotels we have stayed in while in Africa
Fantastic place to stay in Lusaka. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful hotel full of artworks - unique! Rooms spacious and comfortable - a perfect place to relax and unwind
cool hotel, very spacious rooms, lively evenings, super friendly and helpful staff, and the interiors are beautiful.
Beautiful hotel, full of amazing art. Great food, comfortable room. There was loud music playing quite late but it was Saturday night. Lovely staff other than no one at front desk to check out early, despite the hotel having arranged transport for that hour.
Great hotel
I was recommended to stay here and the hotel was great. The staff are very friendly and the decor is very trendy. The variety of menus are good and quality of food is great. Recommended for business trips or a place to stay in Zambia
Booked for client.
Business booking. Nice stay.
An oasis of design hidden in Lusaka. Great food, booze, gym, pools, rooms and overall design sensibility. Recommended.
Great place to stay just out of Lusaka. Whether on business or pleasure, this boutique hotel is recommended. Good service, comfortable rooms, & relaxed public areas whether for meetings or just being with friends.
Great ambience, large rooms and improved service. Would recommend for visiting couples and business people. Members club also offers an alternative venue to the main hotel as relaxing hangout.
Staycation in Lusaka
Just an overnight getaway from home. All the staff were very accommodating and gracious. The meals ( we ate breakfast lunch and dinner) were well prepared and delicipus
Miserable sleep
1) The key did not work. After 5 keys, they finally found one that worked. 2) The floor was filthy. 3) The room set up is not comfortable to watch TV. Additionally, it is hot here in Lusaka right now. The way the room was arranged NONE of the air con was blowing toward/on/in the direction of the bed. It was a hot night so I tossed and turned for hours only to finally wake up sweating.
Very comfortable stay in Comfort in Lusaka
Our second stay at this very pleasant hotel, set in lovely gardens, bright and well appointed room.Great art work every where. Would recommend.
One of the best hotels on the continent.
Great hotel- peaceful location. Food has room to improve. Over staffed so service always on hand. Well appointed rooms.
One of the best.
We absolutely loved it.The staff were really helpful and friendly and could not have been better. It is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. If only it was nearer to us we would be there every week. The decor was stunning. On top of all that the food was amazing. A perfect combination.
