Boutique feel, nice property, friendly staff but alas service is way too slow from restaurant and bar, food als underwhelming. This was our second stay in a space of two years so looks like some backsliding has taken place. Took a whole hour to get a very basic order of goat muchomo, drink service too slow testing our patience, next day same thing even with just basic cappuccinos - will have to reconsider a revisit or if I do: dine elsewhere unless service gets its act together

This property is unique and the decor is lovely, the room we had was somewhat small and the bathroom insufficiently lit. It was comfortable and quiet and offered two pools and a lot of outside and inside sitting areas. We ate at the restaurants and the food was ok. I used the gym which offered a variety of equipment some which was in need of repair but it was clean.

Incredible hotel, and 5 star in every respect. Beautiful rooms, great facilities, 3 restaurants and great food. Staff are amazing. Views over Kampala and suburbs are sublime.

Beautiful hotel. Room was lovely. Had an A/C problem but they brought a fan immediately which was great. The breakfast was delicious!!! Dinner was great too. But poolside and room service menu’s were very average including the food. I would definitely stay there again. Staff are so friendly.

Get There When You Can!

Latitude 0 Degrees is one of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was absolutely blown away by the exquisite decor from all over the African continent. Even MORE enchanting, I had the opportunity to chat with the architect himself! The way the designers seamlessly blended stunning antiques from all over our beautiful continent with impeccable attention to detail and the most flattering lighting is breathtaking. The rooftop restaurant ambiance especially noteworthy when the sun sets and the room magically transforms. It's not just the aesthetics that make Latitude 0 Degrees stand out—it's the incredible staff too. Ereu and Ivan were cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, providing just the right amount of guidance without being intrusive. The bars are fully stocked with everything you could possibly want, and with three gorgeous restaurants to choose from, you'll have African, Asian and Italian dining options. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the plush furnishings to the thoughtful touches, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a luxurious stay. I honestly cannot recommend Latitude 0 Degrees highly enough to anyone who appreciates impeccable style and sensational experiences—all at a reasonable price!

The facility is awesome although I was disappointed with the shower water pressure which was too low. I expressed it to the management but they never did anything. That's one thing I think they seriously need to really look into and rectify.

This hotel is Fantastic it was my first time visiting I was treated very well by staff food was really good from what I ate. But this hotels decor and Garden Feel are outstanding I don’t know who the designers were but they selected fantastic Materials. Loved it

The property is beautiful. Expedia has the wrong categories of rooms listed - there is no room called an executive suite.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional service - especially from Timothy, Jennifer and Emlyn. Extraordinary decor, great setting, superb service, reasonable value. But you need to replace the toast maker at breakfast - embarrassingly cheap and inadequate. Only disappointment is the food - average to good not great like everything else.

A little piece of civilisation

I love this property which is easily the best in Kampala. Setting is great but location a little too far from central - but the service and ambience makes up for the disgusting Kampala traffic.

Beautiful property overlooking Kampala. It's worth spending time there with the facilities and the natural setting. The staff were great, but food could improve (we had better in other places throughout Uganda, especially considering prices).

The service was great, but the TV almost never had more than 1 station that worked. Other than that it was great.

I have lived and worked in Uganda for 12 years. For ambience, decor, service, staff, facilities and value this is the best hotel I have ever visited and I will definitely return. I didn't want to leave and I am an immensely demanding consumer. Particular thanks to Timothy, Winfred and Ivan for their total commitment to customer service. Outstanding!!!

Stunning

Amazing hotel! Such an oasis of calm in the Kampala bustle. The decor is absolutely stunning and the amenities excellent. Fabulous breakfasts. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Probably the only place worth staying in Kampala! Would love to visit again and also stay at sister properties in other countries.

Single night stay

Overnight for a business trip. Service and food were outstanding. Room very nice and clean, only negative is bed was bit stiff. Enjoyed stay overall.

Wonderful peaceful hotel where you can find a space to relax in the middle of a very noisy city. The minute you walk in this hotel you feel you have entered into a peaceful space to unwind and relax. Rooms are clean and full of all amenities, I love the latitude bath robes and their attention to detail. Staff are friendly and efficient and try their best to make your stay enjoyable. They also have a very tight security so you can also feel safe within their property.

Wonderful stay

Gorgeous, stylish decor. Lovely setting for a very cool hotel. The staff is so friendly and very welcoming. The only slight knock is it can take a very long time to get orders. One night, we waited 30 minutes for our cocktails and they were not busy, so not sure what happened. BUT, it's an enjoyable place so waiting there is not the worst. The breakfast is amazing!

Beautiful well maintained property. It looks me an art gallery :) We stayed 3 nights at this hotel 2 before our safari and 1 after and it was great. They have several restaurants and different food options. Unfortunately, the country went into lockdown towards the end of our trip and they had closed the big pool and two of the restaurants the last day we stayed but still we were able to use the smaller pool and enjoy the grounds. Staff was very nice and attentive. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay again if I ever go back.

Beautiful property. Tastefully decorated with an abundance of art and artifacts from across the Arican continent. Almost feels like a museum. You can walk around the property and take pictures the whole day. Felt very much at home there and ended up extended my stay 3 times. Internet works well and is very stable from my experience which you cannot say for many places in Uganda. The hotel also has a floor with offices that they rent out. All decorated in the same style as the hotel. So it just adds to the amazing atmosphere. The gym is big and made for serious workouts. The spa is small, but cozy and relaxing. You will find a variety of treatments there. The hotel features 3 restaurants. Asian, Italian and Western/local food. While I found the food the weakest link it is defintiely not a reason not to stay at Latitude 0 Degrees. The Asia restaurant is on the top floor and has an amazming view. I took my laptop there for work. My favorite spot in the hotel. The hotel itself feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. My friend from Kampala likes to use it sometimes to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. So dont expect to be close to the action. I would definitely stay there again.

After getting introduced to Latitude 0 Degrees at one of their Sunday brunches I just had to stay and experience the property as an overnight guest.

one of the best hotels I stayed in. The service is great, the facilities are amazing, 2 swimming pools, great gym opened all the time, great SPA treatments.3 restaurants with very good food. Totally worth your money.

Great staff, great service, amazing rooms !

This is a new hotel, well situated near the centre of Kampala. It is very comfortable friendly and pleasant but seems to lack any amenities, like a shop for essentials or a map etc. It seemed a little expensive for what it offers but I will try it again

Thoughtfully designed, beautiful hotel

Very beautiful hotel, great view of the city, wonderfully decorated. Still working out some of the kinks since it opened recently (my colleagues and I all had issues with noise coming from the AC units in room).

The location of the hotel was breathtaking, it’s an excellent location, the views surrounding the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is decorated beautifully. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The meals in particular breakfast was superb. Stephano the manager leads by example and values all his guests. I also enjoyed the spa treatments. Next time I visit Uganda, I will definitely stay @Latitude 0 degrees. I wish I had booked a 2 week holiday. Thank you so much to all the staff at the superb hotel for all your efforts to ensure your guests have a fantastic stay.

Super Hotel in toller Lage

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren einfach nur gut. Zudem waren die Restaurants für das Mittag und Abendessen auch sehr gut.
