Good location, friendly staff, and decent food options.

Beautiful and quite place to stay. I wish they have a bigger playground for kids and some kids programs like kids discoteka. More secluded and private beach. Highly recommend.

A very large grand hotel, pool not big enough for the hotel, feel like a sardine on the sun beds. No cocktails served at pool bar drinks around the pool are in small cardboard cups, should be reusable plastic as the just tastes of cardboard. Our bungalow room was amazing but will not return to this hotel as for me it does not have an exciting holiday vibe more corporate.

Hotel is declared concordat and therefore they re not paying the cancellation amounts( more than 350 Usd) for 2 months. They re saying that the process will take long. This is unacceptable and there is no difference that stealing a money from guests.

Although the natural surroundings are beautiful, with the big trees, and crystal clear water for swimming, we found this hotel way over-priced for what it provides. The lobby and rooms are dated, the alcohol is very poor quality, and the noise from the entertainment had our windows shaking until midnight. Would not stay again.

Poor service for first time traveler

Nice place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice restaurants and food options. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun deck chairs. One drawback or negative was mini fridge in room which wasn’t in working condition. As I’m diabetic and need to store my insulin in fridge. I requested for a replacement which didn’t happened even after couple reminders. I ended up asking staff at the reception to keep my insulin in fridge they had there. Also, they don’t provide iron and ironing stand. It was mentioned on their website guest can get iron and stand if they wish.

We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round.

Avoid this hotel

One of the worst nightmares. Since the check in till check out it was the worst hotel i had ever stayed in. I really regret the money i spent in this hotel. Reception didn’t know if there are rooms to upgrade as a golden member perks of hotel location of my room was terrible i had to listen to the cars since it was facing car parking. Air conditioning was hot. Toilet was dirty i had to clean it myself. Food and drinks was terrible i had to stick with salads for two days and there is always rush in collecting the food. One of the really bothering thing that you have to accept the moving around staff removing the dishes while you are trying to pour food for yourself so if you want to be lucky and get food you have to be fast or as i did on the second day I poured all courses first then sat to eat. The hotel was not full occupied: many empty rooms and bungalow's so i was wondering what the case would be if it was summer. One good thing about it was the location and few friendly staff such as the pool staff. In general avoid it ! i was fooled when i saw vip access on hotels i chose to book but it has nothing to do with the other vip access hotels that i booked in before through hotels so don’t expect any special thing or perks in fact it was a waist of money

Overall very satisfied

Problems started as soon as we arrived at the hotel! They didn’t put us in the room we booked months in advance and instead they put us in a building that wasn’t even part of the hotel, means every time we had to walk out of the building and get to the main hotel for breakfast, lunch etc. Speaking of lunch and dinner, either I don’t all inclusive means or they don’t! They only one main (buffet) restaurant that only serves breakfast for 3 hours, lunch for 3 hours and dinner for 3 hours! If you’re hungry outside of those hours you have to pay for snack!!!!! They also have a Italian restaurant (lol) that’s only working 2 days a week! To make reservations you have to contact them on Tuesdays 11am-1pm! Their alcohol is below bottom shelves quality and even that stops at 12am! Their massage center also scammed us which is another story but to make the long story short, we lost $200 to those people! I could go on for another 10 page about them, but to be fair this hotel has an amazing guest relation staff name (Julia) and a beautiful beach front.

I RECOMMEND Stayed in the hotel rooms for 3 nighta as a couple. Overall we had a great time. Amazing place and service. Alot of fun! Very suitable for families also. Not crowded and very comfortable. Pros: + room is HUGE. + very clean and room well maintained. + friendly staff always greeting with a smile and trying to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. + food options are great. Amazing desserts i loved the cake variety. + you will never feel hungry at this place. In fact, try not to eat much haha... + beach is WONDERFUL. the beach is stoney but gradual and SUPER CLEAN! The beach was very fun. Note: there are tiny fish that could bite at the sea water. Bot harmful but a little disturbing. + slides are fun and suitable for children and adults. + pool is clean and nice. Sometimes it would get crowded but there was still space to get in and chill. After all you won't be racing anyone in the pool. + towels for the pool and beach are provided and they can be changed ones a day. + laundry and ironing services available. + Spa was also fun. The steam bath was sadly not functioning when we visited, but the hamam and sauna were available and free of charge. Gym is also available but who trains on holiday like srsly...? + Pingpong and darts available to play. + on check-out day you can place your bags in the luggage room and stay in the resort for the day and enjoy the facilities... Restaurant, pool, beach, etc. + i never faced problem finding a sunbed. + Guest Relations

The hotel is very nice and staff was amazing. The beach is beautiful. The food was very bad, and the room smelt like sewer, dirty septic tank. Was disgusting. The room would have been nice otherwise. Also had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the room. Will not stay here again

A fabulous hotel with excellent, friendly staff in all areas. I particularly loved the waterfront with a few jettys and the swim out pontoon. We had good fun jumping in from the far one nearer the Dolphin Park which was quieter. This was also stocked with bins of cold drinks as it was futher away from the beach bar. The show area was very well thought out and I particularly liked that this was where everyone congregated in the evening time. Plenty of show variations too to suit all tastes. My family of 4 with 2 teens stayed in the family villas which were newly decorated and perfect for our needs. Thanks to all the hardworking and friendly staff who really made our holiday even better.

Rather dated rooms, limited beverage choice, but on the whole a pleasant stay. Not a 5* in our opinion but great beach facilities.

This place is not All inclusive at all. They charge you extra if you wanna get ice cream, orange juice, and alcohol. Also, if you wanna order foods to your room they will charge you an insane amount just for ordering food to your room. My experience was absolutely awful. I booked this place because Expedia was recommending it as an all inclusive hotel and I ended up paying so much extra just for foods and drinks. Also, the room service was very bad

Loved the vibe, foods, and everything else, just had some problems with entrance door lock.

It was a nice stay. Food good, service great, rooms a little tired and need updating but the sea view made it worthwhile. However the hotel pool gets very crowded as there is only 1 main one & for the amount of guests it’s not enough. Plus there is nowhere enough shade for all. Not enough umbrellas anywhere. So that was the only disappointment.

I really liked the cleanliness and location of the property. The food quality was also very good. What I did not like was that despite their "all inclusive" concept, they were still selling some food items such as desserts. Besides, the servers at the restaurant need to change their shirts at least twice a day; otherwise, guests are experiencing a heavy odor.

Rooms need major renovation. Quite dirty. They gave us out of nowhere a room specializes for disabled. They were adamant about not fixing it. Ac didnt work. They changed the room next day. But the damage was done. The new room was right out of 60s

Every thing was amazing, room size is good, staff was friendly, good amenities, very nice beach and nice view while i already booked room with sea view, location is about 5 km from city centre.

Could have been better

It was the end of season and everything was closing down. We didnt get to enjoy any entertainment, the alternative restaurants were closed and everyone had an air of disinterest about them. That said, the food was excellent and the service too. The bungalow second bedroom was tiny and much too small for twin beds.

Very good hotel in a very nice place.

We stayed here in October with my husband and our two children. The weather was just amazing for this time. Our bungalow was on the first line we enjoyed the view of the sea through pine trees from our terrace. Bungalow was spacious and clean. Cleaning was done every day. The cons was absence of "not disturb" tag. Also there was no any place to put shampoo or soap in the shower. It's insignificant drawbacks of course. The hotel a bit far from Marmaris. You can take a "dolmush" to get to the center. The bus stop is near the hotel. We'd return to this hotel.

great deal - all inclusive

what can i say, great deal for all inclusive. friendly staff.. just need cushion for their sunbeds and it’s perfect!

Was pleased with hotel and facilities, only downfall for me was that i struggled with the food as it wasnt to my liking, food way to bland and most things included cheese (but it's a continental based menu so i should of had a incling)

Amazing hotel, amazing beach, kind staff, delicious meals...

I would not call this hotel a 5 star.

We got to the hotel and the bungalow was actually awful. We went to the reception and asked for a more private bungalow since the wall for our bungalow was a window/door and our balcony was connected to another bungalow’s entrance. They didn’t have any more bungalows so We had to change our room the next day to a standard room at an extra charge. A couple was changing with us too that day because they said that their bungalow was also “horrible”. The pool was very small for a “big” hotel. The variety of the food was actually so awful. They had two 6 hot sections and both sections were the same. Their fish was not fresh and the food put out was obvious it was taken either from lunch or the day before. They also started taking away the food 20/15 minutes before the actual finishing time. The only thing edible and fresh was the pizza. The lemons were obviously not fresh - as there was flies on it every day and this seemed normal to the staff. There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby. It never connected in the restaurant either. They don’t have rooms with a good view. The gym looks nothing like the picture. It didn’t have many equipments or range of weights. I think the only thing that we enjoyed was a couple of nice staff members as they were very nice. We come to marmaris a lot and have gone to a few hotels that are good for their prices. But this hotel was actually awful.

Great view, small rooms but still decent, food was good in the buffet, would’ve liked to be able to eat at the other special restaurants but you need to reserve like 8 days before because of how much they are packed. Overall great experience

Parking is super easy within hotel complex and you need to register your car based on your reservation.

Fantastic Hotel - Good Service.

We went in a group of 5 to chill out in Marmaris, the resort was simply amazing from the check in to check out it was a smooth ride, the food had variety and freshly made everyday, the locality and surrounding is best, the service provided by the restaurant staffs were amazing they always had a smile on their face and welcomed you, entertainment team was great. The only downside is that we paid extra for the sea view but we were told that the way the building has been designed, none of the rooms will get a full sea view. So better avoid paying extra for sea view which you can actually get it in the lobby area. Not to forget the in house Spa which have turkish hamam and therapies worth visiting. Overall, I highly recommend this place for groups, families and couples. I would definitely visit here again with family.

Absolutely wonderful

We booked for a week and then extended to be there for the last day of this season. The hotel and staff were just wonderful and we were sad to leave.

The most amazing setting and everything was above and beyond our expectations.The choice of food was excellent, drinks good quality and overall great value for money. The hotel is a little outside the town but there is a bus stop outside the gate for 3 lira.

The hotal was great and the staff very friendly. I just faced two problems the first one when we reach they give me wrong room and they told me tomorrow we will changed for you. Second when they moved us to the new room there was a very bad smell then we asked them to move to another room. But overall the hotel was perfect.

Great location, that’s about it. Zero customer service. I am extremely disappointed, staff prefers chatting vs assisting guests. No one acknowledges the guest. No WiFi except lobby and the pool!!!! Food is mediocre, they don’t even have season fruits. The drinks that they serve is very low quality. I love Marmaris but Labranda killed the reputation of old Altin Yunus. Staff is rude, they are sarcastic when you voice your feedback. Anyway, I think you will love the location but the rooms are extremely old, I would say 20+ years ago it was renovated. Furniture is old, bungalows are very small, furniture is old. The bungalows are extremely far away from the main building or sea. I have not seen any management during the meal or anything asking guests how their stay is. I think they will fail very soon with that kind of level of service.

This 5 star hotel is as good as it says it is apart from a small snag checking in ( but no fault of the hotel ) everything was great, staff were very friendly and helpful food was fantastic and location perfect,lots of guests so not a lot of seating left in the entertainment halls , grounds were a bit hilly and stretched out but I would stay there again

Great stay! Incredible value for money!

Absolutely incredible value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms good condition. The facilities at the hotel were great from the quiet chilled out beach to the pool area. There was a kids club for those with families. The food and drink were brilliant and the alcohol did not seem watered down. It was good quality and plenty of choice. We missed out on the Italian and Chinese menus but that looked good. The dolphin park about 3 mins walk was great for a swim and doing tricks with the dolphins at just £70 each. The horse safari and jet skiing were also great! The spa offers value for money and the Turkish bath so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!

The hotel makes exceptional effort on cleanliness and service. Rooms and the hotel throughout are clean. The hotel was at full capacity when we left. You will enjoy your stay! They have a family friendly clean pool area and the Spa service was worth the cost. A family hotel, which is close to the beach and all amenities. Plus they run a club with activates for the kids. However there is enough space in the hotel for couples without kids to enjoy some quite time. Negatives: No air-conditioning in the rooms, they have this centralised air system that constantly pumps out warm or hotel air, no fans are provided. Your room is never cool unless you get a cool air from the outside. Rooms need a refurbish, they are old. Uncomfortable beds, rooms are of budget standard (i.e no extra's in the room, like iron (you have to pay for this service as they have no Iron or Ironing board), soaps, Mini Bar, room service. pillows. extra towels etc are not in the room). They have NO Wi-Fi in any the rooms. Everyone has to congregate in the lobby or some small area near the pool to get a connection; once you connected you receive a Poor connection. So don't expect to use the wifi a lot or to connect from your room. The hotel try’s to provide a top service. But you need to invest in the rooms! Overall, if you get a good deal, then don’t complain give productive feedback.

Girişte bizimle birlikte Avusturya turist kafilesi geldi. Vardığımızda yağmur yağıyordu, ancak çocuklu olmamıza rağmen otelin önünde inmemize izin verilmedi çünkü turistler bizden daha az ıslanmayı hak ediyordu. Kötü bir başlangıç yaptık bence. 4 kişilik odada üç kişi konakladık ancak sadece iki bardak vardı ve odada içtiğimiz çay ve kahve günlük konmuyordu. Doğum günü sebebiyle oradaydık, odaya şarap ikramı yapıldı çok düşünceli bir hareket ama kadeh yoktu.

Mükemmel idi.Personelin ilgisi üst düzeyde idi. Manzara mükemmel idi.

Alternatifler Değerlendirilmeli

Otel eski ve temizlik vasat düzeyde. Yemeklerde çeşitlilik çok az ve yetersiz. Otelde garson yok denecek seviyede. Ne içecek servisi var ne de diğer eksiklerinizi giderebiliyorlar. Her işi kendiniz yapıyorsunuz. İçecek sırası, ızgara sırası derken doğru düzgün bir yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Lobby bar'da pastane mevcut ama pastanede neredeyse hiç bir şey yok. Bu alanda sigara içilmiyor diye uyarıyorlar ama 2 masa ötede personel sigara içiyor. Bu şekilde bir kuralsızlık var. Otelin içi iş hanı gibi, sürekli bir fotoğrafçı masaj personeli, seyahat personeli bir yerlerden çıkıyor ve satış yapmak için yapışıyor bırakmıyor. Birde çalışanlar bahşiş için turistlerle daha bir ilgileniyorlar ancak Türk müşterilerin yüzüne bakmıyorlar. Alkollü içecek oldukça sınırlı, sadece JB viski bulabildim bilindik. Alkolsüz içecek makineleri sıkıntılı ve asitli bir şey içemiyorsunuz. Odalar için verilen kartlar sıkıntılı, her gün resepsiyonda yeniletmek gerekiyor yoksa kapıyı açmıyor. Masalar sandalyeler çok bakımsız, doğru düzgün dışarda oturulacak yer yok. Özetle, bu fiyat aralığında tercih etmenizi önermiyorum.

Yeme icme orta olduğu icin 3 yildiz verdim. Yemekler iceceklere gore daha iyi ancak iceceklerden memnun kalmadık.

Alert ⚠️ 📢 Avoid from that . We beed there 2 days ago and it was absolutely nightmare room. We couldn't sleep because of the rotten furniture and the disgusting smell of damp. We came from England and had a girls night at the hotel but the constant noise and sound didn't stop until the morning. The disgusting smell coming from the bathroom never went away. When we told the receptionist, they said they would take care of it but no one did anything. We moved to another hotel the next morning. Stay away from this hotel.

Bayram, hava koşulları, otelin hazırlıksız olması

Konum harika, fakat bayram dolayısıyla çok kalabalık vardı. Açık büfe yemekler hiç iyi değildi, yeterli değildi. Geç gelenlere yemek kalmamıştı. İnsanlar yemeklere saldırıyorlardı. Daha önce herşey dahil otellerde böyle birşey yaşamadım. Dışarısı rüzgarlı ve yağmurluydu. Otelde kalmak durumundaydık, fakat lobide bu kalabalığa yeterli oturma alanı yoktu. İnsanlar ayakta kaldılar. Çoğu oturma grubunda bir iki insan vardı ve yer tutuyorlardı. Çoğu memnuniyetsizliğim kalabalıktan ve hava koşullarından dolayı otelin hazırlıklı ve müşterilerin birbirine karşı anlayışlı olmamasından kaynaklıydı. Bayram için yanlış bir tercihti maalesef.

Temiz ve konforlu

Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Özellikle bungolovlar çok iyi. Otel aşırı kalabalıktı ve hava kötü olduğundan herkes içeride kalmak durumunda kaldı. Personel yetersizliğinden hizmet aksadı.

Daha iyi olabilir

Havuz ve plaj barda sadece bira ve sarap olması kötüydü. Ayrıca biralar aşırı köpüklü ve basit kokteyller bile hiçbir zaman birbirinin aynısı olmuyor. Yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi, bunlarin dışında her sey iyiydi. Hem odalar hem de cevre cok temizdi, konum cok iyi yesillikler icinde guzel bir manzara.

Çok eski aynı pansiyon gibi

Hersey cok guzeldi odalarin konforlugu temizligi personelin guler yüzlülüğü. Yemekleri aşçıları garsonlari hepsi birbirinden ilgili ve yardımcıydilar.

Özellikle personel her konuda çok yardımsever ve müşteri dostuydu. Her konuda yaklaşımlarını çok iyi buldum. Oteli tercih etmemizin ana sebebi bebek dostu bir otel olması izlenimini vermesiydi ve aradığımızı bulduk. Etkinlikler ve imkanlar bebekli aileler için çok iyi. Ana restorandaki Aygül hanım, loby bardaki Çağatay bey ve akşam yemeklerinde yine ana restorandaki havuz tarafındaki yan küçük balkona bakan esmer uzun boylu garson bey ( ismini almamıştım) çok iyilerdi. Otel için tek eleştirim ana yemeklerde her gün çok da yenmeyen aynı yemeklerin ard arda çıkması olabilir.

Personel mükembel yiyecek içecekler çok kötü

Konum doğa hizmet ve olanaklar açısından çok güzel havuz bakımından yetersiz alakart restoranları çamlık haricinde güzel çamlık alakart güya Türk mutfağından yemekler üzerine ama bu kadar kötü olamaz. Dış restoranlarda kesinlikle vantilatör olması gerekir. Temizlik konusunda çok iyiydi.

Temizlik kötü. Yemekler başarısız. Havuz küçük ve tıklım tıkış. Aquapark iki adet primitif kaydırak havuz küçük ve çok kalabalık. Otopark yok neredeyse ana yola park ettik. Snack bar tam bir rezalet. Lobby bar dışında alkollü içecek bira hariç yok. Lobby barda sıra mevcut ve servis başarısız. Otelde garson bulabilmek nerede ise imkansız. Dondurma içeride para ile satılıyor tam bir komedi.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Her yer temiz ve bakımlı. Yemekler güzel.

Mares

Otel konumu ve kaldığımız 2+1aile odası mükemmeldi oda yenilenmişti. Klimalar çok konforlu çalışıyır.Yemek çeşitleri ve içecekler boldu. Lezzet biraz daha artarsa mükemmel olur.Günün her saati yeme içme imkanı var. Çoğu otelde olduğu gibi şezlong kapma sıkıntısı var.

Müthiş konforlu, harika mavi bayrak denizli ve ilgili çalısanlar, temizlik konusu da genel olarak iyidi fakat mükemmel degildi diye verdim 4yıldız :)

Yemek konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.canli müzik ve guleryuzlu personel harikaydi.

Acik büfe yemek yetişmiyor

Yemekler erken bitiyor ve yerine farklı tür yemek ya da aynısının daha kötüsü çıkıyor. Erken giden yiyebilir kaygısı ile bir kaos yaşanıyor. Halbuki otel ve imkanları oldukca iyi. Fakat odada tamirat gereksinimi ve yemek sorunu golge düşürdü.

Ramazan bayramı tatili

Odalar özensiz hazırlanmış. Banyodan odaya su giriyordu. Komidin üzeri lambalar yanmıyordu. Balkon sandalyeleri çok tozluydu. Kendimiz sandalyeleri banyoda yıkadık. Oda rutubet kokuyordu. Çift kişilik yatağa enlemesine, iki tane tek kişilik çarşaf, tek kişilik yorgan kullanılmış. Yataklar konforlu değildi. Yemeklerde tat azdı. O yüzden tabaklardan dökülen yemek zayiyatı fazlaydı. Personel şartlar içinde ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalıştıkları gözlemledim. Oda ileilgili sorunları resepsiyona not olarak bıraktım.

Güzel bir üç gün

Otel ve hizmetini çok beğendik. Tek eksi balkonumuzdan başka bir odaya geçiş olmasıydı. Bu yüzden kullanamadık, mahremiyet biraz eksikti. Oda ufaktı. Oda harici oteli ve özellikle çalışanların yaklaşımını çok beğendik

Önce artılarından bahsedeyim. Otelin manzarası ve konumu çok güzel. Yemek çeşitleri gayet iyi. Yemek alanında masa sıkıntısı yok. Plaj alanında şezlong sayısı yeterli. Gelelim eksilere. En kötüsünden başlıyorum. Bungalov odada kaldım, odalar çok bakımsız. Odanın sineklik teli yırtık, bir tane bardak içi yarıya kadar su dolu halde duruyordu, verdikleri bir ayak havlusunun kenarından ipler sarkıyordu, plaj için tutulan havuların olduğu yerde de böyle havlular gördüm. Yani 5 yıldızlı bir işletmede böyle havlular verilir mi? En yakın akrabanıza vermeye utanırsınız. Denize girilen iskele boyasız bakımsız, belki otele değil belediyeye ait ama oradaki metal kablo kanalını bari boyayın. Onun dışında plaj bölgesinde bardakları tabakları sürekli toplayan biri olması lazım. Çalışan sayısı yetersiz. Şezlongların yanında bardaklar birikiyor. Havuz bir miktar küçük. Ben pek kullanmadım. Yürümekte zorlanan misafirlerimiz için otel pek uygun değil. Tek kişi gittim, odada tek büyük yatak seçeneğini seçtim. Notları kimse umursamamış. 2 tek yatağı ben yanyana getirdim. Çalışanlar başka kaldığım otellerdeki profesyonellikte değil. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bazen iyi niyetli ama esnaf tarzı ile konuşuyor. Aquapark havuzundaki cankurtaran arkadaş biraz müşterilerle fazla samimi olma isim sorma heyecanında. Ufakça uyarsanız bence iyi olur. Ana bina da yine biraz bakımsız. Otoparkta yer bulunmama ihtimali var. Açıkçası aynı fiyatı bandındaki Kemer bölgesi konfor ve çalışan profesyonelliği bulamadım

Güzel tatil

Yemekler hariç muhteşem bir tatildi. Yemek çok kötü gerçekten ve o bölüm kötü yönetiliyor. Birde akşam eğlence çok kötü. Geriye kalan herşey mükemmel

Daha önce de konaklamaktan keyif aldığım bir otel idi. Bungalov tarzı odalarda konakladım. Denizi çok güzel.

Merhaba Otel genel olarak çok güzel , denizi güzel, yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli, personel çok ama çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. İki konuda eleştirim olacak, biri kesinlikle sahilde olan şezlong kapılma problemine bir çözüm bulunmalı, sabah 6-7 de şezlonglar kapılıyor ve en az 4-5 saat sahipleri gelmiyor, otel kurallarında yazılı olduğu gibi 1 ya da 2 saat sonra havlularınız şezlongdan kaldırılacak kuralı uygulanmıyor kısacası hikaye, her sabah kavga var sahilde, dolayısıyla bu tekrar gelmemi etkileyecek bir konu. Bu vesile ile sahilde görevli olan Hüsnü bey e çok çok teşekkürler bu kadar sıkıntılı durumu tek başına çözmeye çalışıyor bravo ona 👏👏👏 ikinci sorun ise ben resepsiyonun olduğu ana binada konakladım, 3.katta, duş tıkalı idi, katı temizleyenlere bilgi verdim düzelmedi.

Gecen seneye gore daha iyiydi. Lobbydeki arkadas late check outu sordugumda yalan soylemeseydi daha iyi olurdu. Yemek cesidi cok fazla ancak lezzet dusuk. Az cesit , lezzetli yemekler olabilirdi. Genel olarak gecen seneye gore daha iyiydi. Sahildeki Gozlemeler mukemmeldi. Calisan onemli unutmayin, markanın surdurulebilir olmasi mutlu, kaliteli calisanlarla ancak olur.

Güzel bir deneyim yaşadım

Her şey güzeldi bende başta yorumlara bakarak karar kıldım ve doğa içinde olan bir yer beklediğim gibi olumlu geçti her şey.Çalışanların çalışma süreleri çok uzun sanırım ama ona rağmen gayet ilgililer.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Marmaris. Great hotel pool and very good access to the sea. Lots of sunbeds available. Food was good but not superb.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve samimi . Mutfağı iyi , doğa ve deniz içiçe . Hijyen konusunda gayet iyi. Tek eksiği bina biraz eski ama sonuç olarak güzel bir haftasonu geçirdik.

Otel her anlamda harika. Odalar, konumu, denizi, özellikle personelin güleryüzlülüğü ilgilsiyle on numara. Tekrar en yakın zamanda orada olacağız. Teşekkürler

Temizlik

Banyo havlumuz temiz degildi. Ayrica, dusakabin disari su sizdiriyordu ve klozetin yaninda su birikmisti. Onun disinda genel olarak otel temizligi cok iyiydi. Yemekler cok iyiydi. Personel ilgili ve guler yuzluydu.
