Lovely place

Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible.

Perfect stay

Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it. It didn't matter much for me as i'm not a drinker. Location wise - if we didn't have a car it would be tricky as the hotel is bit far from main centre.

This property delivered on all the images they offer in their profile. Contemporary, clean, great staff, and great experience. The 1 thing is that is somewhat remote from the dunes or town. If you prefer all inclusive - a great option. Otherwise reception will call you a taxi within minutes.

Decent place with nice pool area

The hotel has a nice entrance and lobby area where you can sit and enjoy views of the rest of hotel. I got my room just after 2pm (check in time). There are lower rooms down at pool area level and upper rooms which surround the pool one level up. There is an optional secluded adults area which have same rooms and a small pool which you pay extra for if you want to be away from busy family area main pool. Junior suites were decent. Nice bedroom, small lounge with TV, and a nice spacious modern bathroom with shower. They forgot to put a coffee machine in my room. You only get water bottle on first day, rest of time you need water you've to purchase. I found the AC in room a bit weak, you don't feel it much coming out of vents. You have to put it on for sometime for the room to get to required temperature. Restaurant area has a bar near pool where you can have drinks and snacks. Service is ok... But some of the staff can't speak /understand English well enough in my view. You have to repeat yourself. Main restaurant area seating is ok, slightly small and congested compared to other hotels I have been. So you keep having to dodge people if the place is busy. Food is average in my view. Fish was terrible. Other dishes such as beef and chicken were good. Not a huge selection of deserts like other hotels. Service was friendly enough and efficient. Parking is available outside.

Nice hotel , location away from resort centres so need car or taxi , no amenities close by

Very quite resort we was 20 girls on a hen do! We wasn’t being loud but two people asked us to keep noise down we was only talking around the pool in the middle of the day! Great for family’s and older people. They should provide free water in the rooms. And coffe in room is only one per person per day.

Have stayed here a few times, it’s great for a relaxing break with a nice pool

Great hotel and excellent staff. I just didn't like the location. Nothing near by and the surrounding area is run down and empty. Hotel is fantastic so we just stayed inside for three days .

This was a lovely property but quite remote, if you want to walk to playa Del ingles it’s 40 mins as you can’t get through bu the golf club sand dunes so on the map it looks like you are really close , also no tea making facilities, only coffe machine which was disappointing

Check in chaotic. First time I have ever been asked to fix a time on check in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Housekeeping was not great - linen not changed for several days even when requested. Smell of drains. Area around pool dirty with old cups and straws that other customers don't place in bins. Alot of confusion around all inclusive and extra all inclusive. Kuch nicer hotels in same area for price range

View is breathtaking especially during good weather. The pool is phenomenal, clean and good looking. Rooms were nice and clean and the property design is modern and slick. Can’t say anything to improve. 5/5

Broken A/C

Upon arriving on our second day, we were unable to enter our room due to a difficulty with our key. We went to the front desk to receive a new key but the front desk personnel was on the phone. Waited 15 minutes to speak with him because he was unwilling to take a moment on hold and help us with our key. Then, after finally receiving our key, we entered our room to find our air conditioning not working. Called the front desk this time and he had a repair man come to our room. After taking apart the air conditioning, the repair man told us to wait 20 minutes and then call the front desk if it was still not working. After 20 minutes, it was still not working so we called the front desk. He had no solution. We decided to walk down to the front desk and request a new room. After waiting another 30 minutes to speak to him, the man at the front desk did not want to move us to another room and even suggested we were lying about the air conditioning being broken ~ which we found shocking ~ but we were eventually moved. The whole experience was unpleasant ~ and for us, unacceptable. We would not return and we would not recommend.

Great family hotel , plan your travel

the stay was great - nice pool, entertainment, reception staff really helpful Only things to watch out for - the ac doesn’t work well in all rooms, you need to buy water (we had a problem as we paid for dinner one evening but they wouldn’t give us water because we weren’t full board!!) You do need to either walk a bit in main roads to get to places and take busses or be prepared to pay for taxis as the hotel is away from main places There’s an excellent shuttle bus a few times a day to two local beaches though Take your own nespresso pods as very expensive to buy from hotel Otherwise great !

4 Star perfection in Gran Canaria

We had a fabulous week at the Kumara with great experienced staff. Who couldn't do enough to keep things running smoothly. The food choices were exceptional. The junior suite clean and modern and facilities around the hotel good. Walking to the beach and other venues us about 20 minutes but pleasant enough if you are able.

Four star facilities; two star mentality.

This is a stylish, modern resort-type hotel aiming for, but not entirely succeeding to achieve, high standards. The room was comfortable and in good condition. However, there were quite a number of unsatisfactory aspects to our stay. 1) Check-in was very slow and explanations were not clear. We noticed that reception was regularly under-staffed. 2) It is astonishing that they make a daily charge for use of the safe. Surely at the rate charged this could be included (which is the case in most normal 4-star hotels). At least we knew about this in advance. 3) Further meanness was shown by the charge for coffee capsules, of which there was no mention in advance. We bought 20 Nespresso-compatible capsules from a local supermarket for less than 7 Euro; the equivalent cost from the hotel would have been 25 Euro. Also mean-spirited was the charge for use of larger sunbeds. 4) Although the breakfast had a good range of items, most were of mediocre quality. It was also very surprising that in a resort hotel breakfast finished as early as 10am. 5) The hotel claims that the room curtains are black-out; they are definitely not.

All staff went the extra mile providing excellent customer service. Slice of paradise nestled in a quiet location. If you don’t mind walking, have a car or use a mobility aid idea base. Solo disabled traveller impressed by the facilities for disabled guests. Daily maid service fresh towels etc.

Spacious moden and clean suites, tasty buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. One thing to address... Expedia states the suites have x2 Queen beds. This is incorrect. They have Single beds.

Great place really recommend

Loved it big rooms, nice pools and decent price restaurants

It could be perfect.

Let’s start with the positive. The cleanliness is superb. I have stayed in hotels all over the world & the rooms are cleaned to an exceptional standard. My only complaint is that the towels are like sandpaper. Soft towels please. The pool is also a good size & depth. Again it is carefully cleaned twice a day. When I checked in I was given a room with single beds and a dodgy door security. I wasn’t taken seriously. After midnight I could not get in my room & a staff member had trouble opening the door. Reception did not help until the next day. I had booked a queen bed & my new room had the right bed and the door worked perfectly. I believe reception should have helped that night. I had to prove the next day I had booked double beds. I am 52 & 6 foot & 102kg - I don’t do single beds. After that the reception was superb. The restaurant staff were excellent but the food lacked quality in many areas. The beef was too chewable and the chips were soggy and the MoJo sauce was tasteless. These are just 3 examples. The coffee machines were also plain awful. My BIG complaint is that they charge a premium to use the room safe. WHY????? Surely hotels want their guests to feel safe. I have never known a hotel charge this before & I spoke to a hotelier friend of mine and he said this was madness as missing passports and money is every hotels nightmare. I would stay here again as I know what to expect. It could be perfect for little extra effort.

Had a fantastic time staying here. I was slightly put off that some said they had had something stolen, but I booked it anyway. Throughout my whole visit I and my belongings felt totally safe - so please don't let this past review put you off. The pool was amazing and the rooms were perfect size and totally spotlessly clean. Totally modern aswell with an amazing shower. I will defo go back there again, and am looking to book again shortly.

We went all inclusive but was left disappointed by the variety of drinks on offer, First night I asked for a jack Daniel’s was met with a loud bar maid aggressively telling me it wasn’t included. Apart from this young lady the staff were great

Good hotel, nice room and very friendly staff. However if the goal is to go to the beach I would not recommend it as it is 3 km walking distance from the beach. There is a bus shuttle but personally I do not want to take a bus to go to the beach and it is also only twice a day

Schöne kleine Anlage. Alles noch recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Das Meer mit den touristischen Spots Faro oder Playa Ingles ist fußläufig ein gutes Stück entfernt, da der Goldplatz das Gelände von den Dünen trennt. Es gibt aber kostenlose Shuttlebusse und Taxis sind auf GC auch günstig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, daher war das nicht relevant. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen haben wir nur ein mal getestet. Es war ok, aber keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Wir haben lieber die zahlreichen Restaurants in Maspalomas genutzt. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank für die persönliche Nutzung. Leider gibt es keine Liegestühle die zu den Zimmern gehören. Das wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da unsere Suite in der oberen Reihe war und ein eigenes kleines Stück mit Kunstrasen davor war. Es gab aber sonst zu jeder Zeit ausreichend kostenlose Liegen am Pool. Balinesische Doppel-Sonnenliegen hätte es gegen Aufpreis (10 Euro pro Tag) gegeben, diese waren aber immer stark umkämpft und die normalen waren für uns ausreichend. Es gab ein kleinen Fitnessstudio mit einer guten Ausstattung (Lufbänder, Egometer, Kurzhanteln, Multipresse, Kabelzüge). Damit ließ sich ein gutes Training gestalten. Die täglichen Fitnesskurse (z.B. Yoga) haben wir nicht genutzt.

Hotel bonito, tranquilo y el personal muy amable…. Mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones… el resto del las instalaciones bien cuidadas

Fint sted å være gruppe

Flott kompleks, men litt unna sivilisasjonen. Det er ikke gatelys, så måtte benytte mobiltelefonen som lykt. Drepte 3 kakerlakker i leiligheten i løpet av 3 dager. Ikke særlig innbydende. Ellers ok opphold. Gode senger og stille.

Taille humaine, propre, personnel sympa

El hotel ha estado genial hemos estado en todo incluido y el unico pero es que no entre todas las bebidas en el todo incluido si no que tienes que pagar uno premium y ni aun asi tinenes todo , el todo incluido es todo incluido. Tampoco dan botellas de agua embotelladas solo vasos. El hotel esta genial muy tranquilo buffet bastante bueno y variado y personal super amable con unas buenas instalaciones. El hotel esta ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo con parking gratuito, pero no hay nada alrededor, lo que hace necesario tener un coche o taxi. El hotel dispone de autobuses gratuitos que te bajan a la playa y te suben y eso esta genial.

Das Frühstück war mager. Kein Wlan im Erwachsenen Bereich. Die Saubarkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Verarbeitung der Dusche sehr schlecht (das Wasser kam an den Seiten der dusche raus)somit war das Badezimmer nach dem duschen komplett nass. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, die kamen durch ein Loch und das Personal hat lediglich nur ein Insekten Spray gesprüht (hat nicht geholfen). Ich würde leider nicht noch mal buchen. Das einzige gute war die Klimaanlage und maybe der Pool. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Excelente hotel, preciosas instalaciones, la comida muy buena y variada, la animación sobre todo la de dia muy bien y el personal siempre atento a lo que necesitas, sin duda volveremos gracias

Este hotel no dispone de animación infantil par niños no hay nada solo un pequeño parque infantil, la animación de adultos es muy pobre, la variedad de comida no es mucha y ya la limpieza de la habitación pues por encima la verdad que limpieza lo que se dice limpieza no hay mucha, tengo una niña de 3 años y claro cuando te vas a ir tienes que revisar todo por si ha tirado juguetes pies nos encontramos con que debajo de la cama no uan pasado un cepillo ni fregona en bastante tiempo por encontrarnos habia hasta un consolador que en su mejor momento fue como de color lila porque lógicamente ni me inmuté en moverlo de sitio. Estuve en la habitación 278. Se que a las chicas de limpieza les dan super poco tiempo para limpiar pero hay cosas y cosas.

Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider im Service oft noch nicht ganz eingespielt oder unsicher an z.B. der Bar. Alles war schön, aber kleine Details waren leider nicht so schön, kaputte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und die Klobürste war eine Zumutung. Auch defekte Waschbecken, Seifenspender an der Pool Toilette wirkt so als wäre es egal. Vegetarisches Essen war leider hauptsächlich Gemüse mit Aioli oder Salat nach über einer Woche sehr eintönig. Würden wieder hin, aber nicht für 9 Tage.

Lækkert hotel uden for byen

Super lækre rækkehuse med god terrasse til, dejlige fællesomgivelser med lækker pool og masser af liggestole. Super venligt personale, gode p-forhold for lejede biler. Eneste minus er kvaliteten på maden i restauranten. Udvalget til morgenmadsbuffet er stort og lækkert. Men kvaliteten er ikke så heldig, ost er helt gul og viser tydelige tegn på at have været skåret mange timer før, kaffen i kaffemaskinerne er Nescafé og smager forfærdeligt m.m. Spiste aftensmad på hotellet 1 aften ud af 14 og var glad for at vi ikke havde all inklusive. Det var ikke godt. Når hotellet ligger så langt fra byen er man næsten nødt til at spise morgenmad der og nogle er også nødt til at spise aftensmad på hotellet. Forbedre kvaliteten af maden, det vil gøre en verden til forskel.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

Sehr schöne Zimmer, geräumig, kleine Terrasse gleich vor dem Bungalow. Schöner Pool, angenehme Grösse der Anlage. Allerdings recht abgelegen, einmal rund um den Golfplatz rum. Mietauto ist empfehlenswert.

Dåligt läge och smaklös all inclusive

Bra för golf och trevligt poolomåde samt trevlig personal. Men har man ingen bil och vill promenera är området runtomkring riktigt tråkigt. All inklusive smakar samma, samma och är riktigt trist. Vi bodde här två nätter och ledsnade redan efter en dag. Kvällsunderhållning med tjej i Palestinasjal. Vi kommer tyvärr inte tillbaka.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel. Das essen war auch sehr lecker. Dort waren viele Familien im Urlaub.

Tres bon hotel pour le coin

Hotel de taille moyenne tres bien agencé, personnel efficace, chambres propres, repas de bonne qualite.

Tolle Suiten mit sehr schöner Poolanlage.

Jeg var her i vinterferien med mitt barnebarn på 10 år. En jente. Et perfekt sted for oss. Rolig, trygt, behagelig og perfekt på alle måter. Restauranten var ekstra fin med de deiligste retter i buffeen. Frokost og middag valgte vi å spise der, selv om vi ikke hadde bestilt dette på forhånd.Egne busser fra hotellet til de nærliggende tettsteder var virkelig et pluss. Hotellet hadde en svært så serviceinnstilt personale. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Renholdet var helt topp, både i hotellområdet og på rommene. Treningsstudio var godt utrustet. Vi var strålende fornøyd med apsolutt alt. Vi kommer så gjerne igjen og anbefaler stedet på det varmeste.

Sehr zufrieden

Prachtig uitzicht in het adult only gedeelte op de golfbaan. Heerlijk rustig. Vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Prima ontbijt. Avondeten was ook wel ok, maar had nog wat gevarieerder gekund en soms wat logistieke probleempjes. Beetje onduidelijk in hoeverre de balinese ligbedden nu wel of niet inbegrepen zijn.

Bättre upplevelse för två år sedan

Inte helt nöjd med städningen, en riktigt stor kackerlacka i badrummet var inte heller så kul.

Très beau club. Possibilité de passer en all inclusive pour 15euro par jour. Le seul point négatif cest que cest éloigné pour se rendre à pied jusqu'au phare. Il faut aimer marcher, ou prendre la navette ou taxi pour 7 euros.

molto bella la struttura personale molto gentile bella posizione anche se distante dalle spiagge,ma hanno la navetta gratuita, molta varieta' per la colazione ,siamo stati molto bene,bellissima vacanza

+ Trevlig personal. + Relativt fräscht. + Poolen. - Maten, väldigt litet utbud jämfört med andra Lopesan-hotel. Dessutom var den ofta ganska smaklös. - Vatten fanns inte att tillgå förutom i små koppar när baren var öppen. Andra Lopesan-hotel har fri tillgång. - Handfatet i badrummet var ofräscht, smutsigt. - Att solsängarna kostade pengar. (Solstolar ingår endast som boende!) - Läget, taxi överallt.

Das Essen war sehr einfach und einseitig. Vieles hat sich wiederholt. Manches schmeckte fad und fettig. Sogar beim Obst morgens gab es täglich das gleiche. Abends gab es noch nicht einmal eine Käse Auswahl mit verschiedenen Obst Variationenen. Morgens ist mehrfach das Baguette ausgegangen. Wir hätten uns mehr Auswahl gewūnscht und mehr Qualität. Auch die beqemlichkeit der Stūhle lies zu wūnschen ūbrig zumindestens im Aussenberech des Restaurants. Von einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarten wir da definitiv mehr. Postiv zu erwähnen sind die bequemen außen Sonnenbetten und auch die sehr bequemen Matratzen, sowie das große und Moderne Bad (in der Suite).

Sehr schöne Anlage, absolut ruhig, allenfalls gelegentlich unaufdringliches Rahmenprogramm... Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter... Besonders angenehm, daß Rauchen nur in bestimmten Bereichen gestattet ist, man also nicht morgens bereits von Nachbars Zigarette geweckt wird...

Hébergement moderne propre confortable, personnel charmant et endroit tres calme et reposant ( periode novembre ) il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car un peu loin du centre. Et hotel pas tres bien indiqué quand on ne connaît pas etque l'on arrive de nuit

Laken vom Bett wurde trotz Blutflecken erst nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. Ansonsten war immer sauber. Nicht gut fand ich, dass man für den Handtuchwechsel Geld bezahlen musste. Bei 4* Hotel erwarte ich kostenlosen Tausch.

La verdad que maravilloso en todos los aspectos, aparte de súper tranquilo, el personal tanto de recepción como de restaurante bar picsina súper amable y simpático. No le doy 10 estrellas porque no hay, volveré a repetir sin duda.

Es gab freundliche Servicekräfte, aber auch weniger freundliche. Die Abrechnung in der Kaution stimmte nicht.

El hotel muy amplio, limpio y muy turistico. Tipico para pasar varios días. Vimos que muchos huespedes iban con la pulserita del todo incluido, la mayoria de ellos. Alrededor del hotel hay más resorts y no hay nada más comercial. Si quieres playa o ir al centro, tienes que coger el coche o el transporte que puede proporcionar el hotel. Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y disponen de climatización que, en las fechas que fuimos, era necesaria para combatir los 30 grados. Durante la cena, habia una chica cantando para animar la velada.

Poca variedad de comida pero buena calidad Atencion en recepcion inmejorable

Tranquilidad es el resumen del fin de semana que pasé en el hotel. Por poner una pega, creo que las hamacas balinesas no tendrían que tener un coste adicional para poder disfrutarlas. Todo lo demás perfecto

Beau complexe avec une mauvaise restauration

Beau complexe hôtelier. Nous avons choisie la formule all inclusive et nous étions vraiment très déçu. Les repas digne d' une simple catine et encore....Les boissons comprises dans la formule très médiocre. Grande déception côté restauration. Heureusement nous avons loué une voiture de location pour les visites.

Muy nuevo Aislado y con pocos servicios

La partie "Adults only" était vraiment très calme et reposante. Le forfait buffet-bar à la journée était d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. En revanche compte tenu de la fréquentation, le parking dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel est un peu petit, malgré la possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur.

La estancia bien, la salida como siempre en este hotel, mal. Si te quieres quedar una hora que más en la hamaca (hay como 40 libres) tienes que pagar una cama balín esa, una comida … en fin … lo que no ocurre en ningún hotel de las islas.

Creo que es muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Tienes que pagar todo extra; si quieres ocupar la caja de seguridad, si quieres que te cambien la toalla de baño e incluso si pides un vaso de agua en el bar. Llega realmente a sonar ridículo. No volvería sin duda.

Far from everything

Hotel is really well maintained, looks completely new. Employees are nice and friendly… Pool is big and always enough sunbeds. But….. Its in middle of nowhere, nothing is nesr and impossible to ealk when it gets dark as barely have any street lights. Most guests are golfers and bikers… Bed is to short, never had a bed where my legs were hanging out, and i am regular hight…. And last the worst, every day we had a at least one cockroach… thats was really frustrating…. We wouldn’t come again or recommend!!

Essendo stato per la la3 volta mi è un po' ripetitivo facendoci sempre un mese di vacanza però è evidente che sono in una confort zone, migliorerei il cibo pasta sempre scotta bassa qualità i dolci vengono tirati fuori dai freezer chiacciati pesce non di prima qualità carni accettabili.

Skønt hotel med fine faciliteter

Super lækkert hotel med store, rummelige og meget elegant indrettede værelser i rigtig god stil. Lækkert badeværelse med rain shower og både shampoo, conditioner, badesæbe og lotion og endda også badekåber. Dejligt poolområde med masser af liggestole, gratis pool håndklæder, shuttleservice til stranden. Rigtig god forplejning (all inclusive) med god variation i maden og nok af alt. Også gode drikkevarer og ikke kun lokal alkohol. Så herfor et stort "high five" herfra - alt var helt i top, og vi vil helt klar vælge et Lopesan hotel igen. Et lille input til forbedring - det kunne være fint, hvis fitness åbnede før kl. 08.00, hvis man gerne vil træne inden morgenmaden (gerne fra kl. 06.30)

Sänky tuntui kovin lyhyeltä 171 cm pitkälle ja jalat tulivat yli, jos olet pitkä niin pyydä pidempää sänkyä. Kylpyhuone kaunis ja viimeistelty, hyvä siivous. Aamupala neljän tähden tasoa. Aamiainen alkoi vasta klo 8, mikä tuntui myöhäiseltä meille. Huomasimme kuitenkin pian, että sinne pääsi aiemmin, mikä helpotti paljon. Myös lounas vasta klo 13 alkaen oli myöhäinen. All inclusiven taso vaihteli päivittäin, mutta oli hyvin valinnanvaraa. Take away- juomille oli käytössä kertakäyttömuovimukit, toivottavasti hotelli saa käyttöön pestävät muovimukit pian. Henkilökunta perusystävällistä. Sijainti hankala, koska keskellä golfkenttiä, ja ne täytyy kiertää päästäkseen pois alueelta. Sekä Maspalomakseen että Inglesiin kulkee pari kertaa päivässä hotellin oma bussi, eikä matka maksa taksillakaan kuin 5-6 €. Myös kävellen pääsi hyvin kulkemaan. Hotellilla oli mukavasti ohjattua ohjelmaa, mihin sai maksuttomasti osallistua. Kaiken kaikkiaan erinomainen, viihtyisä ja tasokas hotelli, voisin mennä uudestaan.

Magnifique hôtel assez calme , belle suite propre bien insonorisée avec terrasse et jolie vue sur la piscine , piscine très agréable avec suffisamment de transats confortables à toute heure (serviettes de piscines à disposition), petite animation par une fille au top hyper dynamique et souriante ,belle ambiance de Noël par l équipe,joli restaurant avec nourriture assez variée et bonne (all in intéressant),personnel très sympa et toujours prêt à rendre service, excellent accueil à notre arrivée par un réceptionniste hyper sympa parlant le français qui nous a de suite plongé dans l’ambiance zen des vacances dans un hôtel au top.Parking sur place.Location de voiture conseillée pour découvrir l île.

Liten och mysig men inget för barn familjer eftersom aktiviteter saknas eller obefintliga,nästan för vuxna som vill ha lugn och ro och inte äter på hotellet hela tiden

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es wäre noch besser, wenn da mehrere Gerichte zum Auswahl im Hotel-Restaurant gäbe.

Passar golfare

Ligger lite off men går buss till maspalomas några gånger per dag. Kaffe och vatten ingår bara en gång på vistelsen, kostar 1€ om man vill byta poolhandduken, safen kostar, lite småkostnader som man inte förväntar sig.

Nette ruhige Anlage

Ich war in der ersten Novemberwoche mit meiner Familie und Freunden im Kumara und wir haben uns allesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu, zweckmässig, sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig und jeder Punkt der gesamten Anlage ist sehr schnell erreichbar ohne lange und komplizierte Wege. Auch was die Zusatzleistungen angeht, sind die Preise fair und angemessen. Einzig die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels ist nicht so gut, man brächte fast ein Auto oder eben jedes mal ein Taxi. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu festgelegten Zeiten zur Verfügung. Insgesamt eine Struktur mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und entspannenden Wohlfühlfaktor.

Die Unterkunft war in einen guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Essen im Hotel war gut und höchstwahrscheinlich um einiges besser als in den Touristen Restaurants in Maspalomas oder Playa de Ingles. Zur Erholung kann ich den Adult Bereich nur empfehlen. - Öffnungszeiten vom Gym könnten gern erweitert werden.

Hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la période. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues avec vue sur la piscine, toutes avec une terrasse. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très aimable et accueillant. Hôtel à taille humaine donc pas besoin de réserver son transat dès l'aube! Honnêtement je ne suis pas déçu de mon séjour. Seul petit bémol, le buffet du soir, il manque un petit quelque chose afin qu'il soit à la hauteur des autres prestations. Néanmoins, je recommanderai sans aucun souci, cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Maspalomas. Hotel with an excellent value for money for the period. Rooms are spacious, clean, overlooking the pool, all with a terrace. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on a human scale, so there is no need to reserve your deckchair at dawn! Honestly I am not disappointed with my stay. The only downside is that the evening buffet lacks a little something to make it as good as the other services. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel for a next trip to Maspalomas.
