Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them.

We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was really good, service crew was friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if I am in Yilan / Jiaoxi.

the room was very comfortable. a bit on the smaller side but sufficient. the bathroom and onsen in the room was excellent, spacious!

1. 浴室佔了四人房的1/3，是蠻大的，不過就顯得室內小了點。 2. 隔音不太好。 3. 裸湯大眾池在地下室，所以泡了10分鐘就離開，小巧乾淨，但還是覺得房間的池有對外空氣比較舒服。 4. 游泳池其是只能說是戲水池，小小的。 5. 下午茶、早餐 樣式口味 都推薦。 6. 整體環境是舒服的。

I stayed in this property 4-5 years ago and I found it quite ok last time. For this stay, I was quite disappointed as the room was dated and along the windows were full of black marks of mould. It looks horrible. Also, the layout of the 2-bed Japanese room wasted a lot of space. Bedroom area is small and not practical in use. I definitely won’t stay in this hotel again.

I was waken by the cigarette smoke during the midnight in a non-smoking suite

- Over priced in the weekend. - the room is so small compared to the price. - Front desk called me after checking out and told me that I took the soap bottle! although there was no soap bottle when I checked in.

In room onsen pool is big enough for you. Room size is relatively small but okay for you. Thoughtful of the hotel to provide slippers for guests. Location is about 5 mins walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, pretty convenient. Only downside is the outdoor pool is too open in the public, makes it awkward for people to be soaking in there. Basement pool is pretty okay, but will be more comfortable soaking in your own room. Overall, good experience!

Comfy room with snacks

The service and checking in of the hotel was excellent. In addition, the in-room hotspring tub was amazing. There are also options to purchase food/snacks around the hotel. The hotel also provided complimentary cup noodles, local products and canned drinks (apart from the usual bottled waters).

Everything good

The room is great and functional. The hotel is near the bus and train stations, and close to the eating places. The hotel has a special kids room where kids can play, read and colour.

Friendly, offer drinks and biscuits on arrival. Lots of seat at level 1 for resting and interaction.

Nice big warm indoor hot spring pool. In room individual hot spring pool is huge enough for 2 and even up to 4! Very nice shower gel & shampoo provided. Friendly staff, if you would need a local taxi, just proceed to counter and request for help.

Air con broke down, had to call the hotel staff at 11pm for a change of room. Room is tiny.

The property has everything that you need to stay overnight! It's also a clean and cosy place. The only thing I am a little concerned is that the basic Japanese style double room is a little small comparing to its price, but the bathroom is larger than its bed though.

It was an extremely good stay. Far exceeded my expectations.The tatami mat is extremely comfortable and I enjoyed the private hot spring bath in my room. The location of the hotel is great with good foods nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Not bad

For the price, it’s not bad because there’s an onsen tub in every room. However I don’t think it’s the most clean. There were black bits floating in the big public onsen bath. Staff is friendly and helpful and bed is comfortable. So overall, it’s not bad for the price.

Place is old and dusty for certain room. Was given a upgrade which was good. Reception was Friendy but asked myself to check on internet myself when I asked things. Seem unable to converse in simple English. But the ladies in charge of bkf was good who can direct me to more tourist spots.good job there.

Enjoy the hot spring in the room and there are many varieties for the breakfast.

Nice Hotel

This hotel is in good location, not far away from Jiao Xi Station and the coach Transfer Centre. Guest room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is fine and healthy. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Joe, the manager. I'll strongly recommand it to my friends going to spend their holidays in Jiao Xi to this hotel.

Nice spa hotel which is well well located within central Jiaoxi. Only 5min walk from the train station if you walk via the side entrance (do not follow Google map directions which will take you by a round about way and double the time). Excellent breakfast and staff and snacks provided round the clock till 10pm. The rooms were a touch small as a lot of space is allocated for the private spa bath. There is no wardrobe space and only limited hanging space for clothes. We stayed in a semi western room which provides a thick mattress on an elevated platform. There’s a small stool height table provided where you have to sit on the floor to use. There’s no proper writing table but shouldn’t bother most of you are here for a holiday

Relaxing short trip but not for long period

Room is abit small, just 3 adults and 3 luggage but not much space to walk. Staff service not bad though.

Room was a little small but cozy. The public spa was great.

The bed was tiny as a double room. The price was high in the area.

停車、用餐、購物都方便。有戶外的溫泉池，老少咸宜，物超所值。房間內的溫泉池，建議定期沖刷，會更好。

環境乾淨、床鋪舒適，服務人員親切專業。每次來礁溪都會選擇入住，總有種回家的感覺。

空調聲音太大聲，房間其餘都很好！

熱水水壓一般，泡澡的水量不大但夠熱，個人覺得沒有溫泉味？床硬度很夠不會太軟，房間備品都優質，除濕機好像關掉還是會運作！冷氣空調很大聲，整晚感覺太吵了，隔音聽得到跑跳聲

早餐好吃 櫃檯親切 客房浴池算大 但客房清潔不仔細 櫃子下方跟床上居然留有他人的棉花棒！感覺有點不衛生…… 客房也偏小，只有浴池大 整體而已價位有點貴

夜點

晚上的關東煮味道不錯但是沒有熱。建議可以再熱一點。天冷吃不熱的關東煮感覺很怪。

泡湯池很大，很舒適

交通位置方便，離礁溪主要購物街道挺近的，只要步行5-8分鐘左右即可、但是停車位少，需要先下行李及友人後，開到附近的停車場駐車。 為了體驗日本式泡湯風，所以選擇了榻榻米房型，房間空間稍嫌小，因為舖床已無太多空間可供移動，另外一入住即可看到是以薄乳膠牀墊舖牀，和日本舖被的感受不太相同。 房間內的小浴池尺寸很不錯，夠寬也夠深，雙人同時入浴不顯擁擠！ 大廳旁有個可供休閒兼早餐的交誼廳，非用餐時段有提供簡單的台灣傳統小零食及茶水，及桌遊，對於帶孩童旅行的家庭來說，是個挺不錯的休息空間！

浴缸很大，泡湯很舒服。可惜隔壁很吵 ，隔音不佳，影響睡眠。

很棒的溫泉館，環境很乾淨，一樓大廳也是很舒服的休憩的地方，免費提供咖啡還有宵夜可以吃，離轉運站跟火車站很近，唯一缺點就是房間的門太大聲，一直聽見"碰""碰" 關門聲。

地點靜中帶旺，附近有便利店，按摩店，十分方便。每間房都有獨立溫泉，很不錯。

這次訂的日式房, 與之前住的不太相同, 但我不喜歡日式房的設計, 竟然浴室是開放式的, 要出門一定會經過浴室, 就表示, 有人在洗澡時, 一定不會出門

En general bien, solo en el desayuno hace falta personal, son pocos para el número de huéspedes .

朝ごはんがとても美味しかった！ ベッドも枕も掛け布団もとても良くて久々にぐっすり眠りました。快適でした。また泊まりたいです。

謝謝捷絲旅給我和家母這麼棒的體驗，家母因為腿力不好，還能預約登記使用無障礙房間（房間內有很多的扶手，不怕跌到，讓人很安心），還能預約借用輪椅帶不方便行動的媽媽附近走動，也能預約交通接駁車到礁溪火車站，早餐很豐盛可以吃到11點，下午也有點心餅乾茶水可以食用。 房內的個人湯池也很大，很乾淨，我們都很喜歡，真的很推薦喔

沒有特別的傑出的地方，之前表現很好的早餐也漸漸的品質不如以往了。

房間在一樓太小了，一樓在房間泡湯根本不能開窗很不透風，停車會停到第二停車場有點小不方便 但是服務很好，早餐很豐盛好吃，跟一般的不一樣

ウエルカムドリンクがフリーであり日本語の話せるスタッフもおり良かったのですが、２人部屋の割には部屋風呂が大きすぎて、お風呂を沸かすのに時間がかかるのと、すぐ冷めてしまうのでお湯を足したら浴槽からお風呂があふれて部屋までお湯が入ってきてしまいました。あと、なぜか洗面に耳栓があり？？？でしたが就寝してわかりました。ベランダに風呂がある状態なので、夜ほかの部屋の方々の排水等の音が非常にうるさく、耳栓をして寝ました。朝食もおしゃれでよかったのですがもう少し台湾っぽいものがあってもよかったなと思います。

今天是3500的日式房！ 大門前設計的綠色圍牆環保感，是個拍照點，它的後面卻是戲水池.當下感受已經有了上賊船的危機感，步入大門內櫃臺深深覺得簡易設計的酒店.年輕世代員工的接待，卻是一般般，雖經一堆解說服務，酒店房間卻是達不到客人的需求⋯⋯！ 一進房內毀了⋯⋯比農地民宿房還不如，狹窄的空間、密閉的窄小廁所、超小的茶水桌面，房間內的燈光及空間有種給人窒息的感覺，温泉浴缸卻超想像的高度 ，整個房內蒸氣倒覺得像是住在三溫暖的蒸氣室內！無法待在房內只好下樓去喝飲料。一個晚上睡在硬式窄小標準床，隔天快速整裝下樓用早餐，給人不舒服的離開為宜⋯⋯！ 看到餐廳內所有客人沒有喜悅的表情，就知道他們應該也是和我一樣的感受吧 此家的Cp值超低⋯⋯！不建議介紹入住，遠比原蘭陽飯店還差太遠！

輕輕鬆鬆的價格，冰冰涼涼的室溫，熱氣騰騰的浴室，乾乾淨淨的食物。出國雖好，但是必然要經過舟車勞頓 、嚴格安檢，所以想用一個不痛不癢的方式，讓自己泡個好湯，睡個好覺，度個小假，就來礁溪捷絲旅吧！就是一個剛剛好的小地方。

優點： - 距離礁溪轉運站約10分鐘路程，附近有便利店 - 早餐款式多選擇 - 浸溫泉浴缸夠大 缺點 - 房間細同一時間只能打開兩個行李箱，如要打開第三個行李箱房間有點迫冇位置行 - 房間隔音好差，聽到隔離房講嘢

車位不足，須要泊在別家酒店的停車場。並沒有提供護髪素。

一切都讓人感到驚喜！很棒的住宿環境～

房間和洗手間燈光較暗，冷氣可再強些。洗首間宜安裝有燈的化妝鏡。 房內的私人溫泉空間感不錯，燈光和抽風都合適。 由於連住三天，酒店於第三天早上另外附上香蕉、奇異果和燒雞翼已答謝我們當天入住，都很有心思。

完美中的不完美

有2間房間吹風機異常，反應後有處置！ 免治馬桶反應異常，無法正常使用！ Lobby 的房客過於吵雜，與台北會館的品質差異太大，小朋友4處奔跑尖叫，有家族旅遊成員聊天很大聲，搶食，整個度假的品值被拉低很多⋯⋯ 雖然飯店服務很棒、但如果想要有品質的渡假空間，不建議礁溪婕斯旅！

櫃檯人員非常親切有耐心，浴池很大，早餐選擇多樣美味，茶籽堂沐浴用品很香😂😂 回家後發現遺留物品在旅館，致電櫃檯後有幫忙找尋，並主動聯繫寄回，能夠感受到旅館和客人一樣在意他們不見的物品，聯絡過程備感窩心！清潔人員也非常親切友善！是很好的體驗❤️
