I never stayed. The power was out, so I’m currently attempting to get a refund. They’ve done everything they could at the hotel, but I’m still having to turn in ridiculous amounts of information to hotels.com concerning at stay that never happened.

Great customer service

This property had no working elevator, rooms were filthy and the food at breakfast was expired and moldy.

The pool

Property was just ok. Rooms and pool and breakfast were all just ok. We were staying with a group for a sporting event in an adjacent town. Not much sitting or gathering room for our team. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great stay!! I would like to see hooks added in the shower room to hang up wet towels after showering. Staff were great! Quiet area and clean room. Possible decor upgrade would be great!! But we will be back and will stay longer here!!

Half way there…

This is a great half way point in a trip we take twice a year. We always know we will have a comfortable spot to stay overnight.

The Mold

Don't stay here. I stayed at this hotel due to a funeral. There was mold in the walls, ceiling, mirrors, and shower heads. Hair (that wasn't mine) in the tub. The room was oddly moist. I made the mistake of getting some ice. There were clumps of mold in it. I couldn't get the money back even though I had pictures and a mask.

Nice, and quiet location on the edge of town. Felt like we me and my family were the only ones there.

Was okay

It is not modernized which makes this hotel feel like a home. The room was super clean and there was a nice scent in the hallway. The bed slept like I I think heaven would and the pillows are memory foam. The AC cooled quickly and our TV & refrigerator worked great. I would definitely recommend. My husband and I have agreed this will become our escape spot, lol.

Hotel needs an update. Room was dirty and smelled like mold.

Only one thing I didn’t like was that there was cockroach. Concern about some cockroach hide in my things.

This rural Hazelhurst hotel that is well cared for by the owners. The room was clean, the pool was clean. While visiting family it served my needs adequately. Coffee and breakfast is a plus.

It was horrible the ac didn’t work in the rooms. Management was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Good hotel for the area, everything was clean. The beds are a little too firm and the chair in the room is worn down. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

No coffee maker in the room but coffee was accessible in the lobby. Very nice staff. No issues for a last minute quick stay in the area. Will stay again if the need arises.

Peter the clerk that checked me in was very friendly . The only things I didnt like in Room 107 is that the ac took all night to cool the room down and 5he bed was lumpy for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating to us. The only issue was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But besides that it was a good stay!

This place was very clean and has video surveillance inside and outside. 👍

It was a nice room, quiet and comfortable. Pool was TINY and NO extra guests were allowed, unless a $20 per person fee was charged for each one to swim. With as small a town as Hazlehurst and not much business, the rules should be a little more lax.

Great hotel for a small town

I’m from hazlehurst but we live out of town now. I came home for a funeral and surprisingly this hotel did not disappoint. Will stay here again.

The room was clean ,bed was comfortable , could not get tv to work at all, and if it did work they had only local changes but there is not much choices in this area and everything else was full

We had a Great experience at this hotel. The staff are very accommodating to the needs of thier guest. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to the area.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. The beds weren’t the best but we slept on them two nights and survived. I will probably book here again for our next trip.

While the property is not new, I was very pleased at how clean the room, hall, and lobby were. The room appeared "fresh" with paint and carpet. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great stay, only wish property was smoke free

Excellent service and a great place to stay when visiting Hazelhurst. Only issues are rooms are hot when entering because air is turned off when not in use. Also hotel has smoking rooms. The smell lingers.... hotel would rank much higher if it was smoke free, in my opinion.

Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the AC did not cool the room enough and we all sweated all night.

We stayed here overnight for my daughter's softball tournament. Hazelhurst is a small town with not much going on. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool was well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again.
