Friendly Answer the question very well

Good location for loafing

there are some stains on the carpet in the room, and seem air flow is not that good. But the facility of the hotel is good.

The facility is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). Our room was on the 2nd floor, and it was difficult for my 91-year-old dad to go through ups and downs (The staff was willing to change our room if it was available), and we had to take a bus to get to a hot spring, also not too easy for my dad. It is a fantastic place for families with kids and pets. The next time, I will look for a room in the "Garden area."

We went there is off season so it is quiet and comfortable. We walked around the Island and the weather is nice. Food is affordable but portion is relatively small. Western breakfast is superb and a must try!

we had a very interesting stay but expectations affect evaluation - we thought we would be staying in a resort (like in seasia) but instead it is more like a holiday camp for families -(like american 'camps' or like an updated version of butlins in england in the mid 20th c) . it was also school holiday time so families with small children everywhere - it was fascinating to observe but not really what we were expecting. the diner in the hotel was awful - plastic cutlery for god sake. but the last morning we discovered the terrace diner which was excellent - proper cutlery and crockery and excellent bakery and fusion food. the apartment was great except for an odour (mould?) in the entrance so we would have the doors open to let the sea breeze through. the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. the wooden walkway is lovely aesthetics but very rundown with nails sticking up that are dangerous to young kids and us oldies. overall it was interesting and reasonable but not a 'resort'. would recommend it for travellers with primary school aged-kids. the range of activities and facilities for young families is fabulous .

Nice and huge hotel with many facilities

Wonderful experience

This was an amazing place. I will be spending more time here. This was a perfect get away. I will be recommending this place to everyone I can. I didn't like that I purchased an ocean view, and instead got only trees in my view.

Excellent resort area for the family

Loved their 3 onsen facilities. Food at the Terrace Diner was excellent.

Great weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spa services are great and affordable.

First of all, I want to say that we enjoyed our 5 days here. However, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We love Japanese food, but the included breakfast was ONLY Japanese food with no variety from day to day. Second, I think due to COVID-19, the check-in location listed on the reservations page was incorrect. We had to drive to another part of the property. Also the breakfast location was at the other location, too. We loved having free drinks during the days, the bicycles, onsens, just about everything else. One mix-up that turned out ok was that we reserved a room for guests with pets! Thus the name “Bark Lodge!” We will probably go back sometime in the future.

This place is beautiful, relaxing, and awesome! The views, the onsen, and everyone is extremely polite and professional.

A big resort with modern design

Need a car to travel to various places such as restaurant, onsen,etc. Lovely sea view. A big resort with various art decos. Would be nice if stay here in the summer with friends.

Japanese Riviera

One Beautiful resort set in 3 locations- all adjacent and within walking distance of each other - stunning chalet type rooms - crisp white furnishings with fantastic views of the sea - each ground chalet has a hammock and outdoor furniture- it’s a very peaceful resort - Breakfast was included in our room rate - and there’s a choice of western or Japanese style - we opted for buffet style western and we were all pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity We all really enjoyed our time here and it was a welcome relief from hectic Tokyo

Nothing was unique n overpriced. Food there was disappointing. Beach is small.

Wow, beautiful view, huge room, amazing service. It is a unique resort style i have never seen before but has lots of fun utilizing the bus to get around. Two different onsens, great breakfast. Swimming and boating tours nearby so lots to keep you occupied. Having a car would be better but easy to get around without. Stayed 2 nights without a car and never got bored. Any longer than 4 nights i would recommend your own vehicle

I'm very happy to stay at I+Land Nagasaki this time (this is my first time at Nagasaki and stay this hotel) - Hotel are new and clean - Staff is nice - Hotel room are new, clean and very good view - We have a special request for the room, and they can do it for us - They have a little gift for my fd birthday, and this make us feel warm to staying this hotel - The Onsen and the view is good But as the hotel still on processing the new expand in the resort area, so some facilities not yer finish....I will LOVE to stay this hotel again after they expand their resort area and facilities

An awesome place for families. We went at the end of June and it rained over half of the time we were there. All of the indoor attractions for kids were under construction so we ended up leaving the island to go to the penguin aquarium. Obviously the weather was not their fault so I would still highly recommend this place. We were able to go to Island Lumina and it was such a fun experience!

A beautiful resort hotel, good open onsen bath with ocean view. Helpful staff and tasty Japanese meal with reasonable price. We rented bikes to tour the island. Big room but disappointed that our room without balcony and blocked by high wooden wall. It was misleading by Expedia’s photo showing balcony with ocean view! We requested to change room but hotel asked us to pay extra 2000 yen per person and 8000 yen for our family of 4.

Would recommend for family who drives

Very new and well furnished. Perfect seaview at balcony and Excellent spa. On the down side, English level is so so and no shop nearby. Must drive!

What a nice! everything was good!!

The location is a bit far from City but a very nice of seaview subject the room type. I made the reservation for stay in seaveiw room with two meals (Dinner & Breakfast), very reasonsable for reward from the rate. Hot spring in two different places for guest to use. Free use laundary equipments and the operation time of convenience store in the hotel till to 25:00. Overall the quality of room, meal, hot spring, staff service etc are wonderful.

Spa was great with open sea view.

The room is big, but seems to be abit old. The best thing was the spa which was great with open sea view. Overall I would say is 3.5/5 to stay.

They made me a cake

Overall very satisfying. Cottage room was great. Service amazing. Breakfat buffet was pretty good. Electric car service and shuttle to bring you to onsens and even free shuttle to nagasaki. The cook even made me a cake for my birthday upon request from my partner. It was then delivered to our room. Both onsens were good with nice views and a lot of baths.

Pros: The 2 outdoor onsens overlooking the waters, the buffet breakfast Cons: Dated and musty though clean. You need a car as the island is 10 km from town.

Not worth it. The villa house cost even more.

Nothing special but a typical resort. There are a lot of sport you can do here like table tennis, Bullard, tennis etc. But why do you want to do that in a resort and all kinds of activities will cost you extra and just not worth it. I would like to remind you that, everything cost here, you can enjoy the sunshine free, but that's depend on the weather.

Just relaxing

Nice place away from it all to relax. 2 types of outdoor Hot spring / Onsen on site. 2 restaurants on site. The main restaurant was better. Good service throughout.

Hotel was on a remote island that took about 45 minutes to get to either via free shuttle bus or ferry. The hotel night included access to two different very nice Hot Springs.

２日間の連泊でレンタサイクルでビーチに行ったり、温泉に入ったり、部屋のバルコニーに付いていたハンモックでウトウトしたりと非日常を味わいました。 岩盤浴は時間が足りずに行けなかったので、3-4日の連泊でも飽きないと思います。 灯台に夕日を見に車で連れて行ってくれると言うので当日申し込み、すごく綺麗な夕日を見ることができました！ 夕食は到着してから追加して貰ったのですが、とても丁寧に説明、対応して下さいました。 施設で働いていらっしゃる方は皆さん親切です。

4月に利用しました。天候は良く風は気持ち良いので最高の時間を過ごせました。 岩盤浴などのリラクゼーションが好きな方に強くオススメします。

どこのエリアのスタッフの方々がとても親切で本当にありがとうございました。

子連れに優しい施設が多く、楽しかったです！

施設はあまり新しくありません。 少し古臭くも感じますが清潔感はあります。 何よりご飯が美味しく、満足出来ました。

全体を通して満足出来たリゾートでした。 ですが宿泊施設によっては、古さが目立ったり朝食が待たされたりして、改善されるといいなと思います

家族風呂のサウナは暑くありません。 シャワーも壊れてました。 ソファにもシミが多数あります。家族風呂の露天風呂はかけ流しではないので前の利用者の髪の毛等が浮いており利用しませんでした。 朝食は蝿がたくさんいたのが気になりました。 食事も美味しくはありません。 高い宿ではないですが安くもない値段なので残念でした。 修学旅行やお子様連れのご家族はオススメできますが、ご高齢の方やそれなりの質を求める方にはおすすめしません。

雰囲気がよく、色々なアクティビティがありとても楽しめました。

カゼホテルは古いせいか臭いが気になった。 それは仕方がないにしても、穴が開いているシーツを使うのはいかがなものなのか。リピートはありません。

コスパいいのに、本当に清潔で穏やかで素敵な宿でした。 絶対また行きます。家族など大切な人を連れて行きたくなる場所です。

ロッジの受付カウンターの奥に2匹のワンコがいました。保護犬がいることは知っていましたが大人しく過ごしていました。後で聞いたらシフトで出勤しているとの事、シフトを告知して貰えたらもっと会いやすくなるのではと思います。

初めて利用しましたが、ごはんも美味しく温水プールも楽しく遊べました。次は夏に行ってみたいです。

셔틀을 미리 예약해서 가서 숙소까지가는 것이 정말 편했고, 셔틀버스 운전사님께서도 친절하셔서 여행 처음부터 너무 기분좋게 시작했습니다! 나가사키 아이랜드에서 석식과 조식을 먹었는데 맛도 맛이지만 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 1박2일 동안 푹 쉬고 온천도 즐기구 편하게 놀고 왔어요! 다음에는 가족들과 또 가고싶어요!

酒店設施

スパと岩盤浴の空間で身も心も癒されました。 お食事は和食と洋食のどちらもいただき、品揃えが豊富でとても美味しく満足いたしました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

夜中3時くらいから上の階からドタバタと足音がうるさく眠れませんでした。ワンちゃんも怖がり眠れなかったようです。　　大浴場の排水口に髪の毛がいっぱいたまってました。湯の温度が私には低かったです、

リゾート施設なので早く到着したらスパ等楽しめる。コーヒーの無料ブースがあり嬉しい。今回は夕食無しでの宿泊だったが、スパの中の食堂がお値打ちで美味しくて満足。 アイランドルミナは、若いカップルではないからちょっと迷ったけれど、きれいで楽しめた。滞在中凄く楽しめた。

スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、非常に満足致しました。

房內整潔度欠佳

部屋から見る景色もよく、島でのオプションもあって星野リゾートに匹敵するくらい充実できました。お料理が、大変おいしかった。見た目もサイコーでした。 1番は何気なく申し込みした部屋が最高でした。サウナも岩盤浴もジャグジーもあって良かったです。

ホテルは、改装済みとなってましたが、かなり古い感じでした。浴室も変な匂いがしてました。その他施設は満足でとても楽しくすごせましたがお部屋とフロントスタッフが外人だった為少しわかりづらい案内でした。

海にプールに釣り。夏の思い出が増えました。

ホテルも広く、夕ご飯も美味しく良かったです。無料シャトルバスもあり、他の施設にもすぐに行け岩盤浴や温泉もありゆっくり休めました。ただ、外人のホテルマンが多く人によっては日本語が聞き取りにくい所はありました。また、機会があれば行きたいです。

天候に左右されず、大人も子供も1日中楽しめるホテル。温泉に岩盤浴に、夜はビリヤード、ダーツと満喫しました。

더할 나위없었습니다. 생애 가장 완벽한 1박이었습니다. 한국에서는 60은 족히 줘야 가능한 서비스를 매우 합리적인 가격에 좋은 시간 잘 보내고 갑니다. 단점이 전혀 없습니다

島上以飯店為主，並無其他商店或可以吃飯的地方，全部都在飯店提供，建議一定要下午兩點預先辦入住，提供房間前即可去騎腳踏車瞭解環境，後就使用某項設施再進房，盡量把握時間，這樣就能在入住的一天內徹底使用飯店設施，不用再多待一天！

宿泊は2度目で今回は初めてスパを利用しました。子どもたちが大喜びでした。とても満足です。 強いて言うなら洗面所の蛇口が固定なので、子どもがうがいの時に額を打ち付けて腫れてしまったので冷やしました。背の低い子どもが使う時は要注意です。

酒店很大，房間向海。早餐和晚餐好吃。 因為住宿期間落大雨，所以有沒有周圍行，只享用過一個溫泉。

ご飯が最高！

夜ご飯、朝ごはんともにすごく美味しかったです！！！

島全体で村おこしをしている感じがしてよかった。

今回はゆっくり過ごす事が目的だったので希望通りでした^_^ 施設の全てが清潔に保たれており、とても快適に過ごせました♪

ペットも連れてのはじめての旅行でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。また、行かせて頂きます。

期待以上で大満足。

部屋の広さや洗面所、トイレ、どこも広くて過ごしやすい作りでした。 ベッドもシングルサイズかと思っていたら、セミダブル２つで期待以上でした。 どの時間帯も静かで、オーシャンビューの眺めも最高でした。 2度目ですがまた必ず来ると思います。

おすすめ伊王島ステイ

1泊を予定していましたが、とても快適だったので、急遽変更し連泊しました。 お部屋も広く、ベットも大きく気持ち良かったです。ホテル内で購入できる美味しいアイスオススメです。

施設は非常にきれいでよかった。 受付やスタッフの対応が少し遅く、もう少し習熟が必要。 施設の周り特になにもなく、市内まで足を延ばした。 施設で改修工事が行われており、使えない施設が楽しみにしていたので残念だったが、部屋や施設内はきれいで広くまた行きたい

広々としたお部屋👍

お部屋はとても清潔で、広々していて、快適でした。もちろん目の前に広がる海の景色 癒されました。 家族風呂の予約も取れて、夜は露天風呂でリラックス

今度はゆっくりと

今回は1泊であまりゆっくり出来なかったのですが、2,3泊ゆっくりと泊まるのに良さそうなホテルでした。

部屋はとても綺麗で満足でした。朝ご飯は絶対テラスロッジ内の洋食のみをおすすめします。和洋に行ったら修学旅行を彷彿させました。

チェックイン前から様々な施設が利用出来て、時間を有効に使えてとても助かりました。

家族・友達大勢で来るには良いところと思います。

ここの施設には温泉Spaが3ヶ所あり、ゆっくり温泉に入っていると時間が足りなくなってしまいます。 ワンちゃんと泊まれる棟もDogランありワンちゃん連れには良い環境と思います。 施設内にレストランはありますが周りに一般レストランやコンビニが無いので施設内での利用が制限されます。

時期が悪かったのか、お盆で激混み。宿泊者以外に日帰りの訪問者もおり、プールは全く座る場所も無く脱衣場はロッカーが無く、すぐに出た。施設は混み過ぎて利用せず。 食事は美味しく、何よりスタッフの方が皆素晴らしかった。 次に行くなら、繁忙期は避けたい。

気ままに滞在！かゆいところに手がとどいてる！

リノベーションされたお部屋からは対岸の景色や海が見渡せてとても気持ちよく過ごせます。 時には釣りに、レンタル自転車で島内サイクリング、三ヶ所ある温泉に、二ヶ所ある岩盤浴に、温水プールに、(どこに行くにもリネン類は持参しなくても良い、水着無料レンタルあり)ストレッチするお部屋に行ってみたり、リラクゼーションのマッサージチェアーにからだをあずけてみたり、(ここにはハーブウォーターあり)、サイクリングの途中には無料カフェも！自分でいって入れる茶葉やコーヒーサービスも。「あってほしいな……」がこころにくい位に用意されててホント気持ちいい！ 食事付きにして正解！夕食はお食事処の半個室で海の幸、お肉にどれも美味しく言うことなしです。 パン屋さんも美味しい！お昼に買ってお部屋のテラスでビールとともに海を眺めながら昼食も楽しめました。 宿泊初日入室の際、床から立ち上がりの木にホコリがたまってたのが気になったことくらいでした。 スタッフの方々やフロントもとても感じ良く気持ちいい滞在になりました。 次回は息子夫婦、娘夫婦たちとも訪れたいとおもっています。

傘が2階にはなかったので下に降りるまでに濡れたのと、部屋の鍵はフロントに預けても持って出てもいいといわれたけど鍵を見せて無料になるとことかあった。もっていってたからよかったんですが預けてたらどうなの？と思いました。

想像していたより良い滞在

長崎駅から無料シャトルバスで50分。島全体がネイチャーアミューズメントランドだ。港から広大な敷地に点在するホテルとスパ、プライベートビーチ。ペットと子供、お年寄りにはベストなホテルとスパのビレッジ。但し、大人が優雅に過ごすには物足りない、年齢制限のある大人プールも無ければクラブラウンジも無い。夕食の和食コース料理は良かったが、朝食はがっかり。敷地が広大なので今後の改良開発を望む。

This Hotel for us set a record high standard for having our dog with us, they catered for every aspect that a dog would need and probably went above that Even for us the room was superb very clean very roomy and a fabulous view The bathroom was spacious and the shower amazing The dinning part we were only able to experience the breakfast which ticked every box The Spa was the best i have experienced left feeling a new person We were subjected to restriction because of Covid but this did not detract from our stay I would like to add Hotels.com you need to add more of this quality Hotels to you booking list, ones which allow dogs to stay in excellent conditions and provide for them Well done I+Land Nagasaki for setting a very high standard beyond my expectations

楽しかったです。

二回目の利用です。 前回はキッズロッジ宿泊で6歳娘が 大喜びしましたが今回は違う部屋も楽しみたいので7歳になった娘とテラスロッジ宿泊 部屋もベッドも広々 ルミナと軍艦島は体験済みでしたので キッズランドとプールを楽しみました レストランが増えると更に嬉しいです

コスパ最高です‼︎

コスパ最高、サービス最高のホテルです。 ２日目はチェクアウト後も、お風呂や岩盤浴でゆっくり過ごすことができるのが有難いですね‼︎ しかも、どのお風呂に行くのにも手ぶらで、行けるところが最大の魅力だと思います。 ただ、天気が悪かったので、カフェ巡りやサイクリングが出来なかったり、男性の露天風呂が使えなかったりと残念な部分もありました。 雨の日特典‼︎とかあったら尚、最高ですね。 食事も今回は和食でしたが、お刺身やお肉、一品一品がとても美味しくて、朝のバイキングも楽しめました。

急な食事の変更などの対応が素晴らしかったです。あいにく滞在中の天気は良くなかったのですが気持ちよく過ごせました。

お料理がとても美味しかったです。龍踊りの龍と写真も撮れてよかったです。 ベッドも広くふかふかでした！ タオルかけスタンドが前回泊まった部屋にはあったのでスタンドがあったらもっと助かりました。

快適に過ごせるリゾート

宿泊客は無料で飲めるカフェが用意してあったり、温泉も快適でとても楽しいリゾート施設です。

キッズルームはこどもには秘密基地感覚で楽しんでいた。ペットも大人には小さいと言われていたが、180センチの大人でも寝れたし、特に問題はなかった。 レンタル自転車も無料。各種温泉施設も無料でとてもよかった。
