We had an amazing stay here! Was very peaceful.
Great cabin on the river. 3 br Linger Longer cabin was Older but awesome had all you need and more. Check-in and out was superb.
Very beautiful location. Only issue was the water leaks. Other than it was nice trip
Had an excellent stay. No complaints!
Awesone setting, very quaint & quiet.
It was do cute right next to the river.
Everything was great
Everything was graat until it was uncomfortable to shower upstairs since it begain leaking water on the first floor
Get to relax while having a good time.
Nature at its best!
Very easy to get in and out. Loved the location, river and cabin. Try to get one by the river.
This cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the river perfect for relaxing.
My husband and I had a wonderful time sipping wine by the river and relaxing.
Good But Not Perfect
Overall it was a wonderful location and the cabin was comfortable. The biggest complaint is that it was advertised as having cable in the room and wifi available, but the cable was not working and the wifi was so poor that it was essentially non-functional. I wouldn’t have minded if it was advertised that way, but we booked and made plans assuming there would be functional cable and internet. I tried calling the number given but there was no answer. It wasn’t an emergency so it wasn’t something worth pursuing but it was an annoyance.
More outside seating, Our chairs were gone every time we went out.
Firm beds
The beds were firm for our tastes, ages from 90 to 15. The drain on the bathroom sink could only be opened or clsed from under the sink. Overall a good experience.
Love it!
This was an awesome place to stay. The property was peaceful, excellent location and the couple running the business was accommodating. We will be back!
Great Stay will Stay again
Owner and host was so kind and setting us up.
We loved this spot! Communication with management was great; cabin was clean and equipped. Being "by the river" was the selling point for us and we were not disappointed in any category!
The shower was too small.

Great Atmosphere and comfort
My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.
