There was no gym in the hotel

Did not have a room ready when I arrived. It was well after checking time. The room was dirty pillow had marking. Asked the front desk to change it several time. It did not happened until the night when I was ready to sllep

One night stopover on way to Mazatlán

The room was clean and the food was very decent in the restaurant. Facecloths and hand towels in the rooms were not supplied. Secure parking with 24 hour cameras was appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location & the staff are trained & polite

I always stay at the Ibis Torreon when I am traveling back and forth from the US and Mexico. Their staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I can bring my dogs. It is fairly close to the highway. The food in the restaurant is good for hotel food and the coffee is also good. It is a good place where I can to truly relax.

Clean areas and kind staff.

Hallways are very dirty. Our unit was not swept. Marks all over walls from many months ago, as we got the same unit.

I had to provide my credit card because they could not use the Expedia account to pay my stay

Beware: Tiny hotel room

This was a super dirty room we had to clean, rooms are soooooo small, please do not rent for a family of 4 max 2 people fit in these micro room, on the outside looks amazing but on the inside small, cramped, shower water did not go down, poor cleansiness at this hotel.

The room was hot the whole stay and they disable the ac from being turned on

WOW! Loved staying here for the second time. Easy parking, hotel is modern, new, spotless, with super comfortable beds. Love the dog friendly covered bar/patio so we could relax and enjoy a beer after a hard days drive. There are gravel spots for Fido to do her business and they even provide bags. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be a stop on our annual migration yearly. 😄👍

Ive stayed at this hotel off and on over the past 3 years. My trips are all business based and fit my company budget. The overall quality is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel, great service ,recently added a new restaurant into the mix. Looking forward to my monthly trips to Torreon

El hotel es limpio, sólo pienso que no cambian las sábanas de no ser necesario, pero una almohada si olía a cabeza jaja , te dan toallas extras, el baño si esta medio extraño pero muy limpio, te sale agua a temperatura exacta y suficiente , sólo la puerta no cerraba bien y salía el agua pero aún así muy bien, si vas a Costco te queda súper cerca y hay adelante una plazita a con varios restaurantes de diferentes precios

Nos dieron una habitación tipo cápsula que estaba súper reducida y el baño parecía de avión

La habitación muy bonita y grande, pero la alfombra muy sucia. El estacionamiento muy pequeño y no funciona la pluma de acceso y fue un tema salir siempre.

El servicio es bueno, aunque podría ser un poco más eficiente. El desayuno en realidad es malo y no tiene nada destacable. Además, las botellas que ahora ponen en las habitaciones están sucias y las camas rechinan, además del terrible jabón líquido que ahora obligan a usar.

Mal. El teléfono de la habitación no servía. Tuve que hablar desde mi celular y no me hacían caso. Batallé con las toallas, solo una me pusieron, pero lo peor fue el desayuno buffet. No está nada bueno, muy muy malo.

Todo estuvo excelente sólo que podrían dar mejorar la calidad en el servicio de alimentos!! De ahí en fuera todo estuvo perfecto!
