Nice with Personal service at an attractive price!

Very appealing pricewise. Wasn´t expecting much but got surprised. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel was modern, very clean and nice. Area was very calm and quiet and had a number of restaurants right next door to the hotel.

Good hotel.

Hotel was good. We had a family room which for the children was sleeping on a rickity sofa bed. Quiet and spacious though. Good location with several restaurants a very short walk away.

Style, interesting colours. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room, everything we needed. Checked in at midnight no problem. Delicious breakfast buffet, children loved it, especially having their own special plates. I loved squeezing my own orange juice. Only a pitstop on the way to Disneyland but very enjoyable.

Business in Compiegene

Everything was perfectly acceptable for a one night business stay even if I would not target it for a private extended stay.

Not that great !

Expensive. Nothing special about this hotel, it was convenient for a business meeting close by. Staff at breakfast very unfriendly. Got there for 8.30am and asked for more fresh bread as nothing left I was told that was it for today , she will not get another loaf out !!! What a service on that point! Room is fine and clean.

Modern, clean, functional, efficiently run hotel but out of town. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Superb showers.

Stop over on the way to Disneyland Paris

I chose this hotel based on location, ratings and price. Staying with a noisy two and four year old I was worried about making too much noise, however the TV had the Disney channel and upon arrival the kids were given a gift bag each, which kept them busy. The room was nice, with a king size bed, a double sofa bed and a decent size bathroom with a bath and shower combi. The sofa bed was not the most comfy, although for one night I didn't mind. The staff were friendly and didn't even look at me funnily for my poor french.

Excellent facilities for children, best hotel we've stayed at for them.

Pleasant new hotel

There's an excellent, very popular restaurant, the 3 Brasseurs, a short walk away. On the downside, the shower room, though stylish, had a door impossible to open quietly.

Good stop in transit to or from Calais.

Extremely difficult to find; hotel on new retail outlet site, so up to date sat-nav necessary. Site out of town, so walking distance food either steak house type, or an interesting micro-brewery with limited food choices. Two hours from Calais of value.

Great little hotel - perfect for a one-night stop

This hotel is just perfect for a one night stop either on the way from or to Calais. It's lovely and modern, the rooms are well decorated and there's plenty of room in them. We had a family room which had a double bed and a full double sofa bed in it for our son - and there was still plenty of room. Staff are lovely and it's reasonably priced too.

Very comfortable and satisfying

We stayed overnight on our way home from Spain with our two dogs. Lots of places to eat really nearby. The hotel staff were excellent and really helpful even though we arrived late in the evening.

I a meeting I have to have every month and I find this hotel to be ideal for location and comfort, would be nice if they had some where to eat at night

Functional Hotel with Great Staff

We stay at the Ibis Styles in Jaux every year for the Paris-Roubaix bike race. The staff are always great and really accommodating. The hotel is very functional with everything you need. There's not much in the local area but there are 4 restaurants within walking distance and some supermarkets nearby too. All in all a great place to stay.

Great motorway stopover

Very recently re-furbished, lovely room, excellent rain shower. Breakfast continental style buffet, excellent choices and unlimited hot drinks and juices. Staff really helpful. Choice f 3 restaurants within a five minute walk from hotel. Hotel situated on retail park handy for motorway, 10 minutes away by car. Very good for price.

Good stop over North of Paris

Stop off enroute to the south of France. Tidy hotel in a newish leisure complex on the outskirts of the town. Not much to do at night although the 3 local fast food restaurants met the needs of my children. Was very tempted by the local microbrewery restaurant but my wife reminded me I had a long drive the next day. Hotel was clean and tidy, we had 2 rooms for 5 people which were made up on our arrival. I liked that the staff had maxed out the sleeping options so in fact we could have slept 7. Being a big lad, my only complaint was a ridge in one of the double beds, otherwise rooms were comfortable and air conditioning was very agreeable with an outside temp of 36 deg c. Breakfast was great and replenished as it was used.

ideal family stopover

Hotel used as a stopover for a family of 4 en route from Dordogne to Zeebrugge.We had a family room which was very clean, comfortable and suited us perfectly at a very reasonable price. Reception was friendly and efficient and the location, on an out of town shopping centre, meant there was a choice of family friendly restaurants within walking distance , but Compiegne is only a few minutes drive. Breakfast was standard continental buffet but plentliful and filled the gap before a late lunch in Brugges. Would very happily stay here again.

Hotel Good Expedia Not So Good

The hotel was really great and the staff extremely helpful as Expedia had not told them that we had booked and had not sent any confirmation to the Hotel. The manager was able to sort out what could have been a very difficult and embarrassing situation as family rooms for 4 are very difficult to find in France.

too hard to find, without reference to commercial centre the hotel was very difficult to find, until you realise it isn't in compiegne at all, but some way outside, maps showing a bridge only addded to the confusion, once found, the rooms are large and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful, commercial centre is handy for evening meals etc, handy location for pierrefonds, but little else to see or do!

Mind the name and address!

Please note that the name of the hotel has changed (now Style IBIS) and the address is incorrect - there is no such thing as Place Jaque Tati

Basic business hotel

This hotel is designed for basic business travelers generally staying for one night. Rooms are clean, basic, but functional. Friendly service and free wi-fi make it attractive. Located in a "centre commercial" there are American style restaurants within walking distance. It meets basic needs but has no charm.

Ok for the one night

We stayed here en route from Le Tunnel to the Dorgogne. It was fine for one night. Breakfast was a little fraught as there were too few staff and they had run out of everything

Great hotel for someone with a car. Too far from Compiegne and taxis were 10 euros or more to get to it. I didn't find out until the last day that there was a free bus service on the other road into Compiegne. I'd stay again, though. Lovely hotel.

Jaux Beauty

A group of us stayed in this hotel as part of a cycle trek from Blackpool to Paris. It was 55 miles or so from Paris and was perfect for us. The 4 lads (by which I mean 2 23 years olds, 1 28 year old and mt at the grand age of 30) doing the ride were able to get to Paris without any difficulty by pedal power whilst the girls (my wife, sister and daughter) were able to find a number of train stations between Jaux and Paris which allowed them to get the train into Paris. We had 1 twin room and 2 doubles on the first night and 2 doubles on the second night (2 of the lads met their girlfriends in Paris) and the hotel couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed us to keep our bikes in a secure conference room and helped us plan how best to get into Paris on the train. Hotel itself is near a number of food places (pizzeria, pasta place, bistro) and a kart track and cinema. It was simply spot on and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there. Superb!

Wij kwamen heel laat en vermoeid aan. Ik hoefde alleen mijn naam te noemen, de sleutelkaart lag al klaar. Kamer was ruim, zelfs met de slaapbank uitgeklapt. Heerlijke bedden. De slaapbank lag ook als een volwaardig bed. We konden goed uitgerust onze reis voortzetten.

Nuit passée dans un hôtel sans intérêt

Séjour d'une nuit. Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale. Vue sur un parking. Douche mauvais état ( chambre 205 ) accès mal signalé.

Séjour résolument de repos et visite alentours. Personnel et direction très à l’écoute endroit calme .Petit déjeuner copieux. Donc parfait pour ce que nous recherchions Et une propriétaire amoureuse des chats comme nous👍

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel où nous avons manqués de rien. Celui-ci est très calme avec parking sécurisé. Petit déjeuné très agréable. Petit bémol concernant la douche et plus particulièrement la parois de la baignoire douche qui n'est pas étanche de ce fait on mets plein d'eau sur le carrelage de salee de bain. A revoir svp (chambre 225)

Les points positifs : - Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et diversifié, tant en sucré qu'en salé. - Le personnel est poli et à l'écoute - La chambre est rénovée et relativement bien insonorisée. Elle est d'une belle taille. Les points négatifs : - La localisation en pleine zone commerciale : on est clairement loin de tout, sauf des chaines de restaurants. Le centre de Compiègne est à environ 10 minutes de l'hôtel. - J'ai du mal à comprendre que le porte serviette soit situé juste au dessus de la cuvette des toilettes, une autre organisation de la salle de bains aurait été plus "saine". - La salle de sport en travaux - ce point n'avait pas été évoqué lors de la réservation, ni avant mon arrivée, et n'a donné lieu à aucune compensation. - L'impossibilité de faire un paiement de la taxe de séjour par carte étant donné que le montant minimum géré par le TPE est de 10€. Résultat, si vous avez payé l'hôtel en avance, il faut espérer avoir de la monnaie sur soi

La conception de l'architecture des chambres laisse fortement à désirer. Je n'ai pas aimé la disposition de la salle de bains dans la chambre qui ménage aucune intimité; service très affable et courtois ;

Bonjour, établissement correct, mais propreté et isolation laisse à désirer. Pas de restauration le soir, petit-déjeuner passable, pas de fonds sonore le matin dans la salle de restaurant. Peu d’équipements, notamment pour sécher les serviettes....clim non réglable, et personnel m’explique qu’il faut appuyer sur le bouton....merci. Bref, je ne recommande pas.

Tout parking fermé ,propreté ,calme ,personnel tres agréable gentil ,très accueillant .Petit dejeuner complet beaucoup de choix aider par le personnel souriant 🙂 . Hotel exellent en tout conforme .Sauf que jai dut partir pour urgence santé merci à vous ce fut tres agréable et reposant . 20/20 Je recommande

Room smelling vomit

I’m going to the hotel each week. However, this time, the room 219 was smelling like vomit. Sadly , I could not ask for changing room as it was already 22:30pm. Hopefully next time i won’t face an issue like this. Looks like the smell of vomit was still in the carpet of the room.

Problème Télé

Sur deux nuits, je n'avais pas toutes les chaînes de télévision. Je l'ai indiqué dés le départ, j'ai eu pour réponse demain cela sera réparé et le lendemain rien et pas de réponse concrète. Je ne réserve plus cet Hotel je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir mes chaînesd préférées. Dommage l'équipe est sympa mais là pas efficace et rassurante!

Bon hôtel mais mal insonorisé

Hôtel confortable et bien situé. 4 restaurants sont accessibles à pied ainsi qu'un cinéma. Malheureusement les insonorisations entre les chambres et par rapport à l'extérieur sont très mauvaises. Nous avions 3 chambres et le cas s'est malheureusement présenté dans les 3.

Hôtel à proximité immédiate du cinéma, bowling et plusieurs restaurants . Cet hôtel ne semble pas très vieux et pourtant j ai trouvé l isolation phonique des bruits du couloir et des autres chambres très moyenne . La conception de la salle de bain sans parois ni porte est également athipique puisque vous ressentez un sacrés coup de froid à la sortie de la douche pendant que les parois de votre chambre dégouline de l eau condensée !cela fait apparaître des empreintes de mains sur les murs à se demander ce qu' ont fait les précédents occupants !! Un concept de salle de bain américaine à ne pas reproduire . De la même façon alors que l espace WC est normal, vous retrouverez une cuvette taille mini !!! Pourquoi ? Je cherche encore . Sinon l accueil et le petit déjeuner reste de bonne qualité.

bon séjour mais chambres trop petites lavabo dans chambre pas au top ; impossible de poser la moindre trousse de toilettes support serviette au-dessus cuvette WC (!!!) mais surtout porte douche non étanche (1 centimètre de jeu des 2 cotés de la douche) et même en faisant attention, il y a autant d'eau dehors (chambre donc) que dedans ; les architectes qui design ces concepts devraient passer une nuit au moins dans une chambre ... pas d'éclairage au niveau du dressing petit déjeuner assez minimaliste accueil PARFAIT et service OK

As good as we expected.

The location, the standard, the cleanliness, the service - everything was as good as we expected. Ibis feels like a reliable budget choice. A plus for the gym and the childrens corner. A small minus for not having their own restaurant bur there were lots of them nearby. We would stay here again.
