Clean, good breakfast, good location...

No air conditioning. Had to leave the window open which brought in mosquitos and street noise. Entrance was pretty dirty as well.

Staff friendly and polite. Terrible area, surrounded by what appear to be travellers sites. Pool dirty, building exterior dirty, no signposting to entrance to car park, room and corridor carpets stained, bathroom damaged and grubby.

Over all good value of money

We had booked a disabled access room. The hotel advertised a restaurant which would be open. We arrived half an hour before the check in time of 2.00pm. The receptionist asked us to wait. The Bar was closed so we sat in the car. At 2.00pm we went to check in to be told the lift was not working and we had a room on the first floor! Too many steps for me to cope with. So we could not stay there. They booked us in at another Ibis but gave us the wrong address! We eventually found the hotel and were reasonably pleased, except their restaurant was closed! The hotel was also much further away from the town centre than we wanted to be. We cannot understand why the receptionist at the original hotel did not tell us about the lift when we first made contact. We also incurred charges for breakfast which we think was included in the original hotel. They also charged for our dog. Not at all happy. Instead of sight seeing we spent the afternoon sitting in the car or driving between hotel car parks. Will not book an Ibis hotel again.

Not bad but can’t say good

The room is dark in the evening because one light bulb is missing. But the staff said they can only fix it after I left due to weekend. The hotel is full so I can’t change to another room. Not sufficient staff helping at breakfast time, hotel guest need to find a clean cup from other table. The price is good and the room is clean, so that you can accept they are not perfect.

Pool area was nice and restaurant staff were accommodating. Disliked carpet in bedroom area. Hard to get into center of town without a car. Taxi driver advised us not to walk back in dark

Hotel was very nice but not very close to main attractions. Only concern is that staff only speak French so communicating with server at their reataurant was problematic. Food at reataurant was OK at best but breakfast was very good.

An intriguing hotel, out-of-season. Plus points - spacious bedrooms, public areas and parking. Very convenient (perfect) for the Palais de Congrès conference centre and easy to get to. Restaurant and bar. Swimming pool. Great value for money (2/3 star level). Staff are helpful and professional. Minus points - This is a large 7-storey hotel, an architectural period piece dating back to the 1970s (guess) including multiple meeting and conference rooms. Some interior elements and features are dated or frankly bizarre in nature (light fittings). If the hotel is at all busy, breakfast is divided into three separate rooms. Untended, unloved, garden at the rear. Some distance from Arles town centre. Worst aspects are possibly the shameful piles of rotting rubbish in the locality - don't Arles council, or the Palais de Congrès, or the hotel care about this? Nevertheless, for a budget hotel, overall very good . . .

Enjoyed this hotel

Very good room. Good breakfast area and nice selection of foods. Problems with second key not working. Had to ask for more toilet paper and soap dispenser was almost empty when we checked in. Very nice reception staff. Eight steps at entrance made getting in with our things a bit difficult for physically-challenged person.

Hotel was great. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Onsite parking. Beds could be a a little more comfortable and it is a bit far from the sites in town but I would definitely stay here again

Easy acess to arles

The hotel was in walking distance of the town. So easy to site see . The care was parked @ the hotel in a secure park . Dinner & breakfast was good . Staff were excellent.

Fine for an overnighter

fairly typical Ibis Styles, fine for an overnight stay on way through. Good access from motorway but in the middle of nowhere and not particularly close to town. Half of hotel is an Ibis budget, so if you want to save money...

Nice stay

We enjoyed this hotel. It was easy to access from the highway. It was clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool. There was a great breakfast. The dinner options were limited and what you would expect from this type of restaurant. The check-in process was a bit slow and their English was limited. The location made it easy for us to get to Avignon. We were also able to walk into Arles, but weren't in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Family trip

For family of four, it was a small room. A bit far from the center, but there is a free shuttle. Breakfast and restaurant were good.

Good hotel with safe parking, just 10 minutes walk from Arles centre.

Location ok. Noisy hotel with your groups especially young groups at 2am. Would not stay here again but ok for young budget travelers.

A good starting point for visiting the Camargue

It has been a good stay. The hotel is clean and even if the building seems to be dated it has been recently renewed with nice design furnitures. It's a classic congress hotel with no frills but it's very comfortable for visiting Arles and the Camargue area. It is situated outside the town and the center is 15 minutes walking far from it. At a first glance the sourroundings could appear a little scary, but it's just an impression. Besides the Ancient Arles Museum is a few steps ahead the hotel. The personnel is kind and friendly. The breakfast was included in our offer and there is a free enclosed parking area reserved to the customers. We encounter some problems with the air conditioned but I suppose it was a temporary inconvenience.

Hotel was ideal for a couple of nights. Good size rooms. Everything at the hotel was great. Staff all very friendly. Gated parking was welcome too. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Arles either through the town or along the river bank Only slight problem was our second day breakfast. We'd obviously just missed a huge rush as there was nothing left to eat and we had to wait a while to sort ourselves out as 2 staff were rushed off their feet.

Good value for a walk

The hotel is in line with Mercure--dependable and well maintained but with no particular character. The pool was nice and so was breakfast. The walk to town is--as listed--about fifteen minutes, or twenty i suppose if you are a very slow walker.

Excellent hotel with good parking and a short walk away from the archaeological museum. Arles town centre is a few minutes drive and you could walk it in half an hour.

Located close to many things to see and do

It's hard to compare Eurapean Hotels to American hotels but this one served it's purpose. A bit overpriced compared to other local hotels available, Close to Museum.

Very tired hotel

Unlike wine, hotels don't get better with age. This hotel is very aged, worn rugs, broken shower holder and ratty furniture are not what you expect in a Mercure hotel. Breakfast was good, front desk service good and the room was as clean as you can get an old room to be. It's really nice 2 star hotel.

Chambre ok, restaurant bof.

Chambre pas mal , restaurant bof, attente trop longue et au final pas pris de dessert car 30 minutes à attendre alors que les serveurs se sont occupés des tables juste à côté, n'ont rien voulu savoir pour moi , si j'ai a rester a cet hôtel une nouvelle fois j'irais dîner ailleurs.

Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas, les escaliers étaient sales et en travaux. Une odeur d'égout dans la réception les escaliers et les couloirs. Chambre satisfaisante. Personnels très bien.

Stanza comoda e silenziosa, parcheggio gratuito all'interno di un'area privata, colazione a buffet buona e abbondante. Si trova in una zona periferica priva di interesse. Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti.

Camera silenziosa e pulita. Colazione ok. Parcheggio ok. Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe ma per la cifra pagata va bene.

RENOVATION INDISPENSABLE !

Je pense que les chambres ont besoin d'être sérieusement rénovées. Les murs de la salle de bain, la peinture s'écaille. de l'humidité est perceptible avec des traces de moisissure sous la fenêtre de la chambre. de la moisissure est également visible au niveau de la partie haute et basse à l'intérieur du placard. Pour information, j'ai occupé pendant deux jours la chambre 614.

Parfait mis à part que quand on vous demande un réveil physique et qu’on vous donne l’autorisation de rentrer dans la chambre, prenez l’info et notez-la parce que lors de mon séjour chez vous, l’hôtesse d’accueil avait pour mood de frapper à la porte ce qui n’a aucune incidence sur mon sommeil et j’ai donc raté mon rendez-vous. Seul bémol, voilà pourquoi je vous note 4/5 Autrement tout est parfait

Punaise de lit !!!!

Expérience horrible, présence de punaise de lit qui n'émeut pas du tout la réception. J'ai changé de cambre à ma demande dans la nuit, puis j'ai écourté mon séjour pour ne pas avoir à revivre ça, sans remboursement évidemment. Ce n'était pas la première fois que je dormait dans cet hôtel, mais c'est la dernière !!!!

Zustand des Bades schlecht. Von früheren Aufenthalten nicht gewohnt. Ein 3 Bettzimmer mit entsprechend wenig Platz erhalten.

Médiocre

Habitué à aller dans les ibis style je pense que celui ci est le plus mauvais. Chambre et salle de bain vétuste. TV pas plus grande qu’un écran de pc. Odeur d’égout, literie moyenne. Seul point positif est le personnel accueillant et souriant. Cet hôtel a besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, piscine, parking ferme et proche du centre ville a pied. Dommage l’entretien des jardins.

Un rafraîchissement serait judicieux

La chambre est très basique, la salle de bain est même plutôt moyenne (carrelage aux couleurs flashy, porte de douche pas assez large) Par contre le matelas est très confortable, le petite déjeuné bien garni avec possibilité de le prendre à côté de la piscine. La situation de l'hôtel est moyenne et on a cherché un petit moment, le gps n'était pas clair.

Hôtel pratique situé face au musée antique, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville et de la salle de spectacle Patio de Camargue. Chambres basiques et salles de bain vieillissantes. Piscine et transats. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ça manque de balai brosse dans les toilettes. Sinon, très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Hotel confortável, quarto amplo. Vista para o centro histórico e está a uma caminhada de 10 min. Café da manhã completo. Estamos aqui em época de frio e ventos fortes. Inesperados para a época . No sétimo e último andar a ventania fazia muito barulho o que incomodava o sono. No mais indico e voltaria

Confortable

Je suis un habitué de cet hotel 3 ou 4 x par an. Un parking sécurisé gratuit. Cette fois ci bravo pour l'accueil sourire et service au check in check out et serveur du resto. Mais alors, pourquoi 3 sur 5? Je sanctionne le prix du restaurant. Inadmissible. Une soupe d'asperge croutons à l'ail (lavasse peu gouteuse avec 7 cubes de croutons industriels) 9€!! Ça foit etre difficile de couper du pain et le faire griller! Piece de boeuf (annoncé faux filet) servi un onglet de 140gr (lui tres bon) j'ai choisi salade verte (une salade de côtes en sachet) jetée dans l'assiette. Meme Mac do a proscrit ce type de produit chez eux, 18€. Donc 27€ pour ça !? Je leur ai dit. Petit dejeuner bien. J'ai salué le serveur ce matin là pour lui demander un plateau, il n'a rien répondu, meme pas bonjour me l'a apporté sans rien dire et a continué à faire la gueule ! Bref on peut avoif ses humeurs biensur. Peut-être que la direction devrait s'atabler!!

Hôtel qui a besoin d'un gros rafraichissement...

Un peu surprise par la vétusté de cet hôtel Ibis Style. Les tarifs ne sont pas très élevés mais les chambres et particulièrement les salles de bain ont besoin d'un gros rafraichissement ! La baignoire fait limite propre.... Les joints sont très mal fait et moisis, pas de brosse dans les toilettes... Sinon le personnel est au top !

Een basaal doorreishotel. Ontbijt was goed en het restaurant slecht. Kleine kamer en moeten douchen in het bad was vervelend. Het zwembad werd gerenoveerd en daar is men zeker nog een paar weken mee bezig. Dit had men niet van te voren gemeld. In de huidige warmte zou het fijn zijn geweest om afkoeling in het zwembad te kunnen krijgen.

Habitación grande y cómoda, buen desayuno y aparcamiento amplio. En el armario se achaba de menos algún cajón o al menos alguna repisa más.

아를 중심부로부터 꽤 떨어져 있었던 점(도보로 15분 내외)을 제외하고는 주차도 편하고 아침식사도 좋았던 호텔입니다.

Bon sejour, literie confortable Nous avons eu droit à une chambre communicante pour les enfants.

Cet hôtel aurait besoin d’une cure de rajeunissement. Les dîners sont trop dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Si vous n’avez pas le choix d’y rester pour dîner c’est ok mais sans plus. Un hôtel dans le centre historique serait mieux pour qui veux visiter Arles.

Bon hôtel à Arles

Proche du centre-ville en voiture, pas trop loin à pied, trajet agréable la journée, moins la nuit. Très bonne literie, déco sympa dans la chambre, mais la salle de bain est à revoir (paroi de la douche trop courte, espace trop exigu pour se laver, faïence très bigarrée style fins de séries). Petit-déjeuner salé réduit à la partie congrue, mais le reste était bon. Personnel très professionnel et accueillant dans tous les services. Piscine agréable et de bonnes dimensions pour se relaxer au retour des visites. Une bonne expérience.
