Acceptable cheap option for overnight near airport. There is a train station near but it is at least 10 minute walk with your luggage. At night, the clientele on this train is “interesting”, as is the surrounding area; be ready for jam packed trains standing with your bags. Still not worth hiring a cab, but be ready to walk a bit. There are two hotels next to each other, and the other one is much lower quality. When you enter the pedestrian gate next to restaurant, look for the first entrance to left (not too clear which hotel it is). Barebones shower provisions for towels and soap. Did not purchase breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, and booked us a taxi to the airport.

Poor Breakfast

Not kettle in room. Breakfast poor, coffee machine not working, not enough plates so had to use napkins. Not enough cups so had to use paper cups. Would not pay for breakfast again.

The area was a little questionable. It was super close to the stadium, and a convenient walk to the surrounding bars and MdD's. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.

Room had water dripping from ceiling. Trim was missing form shower and the shower head support was broken so didn't hold shower properly. Coffee was excellent but pastries dry.

The additional bed in my room was like a cot It was small and very squeaky and uncomfortable

So convenient for the stadium!

We stayed here as we were going to the rugby at the stadium - it is so convenient for the stadium and also the train station is only around the corner. It is only 2 stops from the centre of Paris. :)

There was a smell at the reception, the room very small and the pillow not good the bed not comfortable and the bathroom door wasn’t closing

The Hotel itself is ok but it’s the 2 members of Staff who were amazingly helpful and friendly Fella and Michael. Fella speaks very good English and was able to give us recommendations specific to us and our trip and they both made us look forward to returning to the Hotel. Can’t explain say how lovely and helpful they were. Thank you

Fine hotel, but never again!

We were there for the champions league final. The hotel is very close to the stadium, east few minutes walk. Thankfully we were close enough so did not get embroiled in the catastrophic scenes that so many other people did. The area itself is poor and many fans ran into problems with local youths, mainly Algerian nationals where they suffered muggings, beatings and even slashed with knives. Personally as a uk national inwould never visit this place again! This is a real shame as the hotel was absolutely no issue and fine overall. Just a shame it’s in Saint Denis!

Fab location for sports events.

Brilliant location for going to the rugby at Stade de France. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Location was good for train service, especially for the airport. Otherwise location was bad--no restaurants, Metro, amenities in walking distance. And this is Paris. Better than a Motel One, but not by a lot.

We were moved rooms twice, one room was terrible for noise, the second room had no heating, but the third room was OK. Hotel in good need of refurbishment and or maintenance. This hotel had only one lift to serve all. Not good. Wouldn't stay here aagin

Value for money

Comfortable, but nothing outstanding. Value for money. Restaurant next to the hotel was outstanding quality. Soir bar was often short of stock, so not anything to write home about. McDonald's nearby meant that food was easy to come by - there are no other conveniences nearby other than the Stade de France. For us its proximity to the RER en route to CDG was the main drawcard due to an early-morning return flight. Aircon was not functional so summer would be unbearable.

Great location for rugby fans

Great location as had tickets to the Six Nations match. Appreciated fact there was a restaurant on site as meant we had somewhere to eat after the match when everywhere was heaving. Single beds very small

Fine if got for a good price

Fine budget hotel. I got it for a fair price so can't complain. A couple of things that could be improved: -Rooms fartoo hot and air-conditioning ineffective. -Could not gain access to hotel after hours after pressing buzzer for 15 mins. Night porter said we weren't doing it correctly yet other guests had same experience. -€4.50 for a bottle of water. -Room not cleaned properly. Rubbish under bed. Positives: -Excellent location for Stade de France. -Very quick check in/out. -Shower good.

Busuness place

I had some business meetings in the neighborhood, so the location of this hotel was perfect, otherwise there is nothing to do or see around it. Metro station is not far. Hotel is clean, comfortable - everything you expect from IBIS hotels. There is even restaurant in the building, unfortunately the waiters are not friendly at all.

Satisfactory for a short visit

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable if basic. The restaurant was ok and the breakfast satisfactory. Saint Denis is not attractive although it is only one stop on the RER from Gard de Nord

value for money. based in a business area, so not so cozy. but only 1 stop from gare du nord.

A cheap hotel which I thought would be convenient for access to CdeG airport. It is not...still a half-hour RER ride. The neighborhood is charmless and seems dodgy, dominated by the Stade de France and office buildings. Nowhere good to eat nearby, the hotel restaurant is mediocre, and Montmartre is a 20-Euro taxi ride away.

Clean room, dodgy area

Paris. The city of hotel rooms not big enough to hold a baguette. This place however is outside the tourist area and perfect if you are going to a game at the Stade de France. However, it really isn't the best of areas and whilst there is a McD's 100 yards away, it still didn't feel like the safest option. Instead I went to the restaurant onsite which was okay but pretty overpriced for a burger. The rooms were a decent size and very clean - looked like they had recently been refurbished.

Value near Stade de France

Enjoyed our short stay the night of the Euro 2016 Finals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and inexpensive.

Wifi was not operational and IBIS did not honour their "guest satisfaction guarantee".

Comfortable hotel stay

Wanted a good value hotel in the Saint-Denis area of Paris, and this fit the bill. Nice hotel at a reasonable price, with a good breakfast.

Very helpful staff hotel close to stad de france

Very helpful staff here. Hotel very close to stad de France and train station. The surrounding area of Saint Denis has very little hardly anywhere to eat or buy food so don't stay here as a base for paris but good base for a match at the stadium. Breakfast was pancakes, omelette, cereals, yoghurts, croissant, pain au chocolate, cakes, and fresh bread with ham and cheese. Selection of drinks for 9euros. Wifi is good in hotel.

Ok for short business stay

Three days on business, enough. At least it has a restaurant, in winter this area is a problem for finding reasonable food.

happy stay for 1 night

had a pleasant stay at the hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. i didn't have any problem with noise early morning as previous reviews had stated. the hotels location is only a 5 minute walk from "la plaine stad de france" train station and 5 minutes walk to the stadium nearby. it's only 20 mins by the express train from CDG airport and easy connections to the centre of Paris. i plan to visit next year and have no problem with booking this hotel. the one thing i would say is that there is not much in the way of restaurants or bars in the vacinity but the hotel has a good restaurant. one suggestion is to walk towards the stadium and beyond that is st. denis town where you can find a bar or restaurant.

Hotel is clean and staff freindly - typical IBIS standard and it is close to the RER B (5 minutes walk) which is only one stop from Gare Du Nord and also close to the Stade de France (5 minutes walk). Breakfast is good (extra) and there is a small residents bar where you can get coffee/tea/hotsnacks. All very positive. The negative - Saint Denis is really not very nice and most of the area around the Stade de France does not feel safe after about 10pm however if you are at an event there is safety in numbers when it finishes!

Good access to central Paris

Stayed for 1 night. An "OK" place, although not a great location/neighbourhood. Good access to central Paris - just 2 stops via RER. Clean room and good service.

Ibis st denis

The hotel is really close to the stadium, so it is perfect if visiting an event in the stadium. It is also close to the train station which is on the RER B line that goes directly to notre dame and CDG airport. It is a bit of a hassel going into the centre of paris and back every day so i would not recommend it if you're planning on doing lots of sightseeing in paris centre. There is a mcdonalds (open untill 4am) right opposite the hotel, but apart from that there are no restaurants or bars in the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and basic, there is no safe in the room and when we stayed the hotel said that their safe was broken. There is a left luggage store in the hotel that we made use of, which is free. Also a bonus is that the hotel has a bar, which has 24 hr food and drink service and they allow you to take it back to your room.

Es un hotel para dormir y bañarse. No tiene nada de lujos y está muy cerca, a pie, de la estación de tren rer Stade du France que te conecta rápido al centro o al aeropuerto. Frente a la propiedad hay un McDonalds y algunos cafés.

Nearby public transport. We slept well. Electric car charged at the parking lot, great! Nice breakfast with several fresh breads. Could be more fruit and cheese and the restaurant need an update. But we enjoyed more than expected (based on reviews).

Ibis, einfach aber Ok. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stade de France und der RER B. Daher sowohl der Flughafen CDG als auch Paris einfach zu erreichen.

Le prix lors d’un grand événement est abusif pour la qualité de la chambre…

Nur für eine Übernachtung geeignet

Immer nur 2 Badetücher für 3 Personen. Handtuch nicht vorhanden. Auf die Bitte noch Handtücher zu erhalten, wurde patzig gefragt,wofür man den soviele benötigt. Es genügt 1 Badetuch für GESICHT und Körper. Das Frühstücksbuffee hat relativ wenig Auswahl UND ES WAR FAST IMMER LEER. Die Auffüllung hat immer mindestens 30Minuten gedauert.

Das Zimmer konnte nicht geheizt werden, ebenfalls war der Frühstücksraum nicht geheizt. Die Temperaturen lagen gefühlt unter 20 °C. Das Frühstück war teilweise nicht frisch, aufgewärmte Rühreier vom Vortag oder aufgewärmter Speck. Brot war teilweise hart. Personal ist aber freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Fairerweise muss man gestehen, dass man dem Hotel bzgl. der Heizproblematik keine Chance zur Verbesserung gegeben hatte, aber auch nur deshalb, weil mitgereiste Kollegen ebenfalls kalte Zimmer hatten. D.h. ein generelles Problem im Hotel. Bei der Abreise wurde mir nach dem Hinweis auf die Problematik zwar mitgeteilt, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer hätte haben können, aber welches. Meine Kollegen hatten ja die Gleichen Probleme.

Hôtel propre et comfortable

Het is een zeer goed hotel, ideaal voor een city trip met inbegrip van het ontbijt. Met de auto naar Parijs gaan, ideale plaats om een auto op de parkeerplaats achter te laten zodanig dat men in het centrum niet moet parkeren en vandaar uit men met de metro kan verplaatsen om Parijs te verkennen met al die historische gebouwen.

Net terug open na covid19. Aangenaam onthaal. Nette kamers. Take away ontbijt door covid19 maatregelen, uitstekende service en meer dan voldoende. Restaurant nog gesloten.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en de service was uitstekend. Het ontbijt moest in pakketen worden uitgedeeld want het restaurant is niet voor het moment niet omwille van de social distancing, nu het virus nog niet verslagen is.

Le personnel d'accueil est aimable. Le parking et la restauration attenante sont pratiques toutefois ... de mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre (tabac froid couvert par un sur odorant ? mauvaises odeurs de canalisation dans la salle de bain, peu de confort en chambre et dans les communs (pas de bouilloire pas de petite bouteille d'eau du papier Hygiénique digne d'un train SNCF dans la SDB, un environnement urbain qui vous réveille de très bonne heure font que je ne comprends pas que cet IBIS soit plus cher que l'IBIS Plaine Sud. Le rapport Qualité Prix y est moins bon.

Hallo wij gaan regelmatig naar dit hotel, Maar deze keer viel het echt tegen.... Wij komen op onze kamer en de airco stond de draaien en konden die niet uitzetten... Er is iemand meegekomen en hij gaf toe dat je daar niet kon in slapen...Wij konden echt niet slapen van het lawaai, we hebben een ander kamer gekregen, maar dit was maar 1 tweepersoons bed,ik was daar voor zaken en wilde goed kunnen slapen... We hebben om 12u30 moet alles verhuizen naar die andere kamer.... Ik zou graag een compensatie krijgen.... Ik moest een mail sturen daarvoor Wij zouden het hotel terug boeken op maandag 7 oktober Misschien deze nacht gratis? Mvg Tamara

L'hôtel est proche du stade de France et du quartier d'affaires de Saint Denis ainsi que des RER B et D ce qui le rend intéressant pour des séjours pour affaires ou tourisme. Seule attention : le prix très variable selon les événements du Stade de France

Superbe prestations et emplacement pour un concert

Parfait, pour un concert au stade de France.... 2 fenêtres "double vitrage côté périphérique"..... Parcontre mals dormis (stress du concert) ou ce bruit sourd de ventilation..... La clim' en état de fonction aurait était un plus, puisque plus de 24 degrés dans la chambre et impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit. Sinon très bien et arrangeant sur le parking et la protection du véhicule.... Après, on l'a payé en supplément... On est en France, faut toujours payer.....

Close to RER B and AFNOR, that was main reason for choosing it. Got a room in first floor close to road which made it quite noise with bad insulation in windows. Cutlery in the restaurant did not look clean. Check-in was OK, although the key had to reprogrammed before it worked.

We have booked a room for three people, but the room was for two with and aditional bed. During the booking the photo shown a room with three beds. It was really a not confortable room. There were no available space for the laguages...

Frisch saniertes Hotel, helle Zimmer und schönes Bad mit Fön und großer Dusche, ruhige Zimmer mit Zwei Scheiben die den Lärm der Stadt perfekt abschirmen. unweit vom Stadtzentrum 3Stationen bis Notre Dame. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Das Restaurant im Hotel bietet eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und das Fleisch wird live vor den Gästen zubereitet, jedoch ist es relativ teuer. Bar und restaurant sind 24h geöffnet und stets mit freundlichem Personal besetzt. Check-Out ist bis 12 Uhr möglich dies ist sehr positiv. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wien kommen gern wieder!

Hotel confortable, accueil trés correct, bilan satisfaisant

ORRIBILE! L'Hotel è letteralmente infestato da RATTI enormi ed il personale si è mostrato impotente di trovare una soluzione al momento del soggiorno. Inoltre l'albergo si rifiuta di trovare un giusto risarcimento nei confronti di una coppia che ha vissuto l'esperienza di viaggio peggiore che possa capitare a qualcuno.

Bischen weit ausserhalb, aber sonst empfehlenswert

Ich war hier mit meiner Familie (Ehefrau, Sohn). Hauptziel war die Kathedrale/Basilika St.Denis. Wie immer sehr schön. Ich hatte meiner Frau einen Wahnsinnsmarkt Afrika/Asien versprochen. Der fand aber an diesem Tag leider nicht statt. Das Zentrum ist vom Hotel aus nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Die sehr nette Dame am Empfang hat uns mit großer Geduld korrekte Tipps für die Nutzung der Verkehrsmittel bis nach Paris gegeben. Im Restaurant haben wir gut zu Abend gegessen. Das Hotel liegt nicht Fußläufig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel an sich nah an der Bahn gelegen (1 Haltestelle bis zum Nordbahnhof) und besonders gut gefallen hat mir das wirklich bequeme Bett. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel in jeden Falle eine gute Wahl.

Peu satisfaite de l'accueil et surtout du plateau repas. On m'a vendu une salade en boîte au prix d'une salade de fruits frais quand j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement on m'a raconté une vague contrainte de cuisine. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner il y avait des fruits frais... La porte de ma chambre fermait mal la seule possibilité pour la fermer était de la claquer et visiblement vu les bruits de porte je n'étais pas la seule.

Tout était parfait , le personnel a l'écoute , la chambre très propre , tres bonne literie , tres bonne insonorisation . Je vais y revenir pour le week end fu 26 et 27 mai sans problème

Dichtbij het station, prima kamer, slechte bedden

Kleine, maar prima kamers, prima badkamer. Dichtbij het station (5 min lopen). Erg slechte en verouderde bedden (het matras was aardig doorgelegen). Parkeren voor de deur. Restaurants in de buurt waren op vrijdag en zaterdagavond gesloten?! Behalve de Mac Donalds uiteraard, die op 2 min lopen is.
