So clean

Very nice, classic and quiet resort facing the sea. The room is big and spacious with a balcony. Value for money as it includes a set breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a 7-eleven near the resort. Overall, a nice place to stay, value for money.

Friendly staff.

What an impressive experience with my stay at this hotel. The facilities, the staff, all the amenities and specially, the beach right in front of your room and the infinity pool. It is the perfect place to relax. I was able to rent a scooter that allowed me to visit three different temples and it was an amazing drive with your GPS. Trust me, you will receive a four seasons type of service. Thank you.!

Friendly and helpful staff, really nice rooms with an ocean view

Very nice rooms and facilities, but there is a noisy restaurant beside the hotel. Loud music until 1am or 2am.

I like it, but...

The hotel is on the other side of street across from the beach which is great to watch sun raising. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants and a 7/11 within walking distance but not much else. You'll need some kind of transportation for that. There are 3 things that caused me not to give it 5 stars: 1. The decorations are dark, so there are a lot of mosquito hiding somewhere, 2. The a/c, especially dehumidifier function is not working so well, so the room feels damp even after running a/c for a whole day. 3. There's a outdoor bar nextdoor, so if you are an early sleeper, you are damned.

The rooms are large and nicely furnished. Relax in a comfortable wing chair and look at the sea.Bathroom is also good with a large walkin shower and plenty of hot water Breakfast is sedved, not buffet, so is made fresh for you. Beautiful infinity pool viewing the sea. Its all good.

Nicely designed boutique style hotel. Furnished and fitted out well. Lovely bathroom. Great balcony with sea view was nice. I like the underground car-park with lift access straight to the appropriate floor. Fast check in and out. A set breakfast including Asian and Western choices with generous portions. Situated opposite a quiet area of the beach which is currently being reinforced due to erosion but not far away from the other swimming spots. No hassle hotel which I would like to visit again.

Beautiful peaceful beach resort

It is on a large well maintain property. We stayed in their 2 twin beds villa bangalow for 2 nights. (Fri & Sat) The beach is in front of the resort. During our stay, their restaurant was not fully servicing to customers, only served us the breakfast that was included with our reservation. It is not consider a restaurant. We drove along the beach for our other meals. There are plenty of beach front restaurants nearby. Bicylcles are available at the resort. We like the beach here because it is a sandy beach good for barefoot walking. The electrical outlets in our room have only 2 prongs, not 3. You might be sure to have an adapter. However, the front desk loan to us a 3-outlet surge protector that we could use with our 3 prong plug to charge our cellphones. We chose this resort for a romantic getaway. During our weekends stay, the resort maybe only occupied by 3 more customers, not seem very busy weekends. Price and accomodation is not quite 4 stars, but worth our recommendation.

Great balcony for sea sounds!

Well located across the street from the beach. Very nice and beautiful interior decoration. Breakfast was not a buffet, which is bringing some welcome change (much better than the standard buffet with all the same over and over). Price is very reasonable. The place was very quiet (not all room were occupied I guess, but the hotel has 30 bedroom maximum, it’s not like a factory). I recommand.

Cha am beach is a very quiet and peaceful resort and I calm was just to the south of the main beach. We hired bicycles from the hotel to explore the area and there is a forest park five minutes away which was very peaceful. The hotel room was large and comfortable with nice rocking chairs on the balcony which looked onto the beach. The pool was well looked after and safe but i found the sunbeds very uncomfortable and not many were in the sun but not a problem for those who like to sit in the shade. Breakfast was served to you and was a limited menu but after four days you could choose from another menu which had things like fried rice, spaghetti or club sandwiches. The staff couldnt do enough for you and were always happy to help however some only had little english and things sometimes got lost in translation.

The view is fabulous as it is facing a quiet ocean. Don't forget to set your alarm to rise earlier as the sunrise is awesome. The room itself was clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly.

Nice hotel at quieter end of town

Quiet hotel at the quieter end of town but was only around 30 mins walk to the busy end. Hotel staff so helpful with anything, room was spotless as was the hotel. Pool nice on the front and welcome shade in the afternoon.

iCalm....a bargain !

My second stay.... it is a reasonably priced hotel... a little heavy on crushed velvet but fine. Seems fairly family oriented with lots of kids in the pool. Directly across from the beach and short walk to Raya Restaurant... the best one in that part of town.

Check In went smooth as Silk, lovely Staff and large Room with great View towards the Sea. Real value for money.

Quiet location, but far from town, if you dont have transport

Ich in total begeistert von dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon und Meerblick. Die Räume sind sehr groß und die Betten gemütlich. Durch die Verdunklungsvorhänge kommt fast kein Licht in das Zimmer. Das WLAN funktioniert überall zuverlässig. Das Frühstück ist zwar jeden Tag gleich, aber ich war auch damit für den Preis sehr zufrieden. Essensstände sind fußläufig.

Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is set not buffet. Hotel closed to the beach. Our room is pool access type which is great for family. There are 7-11 near by hotel. Motor is 300 batt per day and book from hotel. Taxi to Hua Hin holiday inn Vana Nava water park is 500 batt.

The suite was quite large, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub the room could have used additional seating, and the entry area since it was large and empty. Overall this was very clean, quiet, and is directly across the road from the beach. It seemed to be frequented mostly by Elder Europeans, and only very few kids, ie not too much a screaming by the pool. I will say the staff was very willing to please, however we were disappointed in the Thai style hard bed, asking if they had another softer bed or other room, so they attempted to remedy this by adding a very thin bed pad. For the price oh, I would have assumed the bed to be western-style. We did have room service and both times did not receive exactly what we asked for, when we asked for omelette with out using cooking oil, they did not pay attention or understand and it was no good. When I mention this to the staff on the phone and a check out their only response was so sorry, and I was not going to press it but still throwing away any money for food we did not eat and they did not give us any credit, that was not appreciated. The breakfast included with our stay was very quick an acceptable, however very limited and only three or four choices of sets. Compared to staying with chatrium, where they have an absolutely magnificent breakfast buffet, this was very minimal. Likely we well not stay there again, due to the hard bed, and lacking menu or lacking remedy of our room service orders. The staff was very helpful, but

The I Calm Resort is a very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious luxurious and clean. The swimming pool is a perfect place to relax. The beaches of Cha am are not that special. Hua Hin is a better option for that. Some restaurants are in walking distance of the I Calm, but most of the bars and restaurants are 25 minutes away. We had a great stay at the I Calm, staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is one of the best in the neighborhood. As city we prefer Hua Hin over Cha Am

Comfortable Boutique Hotel

The room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, room balcony facing to the beach but blocked by the high trees. Breakfast is a set not buffet. Driving a car is easy to arrive. Swimming pool is geat but no pool bar. Overall feel comfortable.

Nice hotel, good location, clean and spacious room, friendly staff. We will return again for our next trip to Cha-am.

We enjoyed the stay at I calm resort very much:relaxing in Jacuzzi pool in the room, watching sunrise in the balcony .The room is so big the staff are so friendly and helpful, thank you for the wonderful holidays.

Great location and excellent staff. Underground parking! Food is a bit limited. Rooms are clean, well serviced and quiet. Good value!

Quiet and family friendly

Right at the end of town, across from the lovely beach. Restaurants and stores within walking distance... this town is basically a Thai family friendly place though there are some foreigners.... NO wild nightlife! The hotel was fine... staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great....they have a swimming pool. The one odd thing... to a Westerner... was when you left the reception area, you had to go down through the car park to get to elevator....

This is my second stay at the hotel and my wife and I really enjoyed our most recent stay and plan to come back again soon.

close to Beach, spacious Rooms

Practically directly at the Beach. Seems to be brand new. Huge comfortable Rooms well laid out. Check In friendly and speedy. Parking Attendant always around. Breakfast, disappointing and most of all attended by a very unhappy Lady. Restaurant set up not good but Pool is lovely.

Beautiful rooms, very cozy. Super friendly staff. All breakfast options are delicious! The beach right in front is not really good for bathing, but the location is still great.

A Gem

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice Hotel, at the beach, with great rooms, Pool with view and good breakfast. The staff and service is excellent.

Excellent hotel in quiet hotel with nice Seaview.

Very nice stay in quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Nice sea view from balcony. Nice breakfast choices in nice restaurant, with some seats offering sea view. Lying in the quiet south end of Cha Am. Pool is nice as well and also offering sea view. Really high value for money.

Jättefint hotell med trevlig pool i lugnt område

Väldigt trevligt hotell med bra pool. Jättefina rum, men sängen var för hård för min smak. Jättebra och god frukost trots att det inte är buffé. Lite långt från utbud och bra strand, men lugnt och skönt om man vill ha det så. Hyra en cykel kostar 100 bath per dygn, då tar man sig enkelt dit man vill. Jag rekommenderar hotellet.

Mycket bra boende men lite långt söderut på Cha Am Beach. I övrigt var allt mycket bra
