Beautiful hotel, new and very clean. Nice walk to Belem but outside of the main city.

Hyatt Regency always lives up to expectation. Nice location, friendly staff, clean, lovely ambiance. I fully recommend.

Wedding Anniversary in Portugal

What an awesome hotel overall. Great location and with ample parking. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. They gave us an amazing room upgrade wow! We would recommend this hotel and if we ever come back we will stay here for sure.

Noisy

Although we did not get our room upgrade, we did get a top floor room facing the river. I am glad that this hotel does not force their guests to pay the $10 resort fee/day like the hotels in the US. The free bottle of red wine and the 2 small de nata in our room on the first day of check-in are additional bonuses. The room is spacious enough, and we loved having the river view from the balcony. But if you are a light sleeper, you may have a problem falling asleep since the tram is right next to the hotel rooms facing the river. Also, there is another problem with the riverview rooms ( but not the bridge view rooms) - an abandoned parking lot is located right in front of these rooms. I would have reserved Bridgeview rooms for $50 dollars more per day if I had known the location difference. I was worried at first that Hyatt is not near the center of Lisbon. But now I am very glad that we chose Hyatt. Its surroundings are less crowded, and it feels more relaxing than the hotels in the city center. We loved walking on the promenade and looking at the beautiful bridge every day. Hyatt is within walking distance to Jerónimos Monastery, Tower of Belem, pastéis de belém, MAAT, etc, but you can choose to take the bus to the above destinations if you don't want to walk since there are many bus stops right next to the hotel. You can pretty much go anywhere in Lisbon with the nearby 🚌 (1.80 euros each way), or use bolt/Uber, which is usually around 5 euros. There are at least two

Beautiful, clean, great service. Restaurant was great for breakfast every morning. Dinner was good too. Spa was small, quiet, intimate and very clean. Everything was wonderful.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a great location walkable to many restaurants and shops.

Wow. What an amazing experience we had at this hotel. Everything was spotless and the staff is very friendly. We had a corner room. And the view was breathtaking. The location is great. Just 15 minutes walk to the Jerónimos monastery, Coaches museum, Belem tower and pastel de Belém pastry shop. Our favourite. Well worth the visit. I recommend.

we quite enjoyed the place as it is located outside of the tourist area, a morning tea in the balcony was really nice memory noting it's off season there aren't many guests at all. not to mention the staff were really friendly and helpful, we had an amazing stay, thanks.

Good stay overall. Just a bit far from attractions in Lisboa. Close to Belem tower, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff are nice and friendly, place is clean and quiet, room services are great too. If we come to Lisbon again in future, will choose this hotel again.

It is a modern hotel with an outstanding rooms from cleanliness and things inside. I highly recommend it. The staff are actually meets beyond anyone expectations as they are greeting you with a smile and very helpful when approached.

Great hotel, pool forbiden to children

Hi! It was a good hotel but I need to mention that the listing mentioned that there is a pool and we booked for two adult and a baby. It is true but the pool is prohibited to children... In our case, we specifically looked for a hotel with a pool so to know that information once we got there, we felt like we paid more to have a hotel with a pool and ended up not being able to enjoy it. I Think you need to and in the description that the pool is allowing children.

Beautiful and super clean hotel. Our suit was very clean and specious. With kitchenette. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Staff are super kind. Friendly and helpful. I just wish they had an outdoor pool. Everything else was fantastic. 15 min from city center. Took Uber for €5.87. Each way. Loved being little away from the crazy loud rush. Worked for my family.

Expedia needs to update the website. It has a pool but that is only accesible to 16 and is part of the spa so there is a cost. I would not have booked this hotel if i had known that. This is a great location for adults but for children I would find a proper pool.

4 night stay

Hotel seems relatively new. Just a few negatives: 1. Location: far from the center. Minimum 15 minutes car ride depending on where you are going 2. Breakfast is 35 euros per person and not great. We stayed at much fancier hotel and breakfast was 20/25 euros per person and 10 times better 3. Service in general takes too long and not efficient

The facility was great but the staff was overwelmed. It appeared they did not have enough on staff. But may have just been a shortage for that one evening.

Pre cruise stay!

Hotel was beautiful, friendly staff, quiet and clean. Only negative was wait service and food. Recommend eating outside of hotel.

I loved the 24hour gym it was clean

This seems like a fairly new hotel. It smells so good inside everything is clean and beautiful. The restaurant bar was nice. (which, as a solo traveler is important for me!) I was only here for one night, but it was very nice and although it was rainy season and the outdoor area was closed, they have a nice new area coming soon and also a rooftop area that will be awesome.

Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. As well as concierge. Good location especially when you attend a conference. Very nice spa space. But we could not use the swimming pool due to broken ladder.

Very good hotel

It's a very good location, clean, a kitchen with utensils, even a washing machine that doubles as a dryer! Such a convenient hotel!

Good room

The room was clean and modern. The balcony was nice.

extra charge for pool , jacuzzi etc. Noreenishment of tea . coffee etc used. Aircon was a bit complicated. No bath in bathroom - k’only in suites’ but advertising implies bathtub in bathroom. Rooofbar closed due to ? inclement weather. Feeling of restriction and property was attempting to extract more money by asking me to book direct in future. I won’t be going back. I am in a much better hotel now in Lisbon with everything inclusive.

Excellent upscale hotel next to conference enter. Tram and buses stop right in front. Walkable to restaurant and belem. First rate staff. They were very helpful when my friend became ll during the night and needed help.They called a taxi and spoke with the driver o give directions.
