I like their pool a lot. I did not like that it cost 37 bucks a day to park

It was great

Definitely I will come back again and again.

On the website it’s shows a pet fee of $150.00. Once arrived, I was required to pay 200$. In addition, the walk from the parking lot to your room can be dreadful. Due note, I paid roughly 550$ for two nights online, once arrived I had to pay an additional 500$ just in fees to include the pet fee. Some of the money does get returned as most of the fees are holds however 2 nights for roughly 800$ . Gatta say, I don’t think it’s worth it imo

nice place to any park

Nice property with plenty to do. Rooms were spacious and clean. Multiple activities close by and on the property. Restaurant in the hotel was very good.

Family trip

We had a blast as a family. My kids did every activity available. Service was fast and Staff was friendly. Hotel is just beautiful. Only downside was the pool temperatures were COLD.

Everyone was helpful and nice. One the workers outside told us about a rocket launch. we were able to see that night outside the hotel.

Love the vibe

This was our second stay here and we love the beautiful landscaping with a Hawaiian feel and the pool is just amazing. We love it.

Relaxing stay

Resort is so nice, includes lots of activities. We enjoyed paddle board, pedal boat, biking, golfing, shuffleboard, and relaxing on the hammocks.

I expected a lot more from this hotel. The shower head was so clogged the water felt like it was barely coming out. There were limited shuttles to the park because the front desk said “ if you don’t see a shuttle time the bus is broken”. The resort fee is 50 dollars a day and I chose this hotel for the shuttle options. The lighting in the room was also horrible. The staff was amazing despite the conditions of the property especially jp at the lake house.

Definitely will be coming back for future vacations!

Easy free transportation to both Disney and Universal and facilities on site that actually make the resort fee worthwhile. A beautiful piece of property.

We have stayed here many times over the years and the experience is always the same, perfect.

We were in Orlando for a Disney wedding and found this hotel to be extremely convenient with access to the facilities we needed to get to for the wedding over at the Disney wedding pavilion and reception at the Grand Floridian. To get to and from, we used our own car for convenience but were able to travel via back roads and avoid heavy traffic. And Disney Springs was about a 7-10 minute drive ... we had lunch over at The Boat House before heading back home. The Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby, the general merchandise store and the Four Flamingos were added benefits to our stay. We didn't use the spa but went across the street to the Sheraton to their facility for a 2 hour wellness treat. We had dinner at Four Flamingos and it was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend this property to anyone heading to enjoy Disney without the Disney high prices for an overnight stay.

Hotel staff, room, pool, and amenities were exactly what we wanted/needed. It was my daughter and I for a quick getaway. We loved it!

Staff was very rude at pool area and management did nothing. I visited this property 10 years ago it was way better experience then it is today . Beds were very uncomfortable terrible night of sleep . I will not return to this hotel not worth the money

This is a beautiful resort , my only complaint is that the little tiny cafe that they have for morning coffee is way too small ! Baristas are way behind and as hard as they try drinks can take 20-30 mn

The pool was nice and kept at a perfect temperature. Slide was fun! Enjoyed the movie by the pool. Staff was very kind, cleaning staff was extremely respectful and did a great job. Many activities on the premises, perfect for families. Will return for sure.

Nice updated rooms, great pool, well laid out

This is a lovely hotel on a beautiful, tropical property. The pools are so inviting but usually on the cold side. More seating area is needed around the pool. There were no chairs available by late morning. Great pools for kids and adults. The hotel bar is way too small needs to be 4 times bigger than it is. Hotels of this size typically have very large bars which are prime places to hang out yet this bar had so many people standing and overflowing the area. Location is convenient for any of the areas theme parks.

I like everything about this property. A great spot! If I could change something it would be the overcharge for parking a car over night and the $50 resort fee. These are ridiculous and should be included in the over $300 a night for the room.

We always stay at grand cypress on the pool side for glorious sunsets and Disney fireworks!!

Not the best place for a couple looking to relax and have a romantic stay. This hotel is nice but it’s geared towards children and families.

A Good Time Had By All

Our family always has a great time at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! Micro golf, basketball, swimming in the grotto! So many things to do every time for active kids and chilling parents!

Great Amenities

Overall a great destination! The lobby is clean and open with a lot of light. The resort had so much to offer. I wish they offered a tour of the grounds showcasing everything that was available to guests. I discovered many amenities by using the walking paths and stumbling across them. The pool is great for children of all ages and adults alike. The pool staff was excellent - they were attentive without being intrusive. Rooms were standard - they were slightly dated but were clean and offered plenty of storage, a fridge and coffee maker. The Four Flamingos restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful. The menu and cocktails were Florida centric and delicious!

I travel a lot, and the food quality was exceptional. All the meals were excellent!

Everything was great but the sink was way to small.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. A drawback of the room was that we could hear everything happening in the other room. The restaurants were open after five except for the poolside restaurant. The pool was beautiful with waterfalls and plenty of seating.

This property is very unique and has lots of activities for family or couples. Staff is amazing.

Excellent resort!

Probably one of the worst experiences I had in Florida. And I go to Orlando a lot. Starting off with check in. The staff telling us the room we booked 4 months ago is no longer available and she told me one of the options is to give us a full refund. The manager ended up removing the resort fee and parking fee and just walked away without saying anything to us. Speaking of parking.. the self parking is a long walk from the hotel and it’s almost $40 a day. For that price it should be valet. The room was outdated. The room service instead of changing the sheets would just cover them with the comforter. Overall do not recommend staying there. We are never going back!

Service was amazing. Enjoyed the grounds.

We loved the overall impression of classy experience that was extremely enjoyable and relaxing. We Found that everything was thought of. The entire resort is suited for romantic getaways to family vacations. So many nooks and cranny’s within the resort for so many different type of adventures. Sadly not enough time on this trip to explore them all. We will be doing another trip asap.

The staff and service was awesome during our stay. Highly recommend this place!

we had an absolutely horrifying experience at Hyatt Hotel in Florida that should serve as a serious warning to potential guests. Last week, we encountered a life-threatening situation that was shockingly similar to the tragic incident in the Dominican Republic, where two travelers lost their lives. The lack of safety measures, negligence, and complete disregard for guest well-being at this hotel is beyond unacceptable. We experienced severe health issues due to what appears to be food poisoning or exposure to hazardous conditions, and the hotel has failed to take responsibility or offer any support. I have concrete evidence and documents proving the seriousness of what happened, and I strongly advise against staying here until proper investigations are conducted. No one should have to fear for their safety in a reputable hotel chain, yet Hyatt’s failure to uphold even basic health and safety standards has put lives at risk. Stay elsewhere. your health and safety are not worth the risk!

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful resort and delicious food! Clean rooms with a ceiling fan! Comfy bed, flat pillows (my only complaint).😊

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, cordial. The room was clean and neat. The facilities are in great condition. Once you get off the property, the area is not wonderful, but you can’t beat the convenience to Disney World.

The grounds and amenities are amazing at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. Very well kept. The rooms and some elevators are starting to show the age of the hotel. They do a good job of keeping everything clean.

Stay for business, would return

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in this last year. The hotel is pet friendly so my only complaint (now that I know) is that if you have an issue with allergies or rather not stay in a room that had a dog before to state that on your reservation notes. The 2nd and 3rd flood are only for customers with dogs and in my case I was given a room on the second floor and I could smell "that dog smell" which was not strong. I was not staying with a dog. My sense of smell is very acute. Did not bother me enough to change rooms, however, I asked about this out of curiosity. My room was sooooo neat and clean that I was impressed!

Always love coming here. Could use a little more maintenance in the bathroom and easier phone system. Wasn’t able to get through to concierge for noise disturbances but overall everything was wonderful. Staff are always above and beyond!!!!

My family and I had a great time at this location. Beautifully kept and has wonderful facilities for children. Would love to come back again some time.

Our room needed updating, but we stayed for an extra night and got upgraded...that room was much better. I wish that was our first experience, but no harm. The ammenities are fabulous and there was a really cute pool boy working there! Great place for kids and family. Next time we will come in the spring so that the pool is a little warmer. The food was fantastic and the staff was excellent. The gardens and greens were stupendous. This was my first experience in a resort, so I would stay here again for sure but book the upgraded rooms or the suite(the suite was not available on expedia, but I only found out later that they had the suite available on their website).

Happy hours at the bar.Was a yes baby! Bartenders was super nice next time i go to Orlando i will stay there again my family and I enjoyed it.
