Special Instructions

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests booked in rooms that include a ticket to Solaniwa Onsen must arrange their own transportation to the hot springs (located 5 km away). A scheduled power and water outage will take place on April 21, 2024, from 10 AM to 10 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevators, will not be available during this time. Check-out is 9:50 AM on this date, and breakfast service will not be available on April 22, 2024. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate for children 6 years and under, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee.
