Ok for the money

I guess it was ok for what we paid. Rooms very clean, maid service was excellent, didn't think to ask for a non smoking room and that ruined it. Food was terrible. There was no bar as advertised. Cabs found it very difficult to find.

Located in isolated area

The hotel was ok. It was located in an isolated area and you need to take a 15 minute Uber to get to the city center. I would probably have chosen a property that was closer if i had known. Otherwise, the staff was nice.

Pleasant Stay

The hotel was further out from Barcelona than I had realized but overall the stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is a must for me and would love more hearty version but endless cappuccinos and croissants were good. Overall not a bad stay, super quiet and got to relax. The only thing I would note for American travelers, it is a small distance from the nearest metro so plan accordingly (Rideshare apps or taxi if you have a lot of luggage). I think European travelers may be used to navigating like normal.

The room should have two chairs and a small table so guests can sit in the room and have a private conversation

Good price but didn’t realise it was in the middle of food factories. Had to get taxis everywhere cost over €100.

Its OK- but so far from the city centre

Hotel is in a strange location - nowhere near the city centre, no metro station within walking distance [+5km]. The service in the hotel is OK, the room didnt have 2 towels so went to reception on our way out- they couldnt actually put the towel in the room so we had to collect them when we got back at 0200. Breakfast was OK- although no eggs. Room is good and its usually good value [due to its location] but there is free parking.

Great stay.

Hotel is in pristine quality. Very clean, very safe and secure. My room was massive and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is very out-of-the-way from Madrid and unless you have a vehicle, you will be taking long transportation routes to get to Madrid. There also isn’t much around in terms of dining, shopping or cafes. Having said that, it’s the perfect spot for an overnight because of the quick taxi to and from the airport (less than 20 minutes) The positives outweigh the location negative. I was satisfied with my stay.

Quiet, good location, a good option.

The hotel was in an industrial area without anything around. 2 Uber drivers I used could not locate the property.

Great for a day stop. The price was pretty good considering I went close to High Season. I you go without a car or a Taxi, You cannot walk (too far away from closest city corner). 2 Bus lines only (1.5 euros per person per ride and you can pay with coins). I know there is a card, however I was told by Metro staff, that the Metro Card is not good for buses) Bus 30 (runs Sundays also) and 132 (Does not run on Sundays). Bus stop was not clear enough and Hotel was 2 blocks away but signage and location was hidden by other buildings. No signage whatsoever in MercaMadrid (the place is huge and is the Central food Market for wholesale distribution in Madrid). I had to ask a security person who told me how close I was to the Hotel (1 and half block). I did arrive at 730 pm, the place was deserted (I saw only 3 people in the street the security person in a car and 2 workers waiting for a bus and no clue where the Hotel was). I learned 132 line did not run on Saturday, but 30 did run. The hotel was comfy, clean and glad to have a hot shower and good sleep and the detailed info on 30 and 132 buses. Would be great that info to be uploaded in their website, or emailed when giving you directions right after you make the reservation.

Was cold and I could not control the temperature.

Thought the reception could have given clearer instructions on where to get public transport. The hotel is situated off a main highway in an industrial estate with lots of Lorrie’s. We arrived on Sunday and were told that there was no where to get food as everything was closed.

Solo Experience

It was amazing because bed was so big, my room was clean and the food was good. The people were nice to however it was so noisy especially in the morning when the staff were cleaning.

The property itself is excellent very clean very spacious rooms has a convenient restaurant inside. Excellent service. The location of the property is below average. It is located inside an industrial area with lots of trucks standing outside on the main street. Public transportation is not nearby. No metro close by, although if you have a car or are using Taxi or Uber then it’s not a problem. Uber costs around €16 to the airport and 20 to the main train station.

Not a 4 star for sure.

This is not a four star hotel by property condition and facilities, or service. Feels like a two star hotel with a four star price tag…No basic amenities like free bottled water, tea pot, or tissue in the room, cleanliness is bad, I got bug bites all over. Property is old and you can hear people’s movements clearly who are next door or right above you. Furnitures not only show wear but also of low quality. Dining option super limited being in the middle of a large industrial warehouse hub. Some of the staff are rude. Definitely going on my block-out list, suggest you stay away too!

Nice and kind staff, clean room

Hotel is excellent to it's price and facilities. Have fridge, bath tub. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and spacious. Only the location is an issue, if you are visitors, this hotel location is not your choice.

Quite far from downtown but it's ok if you've a car. Room are quite large. Just a place to stay and sleep.

Oh dear. . . Expedia forgot to mention this hotel is in - that’s right “in” - a warehouse and distribution area/industrial estate. Food to buy? Hahahaha. The hotel’s restaurant (when open, not weekend evenings) is actually quiet good. Getting into the city, which is mikes away, is by taxi only, unless you feel confident about getting a bus part of the way then on the subway train . . . Oh, and expect to pay around $25 to $30 for the taxi (one way) depending on how lost the taxi driver or their GPS get it wrong.

Only one bus to take you to the Hotel, therefore a taxi is a must. Very secluded and area is a bit unsafe. Hotel is great and quiet.

Stay clear . Location in industrial site with gate

Having checked in . Paid for breakfast and the room. We arrived just arrived 9pm. Hungry and found the restaurant was closed. Nowhere else nearby open or buy any food. The waitress in the morning look at us with beady eyes. Demanded payment for our breakfast which we already paid and on our confirmation included. She wo t have it. Went to reception. Again demanded paymemt for our breakfast which clearly stated included as paid. They were so rude and would not back down. My advise. Get the payment receipt. Probably still no use......

You need transport

A nice hotel. But no good if you do not have a car no tea or coffee facilities in room nothing open locally on a Sunday for food had to get taxis to go everywhere which was fine but makes stay here expensive

They cancel your booking!

Horrible staff! When I arrived, they cancelled my booking via Hotels.com and made another one directly to the hotel, so no reward nights.

Very nice hotel, good for work trips

Very happy with the hotel but the AC in the room was not available & the room got very hot.

Good hotel & convenient if driving through Spain

This is a good hotel for an overnight stay. The beds are comfy, but the A/C didn't work & when we rang down to reception they told us it only worked for heating not cooling, so even in Feb we had to open the window. Luckily it wasn't too noisy.

Great service, in a. business area

The hotel was literally in the middle of some huge haulage industrial park, with no facilities in the surrounding location e.g. shops or restaurrant. The travel experience to get there was a nightmare, hardly anyone knew where it was. It was also difficult to get to the airport. I felt misled by the description and rating provided on the site. The last night of my holiday in Madrid was totally ruined!!!! 😭😤😭

Do not book this hotel for tourists it’s in the middle of food warehouses way out of city Taxis could not find it and one ride was $25 euros very unhappy with this location our only complaint of our trip which was great

Disappointed, we got smoking allowed rooms when I requested and paid in advance for non-smoking rooms. The smell was terrible, we had to sleep with the windows open.

It was a perfect hotel, only dilema was address as written just gave the taxi drivers a little hard time to find but other than that its a really nice quiet place to catch some zzz's away from the busy city

Great stay

Great stay, clean and comfortable.

Little bit far out but a brilliant place to stay! One night a friends was sick from bad food from somewhere else- we cleaned it best we could however the cleaners came in the morning and did it for us! No extra charge!

Good overnight stay

Very convenient hotel for our trip from southern Spain to Bilbao. Nice rooms but didn't like the pillows

Not a 4 star hotel by appearance or sevice

They didn’t provide face cloths, no ice buckets and only one business to order out and it had to be done by the hotel staff . We were told it had to be ordered by midnight and when we came down stairs to ask a question we saw the desk staff ordering for guest after midnight at 1215. We were initially given a key to someone else’s room. We discovered this after seeing their cloths shoes and food. The desk clerk didn’t really apologize just gave us another room.

IN AN AREA OF THE CITY THAT'S VERY BUSY IN THE WEEK BUT INTERESTING

This hotel is located in a business park. It's easy for us because we have a rental car. The female staff of night shift (4pm to 12 midnight) does not understand English at all, and I can understand we would have communication problems, but her attitude is not to the professional standard. The worst part was that the entire hotel had no water the 1st night of our stay. It's soooo terrible.

Terrible location. No restaurants/supermarkets within walking distance. Difficult to find - taxis had problems finding this hotel.

Nice hotel with good service

Service was good, they went over and above to assist me. Room was really nice and clean with great facilities. NOt much in the area but i stayed there for work reasons.

Overall good hotel for a stopover on our trip. The only complaint is that the room was too hot & the air con didn't work so we had to open the window which was a bit noisy. Also needed extra pillows as they were too flat

The hotel is nice, the installations are fine, but the AC does not work, and they know but do no provide any work around or solution to it. Breakfast is not good. You can only from and to if you rent a car

Lovely hotel

Great hotel, lovly room really relaxing beds in a quiet area, only thing was you have to get a bus to the nearest metro but apart from that it was fab!

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. A bit out of the way for Central Madrid, but with the taxi being about €12, definitely worked for me.

Nice hotel.

Lovely Hotel although out of town and on a distribution site. It's a lovely hotel with lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel although out of town has 2 buses t32 and 130 which serve the area but stop after 11pm. The hotel was clean and modern. Wifi is free to use and fairly quick.

Very nice costumer services

Cheap and adequate

Originally hard to locate as in middle of industrial estate. Seems like a gated community as had to show hotel reservation in order to get in. Breakfast was fine. Room was nice but had two single beds pushed together so was a gap in middle. Hotel was clean and tidy and spoke English. Close enough to Madrid to go into the town for the day. Was 15 euro to uber into town.

Hotel near the airport and the city.

The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and the same to the touristic locations. There is nothing around to see since it's right by a factory/market place. It's nice and calm, friendly staff and there is a coffee shop by the market ( just across the street- walking distance) with awesome breakfast and natural juices, I don't recommend the hotel breakfast ( too simple). Overall the hotel is clean, the room is comfortable and you need a car to go around to the city which is not far, there is a toll right before you get to the hotel but say you are going to the hotel and is always free (2.65 Euros every time you pass).

Recommended

Very helpful front desk staff. Good free coffee & croissants. About a 5 minute drive from metro where you could park for free, & catch tube downtown. Great value.

Industrial location

Stay was comfortable and as expected. However the location of the hotel is very much industrial and not suitable for anyone who might want to venture out on foot exploring the area.

Hotel that is close to nothing

The hotel staff are very nice and the rooms quite big but there is not much more that can be said. The air con in the rooms takes hours to be effective, the mini bar fridges don't work properly. There is nothing close by so make sure you have a car or don't mind paying for taxis everywhere.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Hotel launch is little small and the bar is together with reception. It would of been more nicer if the bar were separate and the only bad thing is that it's far away from central town of Madrid.

Great hotel especially for the price we paid

Great hotel especially for the price we paid through Expedia. The only problem was finding it. It's in a big industrial Market centre, including Meat, Fish & Vegetable markets. Massive area with poor directions. But great hotel when we eventually found it.

Elegant hotel!!! However, too far from center.

All ok above expectations, it was kind of too far from any part of down town. we had to take the metro and a bus to get there and back. Each trip to and from was a new experience.

Bad Location

The hotel is located in an industrial estate and nothing of note closeby. The service in the hotel is average. The food is below average but the prices reflect that. If you are looking for a hotel close enough to Airport and to get a good nights sleep then this hotel may suit.

Great if you have a car

Hotel is nicely maintained, but is a bit out of the way. It's located in the Madrid Mercantile area (behind a toll gate). There is no metro within walking distance so if you don't have a car, you have to call a cab. Other than the restaurant in the hotel, there is no place to walk to.

Weird location, decent enough.

This hotel is in a weird industrial park, it's about 20 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes from the airport. The front desk attendant was beyond awesome, though, and the room was big and clean enough, although a couple of the lamps were on the fritz and there was no blanket on the bed.

Well priced food

Generally good - comfortable and so on. Most of the staff were very polite. Their food was decent, and seemed pretty cheap too. One minor complaint - room smelt of cigarette smoke. Would be happy to return.

Maravilhoso

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, não tenho o que reclamar. Tem um café da manhã maravilhoso, o hotel tem elevador, estacionamento. A única coisa que não gostei muito foi a máquina de bebidas na recepção, você paga com cartão primeiro 29 euros desconta, aí abre a porta da máquina você escolhe aí sim estorna o valor que você consumiu, acredito que a máquina não seja do hotel e sim uma parceria. Mais nao tenho que reclamar do hotel.

No tiene hora de llegada así que nos vino muy bien ya que no sabíamos a qué hora entrábamos por la noche, ambiente súper tranquilo y a tan solo 11 minutos en Uber desde atocha

He tenido una estancia muy agradable . La zona muy tranquila , la habitación impecable y la persona que me atendió muy amable .

Never again this "hotel"

This must have been the worst "hotel" I have ever been to. The room had AC but it only put put warm air (change all different settings), meaning I had to sleep with my window completely opened, which made me ill. If I had it closed it became 45 degress cecius in the room. I told them to clean my room after thr second day, I was there for three nights. When coming back I see thst they have not changed my bed sheets. Just remade them.... also gave me pillow sheets that was Yellow (mould?).... The Bed was very very hard and you could feel the strings through it, now going hole with a sore back. The breakfast was horrible and without options. People in the reception was not helpful with whatever questions I had. I will probably not book by hotels. Com again if these are the types of places you recommend.

Buen sitio, buenos empleados, buenas instalaciones, solo pondría la pega del buffet, calidad precio del buffet bajo, al menos desayuno. Todo lo demás genial. Faltan smart TV eso sí.

Posizione improponibile per raggiungere il centro della città, e l aereo porto. Personale non disponibile nemmeno per effettuare una chiamata per prenotare una pizza al telefono (avendo difficoltà di lingue).

Albergo un po decadente, in parte da.ristrutturare, moquettes non impeccabili, pavimento della camera malamente riparato (ma.pulito) pochi asciugamani, poco spazio armadio, poche grucce, aria condizionata imperfetta

Se me hizo un poco grosería la gente del comer y la de recepción excepto por un joven alto que me ayudo en todo momento, el si muy bien. Todos los demás horribles. Pedí que me subieran una toalla en recepción al turno de la noche y una señorita me dijo que bajara yo por ellas porque ella no tenía tiempo e iba a tardar, le expliqué que estaba ya desnuda y que fue error de ellos porque íbamos 3 personas y solo dejaron 1. Aún así, su contestación fue que las quería pronto bajase yo por ellas.
