Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Had some really great sauna sessions! Have to book in the hot tub and sauna and steam room but wasn't a problem. They change out the water in the hot tub and clean the sauna and steam before each use, so 1 hour ahead is minimum, but they preheat as well so when you step in it's hot. Steam room temperature was too low for us, so we used the Sauna which was first class and hot as..Hot tub was really good as well and rooftop views, was great at sunset and if you wish can order drinks...There is a lap pool that is always open, cold and you need goggles as chlorine is high, but got some good laps in, small though about 15-18 mtres, but workable. Area of hotel is right off the freeway but noise not too bad with windows shut and AC on, but we don't like AC and slept fine with windows open. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We didn't eat breakfast as we like to swim and sauna in the AM, but it looked good and reasonably priced. Big shopping centre 5 minute easy walk with tons of options for eating, also around the area there are tons of options as well within walking distance. Providencia is one of the better neighborhoods and family friendly, overall felt very secure even when we had a night out at the hard rock in the shoppin centre and walked back after midnight. Metro station close by as well, and we used it daily. You can save some bucks by taking metro to bus station and then bus to Valpairaiso - but better to take the bus to Vina Del mar IMO, nicer area. Overall great

Everything is close to the hotel

There’s nothing around the property. If you want to eat anything, you have to walk quite a bit to find restaurants. Although it’s not far, it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Great service. Nice spot

Place was a little run down. Closet store was a mile walk. They should have had a little mini market on site. Carpets were dirty, residential area so dogs were barking a lot. Overpriced bar with frozen food. Paid for breakfast every morning but only had coffee. I guess they didn’t understand us or it didn’t matter. View was nice on the top of the hotel. Didn’t use the pool or spa, too cold.

Nice cozy and welcoming, near costanera shopping center. Breakfast good, restaurant basic. Rooms are a bit vintage but really comfortable.

Very helpful staff and best value

Another very good staying experience with Hotel Los Espanoles. Very good location, within 10 mins walking to the closest subway station. Very helpful staff, making our stay a very pleasant one, though we don’t speak Spanish. The area is good too. We can walk to the main tourist stop easily. The cable to the top of the mountain is worth the visit.

friendly and easy for guests

Very satisfying stay, including check-in, cleanliness, staff friendly, security and overall experience. They respond to your request promptly. They made your stay easy and comfortable. There are quite a lot good restaurants around as this hotel locates 10mins walk to the tallest building in South America. The only thing might be a problem to some people is the traffic noice from the main road outside at night. I’m fine as I am a faster sleeper. Thanks for the hospitality. Will stay again.

Quite and walkable

Great choice in Santiago

This hotel is seems like an oasis itself. It is really comfortable, friendly, clean, albeit in a tired deco. Rooms are large and comfortable. Everything runs well or immediately fixed. Easy to park, easy to relax, superb breakfast. A 10min. Walk to Costanera Center and a short taxi ride to the Financial District.

I always stay there and always pleasant.

The hotel has old carpet and old furniture, it is located in a noisy location just by a very busy motorway so it is noisy at all times. Due to its architecture the rooms are dark, at least mine. Staff friendly but when departing I was going to take a Uber and the receptionist convinced me that I should take a service they have due to problems with Uber at the airport. I did and paid 5.000 Chilean p more than the Uber for a tiny car without a taxi license, so I had to go on the front and be dropped at the parking, exactly what Ubers do to avoid problems...

service has been excellent! I stayed in a room with weak internet connection, I asked once to improve but not very helpful, but actually it still worked. The second day they installed a router in my room that's amazing!! BUT, the shampoo sucks.

Great location

a nice hotel

the room was recently renovated and spacious. the breakfast and room service were tasty. the only complaint i had was its neighborhood. although it was close to the costanera mall and the restaurant district, there are many little streets to cross to get there. overall, im satisfied!

Nice hotel near Costanera

Great hotel with spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. My only issue was it took a while to find where the heater was and about a day to warm up the room. I would stay there again

Great hotel, close to shopping and very nice staff

The bar ran out of your countries best beer. Breakfast was good but the eggs need to be cooked a little more for my taste and the sliced meat didn't smell good the next day. The maids were awesome and very helpful. Wish it was warmer and I had more time to enjoy the roof top. Great view of the city. We found out later that our taxi guy charged us too much. No wonder he kept pushing us to set up travels with him. Not the fist time it happened in Chile. NEVER just get a cab on the side of the road.

Overall ok and close to the everywhere

Twin bed is quite small but nice for business trip and travelling.

Bom custo benefício

Bom custo benefício...uns 500mts a pe do costanera center. Do lado da torre esquerda do hotel (meu quarto era o 203) tem uma casa que eu contei uns 11 cachorros. Ou seja, se quiser descanso na parte da manhã/tarde é impossível. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e 1 dia depois do check-in conseguimos. Fomos pro 204 e apesar da cama nao ser mais king, o silencio era ótimo. Cafe da manha simples, mas que agrada a todos. Alem do costanera nao vi nada próximo, como uma farmacia, mercado, restaurante, etc. No geral, recomendo pra quem queira ir ao constanera a pé, pois pra tudo será necessario solicitar um uber. Valeu a experiência.

Super limpo, seguro e silencioso. Cama muito confortável, chuveiro perfeito. Tem secador, cafeteira. O local é muito perto do Costanera center. Vista linda, estadia perfeita.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado quase enfrente ao Sky Costanera e próximo a 2 metros. Hotel super confortável com funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Recomendo, sem nenhuma dúvida. Destaque para a Jacuzzi na cobertura com vista maravilhosa! Único ponto negativo é o wi-fi no quarto que chega com sinal bem fraco.

Deixou a desejar !

A internet não funcionou nenhum dia, sinal baixissimo e ainda se ligasse o ar condicionado e a chapinha, caia a chave geral da energia! Nao indico o hotel !

Localização excelente!

Localização excelente com hotel próximo ao Costanera Mall, ao teleférico do Cerro San Cristóbal...O quarto standard, porém, é muito pequeno, o banheiro, bem reduzido, não tem box, sendo o chuveiro dentro da banheira com uma cortina. Há carpete e uma máquina antiga de café. Os funcionários são todos bem gentis!

Limpieza

Todo bien. Me gusta este hotel. Me sorprendio esta vez pues encontre en la habitacion una media de un huspede anterior. Asumo que la habitacion no ha sido plenamente limpia pues de haber sido limpia, hubieron encontrado esta media que estaba bastante visible.

Excelente estadia!

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao Costanera Center, excelente café da manhã e limpeza. Estacionamento gratuito. Área da piscina muito boa para relaxar, com um lindo visual ao redor. Quando chegamos, o quarto que nos colocaram tinha banheiro com cortina. No entanto, pedi para trocar, pois quando reservei, a foto do banheiro possuía vidro junto a banheira. Imediatamente nos recolocaram em um quarto mais amplo e com o banheiro na forma que solicitei.

Algumas coisas se destacam neste hotel : o conforto dos quartos, a limpeza de todos os espaços, o excelente café da manhã. E o mais importante, a cortesia vê educação de todos os funcionários. A localização, aprincípio pode causar estranheza, pois ele fica afastado do borburinho do bairro da Providência. Ao mesmo tempo, ele está numa área cercada pelo lindo parque das Esculturas e bem fácil de chegar até o Costanera Shopping, em pouca caminhada.

Super Hotel in Top Lage

Auf der Durchreise haben wir eine Nacht in dem Hotel übernachtet und ich kann dieses nur sehr empfehlen. Sehr gut und zentral gelegen, sauber, große Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück!

Los Espanjoles

Hote is located at business hub of Santiago. Costanera shopping mall which is highest tower in Latin America is near. Rooms are avantgarde decorated and spacious.

Great room, very comfortable, nice bed with good pillows and an OK breakfast. Downsides: poor wifi speed connection and, the worse, the shower. The bathroom itself is not so bad but the shower is in the bathtub and it´s not made for tall people at all.

Buena opción para estar cómodos en santiago.

Hotel cómodo, con piezas grandes, bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del Costanera Center. Fácil de llegar en vehículo. El único pero es que a la hora del desayuno, que es bueno y variado, se llena y el servicio no es bueno cuando hay mucha gente. Hay que mejorar eso. Resto excelente.

Sehr schönrs Hotel mit Aussenschwimmbad im 5. Stock. Gut angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal.

Médio Conforto.

Os pontos fortes do hotel são a localização e prestatividade dos funcionários. Em contrapartida, o café da manhã é muito fraco e o chuveiro muito ruim, pois fica dentro de uma banheira apertada, deixando o chão do banheiro sempre molhado.
