Nice little place
It’s ok for one or two days
the smell in the lobby is atrocious. It smells like raw sewer. That was an instant turn off. A glade plug in air freshener can make a difference. The breakfast was ok but everything is just open and not covered and not everyone practices proper hygiene. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is very high to climb in. For someone like me who has had surgery i had to get assistance from my husband to enter the shower. I would not return to this place unfortunately. When we asked the lady at the front desk for information about the area and where she would recommend she knew noting. Such a turn off like as if we were bothering her.
Last minute
This was a last minute change to our travels and worked out great.
I liked it
Nice classic Parisian hotel. Everything worked well and was clean. Decent breakfast too. Would have appreciated coffee making facilities and a mini safe in the room. Family Suite was actually two separate rooms with no adjoining door that had doors that opened on to the end of the upstairs corridor. Family had to split up due to age of our children. Not a problem but would have been nice to know in advance as we had only one case, wash kit etc
I was on a business trip and checked into this hotel for 2 nights, location of this hotel is excellent. Easily walkable from Eiffel Tower and other shopping locations. Getting Uber from and to this hotel was a breeze:). Hotel room is smaller than I expected (coming from USA) but it was clean, staff was very friendly and professional, they even gave me suggestions upon asking. Breakfast options were also good. I didn't mind too much about the room size considering I was mostly outside for the attractions and returned to the room only past midnight. Over all a good experience and definitely recommend this others.
My boyfriend and I had the absolute best time of our lives in Paris and staying at this hotel made it 10x better! I will definitely be back!
A lovely friendly hotel. Rooms were small but had everything you needed. Air con was a bonus. Was about a 25 min stroll to the Eiffel Tower. Next door to a good cafe. But very limited tourist amenities on your doorstep. If you’re confident with French public transport you’ll be fine.
Nice hotel, cozy rooms, area was quiet. Located a ways from popular tourist areas. Limited restaurant options. LOTS of walking, older folks and people with mobility issues would struggle here.
Helful Staff. Bus and bicycle rental right in front of hotel. Train just minutes away. Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Connecting rooms were so convenient! Traveled with two teenagers and older in-laws. Six of us were on the same floor and rooms were next to each other. Also, very important, rooms have AC!
All around great stay and a perfect location to explore Paris. The breakfast buffet was simple yet delicious. Our concierge Simone was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Cute room, very clean. Staff helpful and nice, breakfast good.
Convenient location
Friendly and helpful staff. Bus stop is steps away. Cafe and market across/ a couple stores down.
Was too hot in the room, they didn't have fans and they didn't have ice. Weren't very helpful.
This hotel was a gear place to stay. Small but the convience and staff made up for that.
Great for its value
Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
Very professional and friendly staff.
Great location clean and very good breakfast
Best place to stay in Paris
We were only in Paris for 2 nights and this was the perfect place to stay. There is a nice restaraunt next door, a boulangerie (bakery) across the street and the staff at the hotel were all very helpful. Also we could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our window.
- Walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe - my partner and I took a evening walk along to the Eiffel Tower as it's so close and can see it from the hotel - Close by supermarket for snacks and drinks which was so useful - Lovely lady at reception to check us into our room. had even requested a kettle in the room for chronic pain I experience and they were so kind and understanding to provide me with one. - The room, bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Perfect and spacious for us two - There was a TV, mini bar and a hairdryer too - we didn't use but is always nice to have the option -I will say the shower was on the smaller side but as expected because it's Europe, and was so lovely after a long day. The rooms aren't the most soundproof but we didn't mind at all.
Nice hotel - great area
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms are small but believe this is normal for hotels in Paris. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the options. Our only complaint would be about the pillows. They were very uncomfortable and very lumpy. The decorative pillows had a foul smell. The bakery across the street was also very good. I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris.
We had a very good stay. Just the rooms were a bit small and the breakfast not to grand.
Good hospitality and good place to stay in reasonable price. Easy to travel to major attractions
The hotel is great smaller than on photos. But it work for us.the lady at the front desk is the nicest person I met in France she is so caring and sweet.
Find something else
When I went to the hotel the front reception told me that I only have a breakfast for 1 person and on my reservation it was clearing showing that I have breakfast for 2 people. The room was really small and breakfast area was the smallest in the world. Their breakfast was trash. Our shower water pressure was super low, so we requested to fix it but they didn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t go to this hotel at all. The location is really far from all attractions too. Please choose something else if you want to enjoy your trip.
Eiffel magic
Friendly reception, great location , easy walk along river for great views of the Eiffel Tower
Very good
This property is excellent for cleanliness, location, and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful. The Eiffel Tower was a short walk and great restaurants and eating very close. We loved Paris!
Convenient Hotel for Us
We have used this Hotel for a number of years as it is convenient for attending Roland garros and it is a bice small hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel
This is a very nice boutique hotel. Compared to the North American standards these room are small. So if you are looking spacious room this is not the place. The room are clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast included is awesome everything is good and is well worth the price. Staff is nice and very helpful. The pub next door is a great place to have a beer or a glass of wine. There are plenty of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
Very satisfactory!
It was very French - room small but clean. Bed comfortable. No problems. Helpful desk.
Friendly staff at check-in, convenient central location.
For a hotel in Paris in the 16eme, this hotel was very good value for the money
The owner and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating
The hotel was located pretty close to the Eiffel Tower and the bus stop a block away made it very convenient for exploring Paris. Simone, the receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. Room size, though small, is fairly standard to European hotels. The toiletry supplies, including the towels, could use a little ugrade. Room was clean. Lighting in the hallway leading to the rooms on the fourth floor where we stayed was broken making it dark. Overall, this hotel was very good.
Lovely rooms, small but well designed. Very clean. Only downside was that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room or lobby, however a kettle was provided on request with no hesitation
We really loved very friendly staff. However, hotel is old, really needs an upgrade. Shower is so small one can barely turn around and I am 140 lbs with 5’5 height.
Very close to view points and to shopping centers.
the staff are very helpful ,their advices to see the most famous places in Paris. The breakfast was amazing ,I recommend this Hotel for many reasons. The location is near all the transportation & near Tour Effiel .
Perfectly located so you can take the bus to all the sights and even walk to the Eiffel Tower. A true hidden gem.
4 night stay in Paris
Stay was great.. room was a decent size and the staff were super friendly and accommodating to speak in English. We are from Canada and this was our first trip in Paris. Overall happy with our stay. Would’ve liked more of a variety for breakfast, I found a lot of it was sweets (which maybe typical for Paris) but my stomach isn’t used to so much sugar in the morning. Recommend using the shuttle service as well. :)
I wish every place we stayed on a vacation was like this hotel. Lovely room, kind and helpful staff that goes above and beyond, clean property and convenient to things one might need over the course of a visit. Stores, shops, etc. This is our place to stay when visiting Paris. It is near the Eiffel Tower, next door to a great cafe where they get to know you, close to the Seine and major bus line that follows along it.
Staff was fantastic. Hotel was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again if we make our way back to Paris!
Beautiful hotel and beyond kind hotel staff
This hotel and the neighborhood was lovely. But more importantly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. We stupidly left a bag behind and only realized once we arrived at the airport. The manager went out of his way to get a taxi driver to drive our bag to the airport and we got our stuff and made our flight. This truly was beyond what would be expected of any hotel staff member. We highly recommend!
I liked the area of the hotel which was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist areas. We had great restaurants, supermarkets and other convenient stores.
The property was clean and very accomodating. There is a bus one block away that takes you along the river to the center of paris which is about a 15 minute ride.
Trip was cancelled due to medical problem. No refund!
The property was so clean well look after staff was very professional
I like it, it is a bit expensive, room was very nice but a bit narrow, breakfast was not that great but it is average, location is great, 20 minutes from tour Eiffel
Great service from thé front desk personnel. The rooms are small but comfortable. The location is 20 -25 to the Eiffel Tower and the area has restaurants and shops really close. I will definitely come back.
Everything was delightful: super clean, staffed by charming and friendly people, comfortable beds and sheets and delicious home made breakfasts. One little improvement would make this perfection: better coffee !
I can only think of one thing to improve in an otherwise perfect little hotel beautifully situated and delightfully staffed. The coffee machine could produce...better coffee! The breakfasts were otherwise delicious, copious and varied. This is now my Paris Hotel!
Very cosy hotel, rooms arent a fantastic size but it isnt needed as the rooms are very clean, cosy and warm. Rooms are maintained daily, staff a very friendly and helpful even towards the english. Overall very happy with everything from start to finish. If you are looking for somewhere to stay close to the eiffel tower and all other amenities this hotel i would definitely recommend
Everything was great accept for the elevator that broke down and we had to climb 3 flights of steps every day
The location is great! The Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro are about 20-30 minute walk away. There are multiple RER stations around it too as well as a cute bakery, a wine shop and outdoor market. The post office is literally across the street if you’re interested in sending postcards, and there’s a bank attached to it if you need euros. The elevator was broken during my stay, but honestly everyone was so nice and helpful that it didn’t bother me a bit. My room was bigger than anticipated - it was my first trip to Europe and was expecting a teeny tiny space, only to find it perfectly sized for one person. If there was an ice maker or drink machine I couldn’t find one. You’ll have to go next door to the friendly and relaxed Cafe a la Fontaine if you want food close by, BUT the hotel does offer a breakfast buffet for 16€ (with tax) that I found to be truly charming. Overall I am very happy with my stay!
Room for improvement
Hotel is ok but elevator was not working, shower is too small and you need to leave the key everytime you leave
Great location and friendly service. Overall a great stay in Paris!
Very nice service. However the walls are very thin, so the sounds from outside and upstairs can be easily heard.
I thought the ad in Orbitz promoted that breakfast was included in the hotel rate. It was not and breakfast was not cheap. Staff could not have been more friendlier and helpful. The room was small, but that's to be expected in Europe. The location was ideal and I would stay there again.
Fairly well located
Well positioned if willing and able to walk about a mile to the centre of tourist gravity
Well located, very clean, very pleasent staff.Rooms size is just about adequate.
Near restaurants & groceries, walking distance to many sights, helpful staff, small rooms.
Wet nice small personable hotel!beds very comfortable. Room small but very clean. Staff was very helpful! Loved it
We moved here from another hotel that was terrible, so while the room was small, it was lovely & clean with friendly helpful staff which is all the opposite of where we had been. It was in a lovely location with a great ‘French’ feel, again unlike the previous large chain hotel in a questionable location! Thankyou Hotel Eiffel Kennedy we thoroughly enjoyed out 2 nights here.
Nice hotel, small, clean and great location
I spent 2 nights in this hotel. It was pretty small, the lift can only hold two people and the room was small, but has everything you need (TV, nice sized bed, closet, bathroom with hairdryer). The location is perfect, 16 arr, is in walking distance of all the main attractions. You can walk down the road and see the Eiffel Tower. There’s buses and metro stations close by so it’s easy to get around and see Paris. I absolutely loved my time here, no complaints. The breakfast buffet was lovely (croissants, eggs, sausages etc are served down stairs). Check out is at 12pm but you can leave your luggage in reception if you have a late train/flight. Overall it was a nice experience and I would definitely recommend it.
Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower
The hotel was nice and in a really safe environment. I was able to walk outside at 2am and felt completely safe. Right next to hotel was a café and on the other side of the hotel was a small grocery store where you can buy food for a decent price. They serve breakfast for €11 per person. They have alcohol, candy, and drinks in the room but it wasn’t worth the price. The Eiffel Tower is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Statue of Liberty was about five minutes away. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Simone, the front desk staff and the owner Joselyn were great. If you wanted to go to the palace of Versailles, You could just Walk 10 minutes to the Javel RER train station and get on the train. The bus stop Is a five minute walk. The 72 bus will take you to Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral for two euros each way. Just ride the bus until it’s last stop and get off. The Louvre is also on the same route just get off a little sooner. You will be in the middle of everything. This trip was amazing and the hotel was in the perfect location.
Very central for paris
close to Eiffel tower, river seine and the metro.
Family run hotel; always a cheerful Bonjour when handing keys in when going out and coming in. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, always keen to make your stay more enjoyable in English and forgiving of my pitiful French. Would stay again if we came to Paris again.
Clean, comfortable, basic hotel
The hotel was very clean and quiet. If anyone has physical challenges, the bathroom (if they are all the same) would be difficult because the bathtub is high to step into, no walk-in shower. If you are tall, you'll need to sit sideways on the toilet or you will hit your knees on the wall! Bring your own hair conditioner and body lotion, they only have tiny packets of shampoo. The elevator only fits 1 person at a time if you have your luggage. Again, if you have physical challenges just keep in mind that you may be in the elevator by yourself. I found it odd that you need to leave your room key at reception every time you go out. However, everyone at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and is in a nice neighbourhood. It is more basic than some other hotels in Paris, but it is a good value for money and it is clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Just charming!
I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay. This is a small, charismatic hotel in a quiet area across the river from the Eiffel Tower. The nearest metro train station is a 7 minute walk. There's a café next door, a bakery and a pharmacy across the street, a mini market down the sidewalk, among other things. Olga at Front Desk was invaluable, efficient, and delightful from check-in to check-out! She showed me to a computer when I needed it, gave us directions, and helpful tips, helped me with my French, as well as she helped us coordinate a shuttle to the airport at the end of our stay. The rooms are air conditioned (very comfortable temperature!), very clean, fresh linens and towels, wonderful, inviting bed, good bathroom with tub/shower combination and amenities (hot water!). In other reviews they talk about how the room/bathroom is small--this is Europe! We fit just fine--it was part of the experience! There's a closet with clothes hangers, and a minibar (we didn't consume anything, but we put our own water in there to chill). Every morning we had a lovely and varied French breakfast downstairs--freshly prepared by Mme. Drouits that equipped us for a long day of walking in the city. Our room did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower, but we had a charming window with little red flowers that just made my day, every day. We hated to leave! Overall, the perfect first experience in the city of love!
Not the worst, definitely not the best.
The place is extremely small. The room only fits one bed and maybe your suitcase. Not exaggerating at all. They charge you for everything. Even for water. The service and people are extremely polite and courteous. But that being said, everytime you leave the hotel to walk around the city, get breakfast or simply do what you went to do you have to leave your room key with the front desk so they may enter the room if needed. House keeping comes in every morning to clean the room and always turns off the air conditioning no matter what. Even after i requested for them not to do so. The entire hotel does not have air conditioning, only the room do and they turn them off so the hotel rooms are extremely hot all day. Overall its an okay place for a last minute resolution. But having a choice i would rather pay a bit extra for something better and i would not go back there a second time.
Cozy boutique type hotel a few short blocks to the Seine and about a 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the bateaux loading sites. It is a few blocks from RER C and maybe 10 minutes walk to different metro stations (the one very close was closed). There is a local Bar/Brasserie attached to the hotel and a handy local Marche with cheap bottled water and snacks, an ATM across the street. Down the street some nice restaurants. Not too noisy(with the exception of the World Cup Finals!!!!) and seemed pretty safe. Staff was VERY helpful. Breakfast was lovely with homemade goodies, yogurts, fruit, quiche and more. FANTASTIC hot cocoa.
Pretty Parisian Hotel in Quiet Quarter
This hotel is in a lovely, quiet area of Paris where Parisians actually live. It is not filled with tourists, and yet it is an easy walk along the Seine to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Decent restaurants nearby too. The personnel were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We were there when a fire alarm went off due to a burning elevator motor. It put the elevator out of commission for the rest of our stay, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and gave us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is ample, including a specially made omelet or fried eggs and is not costly considering the prices in area cafes. The hotel is right by Radio France, which has almost daily concerts in their auditorium for the public. The room was small but comfortable with good bedding. We would certainly return to this hotel.
close to Eiffel, small room, nice staff
Pleasant staff, utility hotel, did not try the breakfast, had mtgs close to Eiffel Tower and this located served the purpose. Room was small but neat/clean. Nothing fancy, was on business trip and it worked fine. I think I had to pay more than usual due to time of year.
The hotel manager was AMAZING! Our first time in And he mapped out all of the metro routes that would be easiest for us. So helpful! The room is a bit on the small side, but seriously, if you’re hanging out in your room, then you are doing Paris wrong. Perfect location. Awesome cafe on the corner, and bakery right across the street. We got coffee and pastries there every morning. It was perfect.
Loved the location - close to Eiffel Tower and Roland Garros.
Perfect for tourists. pleasant staff, comfortable and clean rooms.
good location and friendly staff but tiny rooms
The location was convenient with metro station, Parks, super market.. the staff was friendly and courteous... the main downside was the room size was extremely small
Very good location for us, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and the tube station! Staff all welcoming and very helpful!
Lovely hotel in a very good position. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice room with comfy beds.
What a lovely hotel in a lovely area
I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location really is amazing, we walked everywhere and the bus/metro links are fantastic. I am coming back in the winter to experience this all over again. Fantastic, thank you for everything.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Great location and decent rate.
American Visitor to Hotel Eiffel Kennedy
Friendly staff. Close to the Eiffel Tower -about 15 mIn walk. We didn’t have a view of the tower from our room but you can see the top of the tower from around the hotel. Neighborhood was pretty good with a mediocre restaurant just outside the hotel and a yummy bakery across the street. 10 min walk to a major modern mall. It is a bit of an uphill walk to the subway which takes only 7-10 min. Double bed, like many in EU are two twin beds pushed together so there is a bit of a lump in the middle where they meet. We were in a room that had only one old school key attached to a heavy weight which you definitely didn’t want to cary with you so you left it at the main desk when you went out for the day. .the price was pretty reasonable. The tub was raised from the floor a bit so if you have trouble stepping up or getting down on potentially wet serfaces, then are room may have been problematic for more elderly folks. Most hotel rooms in EU are smaller than what Americans are used to and this is no exception. Having said that, our room had an additional twin bed that made it feel smaller than it really was. All in all it was a nice little hotel close to the Eiffel Tower.
Friendly, helpful, comfortable bed. It took extra long to charge phones. But overall pretty great stay.
Great place to stay for a first timer
Hotel is a short walk from the station (which has very clear instructions on their website which ones to use) and the staff instantly greeted us with a smile. We don't speak any French at all, but all the staff spoke in English to us. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable with a slight view of the Eiffel Tower (which comes in handy for bragging rites). Short, pleasant walk later and we were in amongst all the sights of Paris or, again, the metro station is close if you're not a walker. Staff on reception gave us information on bus routes, times and numbers if we wanted to use those instead. After a day around Paris, great to get back for a shower or bath and a comfy bed. I would highly recommend the Hotel Eiffel Kennedy
Great hotel!!
I love this hotel! It's a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood with a great view of the tower. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was super helpful. Not an area with lots of bars, so if you are into being close to nightlife, probably not the place for you. Neighborhood market on Tuesdays and Friday mornings. Great boulangerie across the street. Good restaurant on the ground floor with several nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Perfect for our anniversary trip!
Ya1
Very nice. Great location.
Nice small hotel, well located close to everything
Rooms a little small... Bathrooms in small room sometimes a little too small. Other than that all was wonderful. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
Location good and would recommend bistro next door
Best place to stay
Fantastic location, 5 min to metro, walk to Eiffel. Best staff. Great breakfast. Awesome restaurant and pub next door. Room small, but fine. Super clean. We will stay again because of staff, location, and cleanliness.
Adorable
The staff was very friendly and it’s location was good for me as I could just walk to work. Their breakfast is very well priced and delicious. I loved it
Amazing place to stay.
Amazing place to stay. Easy to get to the Eiffel Tower or use public transportation to get anywhere else. All the people are fantastic and rooms were very clean. Can't wait to go back and stay there.
Good location
The staff were quite helpful. The room was tiny, even by Parisian standards. I had to use the light from my phone to avoid tripping over stuff going to the bathroom at night and my wife tripped over a suitcase getting back to bed one night. The RER is close by and it is only about half an hour to walk to the Eiffel Tower. There's a nice cafe right next to the restaurant. The price is fair for Paris. It's a lot of money for what you get, but that's Paris in general. All in all, I would consider going back to this hotel and would recommend it.
Good location, close to everything.
Wonderful staff, helpful with advice and directions. The room was nice, but typical size for Europe, a little bit more closet space would have been good. It was perfect for me as a single traveler but probably cramped for small children, so consider a linked room for more people. Breakfast was wonderful, cakes, pastries, cereal, fruit, quiche, bread, cold cuts, cheese, croissants, juice, hard boiled eggs, flan and coffee. Good location, close to metro, bus and train, post office and markets on the same street and a restaurant next door. I would eat a hearty breakfast and go buy some fruit and be set for the museum or cathedral or monument. I definitely would recommend this hotel!
Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at the Eiffel Kennedy. Perfect location, friendly neighborhood. There is restaurant, pharmacy, market & laundry in walking distance. Staff was excellent and very professional! They were also very helpful w/ setting a reservation for moulin rouge & with directions to certain areas in paris. Room was a bit small which we expected being in Paris. We will definitely be staying here again. Bonjour!!
Okish
Location is alright, my room was right by the elevator, so I could always hear it. Plus there was lots of water noise for some reason and I was on the top floor. Air conditioning made the room smell of socks so could not use it Aside from that the places was clean, bed was comfortable
