If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
• A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 24.
• Children 4 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Special Instructions

Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
