Pretty and neat, near metro.
I love Paris !
Great place to stay. Friendly service.
Very central to Paris room small but everything in it we needed staff very helpful and friendly always greeted with a smile
Steve was great. Staff was very nice. Our standard comfort room that we stayed in for three nights was a little small but quaint and the bed was fairly big and bathroom was adequate. On our last nights after coming back from Spain, we stayed there one more night and had the views of the Eiffel Tower unbelievable Highly recommend those room pay the extra to have the view of the Eiffel Tower. The only thing was are into the room the toilet separate section the shower and sink which was a little odd but all in all big room with a nice king size bed with the Eiffel Tower highly recommended.
Easy quiet location close to many areas. Good restaurants and shopping!
Excellent one night stay. Twin room. Room was small but well organized. Bathroom a good size and enjoyed the combination tub/shower. Quiet at night. View of the Eiffel Tower was nice, and walking to the site was about 20 minutes. Easy check-in and out next morning. Lovely casual restaurant next door.
We stayed here for one night as we were just passing through. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was was situated close to loads of shops, eateries and the Eiffel tower. great stay, will return.
Great location
Very charming. We enjoyed the property and location. Very friendly staff.
Great location Small rooms but just enough if looking for something close by and pleasant
The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Room was very small. Loved because we got a Eiffel Tower view! Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Very hard mattress. Very small room. Food good, staff helpful
Excellent location for visiting Paris an all the staff were helpful and friendly.
Fabulous place hidden gem small and cozy but well run
The room of the property is very small, no space in the room, very bad
Beautiful hotel!
Quiet location in Paris
The hotel is a nice option for a quiet area in Paris. It was walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The room was small, but adequate for 2 of us. I loved the fresh flowers and macaroons on arrival. The carpet in our room needed a good cleaning. There were many stains. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety...I preferred to eat out near-by where there were many more options.
Great service. Eiffel Tower is quite a walking distance away.
Quick and easy check in Pastries in the lobby Very safe, quiet area Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro
They need new beds. I didn’t sleep my whole 6 night stay due to super uncomfortable beds.
Excellent location and staff
Excellent location and friendly staff. Only negative side is size of the room but apparently in Paris rooms are usually small.
Super location at the top of Kensington Park. Able to catch local bus and walk to everything.
Staff
Conveniently located cute little room, very clean great staff at reception desk but when our room was cleaned we did have to ask a few times for a dew things like towels as we were never left any we also were never left shampoo even though we did ask for it to be filled up a few times.
The refrigerator was not working, as well as there was no Iron or ironing board in the room.
Great area for walking and seeing everything you want . Walkout and the views of effiel Tower, amazing!
Very nice staff and clean room
This is a wonderful quaint hotel with a helpful and friendly staff who made our stay in Paris very enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Excellent. Next time I will have a larger suite.
I enjoyed my stay
Room was much smaller than advertised property is very small. Was sold a room with a view and did not deliver with no rate adjustment. Fire dept had to come for a gas leak. Bathroom sink drain was slow, shower was a box shower like a cruise. Lights require a key to stay on which means you better have a key for each person. They didn’t give us that. Speaking of the key our one key stoppped working on day 2 and needed to be re programmed. The fridge has a light that doesn’t work and flashed all night long. Speaking of the fridge it was poorly installed without ventillation causing heat in the shelving. No water pressure in the shower, a bar that doesn’t open a broken bed light and more. Not what I paid for. I will say it was very clean!
I liked the location for tourist activities. I did not like the spotty and inconsistent wi fi connection. The room was too small and the shower was very difficult to get in and out of. However, The service was very good!!
We had a great stay. Lovely staff, good window for breakfast, clean room, good location.
Overrated hotel rooms and service
Room was smaller then shown on the photo. Matrass was not convenient - upper thinner matrass had a tendency to slide off from a larger one. Old safe deposit box, probably manufactured in the 60-70th, located at very the bottom of closet, next to the refrigerator engine. Engine got hot, heated the safe and both produced a lot of heat. A/C controls was not working. Was hard to sleep. TV sound was "locked" at 20 max on the remote, so if you do not hear well, you will have problems. Bottle of water was provided only once, at check-in. No more water for other days. Does not look like a EUR 230 /USD 260 per day hotel.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was always nicely cleaned upon returning from a full day of exploring. The towels were always fresh! I didn’t like the view. I was expecting a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room as advertised in Expedia.
Good for a weekend stay in Paris. Easy to walk to main attractions and lots of supermarkets close by.
Great stay! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We would stay again given the chance. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and there were lots of options for food around the hotel.
Very close to tower From our room we see it every day Closed to military museum where Napoleon is located
Felt very clean and comfortable here. Very central location and staff was very helpful
Would Stay Again!
Although clean and presentable, the room looked dated and in need of an upgrade. Its price probably reflects the view of the Eiffel Tower. The reception was decorated more up market than my room. I’d go back but, there’s definitely a need to upgrade the bathroom/ bedroom and who heard of a toilet directly off the bedroom…
Beautiful

Nice stay
Our stay was great walkable distance to most attractions. Our room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Everything we need was their body wash, body cream, fridge and kettle. They don’t provide slippers or toothbrush so bring your own.
We had a nice time. Good little hotel that is conveniently located.
Nice place, rooms are small bathroom was big and had a tub which was a pleasant surprise for Europe. Small fridge in small closet which didn’t work and they didn’t have a replacement unit to switch out. Staff was nice.
Honestly it was a place to sleep. If I had to stay longer than one night it would’ve not been enjoyable.
Good place
We really liked this place. However, if you're looking for something large and spacious, this place is a little tight - AS ALMOST ALL hotels in Paris are. Unless the hotel was completely rebuilt from the ground up, you're going to have rooms like ours. We stayed in room 54 and loved it. A little tight but adequate and comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast as part of our reservation and we're glad we did. Saved a lot in doing so and it was better than average. Better than a Holiday Inn Express. Note, the photo of the Eiffel Tower in the corner room is on the top floor (5) and is room 55. You can't get this room through Expedia. You need to go to their website. It's listed as a Premium Room. You'll need to ask for this room at booking - so book early if you want it. It IS magical to stand/sit on the narrow deck and watch the tower light up for the evening. We met several guests doing the same as we did. Rooms 51 through 55 have a great view and sitting area. Room 56 (and I think 57) have decks too, but you're not going to see the tower. If you reserve a room, but can't get the premium rooms, you'll need to ask for a room on the side of the hotel that faces the Eiffel Tower, otherwise, there is no guarantee you'll get one. Underground subway about two blocks away (Ecole Militaire) and you can get to lots of places from this station. However, there are NO escalators or elevators in the MAJORITY of Paris stations. Plan accordingly for luggage hauling.
What is not shown on the Expedia site is that the Hotel has a separate website where four or five rooms are offered on the top floor (with views of the Eiffel Tower and a deck where you can sit). Fortunately, they put us in one of these rooms since I pointed out they showed photos of the corner room and imply this is one of the superior rooms - when it isn't. if these unadvertised rooms were available on the Expedia site then I'd have no problems with them showing these photos of this great room (we had the room next to it - which was excellent). If you decide to try for these rooms, make sure you request for one of the following: 51 through 55 (55 is the corner room - the one in the photo). 54, the one we had, was excellent. We watched the lights of the Eiffel Tower turn on every night and sat on the deck almost every night and talked with people sitting on their decks too. It was an excellent place to be. The hotel has a small but great breakfast venue and for the cost, I do recommend that since it's in the basement and has a better than average set of choices. Do remember, this is Paris, and everything is older, so the rooms are fairly small, but adequate (if you've got a lot of luggage, you're going to run into some problems). The Ecole Militaire underground station is a long block away and DOES NOT have elevators or escalators. If you've got a lot of luggage, take a taxi because you've got to carry it up LOTS of stairs in the underground maze.
I really liked the area of this hotel. It was very accessible to visit the city. The room was clean
Excellent location. I love the hotel but the bathrooms are very very veryyy small. Everything was clean though.
Thisis a very nice boutique hotel in clise proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Excellent
Great location.
It was a nice hotel. Good location to major Paris monuments. Most of the staff was helpful and nice but at times we felt a little unwelcome because we were Americans.
Joanne
We booked this for our honeymoon. The hotel was small but very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and tidy with a great bed and good facilities. Close to lots of really good local bars and restaurants with lovely view of the tower.
Good location
Lovely property with helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean and had all the amenities available. Would stay here again.
very clean and had helpful friendly staff
Convenient, cute hotel. Professional staff
Very quaint hotel with lots of character. Rooms were clean. We arrived early the staff were able to hold our bags at the desk. Nearby were some excellent cafes and bistros.
My husband and I like to walk to attractions and this hotel is in a great location for that. If you would prefer to use the metro or bus that is a few blocks from this hotel. Tea and coffee are provided in your room along with shampoo, body wash and lotion. We had a small view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Lots of restaurants to walk too and a grocery store right next to where you enter the metro to and from your hotel. The room does have air conditioning. The hotel does offer breakfast for $13 euro per person in case you prefer to eat at your hotel versus a local bakery or restaurant.
Great room, friendly & helpful staff, delicious breakfast and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!
Nice property. I did lose WiFi connection in my room the 2nd day that lasted throughout my stay but I could use it in the lobby. With exception to this, I would stay again.
A cute hotel. Great location! The staff are friendly. My only issue was I had no WiFi in my room the last two days of my stay. I had to use the WiFi in the lobby, which was inconvenient. Other than this I enjoyed my stay. There is a bar in the hotel but there was not a bartender on site during my stay, except one night. The tub/shower is very steep, would not recommend for someone with knee issues or elderly.
Staff and facilities were great but I was allergic to something in the room. I can only guess that it was the dust in the carpet. Also or AC did not work over the last night. The desk staff were great but the cleaning people were not as optimistic.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great area for walking and sight seeing.
Room 42 had a window that opened with a great view of the Effiel Tower. I hung out the window on the hour after dark for the first five minutes of every hour until midnight. The Effiel Tower sparkles during this time. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room. The area around the hotel was quiet. It is close to the ecole militant metro stop. It is in walking distance to the Effiel Tower park. There are plenty of cafes around. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. This is a small boutique hotel and I can't wait to come back. I am going to ask for room 42 again.
Very unique and stylish little hotel. Everything you really want to explore is just around the corner and most importantly the Eiffel tower just 10 min walk from the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's worth the price for a value and location.
Paris in May
Great stay. Very accomodating. Nice breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Our room was a little small. but we are in France.
No TV. Extra SMALL! Even by Paris standards.
We loved this hotel. The location was great, and although we couldnt see the tower from our room, the view was still good. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and most spoke english well. Close to the metro, and a fairly easy walk to the tower and Seine. Excellent dining options nearby.
Very nice Hotel, very clean and amazing view. We enjoy the stay, it was closed to the most important places, the staff was very friendly and they help all the time. Definitely recommended!!!
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
We had a great time at this place. Great location. Room was beautiful but small as expected from other reviews. This is Paris though so the location and the price are adequate given the size. Staff is super nice. Breakfast was good too. Lobby has a nice bright seating area.
The receptionist in the morning was very polite and friendly. Would definitely stay here again
Excellent service, room was extremely small, not able to use room more than sleeping. Great location
Small room but okey to sleep with Great location, and friendly staff
The rooms are small but very comfortable.
Great location! Walkable to eiffel tower. Friendly staff.
This was a horrible experience. The woman at the front desk was absolutely the rudest person ever and I do not think the pictures that Expedia showed accurately represent the property. Floors were filthy and wallpaper peeling from walls. This hotel should be downgraded to 1–2 stars. It’s unfair to have someone travel across the world and arrive at a place like this. Another problem was that when we contacted Expedia, we were told to go talk it out with the front desk instead of Expedia handling it. It took about 3 hours and we were left in the rain looking for another property. We found one but am left so disappointed with Expedia, it’s integrity and customer service. We travel quite a bit and usually book through Expedia, but I will be thinking twice before booking with Expedia again
Loved the location. Close to many attractions in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were small but very clean. Booked connecting rooms on line and also requested twice through on line chat so my family of four would not be separated and they did not have any connecting rooms. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to split up and sleep with one kid each since the rooms were on opposite ends of the hall. Kind of a bummer. Otherwise great stay if there’s only two of you.
Its located very close to the eiffel tower . Also very close to transportation.
Lovely view from the hotel room. Very nice, respectful staff.
Nice little hotel
Quick Stop in Paris
My wife and I had a quick stop in Paris during a 2 week trip around Northern Africa and Europe. Although Paris has many hotels and areas to offer we chose to stay close to the Eiffel Tower during this quick trip. The hotel was very clean and although the room was small, it was perfect for the 2 of us. We were close to the attractions around the area and just a short walk to the metro to get around all of Paris. There were many bars and restaurants close by as well as a small market. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay close to the Eiffel Tower while also being close to the metro to get around.
Room waa TINY with NO view of Eiffel tower as advertised. Barely 18" to get into shower (slipping hazard for 6'3" man and 5'11" woman). Otherwise okay, except at 3pm checkin when 5 people were waiting and they had only one clerk. Pics do NOT represent the hotel.
Great place
The hotel was great. Very convenient to many “must see”locations. There are several excellent restaurants & pastry shops very close. The staff was very helpful. We would stay there again.
Small room but all you need for a stay in Paris. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Great location...very walkable. Front desk staff were very nice.
I enjoyed the staff and appreciated how kind they were in explaining transportation and restaurants near by
Beautiful and comfortable small boutique style hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Great location in the Left Bank. Front desk staff were very friendly. Lots of places to eat in the surrounding area
Perfect little place right near everything
The stay was amazing. The staff was friendly. It was close to everything from walking to the metro.
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great view of Eiffel Tower from room. Lovely breakfast.
Good stay
We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the awful construction that starts at 8am every morning, very noisy. Sits on a busy road but great location, close to several cafes and ET.
Excellent location and walkable from Gare du Nord ( took 1hr 15 passing loads of iconic sites). Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good if you get there early. Needs replenishing from 9am as hot food a bit cold. Excellent base for walking all over Paris if you have comfortable shoes. Close to the Eiffel Tower ( 12 min walk) and Les Invalides ( 5 min walk). The only time we took the Metro was to Monmartre and the Sacre Coeur. Staff helpful in explaining the Metro system and it is very easy to use. Would happily stay here again and thoroughly recommend to other travellers. We were so lucky with the weather too.

Everything was walkable and the train station was like a 5 minute walk away.
