Everything was great!!

Things aren't always as they appear.

The room was great in appearance. And the Terri who checked us in was amazing. That's about all thats positive. The desk sticks out so far that you can't use it if the bed is pulled out. The mattresses were so uncomfortable even my kids couldn't sleep. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and there was no lock on it. Breakfast was lacking to say the least. We were told there was a 25 minute wait on eggs and on all proteins. Had the room not been so expensive, my expectations would've been different for sure but not worth the cost.

Cool

Very nice. rooms are big, beds are nice, bathroom is perfect. We only stayed over night but it would be great for a longer stay, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was better than today's average. The only problem we had was breakfast closes at 9 and even if you are sitting right there IT IS CLOSED with out warning. I will be back

We’ve stayed in a Home2Suites before and it will always be our go to. Home away from home.

The hotel was clean and nice but we only had half roll of toilet paper and not many tissues in box. Pillow was not comfortable.

Great overnighter for long haul drive.

This trip was amazing. We recently rescued a kitten at home and were not sure what to do for our trip to KY. We decided to bring the kitten with us and stay at this location for the pet friendly accommodation. We couldn't have been more pleased. The location is perfect with many places to eat within walking distance and your close to most attractions. The facility was extremely clean and staff was also very positive and upbeat. My wife is very particular in where we stay and I am retired military so our expectations are often a bit high. This location checked all the boxes and we will return.

Friendliest hotel by far. Always our go to hotel when in the area! Continental breakfast was amazing as always! Only thing i didn’t like about the stay was the bed.. wasn’t comfy at all!

Great place to stay with your family.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was really good for being a hotel, and the rooms were very nice. The only thing i didnt like is above the sink in the kitchen section there was a little light that stayed on and you cant turn it off. That was annoying to us because we like it dark when we sleep other then that is was a grwat stay. That little light will not stop us from staying there again, this will be our new spot.

It was a peaceful stay with my family. The Hotel was central to all of our activities. I would stay again.

One of my favorite hotels

It looked great on the surface, but when we arrived home qe discovered we had bedbus in our luggage. We were only there one night and it was the only place our suitcase had been ( not on a plane, taxi, etc.) but when we reported ot to management they did not believe us because they did not see any bugs in the room.

This was a beautiful hotel with lovely amenities and great rooms.

The hotel and staff were great! Our only complaint was noise- we were right next to the exit and the stairs, and you could hear the doors slamming at all hours

Excellent Stay!

I walked inside and it smelled so nice! The staff greeted me and checked in on me. The room was spacious and smelled fresh and clean as well. I was comfortable and felt very safe. The pool room was warm and comfortable. My grandson really enjoyed it. Breakfast was tops! I will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great. We loved everything about the hotel and the surroundings. Already making plans to return soon.

only there for a night but found the hotel to be meticulously clean. staff downstairs were very helpful and friendly. dog friendly is always a big plus for me. great place for a longer stay since the kitchenette in each room is very nice and appointed well. would definitely stay again.

New Favorite Hotel!

This is by far my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at! It was clean, quiet, and easy to find. There are plenty of food options within walking distance, although most you will have to drive to due to how the streets are set up. The staff was highly professional and extremely kind. Our room was massive, clean, and my six-year-old son loved it as much as I did. Even the carts to take your luggage from your car to your room were better than what they have at most hotels! I wish that we could have stayed at this hotel longer than just one night, but it was just a place to stay while we continued driving to our destination (South Carolina). I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay very clean and friendly staff. Everything you need if you happen to forget something like I did with toothpaste.

The room was very clean, the area was quiet and really enjoyed being able to have my dog in the room with me. Parking is tight if you have a big vehicle was the only thing I noticed as a flaw. Will definitely be back.

Wasn’t looking for luxury but had to stop for some rest on a road trip. Hotel was impeccably clean, staff was wonderful and it was convenient to get back on the road. Would choose again over any other “road warrior” friendly, budget hotel.

Our trip was great. Home2 was a great place to stay and would stay again. The staff was outstanding, excellent crew. The breakfast was really great.

After the hotel I had stayed in the night before I was glad to come into see this hotel was so clean and fresh and welcoming. Thank you for a clean safe place to stay while I traveled across country with my dog.

The floors in our room were sticky and the housekeeping was able to get them cleaned the next day for us. Overall a nice hotel.

Nice looking hotel from the outside. Close to restaurants. The room was decent but not great. The beds were terrible. They were very bouncy and sunk in the middle. Like the mattress was "V" shaped. Both beds were like that. And the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable as well. Also the bathroom door was a pocket door that could not be locked. Weird. Bathroom needed some better cleaning too. The pool was very small, very crowded, and very cold. The breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel breakfast goes. Not sure if I would stay here again.

I wish we had stayed here for many more days because it was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Our toddler daughter loved having a shower head for her height since we were in an accessible room. Breakfast was excellent.

This place is in a nice safe place. The area is nice and clean, there is a lot of walkable food options. Great location, the coffee bar is very nice, staff was very nice too, and the room was very nice, clean, with fresh towels and pillow options. Overall I give this place 8.5 stars

Very Clean nice hotel

Liked outside group areas, inside pool and lobby as well as staff.

Even though we literally booked the last suite available, it still was perfectly put together as if it was the best suite on the property! It turned out to be the best accommodations we reserved on our 4 day/3 night getaway to The Ark Encounter/Lexington area! Even though we checked in later, our grandsons were still able to enjoy the pool as well! Thanks for a wonderful final night’s stay!

We stay at this property relatively frequently when visiting our kids and grandkids from a couple of hours away. It never disappoints.

Courteous, professional, collegial.

Parking lots needs more spaces for maneuvering vehicles in and around but overall an excellent stay.

The people were very hospitable. I loved their pool. The room literally has everything someone would need. The kitchen was especially nice with all the dishes, the fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. My room was quiet and everything was super clean.

Everything about this place is fantastic!! I will be looking to stay at these going forward!

We like the room sizes and king beds.

Everything was great....just one thing we did NOT like.....we left our DO NOT DISTURB notice on the door, but someone still entered our room.

If your home is noisy, stay at Home 2

I paid more to stay in a nicer hotel and it was terrible. People stomping around and slamming doors all night. The kitchen floor was sticky and the countertop and table were dirty and sticky. The neighbors flushing toilets was so loud. Overall a terrible stay for $190 for one night of no sleep.

Perfect location

It’s the perfect place for a stop over. Right off I75. It has a little kitchen with fridge/freezer. Beds were very comfy and hot breakfast included was delicious

Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Knly complaints were their oven went out so we had to eat out for breakfast and the pool was closed which was the only reason we booked this hotel.

What an amazing stay my fiancé and I had will be coming back soon was well taken care of hospitality is out of this world with the staff staff there . Felt like family.

It was very loud in the hotel. Constant doors slamming and the person above me walking they were a horse. Nice hotel, but the noise isn’t worth it.
